It was time for Periwinkle's interrogation. "I don't know how the withdraw the spell. I would't have cast it if I did", Periwinkle said carelessly. "That doesn't make any sense!" Snappy shouted. Periwinkle chuckled: "Things that make sense aren't funny. And I like funny things." Mrs. Claus sighed. "Why did you cast the spell on Santa?" she asked. Periwinkle turned to look at Tempera. "It's kinda rude that you haven't told the truth to your son yet", they grinned, gazing at Jonathan when they said the word 'son'. Jonathan turned to Tempera slowly. "What the-" Miriam stopped Jonathan before he could finish his sentence: "Don't swear." An uncomfortable silence filled the room.
After a while, Periwinkle broke the silence. "Well, I guess the interrogation is over. It was nice meeting you! Byee~" they said, getting up from the chair. Maximillian put his hand on their shoulder and made them sit back down. "We're not done yet", Maximillian told.
