Hospital
Pallavi and kirti both are go inside the pediatrician cabin. Till now twins are sitting quietly and busy in observation.
After that they're now crawling on table to hold the things present on table like toy stethoscope, booklet,notepad,paperweight, and pens etc, but before that pallavi hold them back on their position and they were looked back at her with mischievous grin and again crawl but these time faster than before so they are easily reach and touch all the subjects place near them and play with it .
Pallavi warn them through eyes but both twins are unaffected and given toothy smile to her and wriggling and throwing things with thier legs and smiles at thier mother.
Seeing this kirti couldn't control herself and laughing loudly and said that till now these cuties are planning on this only I think,

God knows what they do in check up pallavvi,muje to abhi se unke irade thik nahi lag rahe.
Pallavi is glaring at her smile first and than remember last visit nervously and said that if this time also something happen like previously than we should change the doctor because last time these two and thier father's act embarrassing us , after that how many times I apologized for to staff members and doctor that I only know.
Pallavi warns again both her little ones who are busy in exploring the table,or we can say busy in playing with them freely.

Both sit and wait for doctor to arrive and both twins are sitting quietly again after get third strict warning by thier mother .
After sometimes door open and doctor comes in with nurse staff and sit opposite to them.
Dr :- hello Mrs Rao... How are you? Happy to see you again.Said with warm professional smile.
Pallavi also reciprocate with warm smile said she is fine . And nice to meet you doctor.
Dr looks at both the twins who are looking at him with frown. Both twins are look at each other and then their mother cutely and finally look at again doctor with cute angry pout face.
Doctor :- hello babies... You two are so cute and adorable little Raos.
With warm smile and try to touch thier cheeks or we can say pull thier cheeks.
Both twins are turn thier face and irritably move their head in backward.make irritating face looking at doctor.
Pallavi :- Ridhubaby and Rivubaby doctor uncle aap se friendship Karna chahte hai handshake Karo babies.Aap sab se ese milte ho kya..?Chalo namshte Karo babies.

Both nurses are come near them and ask for take them inside for check up but both hold thier mother and bua's arm tightly and hug them tightly so no one take them and Start crying not want to go with them so pallavi and kirti taken them inside.

Both twins are silent for sometime.
Soon doctor and nurses come and pallavi and kirti standing on one side as they examined the twins one by one.
Both twins are afraid of strangers so they're start crawling on table and hold nurses hair in their tiny little fist and pull as they try to touch them and crying loudly more than anything.
They're kicking them and pull thier mask but not easily able to checkup them and nurse are shocked seeing thier strength and they're now literally tierd holding them beacause they are jumping,wriggling ,crying at same time in their spot and try come out of hold.
They're bite on their hand and crying miserably thier whole face turn red,puffy face due to continue wriggling and crying.
At last both nurses are tierd and seek help from pallavi as soon as pallavi come near them they are hug her and hide themselves in their mother's embrace and sniffing.
She is holding them closer to her chest and kisses on their foreheads together and make them calm after sometimes taken one of them in her lap sit ask doctor to check up now.
Ridhan's check up done with the help of pallavi hold him and he angrly pouting at her Mumma and taking his vaccine shots also and again crying miserably because of pain.
After that Rivan kicking doctor two times and also throw his sthetoscope with his kicking but pallavi also hold him tightly in her arms and taken vaccine shots and he cry in her mother's arm hitting her with tiny hands.
Pallavi :- Deva.. Yeah dono mei Sari Raghav ki hi quality kyu hai.. Jise dekho usse marne lag jate hai.. Aur dono ka gussa to dekho ittu se hai par gussa to apne papa ki tarah hai.

After that she wear them their clothes and doctor comes there after adjusting his sthetoscope with same smile.
Dr :- must say dono Bahot hi naughty hai aur inko dekh kar pata chal raha hai ki unhe aap k alwa koi sambhal nahi sakta... Rao's blood and attitude to inke chote se trailer me hi dikh gaya.
Pallavi apologize for the twins behavior and nervously smile at Dr's statement.
Kirti :- abhi Raghav rao k bachhe hai to attitude to inke blood me Bahot hai or Sath me dono me stubborness bhi hai. Mischievous to Bahot hai.. Bas apni Mumma ki har bat mante hai.
Doctor :- that I can agree with you miss rao.
Doctor prescribe some vitamins syrup for babies and food chart and also give growth charts of both of them with next vaccination schedule.
They're leaving the cabin while both twins look at doctor and nurses with cute angry pout and show their tongue out at them, all trio laugh at thier antique.
After coming out from the hospital Both babies are quite due to pain and most importantly they're tierd and exhausted from crying so they're silently sniffing.
Pallavi couldn't see them like that so she told Harish to stop the car near coconut water stall and buy coconut and give to drinking twins after that buy some balloons near by stall and also chocolate for them,buy candyfloss also as per new change in hope that babies mood may have changed.
But both twins are sleeping with tear mark face and that pain her lot and she had tears in her eyes seeing both twins like this .kirti is seeing all this and console her.
They reach home with dull face holding both the sleeping boys in arms, place them in thier cradle they're sit on couch.
Babies sleeping for two hours and in this time pallavi take her lunch fastly and after that she makes some chocolate pancakes for babies and banana milkshake.
Soon babies are wake up, first wake up Rivan and as soon as saw his mother he lifts up himself so his mother took him out, he snuggles in her chest and hug her tightly and his only one thing said,
Mumma... Mummy.... Mum... Mum... Mum. Umm.... Mumma... Aaaa... Ummm...

He is showing that he gets injection here and it's paining now..

Rivan hug her more tightly and clinging on her crook of neck.
Pallavi make him eat chocolate pudding pancakes after eating this he slightly smiles and then give him some banana sake, now rivubaby is sitting in play area.
Ridhubaby's time to wake up now so she is quickly approaching to him and wake up him and take him out from cradle.
Ridhan is more cranky and tired pale looking after vaccination, he was having slightly higher temperature.

Pallavi check his temperature and get worried about his health she quickly drank him some medicine which he was vomiting out first and then crying miserably because of fever not feeling well.
Ridhu was only drank some banana milkshake and half piece of pancake, and now both twins are quietly sit on her lap. And snuggles into her and continue whining about pain and hold pallavi's arms and not let her go anywhere.
Pallavi is try to divert thier mind by told them about some stories, play with them some games and they're playing with her for sometime.
In evening kirti and Amma both came and take them outside and pallavi also come over and they were now sit with them and then farhad comes there as Raghav is still busy with meeting.
Farhad comes and see this duo and both twins are look at him with big eyes and smile ,farhad takes them both and come out from house,
Twins are always listen there father calling farhad chity so they calling him now...

Harish also join them all gurads are cheering Both Jr rao's as they are sad today.
Farhad sit on bullet and Rivan sit front and Rivan standing behind hold him through shoulder, and Harish hold him behind as he sits behind with farhad for bullet ride.
All staff are smiling seeing this and cheering them.
Pallavi is smiling see this love and care for her children. Amma and kirti also join her and overwhelm see that juniors are get love and care from all people.
On road all are see that RR's sons are so cute and adorable and play with farhad and Harish and roaming around on road and smile whole heartily. People who are see this have Aww expression on their face.
Raghav came late all tierd and frustrated today till now Rivan was sleeping in medicine effect but Ridhan is not able to sleep and crying again and his mood is bit cranky not letting pallavi go anywhere.
Pallavi is taking him after placing Rivan in cradle. Ridhu and pallavi both roam in the garden area, and here Raghav find some files for recent project.
He shout on workers but they can't found them after that he calls farhad and his frustration increase as his call can't reachable.

As pallavi turn up with angry teary eyes, Ridhan who is now scared due to his father's shouting and now crying miserably and loudly in her mother's arm.
Pallavi is hurriedly run from there with Ridhan and here Raghav is closing his eyes in frustration and guilt.
Farhad comes there with file after this and sad seeing this Raghav's outburst on pallavi.
Pallavi comes in room and cooing Ridhan again and here kirti came running in the room after listening his brother's loud voice and baby crying.
Kirti console her and give water ridhu hide himself more in her chest and crying.

Rivan is sleeping till now also wake up kirti take him out also and he also leaning on his mother's embrace and sit another half of her lap and both are looking at eachother and cares face of eachother.
And holding their mother's mangalsutraa and sitting quietly.
Pallavi lean back against the headboard and start lualby for them and patting their back... Both twins are heavy eyes look at her and snuggles more and finally sleep.
At midnight they were sleeping on her and she couldn't get sleep because of them continue moving in sleep.
Raghav can't face her after the shouting fiasco he is in guilt, when he comes back pallavi just pretend to be sleeping and not say anything just let down there on bed with babies.
Raghav changes his clothes and sleep beside them quietly after switching off lights
Morning
Both twins are look normal than yesterday but still not in full fun mode. Pallavi is getting ready and after that she changed babies dypers and clothes and make them ready and come to kitchen with them.
When Raghav is wake up he find whole room empty and clean. He hurriedly go and get ready and search pallavi and twins. His boys are playing with thier grandma in garden.
Here pallavi is busy with her kitchen work and kirti and all staff also help her. Raghav is watching her all movement that how she ignores him and his presence from night, he really wants to apologize for his irrational behavior.
He is thinking about how to apologize his angry wife and he knows that no one will help him because all are with their bhabhiii and this Time he is wrong.
He is calling Harish and told him to arrange as he told, after some time door bell rings and Rama open the door, one of curior boy standing with flowers bouquet and ask for pallavi, pallavi understand that Raghav does this but she ignored it and closes the door on that boy face.
Raghav facepalm himself and again trying same thing with sorry note but this time he send watermelon with S word. Than again same with O and again O than R and Y and last watermelon with I❤U in grave on the each watermelon.
All staff are smiling seeing thier boss antique and Amma and kirti both smiles seeing whole hall feel with flower bouquet and watermelon.
Babies are clapping and cheering seeing this, Raghav suddenly come from behind and sit on his knee and holds his both ears and puppy face says sorry to pallavi which melt down her but for tease him she is in fake angry tone said..

Raghav cutely said maf kar do na saree ka dukan.. Kitna bhav khayega.. Watermelon khao aur mere do chote tazboo ko bhi khilao.. Haina babies..
Both twins are look excited hearing this and smiles at thier father.

Raghav and kids are playing and eating watermelon happily, after that both twins are sleeping for sometimes again.
Raghav get a call from farhad Thar they have to go New York for next project and that too tomorrow morning only for week.
Raghav is think about sometime and than told him to arrange all the things for them, and he and farhad both are going to New York tomorrow morning only.
He comes to room inform pallavi about his business trip to New York for week ,she is taking with aai about makarsankranti as twins first festival.
She is such a good mood and after cut off the call she ask Raghav about his change mood and he said about trip.
Listening him her mood suddenly change and low that he is leaving tomorrow morning only but she understands well and with encourage smile she help him for packing language.

She keeps blabbering but trio unaffected by her words and snuggles more in her.

She try to get up and put both twins near him and now trio are arguing about something in Raghav's lap and that actually sounds funny but pallavi with stern face listen thier talk with adjusting her saree pallu and messy hair look.
Raghav :- oy junior rao.. Hold both together and than wink at pallavi.
Both twins are look at their father with frown.. And cute angry pout as beacause of him thier Mumma also leave them .

They're saying with looking at pallavi with smile.
Than look at their father and trying to bite him in his palms as shown that they're ready for fighting.
Raghav hold them and nuzzles into thier stomach and they are laughing loudly uncontrollably.

Pallavi is listening all this and glare at Raghav and throw pillows at him for this type of deal that too with his own children who are so small and not knowing what is the meaning of it.
Both twins are smiling loudly see this and clapping.
Both twins are wriggling on their fathers lap and after lots of kisses him on his face they thought there father leave them but no he doesn't want them play alone .
Raghav play with them after this and pallavi does his whole packing. Raghav informs Amma and kirti also about NYC business trip for week and they were taken thier dinner and go to room as early morning Raghav had flight.

Farhad takes all lagauge and put it in trunk already and now he takes twins with him outside first after that Raghav and all are coming out see that both twins were already sitting in car with farhad and now not coming back as pallavi go to get them back they are about to cry but seeing thier father they're jumping in farhad's arm.
Raghav suggest that pallavi and kirti both come with them till airport because he doesn't want kids to cry early morning.
All four go to airport with twins also to see off Raghav and farhad.
Raghav hug pallavi before leaving and kiss on forehead lovingly and also both twins and side hug kirti also.
They're leaving now towards the terminal and here both twins and pallavi kirti keep waving at them.
