Flashback to 8 and a half years ago
Your mission: Locate and capture Jenna Ortega
Time given: 1 month
Working with: Raffie Pugh & Dylan O'Brien
Mission status: Completed (late)
You cocked your gun, hiding behind a display room. You had Raffie inside the security room, just to help you figure out where she was. "Where is she, Raffie?" You mumbled into your coms, you glanced around.
"She's inside the other display room, 4 o'clock." You made a small grunt in acknowledgement. You put up your gun, walking cautiously as you moved closer. You knew what Jenna looked like, but you had never seen her in real life. She looked stunning in the file's photo, but it couldn't compare to seeing her in real life. Dylan had to talk you out of a lot of things with this mission.
With this, it wasn't like it was a good guy vs. bad guy situation. The file didn't tell you much, but you figured out that she had gone missing from her agency, no one from there could capture her, so they worked with your agency and hired the three of you to go get her.
"Jenna, we aren't trying to hurt you." You called out, walking as quietly as possible, while Dylan went the other way.
"Then why are you here?" She retorted, making you roll your eyes. "Besides, y/n, I know you can't take me down."
"Read my file? What a stalker." You joked. "Raffie?" You mumbled to your coms. You were getting closer, you could hear her voice getting louder.
"Keep going the way you were going." The girl responded into your ear.
"I know where you are." Jenna spoke, making you pause. You were just around the corner, you held out your gun. You turned the corner, coming face to face with the girl, she was also pointing a gun at you. She had a smirk, you froze. She was way more beautiful in person, it scared you. You clenched your jaw, the gun still pointed at her. You couldn't remove your gaze from her, but you knew Dylan was getting around to behind Jenna.
You started to lower your gun, causing Jenna to look at you confused. "You got me." You shrugged, putting it down.
"Y/n, what are you doing? Don't drop your gun." Raffie's voice rang into your ear. "Dylan isn't there yet." You ignored your friend's warning.
"What? Y/n, what are you doing?" Now you heard Dylan. You just kept your eyes locked with Jenna.
"Do you have more, or something?" Jenna moved closer, her gun never moving away. You shrugged.
"Why don't you come and check, princess?" You smirked before letting out a groan of embarrassment. "Sorry, I can't call anyone princess, it's so weird." Your voice was muffled because your face was covered by your hands. You heard her giggle, making you flush even more red.
"You're weird." She had a genuine smile on her face, making you shrug. Your eyes locked with hers again. Her gun raised again. "Take out all your weapons."
"Like I said, come and check." You raised your hands once again.
"Gross, keep it in your pants, y/n." Raffie gagged, almost making you roll your eyes.
Jenna broke your little starting contest, walking over to you slowly. She lowered her gun, tapping it around your body. You looked at her, confused. "The fuck are you doing?"
"Checking." She muttered, she reached behind you. You managed to grab her wrist, quickly putting on the cuffs, as if you had super speed. You smirked at her.
"Whoops." You smiled, feigning innocence, while she glared at you.
The three of you had taken her to a motel, just for some questioning before you took her in. They had her tied to a chair and questioning her. You were just sitting on the bed, happily eating a mandarin. Jenna's eyes never left you, and she never answered them.
You were splitting open a slice, the skin was slowly coming off. You threw it into your mouth and noticed how they were all looking at you. "What?"
"Help us out here?" Dylan quipped, turning back to Jenna. You sighed, getting up and eating another slice. "She's not saying anything, she's been looking at you." You bit back a small grin, seeing her blush.
"You know, last I remembered, agencies don't work together, wanna explain why yours hired us?" You ate another slice, pulling the gun out of your waistband.
"Woah, y/n-" Dylan went out to stop you.
"Chill, Dyl, I'm just taking it out, it's hurting my stomach." You put it down, your eyes not leaving Jenna's.
"I'm not telling you anything."
You nodded, sitting down on the edge of the bed again. "Fair. We'll wait." You felt them all looking at you again. "What?"
"We don't have that time, y/n, we only have a week left, and it takes a few days to drive back." Raffie crossed her arms. You just shrugged. Raffie ushered for you to huddle with Dylan and her, a few feet away from Jenna. "We can't go back empty handed."
"I'll take her back, be like, she slipped away, I went after, told you two to go home." You were nonchalant. "Not like they're gonna kill me. You can say it was also because Dylan's hurt."
"I'm not hurt though." You punched him in the stomach and smacked him across the face, the rings on your hand creating small cuts. "What the fuck!"
"Sorry." You grimaced, seeing his cheek go red. "But seriously, you two can go, I wanna know this first."
"Are you really that desperate to know?" Jenna asked, the three of you turned to her.
"No, I just wanna spend some more time with you." You teased.
Flashback to 4 years ago
Your mission: Assimilate Jenna Ortega
Time given: 2 months
Working with: Maya Hawke
Mission status: Incomplete
"Maya, I really don't wanna do this." You and Maya were in a hotel, peering into another. You had a sniper set up, it was pointed at the room that Jenna was staying in.
"Y/n, you know you have to." You took a long drag of your vape. "Shit, I think that's her." You quickly exhaled, handing Maya the vape and looking into the scope.
You stayed still, the reticle aimed at the girl. Your finger hovered over the trigger. There was no way you could miss, you never do. "Fuck." You mumbled, watching her as she made eye contact with you and waved. She was changing. You quickly looked away, flushing.
"What are you doing? Why didn't you shoot." Maya couldn't see anything, she was just blowing out some smoke.
"She's changing." You were sure you were red, your heart was beating. Your phone started to vibrate in your pocket. Confused, you pulled it out and answered the call. "Hello?"
"You're such a stalker." Jenna's voice was sultry, you gulped and looked back into the scope. She was looking at you, half naked and on the phone.
"Just for you, baby." You responded, your voice just as smooth. Maya was looking at you weirdly, still taking in hits from your vape.
"Is that a gun? You gonna kill me?" She teased, a smile on her face, though it wasn't wide, you can see her dimples. "Go ahead, y/n, shoot me." You clenched your jaw, hanging up. Your finger hovered over the trigger again.
"Are you really going to do it?" Maya asked, but you kept silent.
You aimed, staying still. Then your finger pulled the trigger, but was slightly muffled due to the silencer. You watched the shot break the glass, Jenna getting caught off guard.
You saw blood splatter onto the bed, making you smirk. "Holy shit did you shoot her?" Maya was hitting you, but you didn't bother taking your eyes away. You started packing everything up, a smirk still on your face. You never answered Maya, staying silent.
It was when you were putting everything in the car when you got the call. You chuckled upon seeing the name.
"What the actual fuck, y/n." Jenna was definitely angry. "What were you thinking? I needed him." You let out a laugh.
"No you didn't, I already know everything there is to know." You got into the car, Maya looking at you with curiosity in her eyes.
"Please-"
"His name is Zachary Evans, aged 31, blonde hair blue eyes. The reason for your mission was to take back a stick that he used to hack into the Pentagon. He doesn't have it, trust me. It never existed, he was just baiting you guys." You pulled out, driving away, the phone by your ear.
"How do you know that?" You rolled your eyes.
"Just trust me on that."
"What the fuck am I supposed to tell them?"
"I missed." You shrugged, hanging up on Jenna.
"Who was that?" Maya piped up, you glanced at her, the smirk never left your face.
"Jenna."
"Like Jenna Ortega?" You nodded, Maya hit you, making you grimace. "I thought you killed her!"
"I killed her mission." You joked, biting your bottom lip in amusement. "Let's just say I missed."
Flashback to 4 months ago
Your mission: Retrieve Document from Levi Jane
Time given: 3 weeks
Working with: Jenna Ortega
Mission status: Completed
You and Jenna were heading to the car, coming back from eating at a restaurant, when a guy tried to mug you two. "Give me your wallet." He pointed the guns barrel right at Jenna's face.
Something turned inside of you. You clenched your jaw, pulling out the gun from under your shirt. "You really wanna try that right now?" He looked at you, pointing the gun at you. You had your arm defensively in front of Jenna, the other arm pointing the gun at the man. "Are we gonna have a little shootout?" You teased, trying to rile him up.
"Y/n, don't." She mumbled, her eyes wide with fear.
The man smirked. "Yeah, put your gun down." You tried to protest against Jenna.
"Please." She was quiet. You huffed, going to put your gun away, snatching the gun from the man and shooting his foot. He yelled out in pain as you grabbed Jenna and ran for your car. "What the fuck were you thinking?" She yelled.
"He would've shot at you." You argued, making the girl scoff and cross her arms.
"We both know we could've stopped him." You rolled your eyes and pulled out, screeching away. "Fuck, is that even loaded?"
"No, I'm keeping it in my pants, I don't think I wanna accidentally shoot myself." She nodded, you glanced at her and shook your head.
"Keep it unloaded."
"I promise." You replied, sarcastically.
Flashback to 4 months ago (The next day)
Your mission: Retrieve Document from Levi Jane
Time given: 3 weeks
Working with: Jenna Ortega
Mission status: Completed
You and Jenna had to stay in a room together, with only one bed. The two of you already had what you needed, you were just enjoying the free stay for a little longer. You exited the bathroom, the steam following you out.
"Your turn." You mumbled, going to your luggage. The towel around your waist threatened to fall as you grabbed some shorts. Jenna slipped into the bathroom while you just hopped onto her bed and went on your phone.
You didn't even notice Jenna was finished until you felt the bed dip. "Are you gonna get off?" Jenna asked, getting into the covers. You paused the video you were watching and looked at her.
"Get off what?" You were pretty comfortable, and you wanted to sleep on a bed for at least one night, not some crummy couch.
"The bed? I thought I called dibs." You rolled your eyes, placing your phone on the night stand.
"Please, you can handle me in bed with you for one night." You slipped even lower under the covers, you were faced away from her.
"Whatever, just don't touch me." You let out a hum of acknowledgement and closed your eyes.
For the next hour, Jenna kept on tossing and turning in bed, it was clear she couldn't sleep, and it was keeping you up too. "Fucks sake, Ortega, go to sleep." You grumbled, getting comfortable again.
"Sorry." She mumbled, it wasn't sarcastic, it was genuine, which made you internally groan and flip over to face her.
"What's wrong?"
Even though you two were in the dark, you can see the reflection of her eyes. "Nothing." You rolled your eyes for the millionth time that day. You knew she was lying.
"Jenna, please, I wanna get some sleep tonight." You didn't notice how she got closer to you, her eyes on your lips. Once you saw her lift herself up on the bed, your heart started beating. "What are you doing?"
"Just let me do this." She muttered, kissing you softly. Your eyes widened but melted into the kiss. She had her fingers under your chin. Your stomach fluttered. She tried to pull away, but you managed to catch her lips once more, you slowly pushed her onto her back. Once you two started to pull away for air more often, it got sloppier. Her tongue slipped into your mouth, making you let out a low groan.
You two kept on making out, she managed to take control and flip you onto your back, managing to keep contact between your lips. She started to kiss your neck, biting you softly. "Fuck," You exhaled, your knee coming into contact between her legs. She let out a soft moan, causing a vibration on your neck. Your hands slipped under her shirt, while hers played with your bra. "Keep going, baby."
She had left hickeys all over you, so you flipped her over, just to do the same. Her soft moans echoing through the room. Your heart pounded, this girl was going to making you go crazy.
