Rosalie dropped Kai at school and he was immediately bombarded by Alice. She hugged him tightly, luckily not enough to cause actual injuries. She handed him a gift and told him he was to wear it to the party. He nodded thanking her and he was off.
He walked to class and smiled when he took his seat next to Angela. The two had surprisingly grown quite close, they shared a lot of classes together and without Rosalie they bonded.
The two spent the class talking and sending each other notes.
Once the bell rang and Kai went to his next class which he had with Tracy. He took his seat next to her and she grinned at him.
"Happy birthday" she whispered making him roll his eyes
"I told you that by accident" he whines making her giggle
"Well to bad, you did and you get a gift" she held out a wrapped canvas and smiled at him "Please, it will hurt my feeling if you don't take it" Kai rolled his eyes and accepted it
He opened it carefully and his heart melted at the drawing. It was one of himself and Rosalie, it was beautiful.
"This is... this is absolutely beautiful" he pulled her into a hug "Thank you"
Tracy smiled at him "Not bad for a gift you didn't want" she teases
Kai nods blushing "Yeah, thank you Trac"
Tracy shrugs "No problem birthday-boy" Kai rolls his eyes
"If anyone hears you i will never speak to you again" he threatens making her laugh
She pats his shoulder "Sure Malachai, but than who are you gonna talk with in this god awful place?"
Kai shook his head "I have Angela"
"But i'm better" she grinned at him
"I beg to differ" he shot back making her dramatically hold her hand over her heart
"I'm..i'm hurt" she faked crying making Kai pout at her
"You want me to call you a wambulance"
Tracy hit his shoulder "That's enough Modern Family for you"
"Boo you whore" Tracy burst out laughing
She whips away a tear "I should have never let you watch Mean girls either"
"How rude!" he shot back fighting hard to keep in his own laugh
"Yup that's enough TV for you" Tracy said narrowing her eyes at him
Kai held his hand up in surrender "Fine, fine i'll stop"
"You better" she fake glares at him
"You got it dude" he holds a thumbs up to her making her shake her head
"I don't know why we're friends"
Kai gasps "I believe you said you wouldn't survive this hell hole without me"
Tracy rolls her eyes "I said you wouldn't survive without me" she points at him
"I'm just saying what i heard" he held his hand up
"Quiet down you two" the teacher speaks making them both glances at the teacher and than each other and burst out laughing
"Sorry Mr H, Tracy just can't keep quite" Tracy narrows her eyes at him
"Kai was just saying how boring you class is and i had to tell him how wrong he was" Tracy says sending Kai a wink
"Both of you principals office now" Mr H quickly wrote a letter as the two collected their things and walked out
in the hallways as they walked Tracy nudged Kai
"This is all your fault" she teases
Kai gasps dramatically "My-my fault" he fakes hurt "You couldn't shut your food hole"
Tracy laughs "I'm not even gonna deny that"
The two made it to the office and got off with a warning since it was first time that something like this happened.
Kai and Tracy spend the rest of the day teasing each other and joking about who really was louder and more talkative, but if you asked anyone around them they would all agree that they both were equal because neither of them could shut up.
At the end of the day and after a lot of annoyed glares the two walked out of the school.
Kai spotted Rosalie so her kisses Tracy's cheek and gave her a hug before going to his girlfriend.
Kai pulled Rosalie into a hug and pecked her lips. Kai opens the door for Rosalie and climbs into the car.
He grins at her.
"How was your day?" he asks
"Good, Alice's long list of things to do was just so fun" she says sarcastically making him chuckle and kiss her cheek
"And how was your day with Little red riding hood?" she asks dryly
Kai laughs "Fine, and you do know we are just friends right?"
Rosalie rolls her golden eyes "Sure, just friends. That's all that's redhead wants from you"
Kai scoff "Rosalie, be nice. Plus she even gave me a drawing..."
Rosalie cut him off "See she wants you" jealousy dripping from her tongue
"If you'd let me finish." Rosalie rolls her eyes but lets him talk
"Tracy gave me a drawing of you and i" Rosalie turns to him surprised
"What?"
"Yeah, its really beautiful and i plan to hang it in my room"
Rosalie sighed "Sorry for being jealous"
Kai laughs "Don't worry about it Rosie, it's hot" he kisses her hand
"I love you" she says making him blush
"I love you too" he grins at her and kisses her cheek this time
"I really want to kiss you" she says
"I would totally take you up on that if you weren't driving" he gives her an apologetic look
"The minute i stop this car" she promises
"I'm not objecting" he smiles
Rosalie pulled into the parking and the two got out. Kai grabbed Rosalies hand and lead her upstairs to his room. He closed the door and kissed her hard. She was shocked at first but kissed back. Their lips moved in sync and neither of them wanted to pull away but they had to since Kai needed to breath.
Kai rested his forehead on Rosalies and smiled.
"Wow" she breaths
"I know" he cups her jaw "I love you"
"I love you too birthday-boy" Kai sighed
He narrows his eyes at her "You ruined it"
Rosalie laughs shaking her head "I'm just stating facts"
Kai playfully glared at her. Rosalie rolled her eyes and takes a seat on the bed.
Kai smiles at her and takes the present Alice gave him out of his bag, he carefully opens it and takes out the black suit laying inside. Kai stares at it
"How the hell did she know my size?" he asks, Rosalie laughs shaking her head
"It's Alice" Rosalie gave that excuse and that was enough to not explain further
"Okay, i'm gonna take a shower" he said grabbing his bathroom things and going.
Once finished in the shower, he walks into his room to see Rosalie sitting by his desk looking through his camera.
He smiled and walks towards her. He looks at the photos she was looking through. It was all pictures of Rosalie. Kai blushed bright red
"They're beautiful" she says
"Thanks. I guess you could say you're my muse" Rosalie laughs patting his cheek
"Your so sweat"
Kai blushes and then goes to the mirror pulling the tie on. He stares down at it trying to figure out how to tie it. A cold hand is placed on his own and he stops looking up into Rosalies eyes.
"Let me" she says making him move his hands and letting her tie it
Kai could feel her cold breath on his face as they were inches apart.
Once she finished tying his tie she patted his chest.
"There you go" she stepped away and looked him over
"You look..."
"Ridiculous?" he cuts her off
Rosalie shakes her head "I was going to say handsome" he grinned blushing
"Thank you beautiful" he kisses her cheek
"Come on" she takes his hand
"Aren't we a little early?"he glances at the time seeing it way to early to arrive
"Yep, but first we're going out for lunch"
Kai gave her an 'are you serious look' which she returned with a 'yes i very much am and if you compliant i will drag you'
Kai nodded and Rosalie gave him a smile of accomplishment. He shook his head and kissed her cheek
"Don't you think i'm a little too dressed up for lunch?" he questions
Rosalie shook her head "No, you look handsome" Kai rolls his eyes and lets Rose kiss his cheek
"Come one" she takes his hand and the two walk out the house.
Rosalie pulled up to a restaurant. Kai got out and opened her door grinning at her and kissing her cheek.
The two walked into the restaurant with Rosalie talking to the waitress behind the front desk. Kai raises a question brow but doesn't get an answer as they were lead to their table.
Kai pulled the seat out for Rosalie and then took his own.
Sitting across from Rosalie, Kai smiled at her. He reaches out his hand and takes Rosalies cold hand in his own.
The two sat looking at the menus, Kai was wondering what to get and glancing at Rosalie wondering how he got this lucky.
"Hi, my name is Beth and i'll be your waiter. What can i get you?" the waitress asks holding into her notebook with a smile on her face
"Um... i'll get a steak with potato on the side" Kai said closing his menu
"A chicken salad" Rosalie spoke "And two cokes" the waitress nods and walks away
"Why'd you order?" Kai asks
Rosalie smiles at him "Because it would look weird if i didn't eat anything"
"True but i'm not eating salad" he said making Rosalie laugh drawing some attention to the angelic sound
Kai glared at all the men who stared at her with lust. Rosalie shakes her head and squeezes his hand, Kai looks up at smiles at her
"I love you" Rosalie said to calm his jealousy
Kai blushed smiling brightly "I love you too" he leaned over the table and pecked her lips.
The couple ate their food- well Kai ate, and then sat just talking and joking around.
Once it was late they called for the check
"Please let me pay" Kai begs
Rosalie shakes her head "No, it's your birthday"
Kai sighed "But you're my girlfriend your not supposed to pay, i am"
Rosalie laughs "You do realize i have way more money then you?"
"Yes, but you need to let me spoil you" he whines making Rosalie roll her eyes and nod
"Next time you can pay" Kai smiled happily
"Thank you" he kissed her lips and let her pay the bill
The two got into the car and drive to the Cullen residents.
As Rosalie pulls into the driveway she turns to him
"You ready for this?" she teases
Kai rolls his eyes "I don't really have a choice"
