The front door creaked open when Mon pushed it from the outside.
"Mon??"
The ghost immediately stand up from sitting on the couch hearing the person she's been waiting for since the morning came home.
"Where did you go? You left home early today. I woke up and you weren't next to me. It was your day off. You shouldn't left without letting me know. I was so worried. You always let me know when you're leaving."
Sam was talking non stop expressing her concern.
"Hey hey hey calm down Sam.. I'm home now. I had some errands to do. You were sleeping like a baby. I don't have the heart to wake you up."
Mon can see the brunette is now sulking, crossing her arms on her chest with a cute angry pout.
"I'm sorry khaa.."
Mon held Sam's chin softly and slowly turned her face towards her. Sam was facing Mon but she tried hard averting her eyes from the human.
"Hmm you're still mad. What to do? Will a kiss from me cool you down a bit?"
Mon purposely teased with a cute voice. Sam's face lights up a bit hearing the word "kiss" and she slowly drifted her eyes back to the person in front of her.
"Mmmwahh!"
Mon gave a playful peck on Sam's pouty lips. It doesn't seem to change Sam's facial expression.
"Hmm.. Not enough?"
Sam stay still with a stern look.
"Mwahh mwah mwahh mmwahhh!"
Mon then playfully shower Sam with kisses across her face leaving a few lipstick stains on Sam's cheeks and forehead.
"Hahahah enough! Enough! You're gonna left your lipstick on my face!"
"I already did hahaha. You're done sulking?" Mon wiped her lipstick from Sam's cheek.
Sam nodded.
"Good! Because I have something for you."
Mon took Sam's hand and lead her to the couch.
"Maybe I should get you a phone. We can text each other. That way you won't be worried anymore right?"
"Maybe. But I don't know how to use a smartphone."
"If a five years old kid knows how to use, then you'll be fine Sam. I'll teach you of course."
"You didn't bought me a smartphone right?"
"No, not yet. It's something else which I think you'll love."
Mon took out two boxes of packaging.
"Tadaaa! I don't know which one you like or prefer. So I just bought both of them. Also because they're so cute. Whichever you don't want, I'll take it. Or if you like both, it's yours."
It was two cameras. A film camera and a polaroid camera.
"Why are they so cute?! I love them! I can't wait to take pictures with it. Let me try! Let me try!"
Sam was so excited like she's a kid in a candy shop. They load the film and polaroid sheets into both camera.
"Here, try the polaroid first. We'll get the result instantly."
"Alright, you're going to be my model. You ready? 1.. 2.. 3"
*ka-chak*
The polaroid camera shutters with a dash of flash. A sheet of polaroid film came out of the camera. They waited a few seconds for the photo to develop.
"Look! You're so cute! I love this. I'm gonna take soooo many photos of you Mon!"
"I wanna try too, let me try. Wait, are you visible in photos Sam?"
"Err.. I don't know. But I'm visible in mirrors. I guess it works the same?"
"Make sense. We'll find the answer. Come here, you should pose."
"We can just try it here, we don't even know if it's going to work."
"Uh uh, come here Sam. Strike a pose."
"Ugh.. Fine. Just because I like you too much to say no."
"1..2..3"
*ka-chak*
"Did it work? You got my photo?"
Sam was a bit too excited for her own photo after more than 20 years.
"Be patient sweetheart, give it a few seconds."
The polaroid started to develop and revealing...
"Hey! It works! Look how beautiful you are Sam. What an honour to catch this beauty in a photo."
Sam blushed to the compliment as she ran her fingers through the photo.
"My first photo of you, Sam. I'm keeping this in my purse."
"And I'll keep yours in my.. err.. book?"
"Hahaha that works fine for me. But.."
Mon rummaging through the bag to take out another thing.
"Here, I bought this also. You can keep all the polaroids in this album. Fill them up, and we'll buy a new album. You can take as many photos as you like."
Lost for words, Sam rested her lips on Mon's in a sensual kiss. A tingling sensation ran through their bodies. Mon opened her questioning eyes slowly when Sam broke the kiss.
" What was that for? "
" A thank you. "
They both smile as they were lost in each other eyes for a while.
"I'll still keep this one in my book. But I'll fill this album with many other photos of you."
"Knowing how precious your book is to you, I'm flattered."
"I like this film camera too. Can I keep it?"
"It's all yours Sam. Whatever you want."
As Mon wakes up early today, she's feeling a bit sleepy and decided to take a nap.
*yawn*
"You wake up so early, you must be sleepy. Are you going to take a nap?"
Mon nodded with a cute pouty lips to the question.
"Okay khaa take your time, I'm going to take lots and lots of photos! I'll show you later when you wakes up."
"Looking forward to it. Have fun Sam."
Mon gave Sam a quick kiss on the cheek and left to the bedroom upstairs.
As she was getting ready for her nap, she looks outside of the window from her bedroom and saw Sam in the garden having fun taking lots of photos. She shakes her head left and right and smile seeing how happy Sam looks.
Time went by as Sam was in her own world photographing everything she likes around her. The rays of sunset started to show and Sam decided it's time to show her masterpiece to Mon. She went inside the bedroom hoping that Mon has already awake.
"She's still sleeping?"
Sam moved closer to the figure laying on the bed.
"Why is she still so cute even when sleeping? hahah"

"Sam?"
Mon rubbed her sleepy eyes as she went down the stairs calling for Sam.
"You're finally awake."
Sam sits at the kitchen island looking through all the polaroids she took.
"I overslept. It's almost dinner time hahah sorry~ What are you doing? Let's take a shower together and then I'll order some pizza for dinner."
Mon walk to the fridge to get some cold water. She reach the door and stop her action when she saw a photo of her sleeping just now was stick to the fridge alongside with a few other photos.
" Sam, did you secretly took a photo of me sleeping? "
Mon crossed her hand to her chest with an amused smile on her face looking at Sam for answer.
"You're too cute! I can't resist hehe"
"Seems like you're having a lot of fun. You didn't even bother to wake me up."
"You sleep like a log and you seems tired. I don't want to bother you."
"These are really good Sam. You really do know how to take good pictures."
Mon flipped the album that was halfway full.
" I put some of my favourite on the fridge. Did you see them?"
" Yeah, so I guess me sleeping is one of your favourite?"
"Obviously. But there's one more photo that we need."
"What is it?"
Sam stands up and ready her camera, she went closer to Mon, positioning her camera in front of their face.
"A photo of us. Together. Ready? 1..2.."
*Ka-chak*
"We look good together don't you think?"
Mon nodded to the question.
They took a few more pictures. Sam then stick the photos of them on the fridge with a magnet.
"Perfect."
They stared at the photo for a while, with Mon holding Sam's arm on the side and her chin on Sam's shoulder.
"Are you still going to take my offer to shower with me?"
"You don't need to ask twice."
Sam kisses Mon's forehead and they went upstairs for shower.
