A scream echoed throughout the dark corridors of the castle as Mundus stood over bloodied body.
Mundus: How pathetic.
He said out loud as a gun shot echoed throughout the room.
Mundus: Oh? Still up and fighting?
He asked as he looked at a bloodied Watts on the ground, gripping his handgun tightly.
Watts: Y-Y-You'll never find him.
He stuttered as Mundus chuckled.
Mundus: Oh?
He asked as Mercury stood behind him.
Mundus: No, leave him. These two will be very useful.
Mercury: Let me go after him.
A voice said as Mundus looked at him.
Mundus: Come here.
He said as Mercury slowly approached him before placing his hand on his shoulder, a dark aura slowly forming around him.
Mundus: Now, you have a portion of my power. Use it well.
To Y/N
???: Where are you planning on going kid?
A man in a straw hat asked as he whipped a horse.
Y/N: I am heading to Vale.
He replied as he sat in a wagon.
Man: That's a long way from here. You sure that's where you want to go?
Y/N: Yes, I'm sure.
He said as he slowly looked at his demonic arm.
Man: I got to ask, why is a kid like you doing all alone out here?
He asked as Y/N looked to the side, hearing something.
Man: Hey, did you he-SHANK
???: Attack!
A voice roared from behind as Y/N quickly drew Red Queen.
???: Take the supplies. Kill anything that moves!
Another cried out as one opened the door into the back.
SLASH
???: What the hell!
One screamed as Y/N ran out of the back, holding Red Queen as he glared at them.
Y/N: What a pain in the ass.
He hissed as the men surrounded him.
???: You'll pay for that kid.
One growled as Y/N remained silent, glaring at them as he scanned the area.
Y/N: 20 to 30 men.
He thought to himself as three men charged at him, one drawing out a sword as another pulled out a handgun.
The swordsman quickly slashed at Y/N as he quickly raised his above him. The young swordsman quickly dodged to the side as he reeled his from the side.
SLASH
Swordsman: AH!
He screamed in pain, now on the ground as Y/N charged at the gunman.
Gunman: Die!
He yelled as he aimed at him.
SLASH
Gunman: AH!
He screamed in agony as he held his dismembered arm while Y/N ram his sword through another.
Continuing to kill one to another, a man with a spear quickly charged at Y/N with a grin.
Spearman: Die!
He yelled as he thrusts his spear towards the young boy.
Y/N quickly dodged to the side before grabbing the spear from the man's hands before thrusting it into its former owner.
Man: W-W-What the hell?
Man 2: T-This kid fights like he's an assassin.
Another said with fear as Y/N dodged another slash before ducking underneath a slash.
Man 3: H-How is a single kid doing this? W-We've never encountered this before.
Another said as Y/N slashed through another, their head rolling onto the ground as the young swordsman quickly pulled out Blue Rose.

Continuing to gun down the men, Y/N quickly looked to the side before raising his sword as a round metal object crashed into his.
Man: Oh it's her.
One said as a woman with tan skin, short hair, and blue eyes grabbed the object.
Man 2: Let's see if this kid can handle her.
Woman: Looks like we have kid trying to be a hero.
The woman chuckled as Y/N looked at her.
Men: Kick his ass!
The group yelled as the woman chuckled before looking at Y/N, gripping his sword tightly.
Smirking, the woman quickly charged at Y/N as she threw her weapon at him. Y/N quickly planted his feet into the ground as the round object clashed against his sword.
Y/N: What the hell is this weapon.
He thought to himself as the woman threw another weapon at him.
Y/N quickly dodged to the side and charged at the woman, reeling his sword to the side as the woman quickly grabbed another before blocking his slash.
Woman: Not bad kid.
She commented as Y/N glared at her.
???: ENOUGH!
A voice boomed throughout the area as the woman backed up from the swordsman.
Y/N: You.
He growled as a woman wielding a sword approached him.
???: Is that how you welcome a friend?
She asked with a smirk.
Y/N: Raven.
Raven: I've seen you've did this to my men.
She said as the men glared at the young swordsmen.
Y/N: Maybe they should choose carefully.
He said as he gripped his sword tightly.
Man: Fuck you demon!
One yelled as he pulled out a sword.
SLASH
Man: AHHH!
He screamed in agony as he held his bleeding wrist, looking at Raven with shock.
Raven: No one touches him.
She orders as she looked at Y/N.
Raven: Come, Dante and Alyssa has been looking for you.
She said before slashing, a portal slowly opening up before walking through.
Y/N: So you're their leader.
He said as he looked at her, seeing her sit down in front of a desk with a cup of tea.
Raven: You've just figured that out?
She replied sarcastically.
Y/N: Where is Dante? I need answers.
Raven: I don't know.
She said as a set of hands slowly reached towards Y/N from behind.
Y/N: What do you mean yo-
He asked before pulled through another portal.
Raven: Aww, I wanted more time with him.
To Y/N
Y/N: What the fuck!
He yelled as he looked at Dante and Alyssa.
Dante: Where the hell were you kid.
He said as he looked at him.
Y/N: I was at the castle!
Dante: Why?
Y/N: Oh, I don't know! I was behind held prisoner!
Dante: By your mother?
Y/N: NO! By someone who is named Mundus!
He yelled as Alyssa looked at Dante.
Alyssa: S-S-o that's why Nero Angelo is still around.
She said as Dante rubbed his head.
Dante: Yeah.
Y/N: And I need to get to Beacon. I need to warn the others.
