Tysm for your request. Not gonna lie, this was a new type of storyline for me.
Maybe that's gonna be the reason for this oneshot to be so long. 😅

"I said that (Y/N) likes me more than you!"
"Cut it out! I'm hundred percent sure that she likes me more than you as a friend!"
An albino and a blunette argued at the rooftop of Beigoma Academy whilst glaring daggers at each other. Sure they were best friends, but right now were arguing over an utterly silly subject.
They were arguing over who was a better friend to (Y/N). She was the (h/c) haired girl who was the only female in the beyclub.
Thankfully, the rest of the beyclub was not there to watch these two argue or else they too (except the girl) would've joined in.
The two glared at each other one last time before saying simultaneously,
"Let's settle this with a beybattle then!"
Post battle:
(Of course, Shu wins):
"Yeah!!!"
"Noooo!!!!"
The albino cheered joyfully and did his signature scar reveal as the blunette whined in sadness and fell to his knees.
"I told you I'll win. You need to do a lot better if you want to defeat me."

6 months later:
(A surprise is awaiting)
Once more, the whole beyclub was practicing on the rooftop of Beigoma Academy. This time, every member was present.
Valt and Daigo were working on the chain launchers, Rantaro and Wakiya were having a push-ups competition with Ken counting for them whereas (Y/N) and Shu were doing leg stretches.
"Alright guys, time for a short break."
Daigo said as he paused and pointed at the stopwatch. It showed that they'd been training for 2½ hours already.
They all stopped and got their towels and water bottles out. As they were resting up, (Y/N) called out to them,
"Hey guys, I've got something to tell you."
At this, all the eyes went to the girl as the boys awaited for her to continue.
"What is it?"
Valt was the first to ask as (Y/N) took a deep breath and spoke,
"Well...as you know, I'm the princess of (Kingdom Name: (K/N)), there'll be a party which will be held a week later. So..."
"So?"
Wakiya asked as he raised an eyebrow and she continued,
"...I'm inviting you all to the party as well."
She finished and looked at their expressions for their responses.
"I'M TOTALLY COMING!"
Valt jumped excitedly as he rushed to (Y/N) and held her hand with a large grin on his face. The others had shocked expressions at first but they changed to wide smiles quickly.
Daigo: "I'm coming as well."
Rantaro: "Count me in too!"
Wakiya: "I'll come wearing my royal purple suit." *bragging*
Keru and Besu: "Count us in too!"
Shu: "I'm down for it as well."
The female was so happy after hearing that and was about to say something but her phone suddenly vibrated, signalling she had a new notification.
She took it out to check and a frown formed on her lips as she read the text message she'd just received.
All the bladers seemed to take notice of this as Valt was the first to ask,
"What happened (Y/N)?"
She looked up at the blunette and sighed softly as she said,
"I just received a message from my fiancee. It was another cringey pick up line."
"You have a FIANCEE?!"
Valt, Rantaro and Wakiya asked in unison as they all held surprised expressions on their faces. Shu's face, however, didn't look very surprised. It rather looked...displeased.
(Y/N) took a deep breath as she nodded and explained to them,
"Well, being a princess has its disadvantages. My father said that if I get engaged early then it'll be good for the kingdom. But I don't know how it'll be 'good'. But putting that aside, he engaged me to a prince of a neighbouring kingdom against my will. And that prince is...very money loving. He's gonna marry me just for my father's wealth and power."
"WHAT?! But that's so mean!"
The wonder boy said as he raised his hands in fists and frowned. Daigo nodded as he added on,
"He's right. Why don't you ask your father to break off the engagement?"
"My father got me engaged without my will. Do you think he's gonna break off the engagement if I ask him to?"
The girl asked back as the raven haired boy shook his head and Rantaro said,
"That's sad to hear y'know. You should find a way to get rid of him sooner or later."
"I know that but I can't do it alone."
(Y/N) sighed sadly as she walked to the door and looked over her shoulder one last time,
"Well...I'm looking forward to seeing you guys at the party."
Then she closed the door and left. The whole time, the bladers were giving her pitying glances, except Shu. The albino seemed to be in deep thought after the (h/c) haired girl told everyone that her fiancee was money minded.
"Guys. Listen up."
He called out as the rest of the five bladers turned their attention to him and he told them of a secret plan which was to be executed at the party.

A week later:
At evening:
"We're all set to go!"
Valt cheered as the rest of the bladers nodded and were right now waiting to arrive at the (L/N) palace as they were all seated in Wakiya's limo.
Valt was wearing a nice blue coat with black pants and a white undershirt with a blue tie along with black shoes.
Shu was wearing a red coat with black pants and a black undershirt with a red tie along with black shoes.
Rantaro was wearing a yellow coat with black pants and a white undershirt with an orange tie along with black shoes.
Daigo was wearing a deep purple coat with black pants and a white undershirt with a black tie along with black shoes. He was wearing his red headband too.
Ken was wearing a green coat with black pants and a white undershirt with a green tie along with black shoes. He had his puppets Keru and Besu on his hands.
Wakiya was wearing a royal purple coat with golden embroidery on its collars with white pants and a black undershirt with a golden rose printed tie along with black shoes.
Today all of them were looking like they were from noble families as all of them were dressed formally. Just goldilocks was looking a bit too fancy.

A while later:
At the (L/N) palace:
The limo stopped at the palace as the boys got out and saw the (h/c) haired girl waiting for them at the entrance. She was wearing a beautiful princess gown too.
(Pick any of these two or you can imagine any other design of your choice.)
"Welcome guys!"
(Y/N) welcomed them cheerfully as the blunette ran up to her and hugged her tightly, much to a certain albino's dismay.
The rest of the boys walked up to her as Rantaro pulled Valt away from her and Shu complimented,
"Your dress looks beautiful, (Y/N)."
"Thank you Shu! You look like a gentleman too!"
She responded with a smile as Wakiya cleared his throat and grabbed everyone's attention.
"You know we're also dressed up well, (Y/N)."
"Yes, yes I know. You all also look good."
She giggled as Shu placed his hand on Valt's shoulder and said,
"How about you go ahead with Daigo, Ken and Rantaro? Wakiya, Valt and I will catch up in a bit."
"Huh? Sure thing but where are you three going?"
The (e/c) eyed girl asked as she blinked in confusion and the said three boys moved to her side as Daigo said,
"They've forgotten something in the limo and are going to take it."
"Oh! What is it?"
"Um...it's..it's..."
"A boys thing!"
Rantaro said quickly as Ken and Daigo took her inside and Wakiya, Valt and Shu left quickly, leaving the princess confused.
"But where-"
"Ah! Leave it (Y/N)!"
Rantaro said as he shoved her in the palace.

A while later:
Somewhere dark and mysterious:
(Random name), who's your fiancee had just arrived on the spot after receiving a message from an unknown number.
He was dressed in a flashy outfit, along with many expensive accessories. He looked around for the people who'd called him out here saying that they've got something interesting for him.
"Is someone here?"
He called out as two figures stepped out of the shadows and he stared at them with a blank face.
"So? You're the ones who sent me the message? What have you got for me?"
He asked as Shu's eyes glowed red and Wakiya's eyes glowed blue in the moonlight. Valt was hiding in a corner and recording everything.

A little bit more later:
Back at the palace:
(Y/N) kept glancing at the entrance every now and then as it was getting harder for Rantaro, Daigo and Ken to cover up for their friends.
"I wonder what's taking them so long. Where did you guys get the limo parked?"
She asked and looked at the three boys as they all exchanged glances amongst themselves but didn't answer.
"Come on atleast tell me-"
"We're back, (Y/N)."
The deep voice of the red eyed albino called out as she excitedly turned around only to find Valt, Wakiya and Shu coming their way with smiles on their faces. She ran up to them and asked,
"Where were you all this time?"
"We'll tell you everything. But first, where's your father?"
"My father? Over there."
The girl responded as she pointed at the direction, the king was standing at. Mr. (L/N) was apparently entertaining a few guests. She turned her attention back to the boys and asked,
"Why do you want to meet him though?"
"Let's just say, we've got a solution for your problem."
The blonde boy said as he shrugged and Shu went straight up to Mr. (L/N) with his phone in his hand.
"Solution? To my problem? What're you talking about?"
(Y/N) asked in confusion as Valt grinned and almost spilled the beans,
"We got rid of-"
But before he could finish, Rantaro covered his mouth as Ken and Daigo stood in front of him with nervous smiles on their faces.
"MR. (Random Last Name)! WHAT IS THE MEANING OF ALL THIS?!"
The king literally yelled out loud as Shu smiled proudly when all the guests, including Mr. (R/L/N) looked at the king with confused faces.
"What's the matter Your Highness?"
He asked as he walked up to him and the rest of the beyclub, including (Y/N) did the same.
Mr. (L/N) held up Shu's phone and gritted his teeth in anger as he asked,
"I ENTRUSTED MY DAUGHTER AND KINGDOM TO YOUR SON BUT YOU WERE JUST AFTER THE WEALTH AND POWER, WEREN'T YOU?!"
Mr. (R/L/N)'s eyes widened in shock as he stared at the screen in which his son (R/N) was confessing openly,
"Yes, it's true! I am marrying (Y/N) only because her family has immense wealth and power! They're so rich that once I get my hands on the throne, I'm just gonna throw (Y/N) away and use the wealth for my own family's benefits! But if there's a girl more rich and powerful than her family then tell me her name! I'm gonna break off the engagement at once!"
"IS THIS HOW YOU WOULD TREAT MY DAUGHTER IF SHE GOT MARRIED TO YOUR B**T*RD SON?!"
He yelled again making Mr.(R/L/N) flinch and fall to his knees as (Y/N)'s eyes widened in shock too. She almost lost her balance but thankfully, Shu supported her from behind. All the guests in the party were gossiping and whispering at the commotion.
"This party is dismissed now! Servants see off the guests and guards make sure that Mr.(R/L/N) or anyone from his family never gets to set foot in the kingdom again!"
Mr. (L/N) said angrily as he turned around and left, leaving everyone stunned.
"No! Your highness listen to me! I can explain it! Your highness! YOUR HIGHNESS-"
Before Mr.(R/L/N) could complete, he was dragged away by the guards.

After everything was dealt with:
(Y/N) and the beyclub stood outside her father's door, debating on whether they should go in with her or not.
Rantaro: "I don't think we all should go in. Didn't you see how mad the king was?"
(Y/N): "He was mad at those money minded people! Not at you! If you'll come with me, dad won't say anything. I'm sure of it!"
Daigo: "But your father is really so mad and-"
Shu: "How about this? (Y/N) will do all the talking and we'll speak only when he asks something. That way, we won't anger him any further."
Valt and (Y/N): "That's a great idea! Let's go ahead with that plan!"
Wakiya: "Valt it means that you also have to be quiet. Understand?"
Valt: "Yes! Yes! I understand!"
With that, the (h/c) haired girl opened the door as all 7 of them went inside. They saw the king seated on his bed, rubbing his temples. He seemed to have sensed multiple presences in the room as he looked up at the beyclub and his daughter.
"(Y/N), my child..."
The king called out softly as he patted the spot beside him and the (h/c) haired girl obediently sat beside him. Much to her surprise, her father suddenly engulfed her in a hug.
"Dad...?"
"I'm sorry (Y/N)..."
"...Huh..?..."
"If I had known that (R/N) and his family were that type of people, I would've never got you engaged with him. I'm sorry I was only thinking about the kingdom. I forgot that you also have the right to choose your life partner and be happy with him. Please forgive me (Y/N)."
He apologized as he stroked her hair softly and the girl was left speechless. It was all thanks to the beyclub that her father finally understood how she felt.
"It's okay dad...I'm glad you understood me."
She said softly as they broke the hug and Mr. (L/N) placed his hand on the girl's cheek as he asked,
"Did you plan it all to expose (R/N)?"
The (h/c) haired girl shook her head in denial.
"Huh? Then how-"
"My friends helped me with that."
She responded as the king turned his attention to the beyclub who'd been standing there the whole time, like a third wheel.
Mr. (L/N): "Thank you so much for your help."
Wakiya: "If you really want to thank someone then please thank Shu, sir. It was all his plan."
He said sincerely as the rest of the bladers looked at him in disbelief. For once, he was being nice.
Mr. (L/N): "Who's Shu?"
The red eyed albino stepped forward as he responded, "I am, sir."
"I'm grateful to you for helping my daughter. You're a really good friend."
"Actually, I didn't do it out of my friendship with (Y/N), Your Highness..."
Shu said as he looked to his side with a light blush on his face as (Y/N) and Mr. (L/N) stared at him confused.
"You didn't do it out of friendship? Then why'd you do it?"
"Because...I have a crush...on your daughter..."
"WHAT?!"
Almost everyone in the room, except (Y/N) exclaimed in shock as the albino's hair covered his eyes and a line of red blush was visible across his face.
"You...have a crush on my daughter?"
Mr. (L/N) asked as he had a strangely calm composure and Shu nodded in response. The king took a deep breath as he asked,
"How do I know that you won't turn out like (R/N)? How do I know that you'll love my daughter truly?"
"Sir, I'll love your daughter will all my heart and protect her with my life. If I loved her just for money, I could've easily colluded with (R/N). But I didn't. I can't bear to see (Y/N)'s life getting ruined by a jerk like him."
The albino answered as the king looked at his daughter and made a face which asked 'Do you like him too?' and the girl's face in turn said 'Yes, I do dad.' The king turned his attention back to the red eyed male as he said in a warning tone,
"If you mean every single word of what you said just now then I'll be more than happy to have (Y/N) be with you. However, if you turn out to be another jerk to my daughter, I'll have you dead at my feet. Understand?"
"Yes sir, I understand."
Shu said as he bowed politely but before he could stand up straight, he was tackled into a hug by a joyful (Y/N).
"I LOVE YOU SHU!"
She screamed happily as the albino hugged her back and smiled,
"I love you too, (Y/N)!"
As she pulled away from the hug, Valt tackled him into another one and the beyclub congratulated him.
Mr. (L/N) watched the scene with a smile on his face, feeling happy that his daughter was going to be happy for the rest of her life as she's found the right person.

After completing their education and Shu becoming a world famous legendary blader, he got married with (Y/N). Of course, Valt being the best man at the wedding.
Two years after the marriage, Shu and (Y/N) had their young and lovely heirs to the (K/N) kingdom.
