Lisa accepted his video call. Jungkook was still at work, so the scene behind him was his office...
"Are you hungry?"
"Nope..."
"I just ordered some midnight snacks for you, it'll be there in 30 minutes. Remember to eat it," Jungkook gently reminded her.
"I've gotten so fat recently, why do you keep feeding me? Do you want me to turn into a pig?"
"That, I'm not afraid of, I just don't want you to lose weight..." Just them, Jungkook saw a cup of milk tea on Lisa's on-call booth.

His face was filled with grief. "Hey, when can I leave?"
"Just enjoy your time here, plus, we're here visiting you every day, and there are nurses coming in and out constantly. You're living the life."
"Living the life my ass, why don't you stay here for a couple of days?" Bang Chan snorted angrily.
"You saw Lisa? Did you give her the milk tea...?" Taehyung ignored Bang Chan's objections and asked Jimin.
"Yeah."
"Women are all the same, you need to slowly persuade her and touch her heart... that's how you get a chance with them."
Jimin didn't say anything; he just played with his phone... neither of them knew what he was thinking.
After what happened on the Gamble God cruise, he became much more grounded and lowkey when it came to things surrounding Lisa. However, little did they know that he was even more in love with her than he used to be.
Lisa's actions of protecting Jungkook made him envious, jealous, and filled with hate...
He would have no regrets in life if a woman loved him like she did Jungkook, not because of money, looks, and status...

Sleepy, Lisa accidentally fell asleep at the on-call booth.
Jimin slowly walked up; the nurse beside Lisa saw him and opened her mouth, "Young Mast..."

Today, all thanks to a single photo, Jimin laughed like a child with a toy.
Jimin suddenly noticed that Lisa had become an essential part of his life...
"Look at this." He took out his phone and showed the photo to Taehyung, who was sitting on the passenger seat.
"Hahaha, that's really cute, did you do it?"
"Yup," Jimin said proudly.
"She's gonna go crazy waking up to that. Do you think she might hunt you down and pick a bone with you?"
"I want her to pick a bone with me. That way, I'll have an excuse to see her." Jimin was elated.
Suddenly, Taehyung said," Oh, hey, I'm so sorry, I accidentally deleted the photo."
Jimin immediately stepped on the brakes and parked by the side of the road...
Then, without saying anything else, he reached out and began strangling Taehyung...
"Hahaha... I was kidding, don't strangle me, ouch, it hurts..." Taehyung was sure looking for a beating, pulling Jimin's leg like that.
Only God knew how much Jimin treasured these photos of Lisa...
"I heard that Lisa's nickname during high school was Goddess Lisa."
"So what?" Jimin asked.

Lisa stood up again to leave, but the nurse stopped her. "Um, I think you should wash your face first."
"What's wrong with my face?" Lisa was confused.
The nurse didn't say anything; rather, she held up a mirror in front of Lisa. Lisa's eyes almost fell out of her sockets upon seeing herself in the mirror.
"Wha... what happened?" Lisa was flabbergasted. All she did was nap for a bit, how the hell did her face become like this?
"Head Nurse, I'm... I'm sorry, I can't say, I'm scared."
Upon seeing the nurse's hesitation, Lisa could guess with her eyes closed who the culprit was.
"Jimin... you're dead."
Then, Lisa ran into the bathroom and quickly washed her face.
It was almost dusk when she came out...
Just as she was thinking where she and Jungkook should go for breakfast, an unwelcome guest appeared.
A black Porsche 918 stopped outside the hospital.
Hyunjae, who she hadn't seen in a long time, came looking for her, at 4 AM in the morning.
He was wearing a black leather jacket and had cut his hair short. She could tell that he had gotten a lot more tanned.
It seemed like he suffered a lot from Sehun's orders for him to go to the Philippines.
"Lisa," he said coldly.
"Can I help you?" Lisa asked in a formal manner.
"My dad told me to take you home."
"This early?"
"My dad got sick last night, so the entire family was up half the night. We tried calling you, but you didn't pick up, so I had no choice but to come here."
Lisa did receive a couple of their phone calls last night, but she didn't want to pick up.
She had a feeling that it was nothing good; it turns out that Mr.Oh's disease relapsed.
"Is it serious? Which hospital is he at?"
"He's not hospitalized, he's resting at home. He really misses you, you get off work soon, right? Can you come home with me?"
Lisa looked into Hyunjae's eyes; he didn't seem to be lying. She didn't think it was a trap.
Plus, Sooyoung was in dire need of her help these days, so she wouldn't be able to do anything to her.
After making sure that it wouldn't be dangerous for her to go, Lisa gathered her things and followed Hyunjae back to their mansion.
It was already 6 AM when they arrived, and breakfast was being served.
The family gathered around the dining table; everyone was there except for Nancy.
"Where's Nancy?" Mr. Oh asked.
"Oh... I don't think she's up yet, she rarely wakes up at this hour. Let her sleep for a while longer." Sooyoung smiled.
"Is she not up yet, or did she not come home last night?" Sehun asked as he played with a hard-boiled egg in his hands.
Sooyoung's expression changed slightly...
Nancy had been leaving early and coming home late for a while now. Sometimes, she didn't even come home at night and hung out with a bad crowd of people.
Sooyoung told her not to multiple times, but she wouldn't listen, and Sooyoung couldn't do anything about it...
"Lisa... how's work recently?" Mr.Oh pretended to care, thus steering the topic away from Nancy...
"It's good, still the same," Lisa answered without much emotion.
"Have you been taking care of your brother's foundation?" Mr.Oh asked.
"Yes, I've been in charge of it." Lisa nodded.
"I took a look at the accounts, and there's nothing wrong with it at all. You've done well. With your help, your brother can now relax a bit." Mr.Oh rarely complimented Lisa.
However, she wasn't at all happy about it...
"I'm just doing my job." Lisa's tone was bland.
Mrs.Oh smiled as she put down the glass of milk in her hand. "Sehun's foundation is really successful, and the media outlets have all reported on it. City officials have been closely following the foundation's movements, and the province issued a tax-exemption clause for the Oh Corporation. So technically, we've really benefitted. I've always known that Sehun was the best at saving money for his dad."
"Mom... I only want to help dad with some work."
Sehun and Mrs.Oh worked together cooperating perfectly.
Mr. Oh only nodded. "Sehun has always been very great with work, and now that Lisa has returned, I've gained another helper. As siblings, you must work together, so Hyunjae... you should learn from Lisa as well."
"Dad, what can I learn from her? She's not as educated as I am, and her salary isn't as high as mine either. She didn't even major in management and is only a nurse, so I'm confused, why would you want me to learn from her?"

That was Mr.Oh and Sooyoung's ultimate goal...
Just as she was about to leave, Mr. Oh deliberately took out a small box. "Lisa, I heard that you just turned 24, so I bought you a present."
"No, thank you. My birthday already passed." Lisa declined.
Mr. Oh opened the box and found a pearl necklace inside. It looked quite nice, but it wasn't very expensive as well.
