The next time I woke up, I moved around a bit to sleep again but I couldn't becasue I had already slept so much so I rubbed my eyes and found manik looking at me
"Morning love" he whispered leaning in and pecking my forehead
"Good morning" I whispered
"You look so cute" he said and I pouted
"Cute? I just woke up" I said yawning and he smiled
"Wait, how long have you been just staring at me" I asked seeing him in a casual t shirt and sweats
"Umm a while" he said
"Why didn't you wake me up" I asked getting up
"You looked peaceful, I didn't have he heart to wake you up" he said
"Jeez Manik it's 12, did you eat something" I asked getting out of bed
"I had an apple, I wanted to eat with you. Can you slow down" he said seeing me rushing around
"Manik I didn't even bring clothes, what will I wear" I asked grabbing his towel
"Will you just breath?" He said getting up

"Nandini relax, I have clothes for you" he said giving me a bag
"From where, how, wait what?" I was so confused
"I forgot to ask you to Bring clothes so I got something this morning when you were snoring"
"Hey I do not snore" I said and he chuckled
"Oh you do darling" he teased
"Manik" I wined
"Acha baba I'm just teasing, go freshen up" he said and I nodded
I walked up to him and got on my tippy toes. I kissed his cheek and ran into the bathroom to shower.
Manik had gotten me a cute cropped black t shirt and a black flowy skirt, I love his choice. I got out of the bathroom but didn't find him in the room so I wandered out and found him in the kitchen.
His back was towards me and trust me when I say my whole body swarmed with butterflies just looking at his back. I don't even know how my body reacts to him even when there is no physical contact
"Done staring" he siad
"Umm I wasn't staring" I said walking to him
"No you were gawking" he siad turning to me
"Nope, I am admiring" I said and he chuckled kissing my cheek
"Thank you for the clothes, they fit perfectly" I said
"Twirl around for me" he said and I did
"Beautiful" he said wrapping his arm around me
"Thank you" I mumbled
"I made pancakes" he said
"Yummy, thank you"
"Come on eat up" he said picking me up causing me to yell because I was not expecting it

"Shh' he said sitting me down on the chair
He placed a plate of pancakes infant of me with a bowl of chocolate chips and a few syrups too.
"Oh my lord" I moaned taking a bite
"Um Nandini" I looked up hearing him
"Um hmm"
"Please don't make this difficult for me' he said and I was confused
"Im confused" I said
"Umm nothing" he siad eating
I would have asked again but these pancakes are so freaking good so I just concentrated on the food. Manik is such an all rounder.
Once we were done with brunch, I washed the dishes with Manik's help of course because he wouldn't stop cribbing about how he is gonna help and blah blah.
"Go put on your sandals" he said drying the last dish
"Why" I asked
"We are going to the mall" he said
"Mall yuck, why" I asked
"Because I gotta get a few things for our house"
"Our house? You mean your house" I asked and he chuckled

I put on my sandals and he put on shoes grabbing his wallet and keys.
"Manik why do you call me mrs Malhotra" I asked when he started driving

"Ahhh fine, umm can we stop for coffee" I asked

"Here" he said pulling to this coffee shop by the highway
"Umm this is so cute" I jumped seeing the cafe
"Manik see see it's so cute" I said running to him but tripping over god knows what

"Walk with your eyes open Nandini" he said
"See na" I said pointing at the cute pink chairs
"I see darling, but just be careful" he said interlocking his fingers with mine
I smiled at him as we walked inside the cafe.
"What can I get you guys" a lady said as we walked up to the counter
"Umm can I please get a hazulnut coffee milkshake" I said and she nodded
"And for the handsome sir" she asked making me giggle
"Ill have a vanilla iced coffee" he said
"Coming right up" she said and we payed and stood there
"Manik" I said leaning onto him a little
he looked at me with so much love that I had to look down feeling shy
"Yes" he siad titling my chin up
"Thodha smile kar lia karo" I said leaning on his chest
"Kyu, mai tumharai sath smile ni karta" he asked
"I mean with everyone"
"I do" he siad
"Ou didn't even smile at her" I said and he looked back to the girl who took our order
"She was flirting with me and you know how I am when people flirt" he said making me shake my head
"Here you guys go" the girl said
"Thank you" I mumbled
"No problem, get your brother to call me" she said and I glared at her
"He is my boyfriend" I said
I grabbed manik's drink too and stomped out of the cafe.
"Aww we should smile na" he said
"Hato" I said sitting in the car after giving him his drink
He sat in the car laughing while I glared at him. I didn't think I was the jealous type until now
"Nandini" he said laughing
"No, I don't wanna talk to you no"
"Are baba Maine thodi kuch kia hai" he said
I turned my face to face the window and he laughed
"You want me to call her" he asked and I turned to him
"Ya do it" I said smirking
"Really" he asked and I turned to him
"Of course, actually ya let me call her for you and then I can call Arya as well" I siad knowing he hates aryman
Actually aryman is a colleague who I was training with and who also ended up asking me out and I politely declined.
"You did not go there" he said
I noticed how tight and clenched his jaw was
"I did, still wanna call her" I asked and he scoffed

"Even though I was close to punching her for calling you my brother, she made really good coffee" I said sipping on my coffee
"Let me try" he said and I put my coffee in front of him and he sipped on it
"Not bad" he siad
"Yours is plain" I said taking a sip of his
"Nandini" I hummed drinking his coffee
"Come here" he said as we parked in the underground parking of the mall
I unbuckled my belt and leaned to him, he tilted my chin up and pecked my lips.
"Lets get some things for our house" he said caressing my cheek
"Your house"
"Ours nandini" he said
"Our house" I said and he nodded
"Im not going on that" I said pointing at the elevator
"Im with you, come on" he said holding my ahdn
Even though I was hesitant I followed him, we got in and as soon as it started moving I screamed
"Shh, it's okay" he said caressing my back
"I don't like this" I said shoving my face in his chest
"You aren't gonna get stuck"

"Then we make out in an elevator" he said making me laugh
"Seriously" I said looking up at him
"Yup" he said and the elevator stopped
I literally ran out and he just followed me chuckling
"Oh my gosh Manik, this mall is huge"
"Lets grab some essentials first and then we can go shopping" he said and I nodded
We grabbed some essentials and then we walked to the cafeteria because I was hungry haha.
"What do you want" he asked
"Anything, and everything, im starving" he chukled
"Sit here, ill grab us food" I nodded and he pecked my forehead before walking to get us food
I watched him go to get food and I was so in love. I don't know if he is in love but I was head over heels in love. Oh and if he didn't tell me soon im definitely telling him how much I love him.
"Hey Nandini" I heard a voice making me turn around
"What" I snapped seeing disha
"All alone" she said smirking
"For god sake, I can't get a single day without your presence" I said
