A Few days later after staying in the hospital you and Seraphine were good to go home, and you spent two weeks taking care of her at the Airbnb before you returned back to Purgatory Hall, and upon coming back home you saw a big welcome home banner which had been made by Luke, he'd made It in advance to welcome you and the baby back home when It was time
you smiled, "Thank you Luke,"
he smiled, "Your welcome!"
you gave his head a pat before you picked up the baby carrier, all the while Simeon held the door open for you as you headed inside first, going to the couch as you sat down to take Seraphine out the carrier as she slept and you held her in your arms
lightly stroking her little hairs, just as Simeon came up behind you
"It's hard to believe isn't It...she's home with us now" he said
you smiled, "yes"
Luke released Lucky from his leash as the went to go run around, it seemed he missed the place
"Lucky no running in the house!"
Simeon gestured to Luke to not shout, and he quickly realized he could've woken up the baby, you then stood up as you started heading to Seraphine's nursery, and everything was just as It was before you'd left to the human world, upon coming into the nursery Seraphine started to wake up as she soon cried just as you started to smell her diaper needed changing
you rubbed her back, "there...there,"
you went over to the changing table and unbuttoned her onesie as you removed her soiled diaper, then cleaning her up with the baby wipe before putting a new diaper on her
just as Luke came in, "are you changing her? can I help!"
you smiled, "It's a little too late now but next time I promise"
you then picked up Seraphine as her blue eyes watered, you then went to sit down In the chair with the foot rest near her bed, sitting down as you lightly rocked her, and Luke came over as he looked on enchanted again with his little sister, "Seraphine, Seraphine"
Luke lightly touched her head and stroked her little hairs, "She's so cute"
you giggled as Luke then drew In closer as he played with Seraphine a little, just as Simeon came to the doorway as he looked at you three with a warm smile on his face
he then started, "My Lamb, What would you guys like for dinner?"
you looked up, "Oh, I almost forgot about that"
Luke smiled, "Let's have Celestial Realm food to celebrate their coming home!"
Simeon smiled with a nod, "Great Idea, Luke would you like to help me"
"Of course!"
Luke held Seraphine's tiny hand, "Seraphine, big brother's gonna go make something yummy but I promise to play again later"
you felt your heart warm at how Luke communicated with her, he then rolled up his sleeves as he left the nursery to go wash his hands as Simeon walked over
he touched your shoulder, "How are you feeling my sweet"
"I'm good, though a little tired but I'll be okay"
Simeon pressed a kiss to the side of your head, he then looked down at Seraphine as he also gave her a peck on the forehead before leaving the nursery to go start with dinner,
you rocked in the chair a little as you then started to breastfeed Seraphine for the third time today, and you'd recently found that she drank quite well. After you finished feeding Seraphine you swaddled her back up before taking her over to her bassinet, removing the pillow and blanket inside of it before you placed her down as she sucked on her pacifier
you smoothed her hair back a little, pressing a kiss to her forehead before you then quietly left the nursery to see if Simeon and Luke might need help, just as Lucky came to paw at you
you giggled, "Down Lucky,"
you gave his head a pat as you walked to the kitchen, "Need some help?"
Simeon turned, he came over "We're good my lamb, why don't you go get some rest"
he put his hand on your cheek and you held onto it, "Okay, I just put Seraphine to sleep...I guess I do need a little rest"
you then hugged Simeon as you leaned on him a little, and he held onto you as he rubbed your back before he swept you off your feet, carrying you over to the couch where he set you down
"Luke and I will keep an eye on Seraphine while you rest"
you nodded, Simeon then kissed you before you laid down on the couch as you put your head on one of the pillows.
