The haldi ceremony begins in Groom's side first then the turmeric paste been send to bride Avneet.
This ritual involves applying a turmeric paste to the couple.

She is pretending she is happy with her marriage in front of her family and all the other friends and cousins unaware of the truth.
When Avneet's family call her out and angel came out in Yellow, she sat for haldi.
Pandit ji : you know beta, this color yellow of the haldi paste signifies beauty, fertility and purity of love and with this we pray you both will be mix up with each other like this turmeric paste.
Her grandfather : yeah it also wards off evil from your goodness, thereby preparing the couple for life together and blessing them with good luck and all the blessing of your families present in this ritual. (Said lovingly).
