It was the early afternoon and I was heading to Sousuke and my hangout spot to have lunch. I had made him his favorite lunch box. Call me a simp or whatever but I do like to spoil sousuke a little bit. And I finally reach our spot on a third floor.
Mistuba: took you long enough
Kou: yea yea
Kou: Here made ya some
I hand him the box. And he seemed surprise
Mistuba: you didn't have to you dork

Hanako had been growing and is now slightly taller than senpai but I still exceed him in height.

Sealing his lips was honestly my favorite way to shut him up. Not that I'll ever say it out loud.
Kou: Looks like I win
Sousuke had his head turned and I couldn't see his face. Did I cross a line....

I hadn't expected that kind of a response out of him. But I seal his lips, part from, then return. His lips tasting like strawberries. Time flew by and I felt my phone buzz. I ignore but then a call comes in. I sadly part my lips from sousuke's but my eyes widen when I see who's calling.
It was Teru.
Kou: Yea...
*over the phone*
Teru: Where are you and why aren't you in class
Shit I forgot about the time
Kou: The Mokke stole a few of my essentials and I went to retrieve them and I barely just got them back
He didn't sound like he believed me but I heard him sigh
Teru: well you have 1 minute till the bell so run
Kou: GOT IT BYE
Mistuba: K-
Kou: I'm so sorry but I gotta run I have less than a minute
I kiss him goodbye and ran.
I was on the last flight of stairs but the bell rang and I tripped.
I tried to get up but then I felt an extreme sharp pain in my ankle. I kept trying to get up but it kept getting worse. Then I saw a bruise forming. I use the rail to pull myself up to stand. I tried to walk but the pain intensified, I screamed and fell back to the ground. I didn't know when tears started to fall out of my eyes but they were and I felt helpless.
Mistuba:
Kou had left in a hurry to get to class. I was sad but I understood. I was making my way downstairs to get to a mirror, but then I heard I scream I knew all to well. I rushed down not caring my wonder form already appeared in a panic. If another apparition hurts him I'LL TEAR THEM APART!!! I get to the last flight and see Kou on the ground crying. I rush to him.
Mistuba: Kou what's wrong?!
Kou: I- I- think I might've twisted my ankle my I tripped. It h- hurts so b- bad.
I look at it and it's pretty swollen. I was panicking and didn't know exactly what to do. I turn Kou carefully on his back then pick him up bridal style. I ran to science prep room2 and knocked pretty hard. I heard footsteps. And the grumpy old face with the fox on his shoulder looked at me and Kou. He stepped outside and closed the door.
Tsuchigomori: What happened
Mistuba: I'm not sure, he says he twisted his ankle and it seems pretty swollen
Tsuchigomori: I can't tend to him now but Yako can
Yako jumps down from where she had been and turns into her human form. She usually reserves that form for her boundary and meetings, so I was a bit surprised.
Yako: Let's take him to the infirmary
There was an infirmary here in the old building but no nurse. The nurse resided in the new campus area.
Yako: Kid I need you to tell me how it happened
Kou: I was running down the stairs but then I tripped
Yako: I see....well luckily for you this is a minor sprain, but you should be able to walk in 2 months
Kou: 2 MONTHS?!
Yako: be grateful it isn't longer. Some have gone up to 6 months like the author
Me: HEY! ╰（‵□′）╯
Yako had a liquid in hand.
Yako: drink this, it's a medicine I made to help with pain and swelling.
Kou drank it and made a face
Yako: now you need to rest, 3 you should tell his brother about his injury.
Mistuba: I DON'T WANNA GO NE-
Yako: The one who'll be taking care of him should know. I get it, but do it for him.
I looked at Kou and sighed. The things I'm willing to do for my idiot.
I knocked on the student council door and No.1 answered
Akane: what are you doing here Mitsuba
Mistuba: I came to talk to the daily demon slayer cosplayer
Akane was snickering
Teru: And why did you come to your death you walking glass of sour pink lemonade
Mistuba: This isn't a pleasant talk for me either Zenistu
I could hear No.1 fall to the ground in laughter
I sigh
Mistuba: Kou twisted his ankle and he won't be able to attend school for 2 months.
Teru: wait how'd he twist his ankle
Mistuba: Tripped while running down the stairs apparently
Teru sighed in annoyance
Mistuba: right now he's resting so after school you can come get him
Mistuba: Now imma go with him before you take him
I use the mirror in the room to teleport to the mirror in the infirmary
I see Kou now peacefully sleeping, what an idiot.....
