"Does it bother you?" Harry asked randomly as they walked away from the thestrals and on the bumpy path up the castle gates. He had his head shifted slightly to the left to see his friends face.

"That?"  Calypso hummed. Looking straight ahead.

"Your...y'know, dad is dead?"

Harry could see a flicker of emotion shading her eyes but it disappeared almost instantly and she shrugged as if it doesn't bother her a bit.

"No, I mean, you're closer to him." The girl simply said. "I don't feel a single ounce of sympathy. I am sorry."

The sun shone brightly outside, seeping through the curtain that covered the balcony window. The occupant of the room was seen laying on her bed with soft snores. Then all of a sudden, from above our favorite anti-social social child, her ward appeared with mischievous intentions. Malacus shrunk himself to four feet long, stretched his wings, and began descending to his master.

Calypso immediately knew she was being crushed by her golden retriever cross breed of a dragon; her slate-grey eyes snapped open to see identical ones staring at her. She looked down at the mischievous anomaly and narrowed her eyes. Malacus snuggled closer to her chest content in place.

"You are one heavy anomaly," The goddess whispered to her steed.

Malacus made a noise of offense and squeezed tightly, his master made a disgruntled noise and glared at him. He was bored.

"Mala." The goddess said in a warning tone. "I appreciate your way of waking me up, but I need to live."

Malacus huffed and set his master free instead he stretched on her bed. walked towards the balcony and opened it with his sharp claws.

Calypso on the other hand stood up from her bed and began cleaning her bed, she glanced at the clock on her shelved, it was only 6 am, and she could hear slow heartbeats indicating her brothers were still asleep, well, some of them. She contemplated whether to make breakfast for them or not, she was going to stay there for two weeks. With an indecisive mind, she sighed heavily putting a stop at her running head, instead, she walked to her bathroom and decided that she would be a good sister and do something she would do to Harry and her friends. Make breakfast.

After cleaning her face and dressing in her usual clothes which consisted of dark sleek green pants and a black sweater, she slipped on her white sandals and grabbed her white headband from the dozen she brought.

"Malacus, do you want to join me?" Calypso asked her ward; she looked over to the balcony to see Malacus on the chair with her sunglasses.

The Goddess can't help but quietly laugh while walking towards her ward, taking the sunglasses from his eyes and placing them down on the tiny coffee table.

The beast huffed through his nose and shrunk himself smaller to fit on her head. He wrapped around her shoulder and rested his head on Calypso's. The misfit made her way to the door and began traveling down to the main family building, she made sure to be careful with the dodgy bridge. When she reached the kitchen, it gave her quite a shock to see how modern the interior is, they didn't tour her here because it was connected to the dining room.

"What should we make them?" Calypso asked herself and Malacus mostly as she began floating some pans and ingredients to the middle aisle countertop.

Decided that everything was fun and made pancakes, hashbrowns, fruit bowls, tea, coffee or juice, and a side with eggs and bacon. By the time she was cutting up fruits while waiting for the pancakes to cook, the door to the kitchen opened, startling Malacus to sleep, the door revealed a half-awake Demetrius. He quickly noticed his sister with her back against him, humming a soft tune while cutting up a watermelon piece. He looked over to the stove to see her making pancakes.

"Good morning, Calypso." The blonde greeted, approaching his sister and placing a gentle hand on her head.

"Good morning," The child greeted back with a smile. "Hope you don't mind me using the kitchen."

"Need help?" Demetrius asked, but he was already flipping the pancakes.

With a side eye, the girl hummed with a smile. "Yes, please."

"What are we making?"

"Uh, pancakes, hashbrowns, fruits, eggs, and slices of bacon. The drinks will be selective."

"Sounds good," The 4th eldest mumbled as he placed a new set of batter on the pan.

"I smell food," Rosendo sang, greeting them from the door.

"Good morning, Rose." The pair greeted in unison.

Rosendo hummed his reply walking to his sibling, he reached for the kettle to heat water.

"Can you also make me coffee, Rose?" Demetrius asked kindly, flipping the pancake.

"Eight orders of coffee coming up." The brunette jovially said with a salute.

"Not for Calypso, make her tea." The leading eldest told his brother. Rose looked down to Calypso who nodded her head. He nodded and began pulling out one teabag.

The door creaked open alerting the trio of the new arrivals. Calypso looked over her shoulder to see August soaked in water. Her immediate response was concern and worry. She took her finished bowl of fruits and placed it on the dining table before summoning a towel and wrapping it around her older brother.

"Oh, hello, good morning." August greeted with a surprise tone, he would usually dry himself off, so he didn't expect his sister to greet him with a warm towel.

"Hello to you too, good morning." The youngest greeted back helping him dry his hair off but due to the height difference, she had to tip-toe.

"1,201," Demetrius said from the stovetop, mentioning the scoreboard.

August scowled, "Shut up, Demi."

"8/10 because Cali helped you," Rosendo commented walking towards the dining table carrying two cups to distribute later.

The carbon copy brunet glared at his annoying little brother before rolling his eyes and turning to his younger fraternal twin. "What are you guys making?"

"Food," Demetrius said before he said something in Italian.

Calypso assumed it was asking for help since August patted her head and began walking towards the kitchen picking up a skillet.

She shrugged and began joining in the breakfast she was supposed to make. Half an hour later, breakfast lay on the table all prepared. Utensils were all laid perfectly for each sibling. The four workers admire their masterpiece, sharing a nod of satisfaction. If you could just squint your eyes, you could see their resemblance with each other, it may not be their fathers, but it was certainly their mothers.

"Okay, time to wake up the rest," August announced he was currently the oldest apart from his twin Demetrius who simply hates dealing with Rose.

"Ooh, can I wake Rhory up?" Rosendo grinned, swaying around while hugging their sister from behind.

"No," Calypso and August both sharply said.

"Cali can wake him up, we don't want Rhory angry, last time cost us so much," Demetrius said, pointedly reminding his brother.

This caught a certain girl's hidden curiosity, "What happened last time?"

August sighed, "Rhory flipped sending Rose out the balcony window and through the forest."

"I was in a coma for two weeks," Rosendo pouted, planting his cheek on top of his makeshift table.

"That is unfortunate," The goddess mumbled.

"Can we wake them up? I'm hungry." August said already walking towards the door.

The four walked out of the family center and made their way back to that dodgy bridge to get to their siblings. Calypso was tasked to wake up Rhory as Rosendo was a hazard to humanity and his siblings.

The youngest Lione walked to the door next to hers, while her door was painted a soft purple, Rhory's door was dark blue and had a silver plaque that says 'If you're Rosendo, kindly, fuck off. If you're not, just enter, don't knock."

A small chuckle emitted from her lips before cracking the door open and taking a small peak. From the looks of it, his room was quite messy, she opened the door wider and slipped in. Her eyes searched around the room and noticed the big difference between her room. The bed was pressed to the wall of the bathroom and the wall indent was made into a desk that had access to the bed.

Smart. She hummed to herself before walking towards the bed to see the clump of Rhory's very blonde hair. She approached him and shook his shoulders gently.

An immediate response was a groan escaping from Rhory's sleep, ah, he was a light sleeper. Calypso stood there for a while ready to shake him awake again but it was not needed when Rhory's head peaked out of his covers, his eyes half open.

"Hi," The girl softly greeted. "Good morning, we made breakfast."

Rhory nodded and hummed his responses. He stayed there for a while before sitting up on his bed and patting her head. It seemed like it was everyone's habit to pat her head, her headband was there for restriction but that did not stop them from doing so. Nevertheless, she lacks physical affection and preened on the touch.

"Good morning," Finally, Rhory grouchily greeted. "What's for breakfast?"

"There are some selective ones, you can choose from pancakes to bacon." she informed him.

"Sound amazing." Rhory hoarsely said before standing on his feet.

Just as Calypso opened her mouth to say her departure, a loud crash was heard from the room next to them. Her head snapped to the door and heard Rose's laugh and Cassian cussing in Greek. Soon enough, the older siblings flooded their floor. She and Rhory made their way out to see August and Demetrius stopping Cassian from murdering Rose who was doubling over. Amadeo looked out of his wits and Malachi was on the spiral stairs clutching his left foot.

"I swear to Gaia, Rose, do that again, I will fucking haunt you in your sleep." Cassian threatened, sending glares at Rose.

"I'm sorry," Rose laughed. "I promise I won't do it again."

"What even happened?" Amadeo directly asked Cassian.

"He unhinged my bed!" Cassian said, clearly upset.

"Rose, you're banned from ever waking up the anti-socials." Malachi sighed finally filling in his older sibling role.

"Hey!" "Oi, we're not anti-social!"

Cassian and Rhory rebuked but were only sent looks of 'You're joking' from their other siblings. The Rosendo had to add something else.

"Calypso's also anti-social."

The name mentioned shrugged her shoulders, "I can't debunk that, I murdered a teacher."

Her brothers stared at her with mixed reactions, either be it, concern, disbelief, and amusement. You can guess who was amused because we all know Rose had 'murder someone' on his bucket list. After their little dispute, the mix-matched family of blonds, brunets, and ravens all gathered back to the dining room where they all ate breakfast.

Ironically, everyone sat by age, and Calypso was stuck sitting between Rhory and across from Rose. She happily ate her fruit bowl a breakfast choice made by her dearest friend Neville Longbottom.

"Is everyone ready for exploring?" Malachi asked after swallowing a piece of egg.

"Exploring?" Calypso quietly asked, to be honest, she was excited, she never experienced life in general.

She wanted to experience everything life had to offer while she was alive and everyone was with her. No one was stopping her this time, and this time, she will not be holding herself back.

"We always go exploring during summer, but do you know the blessed cursed child?" Rose asked, twirling his fork.

The goddess' eyes caught her brother, Cassian's blue ones. He for some reason, gave her a nod of approval. An encouragement from what she was about to say, knowing the fact that only Cassian has the assumption that she is more than what meets the eye. Ironically, despite their bad first impressions, she looked at him for support.

"Well," Calypso started quietly before speaking louder. "I'll assume we're all children of the damned?"

"Woah, even you?" August asked in shock. Demetrius smacked the back of his head for the lack of decorum.

"Well, yes," The goddess nodded her head slowly. "I'm more than just a child of Tragedy..."

"We're all unfortunate, are we?" Rhory humorlessly said.

No one said anything, it was true all of them were unlucky, peculiar, and outlanders. It seemed like those things were their identities. The unfortunate children of Amara Le Roy were all chosen to be blessed, cursed children.

"Anyways," Amadeo broke the silence. "Back to topic. Since the cursed children can feel things that most people can't see, we go exploring. We do it every summer."

"One time, we stumble on a lush cave, and it was beautiful!" Demetrius mirthfully mentioned. His brothers nodded along in agreement.

"We have to camp to get to those places which makes it more fun," Rhory said. "Are you up for it, little sister?"

"I'm a Slytherin, I will be," Calypso said with a playful smile.

Her brothers made an 'ooh' sound and cheered her on. A warm feeling fluttered in her chest, so this is what it feels like to be in a family. A family.

After breakfast, Amadeo and August instructed their siblings to pack their camping and best gear. Calypso on the other hand did not need anything fancy. Voldemort trained her to kill in the harshest conditions, and that included how to hike a mountain with just her strength. The Youngest of the clan, packed clothes that would protect her from the cold inside the bag that Demetrius provided, in it was an installed an undetectable extension charm.

After slipping on some leggings, she made sure her clothes were appropriate for the weather conditions. Sure, Greece was warm, she wanted to make sure. So, she wore a turtleneck over a white hoodie and a bomber jacket. She didn't forget the reinforced boots Harry gave her by literally throwing them on her face. It was reinforced alright, it nearly knocked her asleep. Lastly, she slipped on her bag and headed out the door.

When she swung it open, Cassian was by her door with his hand hovering to knock. He dropped his hand immediately.

"Hello?" Calypso was unsure how to greet this brother of hers. So far, she magically clicks with him but alone, he seems rather annoyed by her presence. She doesn't blame him.

"Hi, uhm, you'll need this," Cassian said, slipping a black beanie on top of her head.

The girl smiled at him; it seemed like she kept smiling this morning. "Thank you."

"No problem," The blue-eyed mystery quickly said. "I'll be downstairs to the lounge."

The girl watched him walk away to the spiral stairs away from her sight. Suddenly the door beside her opened revealing a well-dressed Rhory. This startled her and nearly smacked her older brother.

"He is so hesitant when it comes to you." He suddenly said ignoring the fact that he nearly got decked in the face, and that didn't stop him from approaching him. "He was like that with all of us. When I found out I had siblings, it was shocking."

"When did you find out?" Calypso asked, leaning against her door frame, habitually.

"My mother— Our mother, she was the one who raised me until I was six, then she passed me to my father, they were both cruel people, very cruel." Rhory began, looking far towards the window. "Mother was a narcissist and father was a workaholic, I was left on my own devices. That's when I found my talent for building. Then I met Amadeo and Malachi when they came barging in the house screaming angrily at Mother." Rhory sighed, reminiscing of the time. "I was ten. Mother was so happy to let go of me and years later, karma hit her with death."

"And your father?"

"He's around, but not a lot. Same with Deo and Achi's dad."

Calypso was deep in thought, after she was born, Amara left her with her father and then went back to Rhory's father. It came crashing to her that even her mother made her in the last place. She reached to hold Rhory's hand and squeezed it in sympathy. Rhory squeezed back appreciating the gesture.

"If it makes you better," The youngest spoke. "I'm placed last when it comes to all of you."

"Ey, don't say that," Rhory said, swinging an arm around his little sister's shoulder. "We don't say this out loud but, we already love you, yeah?"

The giddy feeling swelled in her chest as she smiled uncontrollably at how much she loved hearing that.

"Oh, you'll need this." The blonde suddenly said, breaking away from Calypso and pulling out a pair of fuzzy fingerless gloves.

"Oh, thank you," The girl hummed, slipping on the gloves.

"Cal! Rors! Торопиться!" Malachi yelled from downstairs. (Hurry up!)

"наступающий!" Calypso and Rhory both replied. (Coming!)

Rhory looked at his sister stunned as they began descending down the stairs. He asked, "ты говоришь по-русски?" (You speak Russian?)

Calypso bringing out the mischief in her blood said, "Je fais, plusieurs langues." (I do, several more.)

Rhory immediately shifted to his mother tongue. "c'est brillant" (That is brilliant.)

"Thank you," Calypso uttered as they arrived downstairs.

"Finally!" Malachi and Rose exaggeratedly exclaimed.

But they were shut down by Amadeo and Demetrius with a respective glare.

"Let's go," Amadeo announced his arms urging his siblings to go on.

Once they stepped out of the north wings they began traveling to the main building for departure.

"We split up," Amadeo announced from behind the line. "Bertelli twins and Rose will be riding with Malachi and the rest are with me."

"I do not want to ride with the parrot," August said in protest. "I don't trust his driving well."

"Oi! I can drive properly; I passed my test!" Malachi defended himself fiercely.

Calypso chuckled when a bit of accent managed to slither their way between the disputes. She was quite amused that her brothers were as muggle as they could be. And she liked it that way, no magic, no drama, just family having the time of their times lives. Finally, Amadeo cut the verbal dispute and guided them down the garage which was a few feet away from the manor.

She was quite impressed to see the four cars presented in front of her. There was a McLaren F1 painted in sleek black and tinted black windows, next to it was a Jeep Wrangler painted in white and accent of black, then next to that was a Hummer painted in black, it was by far the biggest as besides that was a motorcycle in the same black color. Impressive indeed.

"I'm driving the jeep," Malachi announced, already jumping in the diver seat.

August, Demetrius, and Rosendo made a collective disapproving sound as they all filled in the car.

Rhory took Calypso's hand and guided her to the back of the other car. Calypso sat between Rhory and Cassian, she questioned why no one took the passenger's seat. Amadeo seemed to know what she was thinking and spoke.

"We have a friend joining," He informed her. "Don't worry he's nice, he's friends with Rose and a fellow like us."

"Oh, that's fun." Calypso hummed, the more the merrier, she guessed.

The car ride to their destination was peaceful, but Calypso wasn't quite sure about the other car. She could hear Rosendo sing his heart out with August in tow and Malachi screaming along with the song, she sympathized with Demetrius who seemed overly done with his brothers. In their car, the youngest and only girl was busy reading her king book, learning a new spell that included nature and its raw malleable prowess. From beside her Rhory was tweaking a tiny gear to a butterfly meanwhile Cassian was catching some sleep by sleeping on his sister.

Rhory looked over to his right to see Calypso reading and Cassian sleeping, he looked down at the book his sister was reading and frowned seeing the content, it was mixed languages and three of which he could not detect. Instead of interrogating his sister, he lets her be, he is quite astonished by her wide field of knowledge. In regards that he was two years older than her, made it more interesting how she could know more than what she showed.

It makes knowing Calypso Black more interesting, the last person he got close to was Cassian, and now that he thinks about it, they were both enigmatic people. It runs in the Le Roy blood. All a sudden, the car slowly stopped in front of their neighboring manor, ironically, it was placed on a mountain with stairs that lead to the manor itself, Calypso seemed to catch asthma from looking at the stairs. Hogwarts could never.

The doors of the Manor revealed a grey-haired male with an all-black ensemble, he was quick down the steps and had a smile on his face probably familiar with the car. He sported silver hair with a few strands of black here and there. With a bright smile, he approached his family in all but blood.

"Oi! Reagan!" Malachi yelled from his window; half his body was outside hanging. "Since when did you color your hair?"

Reagan laughed before saying, "Last week, I wanted to piss off Step-Mother."

"Did it work?" Rose asked, also half hanging from the window.

"It worked, she flipped," Reagan replied as he slipped inside the passenger's seat, he quickly noticed the little girl in the back with slate-grey eyes.

"Cali," Amadeo called out to his sister who was too busy reading her book.

Calypso's head snapped up and noticed the newcomer. He had grey hair and very beady black eyes. Must be their friend. She tilted her head. Oddly, he had a pretty heartbeat that resonated in harmony with hers. Confused but accepting of the new feeling.

"Hello," Calypso greeted, outstretching her hand for a quick handshake. "I'm Calypso, their sister."

"No kidding?" The new arrival asked in disbelief, a smile reaching up to his eyes. "They've been searching for you for like, three years. I'm Reagan, Reagan Erix."

"Nice to meet you," Calypso said with a small smile.

Calypso retracted back to her little world with Rhory greeting Reagan and Cassian still sleeping the sun away. The ride to their next destination was an hour ride, Calypso managed to fall asleep twice with Cassian and enter a quiet debate with Rhory. Suddenly, the topic of parents came up in a minor dispute.

"To be frank, I've never met my father." Calypso quietly said after Rhory made an ugly comment about his father. "All I know is he's dubbed as a mass murderer."

"Isn't he in Azkaban?" Rhory quizzed.

"He is," Calypso hummed. "It just somewhat bothers me that I have a father but he's not with me. Then the thought of him returning haunts me like a ghost would...I heard so many stories about him in school."

Amadeo listened quietly, looking at his sister from the rear-view mirror and making eye contact with Cassian who was suddenly snapped awake from his slumbering state.

"Why does that bother you?" Rhory asked, aware that everyone was awake and listening.

"That there was a possibility that I could've grown up with a father, the possibility that I wouldn't feel so lonely in a room filled with people," Calypso said, her tone was ambivalent, and her eyes strayed from the book she had on her lap.

"Sometimes," Cassian suddenly said. "Fate has her favourite and Destiny had his weird clock. If you think about it, you wouldn't meet us, sure, you would but maybe in later years where you won't experience this." Cassian told his sister.

There were so many possibilities of them not meeting, there was a possibility that they would meet but not as kids anymore but as adults where they have their own lives and not spend time together. A possibility where never met, little did Calypso's brother know, she already lived that life, where she didn't meet them, if she was still alive in her timeline, they would be searching for her, and she is hiding from life.

A game of hide and seek, but the hider is a ghost, never to be found.

"That is true," Calypso hummed, closing her book. "Thank you for inviting me, Deo."

Amadeo gave her a smile from the rear-view mirror. "You're our little sister, you're free to come to us, Cali."

Reagan smiled from the passenger seat. "I've never seen you so sappy, Rose is the sappy one in the family."

"It runs in the family, Rea," Rhory said with a soft laugh.

Reagan raised an eyebrow looking over his shoulder, "Aren't you three the dubbed anti-socials?"

This seemed to shut Cassian, Rhory, and surprisingly Calypso. Amadeo shook his head in amusement, and they continued to listen to Malachi and Rose screaming lyrics to the Queens.

Calypso's face broke into a wide grin seeing the destination they were in. The sun was at its peak and the familiar beating of a hidden city was somewhere in that lush forest. Exploring wasn't her forte, she was raised to aim for the target and execute. A concise and straightforward upbringing, far from what she's currently experiencing. It was like experiencing life after someone put the fire out.

A hand slipped inside her much tinier hands and immediately she knew it was Rhory, he was the only one who dared to hold her hand ever since she came home. Not unless you count in the obnoxious parrot named after a rose.

"Let's go!" Rosendo cheered already running down the hill.

"Rosendo Aryan Le Roy!" Amadeo tiredly yelled out. "If you get hurt, I will not bring you to the hospital!"

Just as he said that Rosendo shrieked as he began falling to his face, luckily Calypso swooped in and held him by the torso. Rhory pulled Calypso's hand which pulled their older brother up. Malachi came marching to them and began scolding the smiley Rosendo.

"He's going to die one day," Cassian mumbled, slipping beside Calypso as the older pair moved away.

"Somewhere in a ditch you mean," Rhory added as they walked deeper inside the forest, leaving the other behind.

"That or somewhere where we can't find his body," Calypso interjected, hopping off a log and landing gracefully on her feet.

"Even better," Rhory laughed as gripped on tighter on Calypso's hand when she began climbing another fallen log.

"Be careful, Cali," Cassian warned holding onto his sister's hoodie.

Calypso laughed inwardly at the watchfulness of her brother. It was a feeling she never knew she had, being taken care of. She was alone and took care of herself, she was there to look after herself it was never someone taking care of her. Seems like her look-alike is warming up to her too.

"I will be," Calypso mumbled, hopping off the log, and decided that she was walking properly this time.

She wonders how long it will take before they see the cracks of the statute she carved, maybe it will be a matter of seconds, and it will depend on them if they want to get to know those cracks more. They were all built with childhood trauma, and trauma of a teenager, and soon, the trauma of being an adult. Only so much can be carried by the brittle bones and soft flesh of humans, even the god amongst them had stars break into rocks and die to ashes.

Half-siblings that grew up in the care of either their fathers or eyes familiar strangers. It was a comfort that sometimes, with one look at someone, you already know how much weight they carry even if they had a smile on their face.

It was a maze without an escape. A cage with no key. An endless earth with no one to go.

Calypso raised her head higher for the first time after being reborn and looked at the tall trees, she watched as the leaves danced in with the wind, alive to witness the beauty it makes. A cool breeze passed by and in its wake was the possibilities of a new story to tell.

And she was ready to write a story, her story, her life, her adventure with no strings attached from her past. This was her present and her future, this was Calypso Loki Black, the last-born child from the House of Black, Goddess of Balance who wants to break free from the trauma of her childhood that was served to her with a golden platter.

She breathed in the air, enjoying the brief freedom that surrounded her. She will never be that child again and she will be that child now. She caught the excited heartbeats of her brothers leading her to smile.

"Yo, guys look!" August called out from the north of the forest.

Immediately, they all followed the voice. Calypso's eyes quickly gleamed with the beauty of nature, the sound of water falling from the top was echoing around the more they went forth, her eyes looked down to see the beautiful blue waters of the waterfalls they just found.

"Heads up!" Malachi's yelled, followed by him jumping off the cliff and landing on the water with a big splash.

"Woo!" Calypso looked up to see Rosendo and Reagan jumping in together an obvious sign they share at least one brain cell or two.

"They're all going to die one day." Demetrius appeared beside them already half removing his jacket. "Probably in a ditch somewhere."

"We had that conversation earlier; Cali thinks the body will be somewhere we can't find." Rhory hummed putting down his bag to the dry dirt.

"Now that you mention it, that too." Demetrius hummed walking towards the water calmly rather than making a big splash.

"You going to swim, Siso?" Amadeo asked, already half-naked like the rest of his siblings.

Calypso was about to say no since it was water, but her mind rewind to the chances. Instead, she said, "Just the shallow part."

"We can teach you how to swim, misfit," August said using Calypso's head as an armrest.

"And kill me?" Calypso jokingly retorted back. "I'd rather live and graduate before I do so."

August made a mock laugh, "As if Amadeo and Rhory would let you die, plus, there's nine of us here."

"Which makes the possibility of someone dying by two percent." Calypso humorously bites back as she places down her bag and begins removing her bomber jacket.

"How is that—" August gave up at his sister's incredulous comeback.

Rhory laughed at the unfortunate sixteen-year-old running one coffee. Meanwhile, Amadeo shook his head dragging August away from the further verbal abuse of their smartass sister.

"Here," Cassian said catching Calypso's attention, he tossed her a black shirt. "You can change into that, with some sort or something."

Rhory smirked to tease his brother, "Ooh, big brother being a big brother."

"Shut the fuck up, Rhory, I'm just doing my job as a...oh— a big brother." Cassian blinked at his word and shrugged it off.

Calypso and Rhory broke into fits of laughter as they teased him while changing into swim-able clothes. She had to change behind a tree like the modest woman that she is. As she said, stayed where her head can be on the surface, hence why she began exploring the shallow parts of the water and found a cave inside the waterfall. She lit her hand with a small ball of white light and stepped further inside the cave.

Her hands reached out to touch the wall to navigate herself but stopped when she looked back to see how far she had gone, she opted to call her brothers. She walked back to the ledge where she climbed up and began climbing down again. Rosendo noticed his sister slowly climbing down from the mountain, his eyebrows scrunched up at curiosity. Where did she go?

"Hey, guys?" Calypso called out when she approached where they were all swimming, immediately all their head snapped towards her, startling her for a bit.

"What's wrong? Are you hurt?" Demetrius asked, already paddling towards the shore of the lake.

Calypso shook her head 'no'. "I found a cave, and uh, it's pretty big."

"Where?" Reagan and Rosendo quickly asked following Demetrius to the shore.

"Behind the waterfall," Calypso said, pointing to the waterfall, and looking appropriately at the cave.

"Give us a moment!"

Calypso waited for her brothers; she considered Reagan to be part of the clan from how he act like he was part of the womb they were all pushed out of. She began climbing up to the ledge where the cave was while guiding her brothers. When she finally reached the hole where the cave was, she outstretched her hand to create a tiny ball of white light like earlier.

"Woah!" Malachi exclaimed, seeing the display of magic. "Are you sure you can use magic out of school?"

"Oh, uhm, this is not entirely magic?" Calypso told him with a questioning tone, unsure of her powers.

Her brother gave her a look and then decided that sometimes, ignorance is bliss.

"This must be huge," Amadeo said, his voice echoing confirming his assumption.

Calypso duplicated the white ball of fire and scattered it around the cave, to her shock it went down with stairs. Odd.

"This...is not a cave," Rhory mumbled, looking down to see a dark abyss.

"A hideout?" Reagan suggested, already walking down the stairs with no worry whatsoever.

Does he not have self-preservation? Calypso asked herself mostly seeing that the danger is not there, but I can be there.

"This is part of exploring," Amadeo told them, reminding everyone what their purpose was in the first place.

Calypso sighed threw out her Slytherin traits and began walking down the steps following the eager Rose and the adventurous Reagan.

"Guys, I see something bright," Reagan whispered yell as he and his best friend disappeared at the end of the tunnel.

She sent a ball of light to the path they were going through and gasped seeing the path led to a bigger opening of a crystal cave, the ceiling of it had crystals looking down, and the small opening they were in had a path that went down to a spring where more crystals laid.

"Woah!" The loud bunch all exclaimed at the beauty of the cave they just entered.

Following her brothers, she reached out to Rhory for support, walking down the crystal cave path. Her eyes were drawn to the opals, amethyst, and jades it reminded her of the times Malacus would bring her crystal when she was upset. Suddenly, she was pulled into the water startling the girl, she thought she was going to panic and drown but her assumptions were soon washed away when she resurfaced with August's face laughing at her.

Calypso wanted to retaliate but it seemed like her other brothers were on her side. Malachi came from behind August and pulled him down the water in the process he let go of Calypso. Rhory came to her aid and kept her afloat.

"Unhand me you obnoxious parrot!" August said after resurfacing and swimming away from Malachi.

Malachi gasped dramatically. "Take that back! You're named after a month; Demetrius got the better name!"

Demetrius looked at his older with an incredulous look. "Don't fucking insult the name choice. Who even names their twin Amadeo and Malachi?"

Amadeo sighed heavily as Malachi gasped in betrayal. Their other siblings erupted in laughter that resonated along the whole cave filling it with mirth.
