Forbes House,
3rd Person:
The three girls; Elena, Caroline and Bonnie were sleeping in Caroline's bed while Chris slept on a blowup bed that was on the floor beside them
It was late in the morning and they were all fast asleep, Chris snoring, until Elenas phone started to ring. This woke up Caroline first who ended up pushing Elena off the bed "Ugh, go away" and straight on top of Chris who let out a loud scream from under the pillow that fell on his face, waking Bonnie up
"Elena! What the hell!" Chris shouted grabbing the pillow and hitting Elena while she dragged herself off of him so she could grab her phone from the desk beside them
"Sorry" Elena apologised then answered her phone "Hello"
Caroline groaned and shot her head up towards Elena, still keeping her lazy body flat on the bed "Elena!" She whined about her making noise which caused her to slide out of the room while speaking to Stefan on the phone
"Chrisss-" Caroline groaned into her pillow "-shut up. Please"
"Oh crap" Chris, who was on his phone looking at the time, shot up and began to gather his things
"What are you doing?" Bonnie asked Chris without moving from the bed beside Caroline who wanted to fall back to sleep after last night
"Jenna caught me in a lie and pressured me into going to the historical society at the Lockwoods today. Which is why it was probably a bad idea to drink last night. I feel a bit sick" Chris told her
"It's why I need my beauty sleep people" Caroline complained
"Does vampirism not give you special benefits against alcohol?" Chris asked her
"Would I be in bed right now if it did?" She posed a question to him
"Good point. I've got to go now" Chris said leaving the room, he heard Bonnies muffled shout for him to have fun at the historical society

Lockwood Mansion:
Chris had turned up to the Lockwood Mansion, which in this town is where most things happen. This time was for the Historical Society event. Another excuse for the Lockwoods to cash in for 'charity'
Immediately, a few familiar faces catch Chris' eye. Jenna, who invited him. Damon, who shouldn't be here so Chris thought he was looking for trouble. And Elijah, which is probably why Damon had turned up to the event
Chris stood with Jenna for a moment as they both looked over some Mystic Falls artefacts that were placed around the room "Here comes trouble" Jenna mumbled. Chris turned around and saw Damon walking into the room they were in
The both of them walked towards Damon "Damon. What are you doing here?" Chris asked him
Jennas news reporter friend and 'Damons new girl' walked over to him "Hi. You came" Andie said smiling
"Hi" Damon smiled back and pecked her lips with a kiss which made Jenna stare at them both with disgust. Damon looked to Jenna with a smirk "Thanks for introducing us, Jenna"
The two of them then walked away leaving Jenna and Chris standing with each other watching them "Jenna. You are a terrible friend"
"I know. I'm the devil incarnate handing her friend over to, well, the actual devil" Jenna said for accidentally introducing her friend to someone like him
"Damon" Carol Lockwood smiled at Damon as he walked over to her and they exchanged a kiss on the cheek "Hi. Elijah, I want you to meet Damon Salvatore" Carol introduced them to one another not knowing that they had met before "His family is one of Mystic Falls founding families"
The two men stared at one another having to pretend they didn't know of each other "Such a pleasure to meet you" Damon falsely told Elijah
They then took each other's hand and shook politely "No, pleasures mine"
"Do they know each other?" Jenna asked Chris "They seem annoyed at one another"
"Erm, I don't know" Chris answered as he watched them walk into another room together "It's Damon. He lives to be annoyed. It's why he's so annoying himself"

Inside of an office room alone, Damon and Elijah spoke privately since Damon wanted to "What can I do for you, Damon?" Elijah asked
"I was hoping we could have a word" Damon told him
"Where is Elena?" Elijah asked him curiously
"They're laying low. You know, bit of a werewolf problem"
"Oh, yeah. I heard about that" Elijah said amusingly
"I'm sure, since it was your witch that saved the day"
"You are welcome" Elijah smiled cockily
"Which adds to my confusion of exactly why you're here" Damon said asking him to explain himself
But Elijah being his mysterious self told Damon "Why don't you just stay focused on keeping Elena safe and leave the rest to me"
Elijah turned around and went to exit the room until Damon used his vampire speed to block his path "Not good enough"
Elijah didn't appreciate the tone that Damon had given him. He looked at him with a stern face, grabbed his jaw and used his speed to hold Damon against the wall. Damon tried to use his strength to fight back and grab Elijahs neck but Elijah looked at him with an unbothered face and grabbed Damons wrist, bending it away from his neck "You young vampires, you're so arrogant. How dare you come in here and challenge me?"
"You can't kill me remember? It's not part of the deal" Damon reminded him. Suddenly Elijah was pulled from Damon by a force and Damons feet landed back onto the floor. Elijah quickly stabilised himself, standing up straight fixing his suit blazer as Chris walked closer to them "Did I mention my personal security?"
"It's not that I would care if you died, cause I wouldn't. It's that we're in the middle of a town event and death of any kind wasn't on the menu today. So keep your egos in check" Chris complained to them about how they were obviously testing one another
"My ego is perfect. I gave you the praise, not myself didn't I?" Damon said annoying Chris
Chris spotted a wooden pencil on the desk and flicked his head to quickly slide the pencil across the table and jump up, piercing into Damons neck "Ahh!" He shouted and immediately pulled it out with blood dripping from his hand
Elijah huffed and pulled out a handkerchief from his suit and handed it over to Damon "Maybe you should show some respect. Expecially to your fellow supernaturals who have the upper hand. So you should do what I say. Keep Elena safe"
"You don't need to worry about Elena, Elijah" Chris told him with a serious face as if he was giving a warning "I won't let anything happen. To any... of my friends"
Elijah gave a curious stare back towards Chris and then turned away to leave the room. Chris looked at Damon who was checking his neck "You can't go one day without causing trouble. Can you?"
Damon rolled his eyes and strutted out the room to try and get away from Chris who followed him out

Salvatore Boarding House:
After the historical society was over, Chris drove over to the Salvatores House and burst through the front door strutting into the living room past Alaric who was leaving until he found Damon, who had his eyes closed resting on the couch with his arms behind his head and a burbon on the table beside him
Damon opened one of his eyes to see Chris who had a Bennett look on his face "You do realise this isn't your house?"
"What the hell is wrong with you!?" Chris shouted
"Said the uninvited guest"
"Why do you feel the need to risk people's lives for your own ego? It's like you want us to die" Damons head then shot up when he heard a smashing noise coming from the front door hallway. He got up off the chair and walked past Chris, ignoring the aggression he was projecting at him "Hey! You can't just walk away when I-"
Chris followed Damon into the hallway where they both saw Alaric holding an object which was lodged into his stomach which made him fall to the ground "Oh my god. Alaric"
Behind them a werewolf in human form ran into the room from behind them, grabbing Chris' head and smacking it into the wall causing him to get knocked out. Damon turned and saw the werewolf run at him and suddenly the guy jumped onto his back and injected a syringe of vervain into his neck
Damon tried to fight him off by speeding into the wall, back first, to try and get him off before being knocked out by the vervain that was flowing through his system. But the werewolf pushed the syringe and the entire amount of vervain which finally took him to the ground "Wow. Damn, you're strong. Took the whole syringe"
Jules, who was holding a double barrel shotgun that had wooden stakes loaded into it, walked into the house and saw Damon looking up at her and her werewolf friends "Hi, Damon. Nice to see you again"
The werewolf that attacked them pointed to Alaric and Chris then said "Grab that one, he's dead. The other one is over there, the witch, I knocked him out first"

Chris began to wake up and gain consciousness, he tried to move but heard and felt the rustling of chains around him to keep him down. He turned his head to the right and with his unclear vision he saw Damon also chained to the chair except he had a wooden trap around his neck connected to another chain that the werewolf who took them down was holding in front of them
"Chris, you alive?" Damon strained to say when he finally saw Chris move who was now looking at a 'dead' Alaric that was laying on the ground. This didn't worry him since he could see on his hand that he had the Gilbert ring on
"Worried?" Chris groaned leaning his head back to look up at the ceiling to stretch his neck so he could try and feel better since his head was pounding from when he was thrown and knocked out and he couldn't hold his head because he was tied up
"About you, no. About being murdered by your sister, more likely" Damon then shouted in pain as the device around his neck was being pulled from the werewolf because he was annoyed about how they were talking as if nothing was happening to them
"If I may talk. You're probably wondering what's around your neck. Well, saw this movie once, this torture porn flick and they had this really cool collar device, so I modified it with some wooden nails and when I pull" He pulled the chains tight again pulling the mini wooden stakes into Damons neck to torture him again
Chris tried to concentrate and use his magic to bust out of the chair, take the mutt down and save the day, except that his mind was concentrating too much on his pain and the torture that was occurring beside him to conjure up enough ability to do this
Jules walked into the room, still carrying her wooden filled shotgun, and watched Damon struggle with the stakes in his neck "So I hear you have the moonstone"
As she walked closer, Damon began to start laughing at her which was worrying Chris since a reckless Damon not thinking of his actions could get him killed right now "Oh if only you knew the irony of this moment right now-"
All Chris could think about is that he knew the other side existed so if he died he'd make it his mission to haunt Damon for the rest of his eternal existence
"-Let me tell you how this is gonna go. Your gonna torture me, I don't talk. You torture him I still don't talk, someone looses a heart. Last time it was your boy Mason"
Jules' face drops not liking the comment he just made and walked closer to him "This time, it will be one of you" Jules nodded to her friend who was holding the chains and he began to pull again to hurt him. She then lifted up her shotgun and placed it on Chris' chest "Tell me where the moonstone is"
"Get over it honey, you'll never get it" Damon smirked at her
Jules then took out a wooden stake that was in her waist and used it to puncture Chris' leg. The stake struck straight through into his leg which made him scream out in pain, this caused one of the werewolves Jules was with to be involuntarily sent flying across the room and slamming into the bookshelves on the wall
The lights in the Salvatore living room then began to flicker and started to burst. Jules noticed this came from the guy on the other end of her shotgun "You actually killd some of my friends back in the woods and here all you can do is throw one guy and ruin the electrics. Pathetic"
"Pathetic is not the word I would use to describe him" A voice came from behind the torturers. They all looked and turned backwards in shock to see Elijah standing behind them and in his hand, a white rock "You looking for this"
Chris never thought he'd be happy to see the guy who was previously scheming to potentially kill one of his best friends. But the fact is he was, and would be even more if he saved them
Elijah entered the room even more and placed the moonstone on a nearby table. He then walked away a little and gestured his hand towards it in a taunt "Go ahead, take it"
One of the idiotic werewolves tried to make a run for the stone only to get his heart ripped out by Elijah and thrown to the ground. Another two tried to rush him only to meet the same heartless fate as their eternally sleeping friend on the floor
Jules then took the shotgun off Chris and decided it was her time to leave and used her werewolf speed to quickly get out of the house and away before Elijah killed her
The werewolf that was torturing Damon let go of the chain and dropped to the floor, throwing his jacket over his head like he was trying to hide in plain sight. Elijah walked over to him and grabbed the back of his jacket to pull him to his feet "How about you sweetheart? Want to take a shot? No, yes, no?"
Elijah then turned to ask Damon and Chris "Where's the girl?"
Damon shrugged his shoulders not being in pain anymore from his vampire resistance and strength which made the device feel like more of a nuisance to him "I dunno"
"Well, that doesn't really matter" Elijah said before smashing his elbow into the werewolves face to knock him out
"She ran scared" Chris began to chuckle lightly at how fast she ran when seeing Elijah come into the room "God I'm starting to really hate werewolves"
"Are you okay, Christopher?" Elijah consoled while walking over to him first to break the chains that tied him to the chair and he began to examine the large wooden stake that was still sticking out of the mortals leg
Chris laughed through the pain as it seemed to make it not feel as bad, and Elijahs comments were helping him with this "Are you being sincer or do you think I just grew this out of me? And I've told you before, it's Chris"
Elijah then knelt down and grabbed the stake not yet moving it "Well, Christopher-" Chris rolled his eyes which made Elijah internally amused "-take a deep breath, this will hurt majorly but will only last a couple of seconds and then I will be able to heal you. If you'll let me?"
Elijah said this looking up at Chris who nodded eagerly just wanting the litteral wooden pole that was in his leg, to be out of his leg. And with that Elijah yanked the stake from out of Chris' leg making him shreik in pain
Elijah tossed the stake aside and with speed he bit into his wrist and forced his own blood down Chris' throat to heal him. Immediately the hole in his leg patched itself over only leaving blood stains and a reminant hole in his jeans to remember it by "I trust you feel better now?" Elijah asked
Before Chris answered they heard the interruption of some eager chains wiggling from right beside them. They turned to see a very unamused look on Damons face as he sat there still feeling like he was being tortured "Could you both stop this horrid sweet talk with one another and let me out of these sometime today!?"
Elijah got up and moved over to him to rip the chains from around him with his original vampire strength, he stepped back while flicking his hair to give Damon a look "You realise Damon this is the third time I've saved your life now?" Elijah questioned him but Damon doesn't respond
Elijah looked back to Chris "I hope to see you again, Christopher. It would be best if I don't have to come save you for the fourth time, Damon" Elijah then went to take back the moonstone from the table and manoeuvred himself out of the house
"Told you that you were deemed to get us killed" Chris complained to himself which Damon obviously heard since he was right next to him
"No way that wa-"
Chris' phone went off alerting that he had gotten a message, and when he looked it was Bonnie "Shh" Chris shushed him which left Damon with a dumbfounded look as he went to leave but stopped and looked at Alaric who was still 'dead' on the ground
"Just go. I've got him" Damon said knowing he wanted to wait to see that Alaric was okay

Bennett House:
After the events of being knocked out, tied up and tortured, Chris got a vague message from Bonnie about her, Jeremy and Caroline kidnapping Luka and didn't expand on it
He walked in and saw Bonnie knelt on the floor beside Luka with candles all around the room. Chris gave a huge sigh which announced his presence to them "What the hell have you guys done now?"
"You're finally back. Come help me with this" Bonnie told him as she dunk her fingers into a bowl that was beside her to help improve her natural magic using the water
"Are you okay?" Caroline asked him
"Yeah, I'm fine. Just some things happened but it's over now and I'm here" Chris came over to Bonnie and sat beside her on the floor at Lukas head "What are we doing?"
"We're getting the truth. We need to know how to kill Klaus so no one has to die" Bonnie explained to him
"So you knocked him out and kidnapped him?" Chris asked them all
"More like we drugged him with witchy herbs then kidnapped him" Jeremy sort of corrected him "Looks like he's starting to wake up
Chris dipped his fingers in the bowl and then held onto one of Bonnie's hands. The both of them placed a hand around Luka's head, this caused the flames to engorge and shoot up as they began to do magic
Chris was glad that it had actually started working properly now and not just when he was injured or had an intense emotion like when he was tied to the chair at the Salvatores
They both were trying to search Lukas mind but he was putting up a fight to not give anything away to them "Please stop... please" He begged them but Chris pushed their magic more which sent him back down into an unconscious state where he couldn't move but was still talking
"There we go" Chris said "Now we can ask him whatever we want"
"Why are you working with Elijah?" Bonnie asked him
"Klaus... we both want him dead" Luka slowly spoke in a whisper
"You also want Klaus dead? Why?" Bonnie asked him
"Because he has her... we have to get her away from him" Luka replied
"What are you talking about? Who is her?" Chris asked him
"My sister"
"Why does he have your sister?" Chris asked him
"He's searching for a way to undo the curse without the doppelganger" Luka explained to them "He's forced generations of witches to help him for centuries"
"What has Elijah promised you for your help?" Bonnie asked
"If we help Elijah kill Klaus, he's promised to return her to us"
"Now for the million dollar question" Chris said "How are you going to kill Klaus? How does one kill an original vampire?"
Lukas eyes then opened and he began to move again in a panic "No... he'll kill me if I tell you... don't make me"
Caroline and Jeremy exchanged looks seeing his squirming "It's okay. We can find another way" Jeremy told them
But the twins didn't listen and grabbed Lukas head still, pushing his mind back down with their combined magic "Tell me, how are you going to kill Klaus?" Chris asked him
"After the sacrifice, Klaus will be vulnerable, and weak. It will be our only chance" Luka explained to them
"After the sacrifice?" Caroline asked him
"What do you mean after?" Bonnie demanded an answer
"Klaus will be vulnerable..." He whispered
"But Elena will already be dead" Chris said worryingly
"Yes... Elena has to die"
