Jungkook's brain couldn't react to what happened fast enough since he never thought that Lisa would take the initiative and kiss him.
By the time he was able to react and wanted to return the kiss, the smooch was already over…
Lisa let go of him and licked the corner of her lips. She looked rather seductive…
"So, Mr. Jeon, can I go out and have a drink with Chae now?" Lisa stared at Jungkook with her big and pretty eyes.
"What a honey-trap… you're good," Jungkook stared at Lisa's face and answered.
Lisa chuckled loudly, clearly amused...
"Did that Chaeyoung teach you this?" Jungkook questioned.
"You think she's more intelligent than me?" Lisa questioned back.
Jungkook bit his tongue...
"Jungkook?"
"Huh?"
"Can I go out and drink just this once? I won't drink too much, just a couple of glasses! Please?" Lisa pouted like a baby for the first time.
Her voice was soft and tender, almost melting Jungkook's heart as he listened...
He was determined to never let her drink again after seeing her drunken behavior last time.
But for the first time, this girl was showering him with hugs and kisses, and he just couldn't find the heart to say no.
Finally, in the end, after a long staring contest, Jungkook lost to Lisa...
"Fine, but don't be like last time," Jungkook warned.
"Yes, yes." Lisa nodded cutely.
Lisa felt much better after receiving an approval from Jungkook.
"Are you going out now?" Jungkook looked at his watch and noticed that it was getting a little late.
"No, Chae said we will reschedule to another day."
"Okay, try to go out during the day. I get worried if you go out at night."
After laying down the ground rules, they both went to bed.

Lisa drove to work and had just punched in her time card before a coworker came up to her. "Lisa, someone's looking for you."
Who could be so annoying that they actually came to bother her at work? Lisa wondered.
Just then, a flaming red shadow appeared in front of her. The shadow was in a red dress, with a pair of red heels that looked to be seven-inches tall. She was rather flashy and flamboyant.
"Nancy?" Lisa furrowed her brows.
With a full face of delicately-applied makeup and hair down to her shoulders, who else could it be?
Despite the fact that Nancy dressed flamboyantly, she nevertheless came from the Oh family. The way she held herself still gave a great sense of presence.
"Lisa, let's talk."
"I'm working," Lisa coldly replied.
She was never really fond of anyone in the Oh family.
"It's not like you earn much with this job anyways. You can take a one-hour break, and I will give you three times the pay," Nancy said all mightily.
"Is this enough?" She asked arrogantly as she pulled out a dozen bills from her LV handbag.
For a second, Lisa wanted to take the money and toss it at her face, then tell her that she had millions in her account so she could stuff that money up somewhere where the sun don't shine.
But of course, Lisa would never do that; she was not someone with no manners.
"Forget the money. What do you want? Just get on point, I'm busy." Lisa looked at Nancy.
"This is not a good place to talk. Let's go somewhere else," Nancy looked at the busy doorway and suggested.
So, Lisa took her to the hospital's back garden...
"What is it? " Lisa said harshly.
"My father's sick. Did you know that?" Nancy emphasized 'my father', reminding Lisa of her identity.
"Your point?" Lisa was getting impatient.
"The point is, my father hasn't been well. He still thinks of you as his daughter, and he wants you to come home. You don't have to live in our house, but you have the right to inherit some shares from my father. I hope you know that those shares are worth quite a bit. Well, it's not like you would understand it even if I explain it to you. But, you need to know that my father is being very kind for giving you a chance to become rich. So, to return his favor, you need to be on the same team as us against Sehun. Do you understand?"
"Why would I?" Lisa provoked.
"You will do it because there's no such thing as a free lunch, if you're taking the shares then you need to help."
"I don't want those shares, so I definitely won't help you."
"What? Are you kidding me? You don't want those shares? Are you an idiot? Do you know how much they are worth?" Nancy shrieked.
"I don't care how much those shares are worth. They have nothing to do with me. Miss Oh, you can leave now and please don't come back. I don't want you to disturb me while I'm at work," Lisa ordered.
"Shut up, you stupid cunt," Nancy swore.
"Nancy, you should watch your image. After all, you're a socialite."
"Lisa, don't be a bitch. What my father is doing is called pitying you, because you're so goddamn poor. Not only that, you have that burdensome little brother of yours. Didn't you have to work several different jobs, including at KFC, to support him through school? Oh yes, let's not forget your crazy mother. She failed in marrying rich, so she ran off with my father's chauffeur. She then tried to blackmail my father when you guys ran out of money. When that didn't succeed, she went around spreading rumors that my father is unfaithful. Your whole family is messed up in the head. I know she owns a little convenience store for a living, so quit putting up a front when you guys are all so poor already. I see you're driving a Sedan now, did you lease it? Is it secondhand? Or have you gotten yourself a sugar daddy now? Huh?"
Clearly, Nancy was a very vicious person. Not only that, she was extremely snobby and had always looked down on the poor.
Back when Nancy was still in school, it was rumored that a fellow classmate really liked her. However, both parents of the boy were civil servants, so his family background was average. She would always give the boy a hard time in front of all the other classmates and call him a toad to suggest that she was out of his league. "Are you done farting? If you are, then get the hell out. I can't help but gag if I have to look at you for another minute."
"What did you just say?" Nancy was obviously very surprised.
"You should really value the fact that you came from a good family and live a life of abundance. If you keep on living beyond your means, you will one day drown like a mouse. You shouldn't be so unkind, or you will be doomed by nature," Lisa said calmly.
"Who are you saying will be doomed by nature? Lisa, you're just jealous of me. You're envious of the fact that I am the Oh family's legitimate daughter, and you, you're just a lowly nurse."
"Miss Nancy, do you have paranoia? What fuels your superiority complex? Why would I be jealous of you? Do you look like Song Hye kyo? Is your husband Gong Yoo? Out of the three of you, other than the fact that your mom got some brain cells, you and your little brother are practically mentally challenged. I sincerely recommend that you go and munch on some walnuts when you're bored to boost your brain. Aren't you afraid that people will laugh at your intelligence? Oh, and by the way, the fact that you guys are still alive, being the way you guys are, is only because Sehun allowed you guys to live. What a soft-hearted person."
Lisa turned on her heel and walked away when she finished speaking...
"Lisa, come back here! Who's got no fucking brain?" Nancy was furious.
But Lisa already left, leaving her no chance to retaliate...
Nancy was going to make a scene at the hospital, but she was afraid that the media would catch on and, in turn, ruin her image.
On the way back, in her sports car, she was filled with anger.
She then made an extremely daring decision without consulting with her mother.
She made a call to a reporter that she knew. That night at 8 PM, the reporter revealed Lisa's identity as a illegitimate daughter of Oh family on SNS. The reporter deliberately described her and her mother as a vicious pair who hankered after the Oh family's wealth. Jimin glanced over at SNS's trending topic and smiled to himself. The Oh family's illegitimate daughter? That's an interesting identity.
But this was not Lisa's only secret… there's more going on, Jimin thought to himself.
While everything was happening, Lisa was still working the night shift.
She didn't go on Internet to look at the news until everyone, including Chaeyoung, Haruto, Wonyoung, and the head nurse at the Asan medical center called to check up on her.
It was difficult for Lisa to imagine Nancy being so idiotic. Even though Nancy wanted to give her a hard time, she didn't have to do something so amazingly stupid.
Lisa must have angered Nancy so much during the day that made her want to force Lisa to admit her relationship to Oh family.
They wouldn't accept her in the beginning, but now they were practically forcing and begging her to accept her identity. These people from the Oh family were all certainly pieces of work, and they had no idea how the word shame was spelled.
"Hey girl, you okay?" Chaeyoung messaged Lisa out of worry.
"I'm great."
"Who did this? It's so terrible."
"Nancy."
"I should go find her with you and beat the shit out of that little bitch. She's been pissing me off for a while now."
"It's fine, I won't do that. What she did to me has no positive impact for her. Just wait for it, she'll regret it."
On the contrary, Lisa appeared more nervous by the fact that others were worried about her...
While she was busy messaging Chaeyoung, Jungkook's call sprung up on her phone.
"Hello?"
"Are you okay?" By the sound of it, Jungkook was very worried.
"You saw the news too?" Lisa smiled bitterly. She never wanted to look for trouble, because she knew Jungkook would always be the one cleaning up after her.
But so far, she had been nothing but trouble...
"Yeah. I've already gotten someone to shut this down. I will take care of everything else. Don't worry, okay?"
"I'm fine."
"Are you working the night shift tonight?"
"Yes."
"I will go find you."
"No, it's okay. South Side forbids family visits, and they're really strict about it. You don't need to come, just stay at home and wait for me. I will bring some breakfast home tomorrow morning, what do you want to eat?" Lisa smiled slightly.

"I'll prepare breakfast and wait for you at home." Jungkook hung up the phone as soon as he finished speaking.
Later that evening, the emergency alarm in room one went off when Lisa was busy preparing files. From the moment she heard the ringing, she knew Jimin did it on purpose.
His room was always full of women and bodyguards, so what kind of emergency could he possibly be in?
She took her sweet time and went over after several minutes.
"What is it?" She walked in and leaned against the doorway casually.
"I want a glass of water, pour me some."
"Do you not have arms? You hurt your leg, not your arm, okay?" Lisa shot back.
"Someone's feisty! Looks like your temper is worse now that you're associated with the Oh family," Jimin commented.
After hearing what Jimin said, Lisa's eyes glimmered. She then turned around and answered as she poured some water, "Wrong. My temper has always been this bad for the past 24 years, during which the Oh family refused to accept me. It has nothing to do with who I'm associated with"
Lisa passed over the glass of water and turned on her heel to leave…
"Lisa."
"What?" Lisa looked back.
"If you beg me, I can take care of this within a minute. " Jimin held the glass of water in his hand and looked at Lisa arrogantly.
Of course, he wasn't boasting. It was an easy fix for Jimin.
"Oh, thanks. If you drink less water, piss less, and stop breathing, I will be very grateful."
To no one's surprise, she wouldn't ask for help, no matter what kind of situation she was in.
Jimin really admired her stubborn personality, but at the same time, he was also a little mad that she wouldn't beg him.
Lisa's phone kept ringing after she got back to the on-call station.
When she picked up the phone, the first sentence Haruto asked her was, "Noona, are you planning to go back to the Oh family?"
"Where did you hear that from?"

"Noona, what's the situation? Can I help?" Haruto asked warily as he read between the lines.
"No, it's fine. Just go to school and be a good kid. Don't make Mom and me worry."
"I understand."
"Okay, I'm going to get changed now and get ready to leave work. I'll talk to you later."
"Okay." Haruto listened to his sister and hung up the phone.
This brother of hers was actually a considerate and protective man already. Even though he was still young and couldn't really help her much, he was always the first one to provide moral support whenever she needed help. Haruto was always able to make her feel better and encouraged her through words.
After all these years, she and Haruto had developed a great bond, sometimes even closer than that of biological siblings.
She hoped Haruto would grow up quickly to become a man. She knows that it will be an emotional day to see him start his own family.
But then, she also wished that time would slow down a little, because as soon as Haruto entered society, he will have to take on many responsibilities from his job as well as from his family.
By then, he may not be so innocent anymore...
Due to the sudden incident, Lisa left work early after changing. She thought it was important that she dealt with the incident, so she asked the head nurse for some time off.
Jimin had no idea that there was a shift-swap during the night.
At 10 PM, he pressed the alarm requesting for water.
His face dimmed as another nurse walked in, "Is Lisa not working tonight?"
"Young Master Park, Lisa's had a family emergency so she went home." The other nurse was quite afraid and didn't dare to speak up much.
"Get out." Jimin waved his hands at the nurse. He had trouble falling asleep, so he began flipping through his phone and reading the news.
There was much more negative press after the exposure of Lisa's identity.
Someone opened a smurf account on a local forum and questioned the reality of what happened in the last incident between the hospital and the pregnant patient. Did Lisa use her family background to obstruct the truth?
Haters gonna hate, so naturally, the situation became worse. On the other side at the Asan medical center, the press surrounded the entrance, yet no one in sight came out to provide an explanation.
It was the same situation at South Side, but clearly, Lisa wasn't going to walk out and respond to the incident.
Jimin was curious to see how Lisa was going to handle this situation.
Would she go back to the Oh Family with her title and inherit a share of that pot of gold? Or, was she going to keep being herself?

He seemed very busy recently. Lisa didn't have the appetite to eat dinner, so she took a quick shower and went to bed.
As for the news, she was too lazy to care and didn't want to bother with it.
But it was Chaeyoung who couldn't bear it any longer and called in to ask how she was. She explained the situation with a few simple sentences.
Just as she hung up the phone with Chaeyoung, another familiar number called in.
"Hello?"
"Hello, Little Sis. Looks like someone's trying to force your return. Have you decided what you're going to do? Do you need your big brother to help you out a little?" Sehun still sounded frivolous as usual.
