Tori heard movement behind her as she finished healing Damon and Stefan, She turned to defend herself but saw the pixie haired woman look at Tori and then at Elijah's dead body in horror before fleeing away.
"You!" Damon said to Rose as she fled from the mansion but Elena's voice distracted Damon "Let her go," she said. Damon looked at Elena smiling, which she returned as she walked down the stairs. Tori watched her father look hopeful as it seemed Elena was going to embrace him but instead she ran into Stefan's arms. Tori watched as Damon's face fell, she felt bad for him but the way Damon behaved proved that what Katherine told her was really true. Damon was truly in love with Elena.
Tori decided to ignore her thoughts and what Katherine told her by walking towards Elijah's dead body. She was troubled by how much strength it took her to kill this vampire. Tori walked closer to the vampire observing his face. The vampire looked to be 24 years old but his aura, even dead showed he was knowledgable, which would be the case if he was an ancient vampire. He had an angular jaw, with high cheek bones, he was really well groomed with his sharp looking suit, that was now torn and stained with blood, and despite his out of date hairstyle and grey dead look, the vampire was very good-looking and something about this vampire's face felt familiar.
"Tori, honey?" Damon called out breaking her from her thoughts. Damon after realizing he had forgotten to check on his daughter after she single handedly took out a really old vampire and healed him and Stefan, rushed to her holding her shoulders to check if she was okay. His eyes widened when he smelt her blood.
"You're bleeding!" Damon said
"What? No, I don't—," Tori said as she looked, her top had a large blood stain that was growing bigger and bigger
"Oh, uh I must have popped a stitch or two," Tori said as she lifted her shirt to see her bandage that was white earlier, now stained red.
"What were you thinking?" Damon yelled "Here drink," he said as he bit into his wrist and offered it to Tori
"Damon, I can heal myself," Tori told her father
"No, young lady, you will drink my blood and will stay out of trouble. Do you understand me. You could have gotten yourself killed," Damon yelled
Tori rolled her eyes "oh please, you and Stefan were going to die, if I hadn't appeared when I did you would have been grey corpses instead of suit man over there on the wall," Tori told her father
"Fine, but drink," Damon told his daughter. Tori sighed but yielded, not wanting to argue. She drank Damon's blood and felt her skin heal.
"Do you by any chance have something in that big bag of weapons that I could use to wipe the blood off my skin?" Tori asked
"No, but suit dude might," Damon said as he checked Elijah's pockets to find a handkerchief "Ah, what did I tell you! Now clean the wound while I get the car around," Damon told his daughter
Tori quickly wiped her wounds while Stefan and Elena packed Alaric's weapon bag. "T, thanks for coming," Elena told Tori as Stefan carried the bags and waited
"Hey, we are family, of course I would have come help you, now let's please leave this house," Tori said as she looked at vampire corpse one last time before turning to leave. Something felt weird to Tori. She threw her blood stained handkerchief in the corner before walking out of the mansion.

Caroline stood outside her sister's room, Stefan had called her and asked her to check on Tori, he had told Caroline about Tori's nightmares and knew that his niece was not going to open up to either him or Damon so his best bet was Caroline.
"Hey! Can we talk?" Caroline told Tori who was reading a book on her bed
"Yeah, what's up?" Tori said as she put the book down gesturing for her sister to sit on her bed.
"So, how have you been doing?" Caroline asked
"Uhm... I am good? What do you want?" Tori asked seeing Caroline's expression
"Okay, Stefan called and told me about what happened when you almost died. Are you having nightmares?" Caroline asked cutting to the chase
"What? No," Tori told her sister
"You're a terrible liar. Look, Tor you and I share everything, the good, the bad, the ugly. I can see that something changed, you lost that light in your eyes, I mean you're good at pretending but everyone can see it. Mom is planning to send you to therapy. Please talk to me,"
Tori looked at her sister "Care, I am Fine!"
"Seriously! When did you start lying, you have never hidden anything from me and now.."
"Actually I hid I was a witch from you for a long time Care," Tori told her sister
"Wow! Really? I thought you and I had no secrets. What happened to you on the other side Tori?" Caroline pushed
"Nothing happened, Care! So drop it,"Tori argued back
"No, something did, you have been acting weird and not yourself since Luke's death and...,"Caroline yelled but Tori cut her off
"STOP!" Tori yelled
"Is it Luke? Did you see him on the other side? Is that what this is? Tori you have to speak to someone about this please. What happened on the other side?" Caroline Pushed
"You want to know Care, fine. I was tortured by witches that wanted me to kill myself. I was shown the amount of destruction I would bring to humanity. I was stabbed multiple times , this cast here that you see... it wasn't because of Katherine stabbing me or hurting me. My wrist was broken because I was tied up by vines that got so tight that it snapped my wrist. I watched as mom died, I watched Luke blame me for his death..... I can't sleep because every time I try to I see Luke. I failed him and frankly if I am an abomination then I should not exist, I was meant to die, and maybe it should have been like that. You wanted the truth, here it is," Tori yelled at Caroline who was horrified
"Tori..." Caroline said before hugging her sister tight, as soon as Caroline hugged her, Tori felt herself fall apart and she cried. Caroline held her sister as she let out her emotions and cried.

Back at the mansion, Elijah's body was still grey and impaled but slowly he woke up. As his face gained back it's color he ripped the stake that the witch had stabbed him. He was angry and annoyed having lost to a small teenage witch and having lost the doppelgänger. He looked at his ruined suit with an annoyed expression before checking his pocket for his phone. Looking at the time he was surprised that he had taken so long to wake up. It was 6:00 am, usually he would have regained consciousness in an hour or two but it had taken him almost 21 hours. He looked at his hands seeing the dry blood and reached out to grab his handkerchief only to find it missing. He looked around and the cloth in the corner of the room stained red. He grabbed the cloth and sniffed it, the blood, though dry smelt different from any human or witch. 'Looks like the little witch hurt herself bad,' he thought to himself. Elijah stood up and began dialing a number on his phone.
"It's me, I need you to meet me at Mystic falls. I will send you the address. Meet me in two hours," Elijah said before hanging up. He then rushed out the mansion to his car and drove to the town that he had once called home.

Tori walked down her high school hallway when she was stopped by Alaric.
"Hey kiddo, can we talk?" Ric asked Tori
"Sure, what's up?..wait are you going to ask me how I'm doing? Because if you are please save your breath I had the talk with Care and I am all better now."
"Caroline asked me to talk to you. Don't be mad at her but she told me about what happened," Ric told Tori
"What! She had no right to....oh I am so going to kill her," Tori yelled
"No, she cares about you and she knew you needed to talk to somebody, a therapist but since you live in the world of supernatural she figured the next best option is me since I have a minor degree in psychology," Ric told Tori
"Look Ric I appreciate that you want to help but after crying it out I feel much better. I now know not to bottle up my emotions and I am fine,"
"Well that's a start but we have to still talk. Look whatever conversations we have it will be between us not even Damon will know. I promise. But you need to talk to me," Ric told he young girl. Tori looked at ric conflicted, she was scared to tell her innermost thoughts fearing that she would be judged or hated but her thoughts were interrupted when she received a text from Damon.
"Sorry, give me a sec, Damon needs my help," Tori said as she began replying back to his text but before she could press send the phone disappeared from her hands.
"Hey!" Tori yelled out
"No, Damon can deal with the problem on his own. He is an adult, well kind of an adult," Ric commented making Tori agree "so let him deal with the problem for once. Tori you are a kid. These issues that these dumb vampires have should not all fall on you. You saved your dad and uncle yesterday. You helped them plenty, now let me help you. Please," Ric said
"Okay," Tori agreed

Elijah stood in front of Slater handing him a stake "I want you take this and drive it through your heart," Elijah said compelling Slater
"But that would kill me forever," Slater told the original vampire
"I know. But it's necessary," Elijah said compelling the vampire. Slater took the stake with shaky and before plunging it into his chest
"Was it, really?" The witch that stood behind Elijah said
"It had to be done. He delivered his message. Won't be long now. Have you found anything on the witch?" Elijah asked as he turned to look at the man
"Luca made contact with the Bennett witch however she isn't the one you described. I tried tracking the witch by her blood but surprisingly she has very strong concealment spells on her. It will take time and a lot of power to be able to know who she is. I would suggest using traditional methods. Sometimes the easiest path is the simple one," The witch said
"Jonas, perhaps you don't realize the significance of threat that this witch is, She would have managed to rip my heart out had it not been for the fact that she was weak and injured. She isn't like any witch I have met, she comes closest to one witch but as far as I know that family line died centuries ago. We need to find the witch because if she is there to protect the doppelgänger it could complicate things for us, " Elijah told Jones
"There might be a spell that could track her but I will need your assistance and your blood," Jones told the Vampire. He knew that Elijah was very careful when it came to witches channeling him and using his blood as he would be a powerful force of power.
"Alright, what do you need to do?" Elijah asked
Elijah walked into the house he had given the Martin witches. "So how exactly does this spell work?" He asked as he watched Luka and Jonas place the bloodied handkerchief on the center of the table "Give me your hand," Jonas said as he used a silver knife an cut Elijah's hand, palm facing up " Place it here," Jonas said as Elijah placed his hand on the cloth
"Now take my hand," Jonas said as Elijah held Jonas's palm "Close your eyes. Relax your mind. And look for her, remember her voice, every tiny detail will help," Jonas told Elijah
Elijah closed his eyes as he thought about the girl. Her hair, dark brown, almost raven, her eyes turquoise blue but turned brown. She was powerful but she was scared even though she looked brave. She was pale and had seemed like she hadn't slept in days. The way she spoke showed she was authoritative and powerful but she had sadness deep within her.
Suddenly Elijah saw her, the girl that almost ripped his heart out. She was sitting and staring at a picture, she looked sad. Elijah watched as she stood up placing the photo back in her grimoire as Stefan appeared in her room
"Hey!" Stefan greeted the girl
"Hey, uncle Stefan," the girl greeted the vampire. 'Uncle?' Elijah thought, he had done his research on the Salvatore brothers and family and found out that the only living family that the Salvatore's had was Zachary but he was now deceased.
"So, I know you are mad at me for telling Caroline to talk to you," Stefan told his niece
"I was, but she actually helped me. She told Ric and he had a talk with me. We decided that he would help me deal with everything so please don't freak out. I am getting help, that's what you wanted right? So, stop worrying about me , okay. I will be fine," The girl old Stefan
"I will always worry about you sweetheart. How are your wounds?Caroline told me that even with vampire blood it didn't heal completely," Stefan told his niece
"I swear that girl cannot keep a secret, did you know she told Tyler about her being a vampire, how dumb is she? I mean I love Tyler and all but I would like not having to worry about my sister being bit on the ass by a werwolf. Does Damon know blabbermouth babbled?" The girl asked
"No, I figured that he would not take it well, now how are your wounds?" Stefan asked
"Uh, see for yourself ," The girl lifted her top to show her torso, there was a huge plaster stained with blood," Stefan looked at the girl
"Tori, the wound hasn't healed at all," Stefan told his niece as he saw the wound bleeding despite the stitches. Elijah watched the girl, who he now knew was named Tori
"Yeah, weird I know, usually vampire blood heals, it healed a bit but still a long way to go, plus my wrist hasn't healed yet. I am guessing when Katherine stabbed me with the poison knife it slowed down my healing. I tried using a spell but, no luck. Plus killing that what's his face suit guy didn't help. Speaking of which, did you get any information yet?" Tori asked
"Uh, yeah, he was an original, his name was Elijah and according to Rose he is the easter bunny compared to Klaus," Stefan said. "Elijah scoffed at the statement
"Wow! But if everyone is so scared of the originals why was it so easy to kill him? I mean it was difficult trying to rip his heart out but stabbing him in the heart was super easy. Also, there is something I need to tell you about Suit guy. I have seen him before, twice," Elijah furrowed his eyebrows. He had never been near or around mystic falls till very recently and the had never seen the girl before
"What! Where?" Stefan asked his niece in shock
"In my dreams and once when I tried to track Elena, remember when she got kidnapped by Anna. I saw a glimpse of him, he had long hair and he spoke in old English , I am pretty sure I saw him when he was my age or something, he was sword fighting with a blonde guy they seemed to be friends or brother's maybe, anyways this older guy came and started sword fighting with the blonde guy and he was ruthless and this woman yelled at ....oh my God!" Tori said as she realized who the woman was "you were there on the other side, did you see a blonde woman?" Tor I asked
"Yes, the one was torturing you? Why?" Stefan asked
"Here name is Ester, she was the woman in my vision . She had screamed at the older guy, his name was... Mitch...mica...Mikael, right his name was Mikael! " Elijah stood in shock as he heard Tori describes father and mother
"What! So, Ester, the witch... Tori are you sure this is what you saw, that was a long time ago, are you sure?" Stefan asked
Tori looked at her uncle "maybe, I don't know with the number of concussions I have had, I am not sure. But I know I dreamt about Elijah," Tori told her uncle
"Okay, Tori, honey. You need to rest. I got you something. Bonnie said to have this with tea and it will help with your sleep and healing. Here," Stefan told his niece
"Thanks!" Tori smiled at Stefan
"Now, get some rest. I need to deal with Damon and Elena. So goodnight. Love you sweetheart!" Stefan told his niece
"Goodnight uncle Stefan," Tori told her uncle as she hugged him. After Stefan and gone Tori went to the kitchen to make herself tea, when she suddenly saw Elijah's reflection of the window. She gasped and turned to attack the vampire but saw nothing.
Elijah opened his eyes as Jonas couldn't handle the spell anymore "The girl's name is Tori. She is really powerful and she could be a problem to our plan if Klaus finds out about her," Elijah told Jonas
"She is Stefan And Damon's Niece," Elijah told the witch
"Niece? There is no family member, distant or immediate left alive. The last of the Salvatore's are the vampire brothers. Luka befriend her," Jonas said but Elijah interrupted
"No! The girl is very observant. Leave her alone. I will deal with her but find as much as you can about her from the Bennett witch," Elijah instructed
"I tried, Bonnie was very secretive about it. She insisted that there weren't any other witches in town," Luka told the Vampire
"Try and see if you can speak to others, Find any and all information on her," Elijah told the witch who agreed.

"So, why do you feel guilty about Luke's death?" Ric asked Tori
"Because I am, Ric. I failed to protect him. Skylar killed him to get to me. My protection spell failed." Tori told Ric
"But that's thing Tori. You did protect him. Skylar was the one that killed him. You didn't know he was in danger. You need to remember that you cannot control everything. Whether it was Sheila's death or Anna's you did do everything you could to save them. I have watched how you help everybody but sweetie you cannot save and protect everyone. Now you need to remember to never forget that you should protect yourself first. You have almost had near death and a death experience trying to save people. Damon and Stefan they will manage on their own. You don't have to always save the day," Ric explained to the witch
"Really, if I didn't go with them to the mansion, right now we would be attending two funerals and have a missing poster of Elena. Ric, I am not an idiot but when I have a gift that could potentially solve our problems don't you think I should be using it?" Tori asked
"You have a gift, yes, but you cannot take it for granted. I read Sheila's journals and the book on Swan witches. There is a lot of information still missing. So you don't know what your limitations are. Eventually there will come a time when it will be too late," Ric told the girl
Tori's phone rang "it's Damon! I know I know," Tori told Ric who gave her a look.
"Hello?" Tori answered putting the phone on speaker so that Ric could hear the conversation too
"I need you to go and help Bonnie and Stefan retrieve the moonstone from Katherine, now!" Damon told Tori
"What? Damon I can't," Tori told her father
"What do you mean you can't. Tori we need all the help we can get. I need to rescue Elena she decided to hand herself to Klaus. I was supposed to go help Stefan but I need you to. I don't trust that Jeremy, Bonnie and Stefan won't screw up. Go now!" Damon instructed before hanging up.
Ric looked at the young exhausted girl. "I need to go. Jeremy is involved and he will get himself killed I know it. Thanks Ric, I will work on myself." Tori smiled at the professor who returned an empathetic smile.
Tori rushed to the Tomb after her therapy session with Ric. As soon as she approached the entrance of the tomb she heard Stefan's worried and frustrated voice "Where the hell is Damon?" Stefan yelled
"We can't wait, we have to get him out of there," Bonnie told the vampire
"Get who out of the tomb? Tori asked as she walked to where the vampire and witch were.
"Jeremy," Stefan told his niece
"What! How did he get inside?" Tori asked
"He decided to get the moonstone on his own but Katherine was able to get the upper hand, She's fed, she has her strength back, so going inside will be difficult.
"I can go, since the seal is still up " Tori told Stefan "Do you still have what's left of the ash?" Tori asked Bonnie
"Yeah, Do you think you can get close enough?" Bonnie asked
"No, Tori. I will go and you and Bonnie can try to bring these down," Stefan told his niece
"Fine!" Tori and Bonnie stood outside as they began chanting trying to break the spell. Both the witches were exhausted but they still pushed through.
Stefan watched as the flames burst around the witches as they tried to lower the tomb Seal
"Ohhh, something's happening," Kathrine told Jeremy as she help him like a rag doll
"T! Bonnie, no!" Jermey yelled as he saw Tori and Bonnie become paler as they chanted the spell.
Tori felt pain in her hands breaking her from the spell, she saw Bonnie holding dog tags, she was channeling somebody else. "Bonnie! Stop, this is a dangerous spell. Stop. Let Go!" Tori yelled as her hands burned. Suddenly the the spell connection broke causing Bonnie to collapse on the ground. Stefan rushed to Bonnie trying to wake her up "Bonnie. Bonnie, wake up, please. Bonnie, wake up. Bonnie," Both Tori and Stefan tried waking up the witch
"Yes, please because I'm still in here!" Katherine told the witch as she impatiently paced around dragging Jeremy with her.
Bonnie suddenly gasped, waking up "Are you okay?" Tori asked her friend "You all right?" Stefan asked but Bonnie looked disorientated "It didn't work," she said pissing Tori
"Are you kidding me! Who were you channeling, do you know what that could have done to you!" Tori yelled at her friend
Tori panted in anger as she tried to calm herself as she looked at a worried looking Jeremy
"And you! what the fuck were you thinking? Going alone to that bitch's Den are you fucking kidding me!" Tori yelled
Stefan watched his niece get angry, her eyes turned blue "Ahhh, that's too bad, that you can't get the seal down. I'm still hungry," Katherine said as she slammed Jeremy to the wall going take a bite but before she could Tori and Stefan rushed in. Tori managed to snap Katherine's neck while Stefan pushed Jeremy out. Bonnie caught Jeremy. Stefan looked at his niece, here eyes still blue. "Tori you need to breath. He watched as her breath became shallow "look at me, hey! You need to get out of the cave, come on," Stefan told his niece. Tori took deep breaths and calmed herself down, Stefan watched as Tori's eyes turned brown again, once she was calm he and Tori walked to the entrance "Katherine will wake up soon, so you need to leave," Stefan told Tori
"Okay, I will get you out soon," Tori told her uncle as she stood at the entrance but as soon as she tried to step out she felt an invisible wall "what the-" Tori said
"What's wrong?" Bonnie asked
"I can't leave! I—," Tori tried to push through but her hand seemed to be touching an invisible wall.
"How is that possible?" Jeremy asked
"Can you use magic inside?" Bonnie asked
Tori closed her eyes and the fallen leaves managed to float "yeah, I can try and siphon the magic from the seal," Tori said as she placed her hand in the invisible barrier. Bonnie, Jeremy and Stefan watched as her hands turned red and seemed that the spell was working but Tori yelled out in pain as she felt her hands burn. She stopped immediately "well, looks like I am your third roommate uncle Stefan," Tori told her uncle
Stefan looked at his niece in worry. "Bonnie see if there is something we can do to get Tori out of here, Go and call Damon, somebody," Stefan told the two teenagers.
As soon as Jeremy and Bonnie disappeared Tori looked at her uncle "So, wanna play charades till Kat wakes up?" Tori joked making Stefan look at his niece in worry

Damon stood in front of Elena's house "What you did today was incredibly stupid," Damon told Elena
"Actually, the only thing that was stupid was that I got caught," Elena told the vampire "I don't question why you and Stefan and everyone else tries so hard to save me. You shouldn't question why I would try to save all of you," Elena told Damon
Damon and Elena were interrupted with a panicked looking Jeremy "I have been trying to reach you for hours!" Jeremy told the duo
"Don't worry baby Gilbert, Elena is safe now, as long as she doesn't do anything stupid," Damon told the boy but seeing Jeremy's panicked face he knew something was wrong "What happened?" Damon asked
"It's Stefan and Tori!" Damon felt his heart drop when he heard his daughters name

So, I wrote a short chapter. I wanted to know If you guys would like shorter chapters but frequent updates or longer chapters but a less frequent updates.
I Also wanted to know who do you guys ship Tori with?
