"President Park…" Seulgi was one of the hottest female celebrities in the industry. After taking part in three harem-fighting TV shows, she quickly became one of the four most bankable young actresses in Seoul. She had a sharp look, and was apparently only 24 years old, the same age as Lisa.

It only took her three years to go from newbie to stardom; her fame had everything to do with BigHit Entertainment.

Rumor had it that she disregarded her own life to stop Jimin's car, which gave her a chance towards fame.

If it weren't for Jimin's stellar driving skills, and if he didn't step on his brakes fast enough, Seulgi would have died at the scene.

Not a lot of people were capable of doing what she did. It was her courage that sparked Jimin's interest.

As one of Jimin's many girlfriends, Seulgi was one of the more favored ones. She was obedient and knew her place, so Jimin kept her by his side for the past three years. She became immensely successful in the entertainment world, and no one else had the guts to do anything to her.

Those who didn't know all thought that this girl had a hefty background; perhaps she was a second-generation heiress.

Those who did know were all aware that she was no more than Jimin's play toy, one that could be abandoned at any time.

Jimin turned around but didn't say anything…

She immediately put down her Chanel bag and strutted over to him. Then, she held his arm and helped him onto the bed.

"I just came back from filming out of town. I heard that you'll be discharged soon, that's good news." Seulgi's voice was sweet and childlike.

"Yeah." Seemingly disinterested, Jimin only responded with one word.

"When I was filming in Jeju, I saw this really cool lighter, so I bought you one. It's really unique and is modeled after an antique."

Seulgi reached into her bag and took out the lighter, which she presented to Jimin like it was a rare treasure.

Jimin took it in his hand and lit it up twice. His face showed no emotions at all.

"The premiere of my new movie is next month, can you come?" Seulgi looked at Jimin coquettishly.

"We'll see."

Seulgi nodded… Jimin looked like he was in a bad mood, so she didn't dare say anything else.

"Didn't you say that you liked that pink Lamborghini? The one outside is yours to take."

"Huh?" Seulgi didn't think that Jimin would say something like this, so she was dumbfounded.

When she was walking in, she did see a diamond-plated pink Lamborghini by the entrance. At the time she wondered who the lucky woman was.

So it was Jimin's car…

"It's for me?" Seulgi asked in disbelief.

"Yeah, you can have it."

"Thank you, President Park." Seulgi quickly pecked Jimin on the cheek.

Jimin immediately wiped her scented lip gloss off his face with a tissue.

"I'm sorry, I'm just too happy… thank you for the generous present."

"You can drive it away later." Jimin's tone was grim, he didn't seem to be in much of a mood.

"Thank you, President Park." Seulgi thanked him again, obviously getting emotional.

She could almost see the media taking photos of her in that car. She was bound to make headlines.

By then, all of the women in the entertainment circle would all be crazy jealous of her, all because she was fortunate enough to work under Jimin.

It was true that Jimin had a bad temper. Most of the time, she felt like she was tending to the emperor; she had to be extremely careful not to make a mistake.

However, compared to what she got in return, it all seemed worth it…

The wealth and fame that Jimin gave her was something that most women could never even dream of in their lifetime.

Seeing the unconcealable happiness on Seulgi's face, Jimin was surer than ever – women all loved luxurious things.

But why was Lisa an exception?

Why couldn't she be obedient like Seulgi?

Seulgi spent three hours in Jimin's room. When she left, she purposely touched up her makeup.

When she passed by the on-call station, she glanced at Lisa and asked, "Are you Lisa?"

"I am."

"I heard that you were the nurse who has been taking care of Young Master Park during his time at the hospital." Seulgi heard from others that during Jimin's hospital stay, he treated a nurse called 'Lisa' differently from the rest. She could understand – a person like Jimin would only fool around with a nurse for fun. He wasn't going to get serious about her.

"Yes." Lisa nodded.

"As his girlfriend, I would like to thank you for taking care of my boyfriend. I bought this wallet a few days ago and barely used it. Consider it as my gift to you." Before Lisa could respond, Seulgi threw a Prada wallet in front of her, as if she was being nice to a beggar.

"One second, Miss," Lisa called her from behind.

"Do you want an autograph or a photo together?" Seulgi turned around, asking arrogantly.

"Um… neither. You can have the wallet back, I can't accept this." Lisa picked up the wallet and shoved it back into Seulgi's hands.

"Does hospital policy forbid you from accepting presents? It's okay, this isn't a bribe. It's just my present to you."

"No, it's me. But thank you, Miss Kang, for the kind thought."

Seulgi grasped the wallet in her hand with mixed emotions. She thought that if she showed off her relationship with Jimin in front of this nurse, she would be scared by the competition and back down. After all, Seulgi was the only one who Jimin dated for all these years.

However, did the nurse's unwillingness to accept her present mean that she wasn't planning on letting go of Jimin? Did she want even more from him?

At that thought, Seulgi's face went grim as she looked Lisa up and down. "I thought you were a smart girl that knows her place, but it turns out that you're just an idiot who was dreaming of climbing up the ladder. You're not the most beautiful girl in the world nor are you from a wealthy family, so I'm not sure where you got the confidence to keep chasing after Jimin. Smart women should know when to retreat in the face of a rapid torrent. I suggest that you move aside before he gets sick of you, or else your life will become worse when he dumps you. If you accidentally piss him off, you might not even be able to keep living in Seoul. Therefore, you should back down, or do you really want to compete against me? Unless… you think you're prettier than me and can become more popular?"

Lisa sighed slightly at Seulgi's hostile remarks…

She wondered why women always viewed men as the most important things in their lives.

Did they have no sense of 'self'?

"Ms. Kang, I think you misunderstood. Mr. Park and I…"

"I don't care what's going on between you and Jimin. He has so many women that I'm used to it. It's just… I want to remind you not to have your hopes up. An ordinary woman is incapable of tying him down. You should tread carefully…" Then, Seulgi put on her sunglasses, turned on her heels, and left.

Lisa looked at her speechlessly…

That's what Sehun told her, and now Seulgi was telling her the exact same thing.

The problem was, why did they think that something's going on between Jimin and her? She thought that her attitude towards Jimin was much worse than her attitude towards the old man in room 2. At least she always smiled at that grandpa, treated him politely, and played chess with him.

*

Seulgi left with the pink Lamborghini… and she made it onto the entertainment headlines that very evening.

"BigHit's Big Boss Spent More than Ten Million on a Limited-Edition Lamborghini for Kang Seulgi; Their Relationship is Stable, and Wedding Date is Near."

The media had been reporting on Seulgi and Jimin's possible wedding for a long time now; ever since Seulgi's debut, the public relations team had been playing on this rumor, and Seulgi never provided any formal explanations. However, every time news like this broke out, it added to Seulgi's value as well as BigHit's stock prices. Therefore, Jimin silently allowed for these rumors.

After all, Seulgi was pushed to stardom by BigHit alone…

But those in the industry knew that it was just fake news. With Seulgi's family background, there was no way she was going to become Mrs. Park.

Jimin's grandfather used to be the chief of a military district and was extremely strict. He once announced that his granddaughter-in-law could work in any profession, so long as she didn't work in the entertainment industry.

Apparently, Jimin was incredibly obedient to his grandfather. Therefore, news like that was purely for entertainment and not to be taken too seriously.

During Lisa's night shift that evening, Soojin protested as she read the newspaper, "See, Mr. Park regifted what you didn't want. Ten million, it's worth more than ten million … It's such a shame, even I feel bad for you."

"It wasn't mine to begin with, you don't have to feel bad." Lisa smiled.

"You are one weird person. I can't believe you can stay unmoved in the face of money and power. You must really love your boyfriend." Soojin looked at Lisa as if she failed to convince Lisa to do what she thought was the right thing to do.

Lisa smiled again but didn't directly answer.

Even if she hadn't married Jungkook, she still wouldn't date Jimin…

She hated the power struggle within rich families and refused to even return to the Oh family. Of course, she wasn't about to marry into the Park family, another enterprise mogul.

During her shift, the patient in room 2 suddenly pressed the emergency alarm.

Lisa ran over in fear that something bad happened to the grandpa in room 2.

However, when she went in she realized that not only was Grandpa fine and chewing on an apple, there was an elder woman, around the same age as the grandpa, standing beside him. She was wearing a Korean traditional dress and had gentle features. Lisa knew that she was his wife; apparently, she just returned from her daughter's home in Hawaii. Lisa had previously seen her in photos that grandpa showed her before, so she looked familiar.

"Grandpa, what's wrong?" Lisa looked at them, flabbergasted.

"Come here, Lisa, come and sit down. We have something good to announce," the old grandpa said mysteriously.

"Um…something good?" Suspicious, Lisa looked at the old couple.

Grandpa put down the unfinished apple, smiled, and looked at Lisa, "Seeing that you took great care of me over the past few days, played chess with me, and administered my medications, my wife and I talked about it, and decided to introduce you to someone. I've been watching you, Lisa. You're a good girl and the most reliable nurse at this hospital. You're down to earth and not pompous, unlike most of the young people out there today."

"Yeah, my husband kept telling me how good a girl you are, and I believe in his opinion."

"Um, wait, Grandpa, I actually…"

"Don't say anything yet, listen to me. My own grandson is already married, so that's too bad, but my fourth brother has a grandson who is around your age, and he is a really reliable man. He is a company commander in the air force. He is young and accomplished, and, most importantly, he'll be promoted in the foreseeable future. He lives in Seoul too. You both will be compatible for sure. When deciding on marriage venue, you should definitely try Jeju. I've had my own wedding in Jeju."

The more Lisa listened, the more bewildered she felt. What was this? She hadn't even met him, and they were already talking about marriage?

Moreover, she was already married! Wasn't this Grandpa shooting cupid arrows at the wrong people?

Lisa shot up, "Grandpa, I'm sorry, but I'm…"

"I know that you're shy, so I asked that young man to come tomorrow. When he comes, you can get to know each other. You're both young and will have a lot to talk about. If things work out? Great. If not, then you guys can still be friends."

Grandpa sure had an open mind. His wife agreed, "That's right, that kid is definitely reliable, just a little old fashioned is all. Don't worry, we won't trick you."

"I know you are doing this out of kindness, but the thing is I'm already…"

"Hey, turn on the TV, we can't miss the news broadcast." Grandpa slapped his forehead and then began looking for the remote.

His wife also began busying about, and just like that, the couple ignored Lisa's protest…

Lisa quietly left his room; it seemed that she had to take part in another blind date…

If Jungkook found out, he would probably kill her… she shuddered at that thought.

- The next morning -

The guy that grandpa wanted to introduce to Lisa arrived at the hospital before she even finished up her night shift.

To make the atmosphere more like that of a date, grandpa made them go take a walk in the park so they could get to know each other.

"Hi, my name is Mark Tuan." The 180 cm tall man with a square face introduced himself.

"Hi, I'm…"

"You're Lisa, right? My grandpa told me about you, he said that you're a really special girl."

"Um… I'm really not, my temper isn't as good as the other nurses. I'm impatient." Lisa smiled.

"That's a good thing, people who are impatient are usually punctual. I hate people who are late. In the army, no one can be late, not even for a second."

"Yeah, I heard grandpa mention that you're a company commander. It's impressive."

"It's not, my military title is the lowest in my family. My goal is to become a regimental commander."

Liaa nodded… She didn't know what else to say; it was awkward.

"What do you think about me? To tell you the truth, I don't have time for relationships in the army, so once I see someone I like, I immediately ask them what they think. Forgive my straightforwardness," the army dude suddenly asked her frankly.

Lisa bit down on her lips, looked up and said, "You're fine, but… I already have a boyfriend."

"What?" the army dude was confused.

"I wanted to tell grandpa yesterday, but he didn't give me the chance to. I'm really sorry."

"No, it's not too late to tell me now. You're very honest."

"We have to be honest, right? I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused."

"Don't worry about it, men from our family are not perverted nor ill-mannered. We are all forgiving."

Lisa didn't know what else to say…

This army guy wasn't a man of many words; he wasn't as arrogant like that forensics guy from before, but he was still a little weird. His sentences were all capable of rendering people speechless, and Lisa almost laughed out loud at them.

After she explained the situation to him, they headed back and on their way, bumped into Jimin by the entrance.

"Is this… a blind date?"

Jimin was taking a stroll when he heard a few gossipy nurses laugh at the fact that Lisa was on a blind date.

He was so furious that he lost the will to walk around and headed straight to the garden…

Before Lisa could answer, Jimin glanced at the military strap on army dude's shoulder and broke into laughter, "You're just a company commander?"

"Yes, I'm a company commander." The army dude nodded.

"Um, I…" Lisa, unwilling to stay longer, tried to say something.

However, Jimin immediately commented impolitely, "I can't believe a lowly captain is looking to get some at South Side. Who gave you the audacity to do so? Do you know how much the patients here earn every month? More than you will earn in a lifetime!"

"Mr. Park… you're taking it too far." Lisa warned him with a long face. This army guy was grandpa's relative, mocking him wasn't necessary.

"Lisa, this must be your boyfriend. But… I really think you should reconsider dating him. Petty men usually don't have bright futures." With that being said, the army dude nodded at Lisa and left…

Usually, if someone said something like that, Jimin would have burst into flames from fury. Yet today, he was abnormally calm.

That was because that army dude thought he was Lisa's boyfriend, which made him happy.

Furious, Lisa turned around to leave, but Jimin, thick-skinned, blocked her exit…

"Don't stand in my way like a pig, go away," Lisa said angrily.

Jimin raised an eyebrow, "Pig? I'm more like a dog, don't you think?"

"I think dogs are better than you. Dogs are man's best friend. However, you're obviously not."

"Lisa, I'm in a good mood today, so I won't take what you said into account. You're forgiven."

"But I'm not in a good mood today. Move! My shift is over, I'm heading home."

"Hey, seriously... Wait, I have something to say."

"Hurry up, I don't have much time." Lisa looked down at her watch. She wanted to go home early. If she left right away, she would still have time to make Jungkook something special for breakfast.

"I'll be discharged in a few days," Jimin said as his face suddenly became all serious.

He was a special patient who never wore the patient clothing because he thought that it was too degrading.

He wore different luxury brands every day. Paired with his gorgeous face, the female nurses at South Side were usually mesmerized by his handsomeness.

If he accidentally looked one of them in the eye, that nurse would be fawning over that look all day.

Lisa never really looked at what Jimin wore, because her attention was never on him.

However, today she stood in front of him and the sun shined right at his position, making it hard for her to ignore him.

Unlike Jungkook, Jimin enjoyed wearing white, light coffee, beige, white beige… anything that was bright. These colors looked exceptionally handsome on him.

He was wearing a custom-made Salvatore Ferragamo shirt; it was simple yet elegant.

Men like Jimin were born with a natural aura. Even if he wore a 20-dollar shirt bought at a vendor by the street, people would still mistake it for being worth hundreds of thousands.

"Congrats, it's about time," Lisa immediately responded.

"Before I leave, I wanted to tell you something."

"Hurry." Puzzled, Lisa stared at Jimin; he was a little weird today.

Jimin cleared his throat, obviously a little nervous. He had gotten used to women throwing themselves at him and had never expressed his feelings toward a girl before, so he wasn't sure what to do.

"Seriously dude, if you're not going to say anything, then I'm going to leave." Lisa lost her patience when she saw Jimin's hesitation.

"Lisa, do you want to date me? I'll be good to you."

Jimin immediately looked the other way after saying this; he was scared to look into Lisa's eyes.

Lisa, who was just about to leave, suddenly stopped in her tracks…

Was Jimin… confessing to her?
