Rimuru: However, under no condition are you allowed to attack my subordinates.
He continued himself, making it clear he won't tolerate any sort of injustice towards his Subordinates without reason.
To Velzard, this is nothing, she has had the most patience out of all the True Dragons.
She may have been given her Ultimate Skill by her elder Brother, someone whose powers knew no bounds. He created this entire world and the world's beyond it, and granted her alongside her other Sister one of his Ultimate Skills.
Velzard: That is fine by me.
Velzard simply responded, keeping his words in mind as he got up from the small chair she made for him.
Velzard: However, I'll be staying by your side at all times.
The entire Ice Castle poofed out of existence the moment Rimuru and Velzard had finished their small talk, dissapearing alongside the blizzard as it had never existed in the first place. Both Rimuru and Velzard floated downwards and landed softly, a little bit of dust flying from where they drop.
The surroundings were not damaged surprisingly, until Rimuru noticed a barrier was around him and her this entire time.
It was Uri's Barrier reinforced by his Ultimate Skill, protecting the area surrounding them. The barrier even got rid of the magicules he and Velzard had exerted throughout the fight, removing the magicule poisoning that could've destroyed the entire forest and beyond...
Hell, even the Dryad's are here.
Rimuru: Oh dear...
Aside from the very obvious fight they had, the fact that there is a giant crater in the middle of this forest that is practically irreparable... Yeah, the Dryad's aren't going to take this so kindly.
But, they appeared to be on guard against the woman besides him, The Ice Empress Velzard.
Rimuru: *Sigh*
He really had gotten himself into a lot of trouble, hasn't he?
A powerful being like Velzard had already attacked the forest the moment news of his Evolution was leaked to the entire world by the VOTW, there is no doubt even more are going to appear out of no where just to meet him.
Rimuru: Very well... This is Frost Dragon, Velzard. She's going to be living here with us from now on, so day hello.
He gave a small introduction of her to the Dryad's, pointing towards the small girl behind him who simply waved.
It's as if the fight didn't happen at all and these two powerful beings were suddenly on friendly terms. No signs of hostility or aggression were shown at all between the two of them, like their fight of Life and Death didn't happen at all.
Shizue had arrived alongside Haruto, standing right besides Uri and Shadow in a defensive position...
Haruto: Excuse me...
His face darkened, the words Rimuru spoke deeply sinking into his mind.
The same could be said for the rest of them all, who just realized what he said.
Shizue: Pardon?
Shadow: EHHHHHHHH? THIS MENACE IS LIVING WITH US??
Shizue was a bit quiet just like the Dryad's, whilst Shadow didn't bother holding back her shock and shouted loudly.
An icy glare from Velzard was enough to silence Shadow, who whimpered from the woman's glare and hid behind Shizue.
Uri: ...
Uri was the most silent out of all of them...
Not because Velzard was going to live with them from now on, but because...
Of Rimuru's growth.
This guy couldn't even last about two minutes against Uri, yet now he was able to tie against a True Dragon. The Strongest True Dragon, a being that could be argued to have been the most powerful being in the entire world. This being couldn't be defeated even when Velgrynd and Veldora teamed with eachother against her, Two True Dragons who were the strongest in the World. So tieing against her is unheard of... Until now.
And if that wasn't enough... Uri had the gut instinct That world was activated in-between. It was a sort of trait that Dragons shared with one another as the top of the World, when they reached the highest plain of existence. When they reached a certain level of power, they could tell that such a ability was activated. They couldn't control it however, they only felt its appearance.
That being said, it meant Rimuru just moved in this world and fought her toe to toe...
Uri: (You bastard... You've already surpassed me now haven't you, heh.)
He simply smirked, walking towards Rimuru and standing Infront of him.
Rimuru looked towards him a bit confused, but smiled a little.
Uri only returned the smile, and Velzard watched a little confused from the back. Perhaps this is a... Siblings bond? Something she wanted between the True Dragons...
But she supposed that time would come a lot later, a lot lot later.

1 Week Later
Rimuru's POV
A week has passed since Velzard decided to stay with us, things haven't been too eventful since she joined honestly.
Our fields for crops were expanded as new crops were harvested from the forest, more specifically... We harvested wheat grains from the plains, the home of the Direwolves after sending a small scavenging party over there. Currently, we intend to expand our fields to feed atleast over a thousand people every day.
(P.S: Unless you forgot, crops in this world grow ALOT faster due to magicule consumption. What would take years to reproduce is reduced to mere days - Rimuru)
Currently, we lack one of the ingredients to create bread. We have all the Flour we need from the Wheat grains, a huge body of water is present right Infront of us. We have access to salt thanks to... Salt mines that Dryad's his apparently.
I'm not kidding, the Dryad's apparently his these Salt Mines which were made in the side of the mountain that Veldora was sealed in. They were naturally created from Veldora's magicules somehow, wonder how...
A Century Ago
That True Heroine... Who does she think she is! Once I get out of here, I'll make sure I show her the strength I possess as the youngest True Dragon! That woman who belongs in the kitchen will realize that she shouldn't have messed with me!
I really wonder why...
Well, either way, all we lacked is yeast. For some reason, naturally grown Yeast is rare as hell in this world for some odd reason... Well, doesn't matter, no need to rush things at all.
Aside from getting these crops, we also got some vegetables that were naturally growing in the plains aswell. These consisted of carrots, potatoes, and even Watermelons. Since it was summer season, growing these crops would be rather easy as they grow best in this season. We have already started producing these alongside other foodstuffs, which I currently store in my Stomach until we get a proper storehouse to store them.
Well, you can tell Farming has been going quite well... So let's move onto housing.
I, am proud to say, that the Goblins were successful in creating a Minka. What is a Minka you ask? Well, you seen Demon Slayer? The houses you see in those with the sliding doors is basically a Minta, and the Goblins were surprisingly quick on learning how to make it. Currently, only one has been created and I and Velzard share... I don't know why Velzard decided to move in with me, she's taking the fact she wants to stay close to me a bit too far if you ask me...
Shadow decided to live in a secluded part of the village, right inside a small wooden house that met her needs. Haruto was the same, the only difference was that he decided to stay near the village instead of far away like Shadow. Uri's house was a small wooden house built right next to my Minta, he decided to live alone but right next to my house.
Shizue decided to live in a similar house as mine, which was located in the North and was a smaller watered down version of my Minka, but it severed her needs. Simple houseware such as small containers, beds, wardrobe's, etc are available, so getting bigger houses really is the only problem here.
Either way, we intend to create the same type of house I and Shizue possess later in the future for everyone to live inside of.
Now, finally, a few side events.
Firstly, a few goblins races came to this village seeking my protection. They numbered about 500 in total, and adding that to our current population made that about 900 in total. I decided to give out names for the purpose of convenience, so that their intelligence could be boosted and their talents could be found more easily.
During the entire process, Velzard was intently watching and seemed quite intrigued by my action... Perhaps it's the fact that I was giving out names so casually? It is common fact that magicules spent to name poop others cannot be regained, but the amount I spent here is but a mere fraction of a fraction of what I possess.
Lately, she's been following me around wherever I go and would always watch me whenever I did something, as is she was trying to understand me better or something...
Rimuru: Why are you following me around?
Alas, I had enough and asked her my question.
She was practically invading my privacy at this rate, and mind you...
It actually took alot of effort to get her the hell off my bed, I'm not joking right now.
(I'm not kidding, this woman won't stop following me around even in bed. Send help, please- Rimuru)
This woman took the fact she was staying by my side to the extreme, she wasn't going to stop stalking me until God knows what she is after.
Velzard: Ara Ara, have you forgotten about our agreement?
Oh great, the one where she was going to stay by my side at all times... I'm already having regrets on accepting her in.
Oh well, guess I'll just have to ignore her presence.
Either way, as I was saying, once I named those Goblins they immediately turned into Hobgoblins. Ten of them even turned into Ogre's, and it was clear from that evolution that they were sort... Fighters.
Most of them decided to take jobs somewhere else in the village, some chose farming whilst others chose to scavenge. This was a common rule in my village,
"You must work if you want to live here"
Failing to follow this rule will result in banishment, you may call it harsh but that's just how it is over here. People who don't work hard and leech off of others are the type I hate, those that take advantage of those beneath them to live off luxuriously.
Ontop of that, if these people ever think of betraying me, I'll kill them. Again, it may sound harsh, but I don't care about that. If they intend to betray me, then they should fully expect execution for treason.
Anyways, remember those 50 ogres I talked about? They usually patrol the village and surroundings to keep everything under control. I appointed them under Haruto, and surprisingly he's quite a leader. He has divided them into 5 groups of 10, and stationed them around their respective areas. Five of each group will be on duty for half of the time, whilst the other five would then take their place for the others to rest.
Incase of any fight that may happen between us and other races, which the guards outside will alert us about...
"We'll whip them so hard they'll beg us to stop."
Besides, I'm sure the other races aren't dumb enough to fuck with a Demon Lord.
But, of they wish to join me and help the village grow, I'll let them in with open arms.
Now- onto the next pa-
Velzard: I have a question.
Hm?
That's rare, she rarely talks from what I've seen from her.
What does she wish to talk about?
Velzard: You are a Demon Lord, yet you don't act like one, why is that?
Ah, I see.
When you talk about a Demon Lord, you expect someone that sees his subordinates as mere pawns don't you?
Velzard: You actively take part in activities with them, you actively give out guidance. Most Masters don't even bother with their subordinates, yet alone name them. But, you seem to care about them alot. Why is that?
Guess it wouldn't make sense to her, considering that Masters don't generally care about their subordinates from the way she talks.
Well, my answer is...
Rimuru: I see no point in seeing my subordinates as tools, when they would be far better unlocking their full potential with a little help.
That's it.
There is no need to keep them from not tapping into their potential, merely because of fear that they might overthrow you. (Like they can in the first place- Editor)
Their loyalty, once you name them, is absolute like a raging volcano. They will never give up that loyalty, not even in their dying breaths will they give it up.
Point is, there is no need to hold them back for no reason.
Velzard: I see...
She seemed to have understood, before she continued to walk by my side whilst humming.
I still don't like the invasion of privacy...
But she's not going to leave my side no matter how I ask, so best to ignore her for now.

Where was I again?
Oh right, I have about to explain the more conventional needs.
Currently, we have an almost complete sewage system under the working, it should work in a good while very soon. The sewage will be located underground, and will be transferred to the farms for fertilization.
Tools quality is also something that we have tried focusing on, we intend to go from iron tools to steel tools. Inorder to create steel, we need bronze which is located underground. Ofcourse, we would need to create a mine for that purpose...
Buuuuuuuuuuut...
Beelzebub!
A little cheating wouldn't hurt, would it?
I created a comically large hole right underneath our small salt mine, leading deeper underground so we could mine bronze. Magisteel can be used, but I don't wish to attract too much attention from outsiders as of now. Besides, Magisteel would be a bit of an overkill and iron is already enough to meet most of our needs, and I don't want to spoil my subordinates too much.
So, things have been progressing smoothly. We set up about 7 ogres and 40 Hobgoblins to mine. The Hobgoblins would mine in the area, whilst the ogres would protect them...
And now for what the main group is doing...
In a nutshell.
Haruto is being tortured by Shizue in sword training, she isn't holding back at all whilst teaching him the basics. I pity him, but it's for the best, and he was the one that wanted to grow either way. Haruto's Unique Skill that I salvaged was apparently replaced by a new one called {Manipulator}.
It's a sort of leaderish skill, where he manipulates the targets and even his own allies to boost the chances of victory. It allows him to dominate his allies thoughts as the general and forcefully takeover enemy troops and turn them to our side. It's a strange Unique Skill for someone of his personality of you ask me... But, it's a handy skill either way.
Shadow has apparently learned a new handy Extra skill from my Evolution, Cloning.
She can create copies of herself and expand them throughout the entire forest, although she needs to have a conscious in each one... She broke that with her Unique Skill {Rule Breaker} and now the clones work manually without need of a conscious. They report and move back to her on their own, she's basically the centre of information at this rate.
Shizue didn't receive any major changes aside from the fact she and I now have a Soul Corridor with one another. This soul corridor allows us to share our power with one another, and we can even tell the other person's feelings and emotions with this thing. Hell, we can even revive eachother from thin air thanks to this.
The same can be said for Uri, who has a Soul Corridor with me aswell. Since Shizue, him and I share the name Tempest, we can share power with eachother at any moment.
Speaking of Uri, he went to the Canaat Mountains for some reason... I don't know why, but he said he went there to meet someone. An old friend apparently, I wonder who it is... Oh, he also went there to try out some moves from the manga I gave him, he's living every Otaku's dream at this rate.
... Hm?
Someone appeared behind me and Velzard...
The wind is also blowing unusually fast...
A dryad?
We turn around to be met with a woman who has long green hair and green eyes, bowing to both of us.
Treyni: It is a pleasure to meet you again, Rimuru-Sama and Velzard-Sama.
This is rare.
The Dryad's usually never leave their terrain, and they have been unusually busy with recultivating that giant crater we had formed.
So, if she left and came here... It only meant she came to report something.
Rimuru: Likewise, what brings you here Treyni?
She looks towards us, a smile was on her face.
I wonder...
Treyni: A few thousand orcs have entered the forest and have been striving off of the forests needs.
Oh?
Is that what I felt then?
I didn't pay much heed to it since it was a bunch of random weak auras that had entered the forest so I expected the dryad's to take care of it.
Orcs huh... Aren't they the same guys who I pretty much merced because I ate their King?
Well, in that case, their arrival was sooner then expected.
Based on what I am getting from Universal Sense, there is about 4000 of them in total... Last time I checked, weren't they about a hundred thousand in numbers? I really Merced them huh...
Very well, guess I'll have to fix my mistake.
Rimuru: I'll go and see them, you can go back to your duties.
The Dryad merely nods her head before dissapearing into thin air, and I immediately sprout some wings behind my back.
Velzard also prepares some flight magic to follow me from behind, although she seems to have already located their area.
Seems like this is gonna be a long negotiation...

Canaat Mountains.
???: Huh... It is rare... For you to come here.
A dragon with azure blue scales spoke, sitting on the ground as a man approached him.
The Dragon Lord, Uri, had come to him once more...
Uri: Good day my friend, it's been centuries hasn't it?
Uri greets the Arch Dragon like he's an old acquaintance, as if he is meeting him once again after a long time.
After all they are the pinnacle of their respective races...
Uri: I thought of giving you a small visit, after all...
We are one of the four Primordial Dragons, arent we?
Water Emperor, or should I call you the Primordial Dragon of Water?
Call me whatever, Uri.
Or should I call you Uri Tempest?
