Greggy already living his half life with Irene beside him, and they're bless with two boys. Healthy and lovely boys.
And now their two boys already grow, but they can't still leave their parents side, like now even they're drinking they are both still with their father.
"Dad inom." Luis said, giving the glass to his father.
Alfonso chuckled and started to tease too, "Oo nga naman dad, humihina na ba tayo sa alak? Wag ganyan."
Greggy laugh, he started to get red. He drink what Luis gave to him.
"Kamusta naman buhay niyo?" He asked at them, being a little bit serious.
Alfonso can't help but to laugh, knowing that his father is already drunk.
"Okay lang... Okay lang." They both answered shyly.
"Nako ang mga anak ko." Greggy said looking at them. "Parang dati lang todo sumbong kayo if may crush kayo." He added.
The two laugh more, "May girl friend na yan oh." Alfonso pointed at his youngest brother.
"Parang ikaw wala ha." Luis said chuckling.
Alfonso laugh again as he bitterly drink the liquor. "Wala naman kasi." He said quietly, pouring another shot.
"Bakit diba may pino post kang babae?" Greggy also awkwardly asked.
The two laugh, "Wala po kasi kaming label non..." Alfonso answered.
"Torpe kasi siya dad." Luis eat the sisig.
"Hindi naman sa torpe hindi ako type nun eh." Alfonso laugh.
"Paano mo nasabi? Sinabi ba niya?" Greggy asked.
Alfonso sigh, "Hindi ko alam dad... Wala naman siyang sinabi. Mukhang hindi kasi niya ako type." He reason out.
Luis laugh, pouring a shot to his brother's cup. "Ayaw niya kasi umamin dad edi ayan nag co conclude siya mag isa."
Greggy also started to laugh, "Hindi ko kayo pinalaki na hindi i express yung nararamdaman niyo ha." He said.
The three cheers they drink another shot.
"But honestly, siguro you're just afraid of getting rejected. But don't let the time makes you regrets. If she give you attention that makes you satisfy, then I feel that she is also have the same thoughts or feelings you have." Greggy advised.
Luis is nodding on his side, "Yes... Wag mong sayangin yung pagkakataon."
At this time Alfonso laugh, "Dapat ba ako makinig sa advise niyo?" He asked since the two having their relationship lasting so long.
"Oo sign na to, gusto mo ngayon na?" Luis change his sit beside Alfonso.
"Ayoko nahihiya ako eh." Alfonso said he might be drunk but he still know what he's doing.
Luis continue to laugh, "Who knows may hiya ka pa pala." He jokingly said.
Greggy also laugh at that, "Nako kayo... Dapat bakuran niyo na agad para wala nang aagaw." He advised.
"Ganon ba ginawa mo kay mommy, dad?" Luis asked.
Greggy laugh, "Oo. Eh na love at first sight ako edi binakuran ko agad. Anong magagawa ng hiya hiya niyo. Jusko." He shamelessly said.
The two push their father, "Ayieee! kinikilig oh!" Alfonso teased.
"Hahahahaha! syempre, ganda ng love story namin paanong hindi kikiligin?" Greggy continue to show off.
"Pero ayun nga. Umamin ka na... Sayang naman yung chance. Baka sa future mapapa tanong ka na what if umamin na lang ako? Mas lalo if malalaman mong that girl shared the same feelings with you." Greggy said once more before they cheers and drink their shots.
"Kaya kung ako sayo umamin ka na dun." Luis insisted.
Alfonso laugh, he open his phone.
"Paano ko ba sasabihin? Hindi ba masyadong mabilis?" Alfonso asked them.
"Kailan ba kayo nag kakilala niyan? Kagabi?" Greggy laugh while looking at him.
"Last three months pa kaya. Mukhang bibig niya kasi eh." Luis answered for his brother.
Alfonso laughed, "Ganon ko ba lagi siyang kine kwento?" He turn his head to Luis.
"Oo walang oras at araw na hindi mo kwinento." Luis said as he push him a little bit.
Greggy pour another drink. "Sabihin mo ganito." Greggy started to think.
"Hello, I know it's a little bit fast. But I can't wait for us to be the most perfect lovers soon. I like you, if it's not that pretty obvious yet. I don't force you reciprocate my feelings. But I can give you a reasons and pursue your love. That's all, good night, I hope you still see me like how you did, and don't forget to reply for your thoughts."
Alfonso look at the words that on his chat box. "Kinakabahan ako eh." He said since he still did not send it.
Luis playfully click the send button, "Halla kuya sorry na send." He teasingly said.
"Kinakabahan ako, kinakabahan ako." Alfonso chanted closing his eyes.
"Inom ka muna oh." Greggy give him the glass.
Alfonso drink it, suddenly his notification pop up appear.
"Oh nag reply na ata." Luis look at the screen closely.
Alfonso read it to his mind first, before he vocally said it.
"Hello Fonso. Good evening, well I actually know what you feel hahaha. Obvious na obvious Fonso. But yeah, you don't need to wait any longer naman na since I also do feel the same you do. Hahaha. Good night Fonso. I hope you have a sweet dreams, you have!"
Greggy laugh since he feel kilig too. "Sabi sa'yo eh." He whispered.
They went home that night feeling drunk and dizzy. "Irene?" Greggy patiently knocking at the door.
He then receive a text.
Honey Irene
"Balak niyo pa talagang umuwi ha."
"Jan kayo matulog ngayon sa labas."
"Sabing hanggang ten lang."
"Kailan naging ten ang alas tres Greg?"
The two look at their dad who is laughing.
"Wala na hindi na tayo papasukin. Ngayon pa lang mag isip na kayo nang panuyo kay mommy niyo."
Greggy announce it to them. He went to the side of the house. Sliding the windows.
He lift his self up even he can't see it clearly because of the dizziness.
"Baka mahulog ka jan dad?" Luis said they're just watching him.
"Hindi yan saluhin niyo na lang ako." Greggy said. The window is a little bit high to the ground.
He jump inside but his feet did not stand up properly.
"Ah shit tangina!" He exclaimed feeling so pain.
He opened the door for his sons. "Mag pahinga na kayo." He quietly said still feeling the pain of his feet.
"Shit masakit talaga." He complained. Entering the bedroom.
Irene acted like she is already asleep. So Greggy look at her, before he sit down at the bed. He remove his shoes, and saw his feet swelling.
He scream quietly when he hold the swelling part. "Shit wag kang maingay." He said to his self since Irene is sleeping.
"Fonso." Greggy can't help it anymore so he knock on his son's door.
"Bakit?" Alfonso is still awake.
"Namaga yung paa ko. Masakit." He complained at him instead.
He sat down, Alfonso also called his youngest brother. They started to ice compress his feet.
In the morning, Greggy woke up with still sleeping Irene on his side.
He slowly get up, putting his feet down slowly because he still feel more pain.
He freshen up and walk outside the room. "Padala nga nang isang flower bouquet sa bahay." He is having a phone call with his assistant.
"Sige po sir. Copy po." His assistant said so Greggy ended the call.
"Gising na. Help me to woo your mom." Greggy said to his two sons.
They started to cook their breakfast.
"Wag niyong sabihin kay mommy niyo yung about sa paa ko." He warned them.
"Takbuhin mo nga yung bulaklak sa labas, Luis." He order his youngest son.
Of course Luis nod, he run towards outside their house.
Irene went down, she is trying not to feel flutter at their efforts.
She sit down beside Greggy. They started to eat, while their sons started to tell what happened yesterday.
"It's fun." Alfonso said after the long story he tells.
"Sa sobrang fun nalimutan nang umuwi ano." Irene briefly said.
The three look at each other and they blink. "Hindi naman... Traffic lang." Greggy said almost whispering, and Irene did not mind him.
The two boys just continue on what they're talking about. While their parents having their own world.
"Masarap?" Greggy asked her.
Irene tasted one more time the dish, "Okay lang."
"Syempre luto ko yan... Kahit ano naman sa akin masarap..." Greggy have a guts to say that. But his coolness went away when Irene suddenly kick his swollen feet.
Greggy can't complained, he hold his feet under the table. "I'm done, I'll going to office ha." He announced.
Once he enter their room he sit down, "Tangina ang sakit." He wipes the tears.
Once his energy regain, he quickly went to the shower. He went out at the bathroom he saw an ice pack with notes.
"Use this, if your feet did not get well in the next three days. Go to the near hospital."
Instead of feeling the pain, he smile widely.
Irene went out of the walk-in closet after she arranged Greggy's office wear.
"Sige mag tago ka pa nang nararamdaman mo." Agad agad niyang sabi sa asawa niya.
Greggy did not remove his eyes on the paper, "Sinong nagsabi?" He asked.
"Ewan?" Irene shrugged, "Baka yung mga magagaling mong anak."
Greggy chuckled, he hugged her. "Sorry na dear." He whispered.
Irene look at him, "Sige, sabi mo eh."
Greggy laugh, "Dear naman."
"Oo nga, okay na." Irene said at him.
Greggy kissed her, "Ayieee!" The two boy exclaimed.
"Loko loko." Greggy shooed them.
