Last night the brown haired lady didn't get to sleep as her mind kept rewinding the moments of previous event. After the dinner, bidding farewell to Reena she arrived at her home and tried to sleep but couldn't get any because of that long black haired man. Whole night she tossed and turned and finally when slumber hit her, it was past midnight. That's why when she was forcefully brought out of her dream world in the morning, she looked as if she was desperate to kill anyone who even thought of disturbing her beauty sleep because it was the only thing she loved with all her heart. But the person who committed this crime had sneaked into her house from nowhere and cooked breakfast for both of them, saying that he was very hungry. Boy!! He did not know he's playing with fire.
"Hey! You didn't told me what happened last night?" Rudra asked Kayra ignoring the fact that she has been glaring at him from the start.
When she didn't answer him, he turned around to see that the girl is looking like a hungry Shark.
"What's wrong?" he asked her.
"What's wrong?" She mocked him. "You're asking me? Didn't I told a millionths of times to stop being an alarm clock that I seriously don't want." she hissed. "And how in the hell did you manage to get in". she questioned him
"Oh come on Kayra. Don't be dramatic. I'm making breakfast for you also and about getting in, I have a spare key of your house for this kind of emergencies." he stated casually.
"Oh but I don't remember telling you to do me this generous favour." she said sarcastically.
"Seriously Kayra? You gonna hurt me just because your sleep is more important." he gave a look like he was really hurt by her words.
"Yes. Sleep is more important to me than you and if you have a problem then plz leave door is in that way." she gesture towards the doorway with a idgaf look.
"To hell with your sleep I'm not leaving until I eat my breakfast and you if want to eat then you can." with that he turned around to serve himself the food and got seated on the couch. Kayra observed his each and every movement and finally gave up knowing herself he's not gonna leave. She sighed and stood up to freshen up. "Would you mind telling me what happened last night?" he repeated his previous question as he saw Kayra was making her way towards the couch with a plate of food to which he smiled at her widely. Making herself comfortable on the couch beside him, she told him everything about last night, except the parts where she was literally drooling over the man as she did not want to be teased by Rudra.
"So that guy just barged in without any idea of what he's getting himself into? Interesting." Rudra seemed to be impressed by that stranger. Well!! What can we say, that man, he was worth being impressed.
"Indeed it's interesting but I don't know what Reena is going to do with him. Last night she was really furious on him and I'm sure she's not gonna let him go that easily." she agreed but deep inside she was a little worried about him. She herself doesn't know why she's worrying about him, he literally beated the crap out of Reena's goons last night but still she couldn't stop herself. It's not like she is doubting his strength, no, not at all, after last night she was convinced of what he can do but it's just that fiance of Reena's, Kamal, who's nothing more than a showoff. What will happen when these two gonna face each other.

After Rudra left, Kayra thought that she should meet Reena to see how she's doing. Well it was not the only reason, she also wanted to know if they have found the stranger or if they have then what they're going to do with him. So, right now she's speeding her bike towards Reena's place. As she reached her destination, she parked her bike and went inside the house and was about to call Reena a guard came and she asked him about Reena he told her that they had found that, the man from previous night, is staying in the Bell hotel and Reena had left for there. The hazel-eyed girl cursed internally and went towards her bike and rode with full speed. Once she arrived, she saw that there were men groaning and whaling in pain and she instantly knew who's the reason of this. She again cursed and jogged towards her bike and rode in the direction of where she thought that man might have taken Reena with himself. She knew that he's not gonna kidnap her or something, actually it was not about Reena, not at all, it was about him, she didn't want him to get into trouble because she didn't trust that Kamal. When she was on the way, she found that there was a traffic jam ahead, but there was no traffic signal she thought and she saw that everyone was shouting at the man who blocked the road, then suddenly everyone got into their cars, sat down and then everything became quiet then a car in front which had stopped all the vehicles opened its door and then a man came out in the driver's dress, Kayra could not see properly so she got off her bike and went ahead as to see what was the matter. When she reached the car, she saw that the man was in front of a woman and there was a child in the lap of that woman and as soon as Kayra saw that woman in the eyes, she saw how helpless she was looking and she started reminding her mother. A mother who sacrificed her life for her child. Kayra didn't know when her eyes started to moist but she took over herself and looked forward towards the man who was cleaning off the dust from the bun that seemed to be fallen from the bag that the woman was holding.
"I used to get a loaf after polishing 8 shoes. Among the people who eats more by dropping the food than the plate, if you are yearning so much for this loaf that fell in the mud, I can understand your compulsion." the man gesture the woman to take the bun but she looked here and there thinking what these people gonna think if she accepted it.
"Do not think about these people, there is no one bigger than you in this world. The biggest warrior in this world, is a mother." As soon as he said this the woman took the bun from his hand and the man turned back and Kayra could finally see him and as soon as she saw his eyes again everything around her stopped and thousands of sparks went up in her body. It's him, the guy who is living rent free in her mind since last night. As soon as he boarded his car, he cleared the jam and Kayra saw that there was someone else in that car and it was none other than Reena and they both started talking about something, but whenever Reena and that man come together, Kayra starts feeling sad.
You are making a mistake, Kayra, he likes Reena, he doesn't even know about you, he will never know, control yourself, you can't get entangled in all this, you have a lot to do and achieve, not all these nonsense things in which you have no right to join Kayra told herself and began to move towards her bike and went away from there thinking that Reena doesn't need her right now. On her way home she found herself thinking about the same man again. She tried hard but the man refused to leave her thoughts.
'Who is this man?, where did he come from? and why did he come here? What's more, I feel so deep in everything he just said, why does it seem like his story and mine are the same?, and why does it feel so lonely to see him?, and why whenever I see him my heart starts pounding? Oh God why is this happening to me when I have never felt like this till date then why now even more seeing someone who likes my friend. No matter what happens now, I will have to take care of myself, I cannot deviate from my goal for such a stranger.' with these thoughts kept running in her mind she reached home. When Kayra reaches her house, she found that the door of her house is open. I had closed the house well, so how she thought. Her mind was indicating her that something bad is going to be happen, she parked her bike and goes slowly towards the house. As she enters the house, there, a man was standing facing his back towards her and she tiptoes towards this intruder and was about to knock him down but suddenly that man turned around and all of this happened so swiftly that the both of them lost their control and fell upon each other. Kayra could feel the man's breath fanning her face and she opened her eyes to see that it was Rudra, the intruder, looking at her with such an emotion that she can't put a finger on. She wanted to get away from his strong hold but it seems like he had other plans as he didn't loose his grip from her waist. He kept looking at her which made Kayra a little uncomfortable.
"R-rudra, let go your body weight is s-suffocating me." she didn't wanted to stutter but couldn't help the proximity. Rudra seemed to finally come out of his trance and quickly got off of Kayra but as a gentleman, helped Kayra to also get up.
"I'm so sorry Kayra. I just lost control. Are you ok? Does it hurt somewhere?" he asked worriedly. Kayra was slightly shocked that he didn't even stutter unlike her.
"It's ok Rudra and don't worry I'm fine. And if you keep sneaking secretly in my house, then one day I will really beat you." she joked as to defuse the tension between them.
"Well! What can say? I really like your house and most importantly your kitchen, it's so good to cook there," he laughed. Kayra just rolled her eyes at him.
"So you just intrude in my house to cook yourself lunch? Seriously?" she shakes her head in disbelief.
"Well, I haven't planned it before but I saw you leaving the house right after I left and by the way you rode your bike, I was sure that you're going to meet that friend of yours. And, I thought that you'll come back after lunch and as I know, you are so lazy that you won't cook yourself anything so, I thought to make you lunch and also get my tummy fill." he stated.
"Oh how thoughtful of you" she mocked him.
"You are so ungrateful." he cried dramatically. Kayra just shakes her head in disapproval and went towards her room, telling him to cook fast whatever he wants. Right now she's having a cold shower to refresh her mind and body. But it seems like that man is not gonna let her have a even a peaceful shower. His each and every word is repeating again and again. As if it was not enough, Rudra's previous actions are also making her mind clouded with different kinds of thoughts.
What was the emotion in his eyes? Why he was looking at me like that? Why he didn't feel awkward? God I'm going crazy.
As she came out of the bathroom, she could feel a delicious aroma filling her nostrils and just smelling it made her stomach growl in hunger. She quickly gets dressed and went towards the dining area to found that the chef had already served the dishes. She takes a seat and began to dig in without waiting for the man who was the reason that she wasn't going to starve but nevertheless she eats.
"Wow! You didn't even bother to wait for me." Rudra asked the lady who's busy in filling her tummy with the delicious food. After not getting any reply he just shakes his head with a small yet soft smile and also started to eat.
"But Kayra what happened with Reena? I mean did you met her? As I know whenever you both meet it's ends up either in a shopping mall or in a expensive restaurant and it would've took you from 3 to 4 hours. So what happened??" He inquired as if he's sure something really had happened. Why does he know me so well? I can lie to the whole world but why not him? She thought before answering.
"Frankly I didn't get to meet her. When I reach her home she wasn't there and I found out that she had left for the hotel where that man you know from yesterday, was staying and again when I reach there neither she nor that man was there. I didn't know where to go but still I followed my instinct so after a few minutes of riding, I got stuck in a man made traffic" after hearing this Rudra made a confused face. She laughed a little before continuing "he blocked all the vehicles to help a poor woman, and she told him whatever she heard just while ago.
"The way he said those words it felt like he's talking about his mother and I had a feeling like somewhere his and my story are same, I don't know why I'm feeling this but perhaps there's something he's hiding from the world and you know what I'm willing to find out that." she said or more like promised herself that she'll do it no matter what. But it seems like the man who just heard what he got told, didn't like even a single bit of the way she talked about the anonymous man. Kayra is not like to talk about any man in fact she didn't even notice them but then why she's talking about that man so enthusiastically and wanted to know about him. To be honest, he was jealous like really jealous, he never saw Kayra like this till date, so much interested in someone and that's too in a man. He was right to be jealous because it took him more than a year to be even friends with the lady but she still didn't talked about him like that and that stranger who she didn't even meet, is getting all of her interest and attention. He is peace-loving, but if that man comes between him and Kayra, then he will not hold back from doing violence.
