The Tokyo Dome...Akiba Dome, whatever you want to call it. It's the stage that every idol and every entertainer in this country dreams of standing on.
School Idol Festival? Ha! A Main Stage this big deserves a venue like that.
With the nation's four most popular school idol groups on a collision course, no other stage would suffice.
It has to be the Tokyo Dome.
55,000 cheering, screaming, school idol fans watching the most incredible show in this industry's history.
I think back to the names who have headlined a venue like that...
Jackson, Jagger, McCartney, Arashi, Babymetal, BigBang, Tanahashi, Okada, Naito, Ibushi, Kihara, Okuda, Kosaka, Takami, and the list goes on...
But it's about time they added some new names to that list.
Uehara, Nakasu, Miyashita, Tennoji, Osaka, Konoe, Verde, Asaka, Yuki, Mifune, Taylor, Zhong.
This is the stage of our dreams, and I've made it official.
No... WE'VE made it official!
So, it's about time we held our first School Idol Festival Planning Committee meeting in months.
Since way back when in Summer, we had all the details planned out.
But obviously, we will have to discuss this recent change in the Main Stage venue.
Of course, the festival itself will still be held at Nijigasaki High School, but the Main Stage is going to be contested at the Tokyo Dome.
AKI: "We're holding a meeting with μ's and Aqours for the School Idol Festival today! I'm so excited to see everyone again."
AYUMU: "Me too. I hope they're all doing well. It's been so long, I'm actually getting kind of nervous."
*DING*
AKI: "Hm? Oh, it's a message from Chika! Looks like Aqours are at the front gate."
SHIZUKU: "I'll go bring them up."
AKI: "Thanks. Oh, and before we get started, I want to welcome you aboard the Planning Committee... Shioriko, Mia, Lanzhu, Yu."
SHIORIKO: *Giggle* "It's remarkable to be a part of the same Committee my sister founded.
I hope I can be a help rather than a hindrance this time around."
YU: "You can count on us! If it's the School Idol Festival we're talking about, then I'll do anything to make that dream come true!"
LANZHU: "Squeeeee! Lanzhu gets to help you plan the Festival?! That's amazing! Lanzhu has so many suggestions that'll-"
AKI: "It's fine, most of the details were taken care of months ago. But we have the matter of the Main Stage to discuss, as well as checking in on our volunteers."
LANZHU: "Oh, that's okay!"
MIA: "The hell do you even do at these meetings anyway?"
AKI: "Our three Main Stage school idol groups come together to form the School Idol Festival Planning Committee. We take care of the details that will go into making the day a success."
MIA: "That makes sense."
YU: "You said 'three' Main Stage school idol groups."
AKI: "Yeah."
YU: "Shouldn't that be four?"
AKI: "It is. But try getting those stubborn traitors to work with us. I dare you."
YU: "Maybe they're difficult, but shouldn't Liella! get a say in this?"
AKI: "They didn't break their backs to do the heavy lifting in planning all of this.
Why should they swoop in at the end to reap the rewards?
They've got their opportunity on the Main Stage, and we're going to show them they should be careful what they wish for."
CHIKA: "Hi there, everybody!"
AKI: "Welcome! That long trip must've been exhausting. Have a seat."
CHIKA: "Will do. Thank you! It wasn't that bad. I was so excited to see you all, so it went by in no time!"
DIA: "It's been a while, everyone."
AI: "Yeah, long time no see! Looks like you're all keepin' on keepin' on!"
YOSHIKO: "I hope you've been good while Yohane was away, my Nijigasaki little demons."
KASUMI: "So I've been meaning to tell you this, Yohako, but could you stop calling me a little demon? I'm way too cute to be a demon!"
YOSHIKO: "Worry not, little one. Though you may still be bewitched by the human world, one day you will awaken to the darkness and come to serve me as all do."
KASUMI: "I don't wanna awaken to some stupid darkness!"
RIKO: "It's actually kind of refreshing seeing someone react to her for once. We're all used to it by now."
KANAN: "Kasumi's full of energy as ever. And it looks like the rest of you are doing fine too."
AKI: "Sure are. We haven't been together like this since the School Idol Showcase."
SETSUNA: "Right! While our result wasn't what we expected, we still had a fun day, didn't we?"
CHIKA: "Heehee. Any day can be a ton of fun in Numazu!"
EMMA: "Definitely, we should all plan a trip to go there again sometime!"
*DING*
AKI: "Hm? Oh, it's from Honoka! Looks like μ's are here too."
LANZHU: "Don't fret, Captain, Lanzhu will bring them here!"
SHIORIKO: "It'd be best if I...go with her. She can get a little clingy around people she adores."
MIA: "Tell me about it... Eh? Where's Baby-chan?"
AKI: "Yu? She was right here a second ago.
Oh... Don't tell me she took off to greet μ's!
Mia, you should follow Shioriko. I don't think she can handle two starstruck school idol fangirls alone."
MIA: "Ugh. Why do I have to?"
RINA: "Please?"
MIA: "Sure, I'll do it."
