The memories of what happened at the village still longer in my mind, I cannot seem to forget what had happened back then...
I could tell Rimuru-Dono had left a while ago, his aura had immediately dissapeared the moment I left him.
I have no need to refer to him with honorifics anymore, seeing as to how he doesn't wish to be my master.
Although I do wish I could follow him, it appears he already hates the company of that persistent wolf he has...
I guess this is where my new journey begins...
The sun is setting as I speak, I can feel the darkness enroaching from behind...
The presence of that vampiress and Dryad have long faded away, I cannot sense them anymore...
What the hell am I supposed to do now?
Well... I could try and find other settlements although I doubt they would accept me.
Meh, who cares, I'd rather not live a lonely life rather then wandering around aimlessly with no goal.
Besides, since I'm a Kijin now, I don't believe anyone would try to pick any beef with me recklessly.
Ofcourse, if they do, I'll fucking kill them without any hesitation or mercy. That's what they get if they try to fight me.
Well, guess I'll take a stroll through the forest first, surely nothing bad will happen...

Literally only 30 Minutes later.

Perhaps I shouldn't have jinxed myself there, because currently I'm being chased by a bunch of Knight Spiders right now!
I have no idea where they came from, nor any idea why they are after me but I sure as hell can tell they are pissed!
Wait, why the hell am I running?
I could just kill these guys in the blink of an eye...
I'm an idiot, and besides, I am a fricking Kijin for hecks sake.
My dad's probably dissapointed in me right now... No, my whole clan is probably dissapointed in me at the moment.
But then again, I've never fought anyone aside from a few kids in my village so can you blame me?
Anyways, how do I kill this thing...
I do have a Katana on me, but I don't even know how to utilize it at all. I mean, aside from intimidation it really serves no purpose since I absolutely have no idea how to use it.
Again, don't blame me, I've been secluded inside a damn house for most of my entire life.
Well, I could throw some magic at it. I have quite a good amount of knowledge regarding magic, and my control is quite good.
Very well, let's try this.
Haruto: Fireball!
I fire off one of the most basic spells in the entire world, a very wide and known spell many beginners use.
Why did I use that when I could use a stronger one? Simple, I'm a Kijin now, even if I control the output of my attack I have absolutely no clue how dangerous it can be.
Like I said, I've never fought any monsters before. As such, even if I can control my magic, I am unaware of how strong it can be...
And it appears my worries were correct!
Not only did I burn the spider out of existence with nothing remaining, a huge straight line of flames have erupted where my magic fired off to.
The dryad's are going to kill me for this...
Well, on the bright side, nothing is chasing me anymore so that's a good thing. I won't need to waste my stamina.
Well, aside from being chased by monsters at every corner, I need to learn how to control my magic right now. If I don't, chances are this same incident may repeat and the next time... Some unfortunate guy may get caught up in the flames, and die.
So I'll need to learn how to keep the magic output at the bare minimum, problem is that I have so many magicules right now that the bare minimum would still be considered a lot by other people's views.
Anyways, time to go bust and combust some ass whilst learning to control my magic.

An Unfortunate Ant Colony
Alright, an giant any colony, seems perfect enough.
A few ants have already noticed me and are running towards my direction, their jaws are wide and bare open.
They have strong exoskeletons, are massive in numbers and move as a pack. Perfect test subjects.
Haruto: Well, let's see...
I begin forming the same fireball attack I had used before, except I am attempting to lower it's magicule capacity as much as I can.
The fireball begins swirling and condensing into a smaller, dimmer sphere everytime I reduce the magicules I poured into it at the start.
Meanwhile, the ants have already reac- wait what?
OH SHI-

ALMOST GOT MY LEG!
I should really pay attention to my surroundings...
Anyways, back to the fireball... Dangit, they ruined the process. I've gotta redo the whole thing from scratch.
Well, let's throw that aside and test something else.

I slowly unsheathe my katana, the one Rimuru-Dono had made for me during the whole plan.
It's a high grade weapons the highest I have ever seen. I'd say it's even better then the weapon the Lizardmen chief has...
It's about 27 inches in length, it's metal shines as brightly as the sun...
Fancy stuff aside, like I said, I have no fucking clue on how to use this!
Well, I could coat some of my flames on it...
Actually, I just got a new idea!
What if I coat my katana with flame's, and then slash at my opponents from afar to send flame slashes?
Let's try that.
I put my hand on the Katana, before swiping from bottom to top in an instant and covering it in my flames.
Say, one thing I noticed about my flames, they are gray in color and give off a dull feeling.
The danger is imminent, but the feeling of danger is overshadowed by the dullness it emits.
Whatever, no need to ponder over something as useless as that. Let's try this shit.
I jump back a little once more to avoid the ants attack, and whilst I'm still mid air... I am trying to make sure the flames aren't too strong.
Don't get me wrong, I have good control over my magic... Problem is, the amount of magicules I have is absurd which I need to control.
Anyways, I reduce the magicules by forcefully retaking the amount I spent. It appears to be working, I'm reducing the strength of the flames quite quickly...
Yep, this seems about good enough.
Now I need to manipulate this very flame to fire off as a slashing projectile. How do I do that...
Do I just swing it?
Swing.
Nope, didn't work.
Then what...
Hmmmmmmm...
What if I try to manipulate the magicules, and then imagine myself yeeting said magicules in the direction I want to in the form of a slash?
Ima try that...

Oh dang, it actually worked.
I managed to manipulate the magicules around the katana.
The result...
The 3 Giant ants chasing me are dead now, and apparently more are coming out of that hole of theirs because of the death of these 3.

Huh, guess it's that easy.
Either way, based on what I am sensing over here...
I'd say about 20 more Giant Ants are heading towards my direction.
Well, time to commit a massacre.

I fire another flaming slash at th incoming ants, albeit thanks to Molecular Manipulation, I managed to reduce it's power output as low as possible.
The result was wonderful, it cleaved through 10 of them and didn't harm the surroundings at all.
From what I am getting here, this Molecular Manipulation allows me to control magicules at a larger scale. Not only that, I can also create various constructs using my magicules. Think of it as something similar to Modelwill, which uses aura to create constructs.
Either way, I tone up the magicule amount in the katana and begin firing off another flaming slash.
SHING!
The result, the death of the remaining ten ants.
However, unlike before where it simply cleaved them, this one just burnt them into oblivion as I increased the output of the attack.
The surroundings also got a bit burnt up, but it isn't too grave so it can be ignored.
Also, I think I pissed them the hell off.
They won't stop coming out of that hole of theirs, I'd say atleast 50 are already charging at my ass right now...
More test subjects, sweet.

I fire Flaming slashes one after the other, ending the ants in massive amounts as they keep on coming.
They don't stop coming tho, that kinda concerns me...
Oh well, nothing too much really.

If I recall, it's something called a... Gun?
Our grandfather fought a few humans who used this weapon before, it was some sort of ranged weapon.
From what I have heard, it's something that can kill the moment you pull the... "Trigger"?
Ima try and create th-but wait... It's a cowardly weapon from what my ancestors told me... A weapon that involves no honor, a weapon that is used by cowards...
Honor and pride is something us Ogres have valued since the beginning, it's what gives us meaning to begin with... To throw that away, for a petty advantage...

Come to think of it, I have more of a reason to use this weapon. They never let me fight in expeditions at all, they never allowed me to go further beyond the village no matter what.

I feel a flame engulf in my hand, a weird structure which I am not familiar with...
But I don't care, I just hold the weapon made out of flames and aim it at the ants coming over here...
I pull the trigger, firing the weapon...
And a beam of grey flames is formed Infront of me, burning and killing everything in its path. I didn't even bother holding back, the beam just fired off.
In a flash, all of the hundreds of ants heading my way are wiped from existence. Nothing remains of them, not even their own ashes.
For collateral damage, the forest beyond the ants nest has also been destroyed. It's burnt and gone as far as the eye can see...
The dryad's will kill me for this, won't they?
Well, atleast I have this handy weapon now. Apparently, I can create guns from flames. How nice...
