Alright on with the story....

No one's P.O.V.
"Shu? How do you feel now?" (Y/N) asked as she wringed the cloth once after dipping it in cold water and before placing it on Shu's forehead.
"Better than before." The albino replied.
"Phew...good..." She sighed in relief.
Anyone wondering what happened? Well let me tell you...
Flashback:
Earlier today, a certain albino head had been working constantly in his office.
"Ugh...is the sun too bright today or is my A.C. not working?"
The albino questioned himself as he wiped some sweat off his forehead. He took off his coat and unbuttoned some of the upper buttons of his shirt to cool himself off. He even had his tie loose.
Shu sat on his chair and continued to worked on his laptop while trying to ignore the heat he was feeling.
But that wasn't a very good idea since he soon began to feel dizzy. And within a few minutes, the albino passed out on the desk where he was working on with his laptop.
Luckily, a young blonde happened to be coming in the albino's office to get his bey Emperor Forneus checked on.
"Hey Shu can you please check on m-"
Fubuki began as he walked in but got cut off when he saw Shu passed out on his table.
"Shu!" He rushed to his side and checked his temperature. Shu had a high fever.
"What should I do? What should I do?"
Fubuki questioned himself before he had an idea pop up in his head.
"I should let (Y/N) know first."
He dialled her number and asked her to come to Shu's office right away. She obeyed and did so. On reaching there, she was shocked to see Shu's condition.
"Shu!"
She quickly rushed to his side and checked his temperature. Fubuki began,
"He has a high fever and when I came in, I found him passed out here. You're his girlfriend so I thought I should let you know first."
"Can you please help me get him to the couch?" She asked pointing to the couch in his office.
"Yeah sure."
The blonde smiled as he picked Shu up on his back with (Y/N) supporting him by holding the albino from behind.
They somehow managed to get him to lay down on the couch as (Y/N) called for the doctor in the Raging Bulls infirmary.
The doctors after examining him said,
"Has he been in here for too long?"
Fubuki nodded as a yes.
"I'm afraid that he's been exposed to too much heat." One of the doctors said examining the big windows.
"T-too much heat?" (Y/N) asked as she had worry creep inside her.
"Yes. And that's the cause of his fever." The other doctor said.
"How will he cure then?" The blonde inquired.
"He needs proper rest and someone should take care of him. We can get him in the hospital if you say." The doctor suggested.
"No, I'll take care of him." (Y/N) said as Fubuki looked at her.
"Are you sure?" He asked.
"Yes, I am." The girl replied.
And so Shu was taken to his apartment and the doctors went back to the infirmary.

After laying Shu back on the bed in Shu and (Y/N)'s shared bedroom, Fubuki turned to leave as he told the girl,
"Call me at once if you need any help, okay?"
"Okay." She nodded.
After he left too, (Y/N) turned to Shu and sat beside him as she mumbled,
"Oh Shu, why did you have to work in an office with so big glass windows? You could've at least used curtains."
She pecked his cheek and thought 'It's easy to kiss him right now because he's asleep. Had he been awake, I wouldn't be able to do this.' That thought alone was enough to make her blush.
Nonetheless, she got up and went to make food for him which he could eat when he wakes up.

Now I can continue, right? Alright back to the present,
When (Y/N) came back from the kitchen she saw that Shu was awake. She decided to change his towel first so that he could cool off properly.
"Here, eat this." She said as she placed a tray of food on his lap and continued,
"It'll give you some energy."
Shu looked at the food and smiled,
"Thank you, (n/n)."
The girl just nodded before she smiled back too. Shu tried to pick up the spoon himself but he couldn't. He asked her,
"Can you please feed me?"
(Y/N) blushed furiously as her eyes widened. She stammered,
"B-but-"
"C'mon, for your boyfriend?" Shu winked, making the girl even more flustered.
"O-okay."
Was all she managed to say as she took the bowl and spoon from him and fed him slowly. Shu smiled as he enjoyed getting fed by his girlfriend.
"You should feed me more often." He said as he smiled naughtily at her.
"S-shut up." She squeaked but continued to feed him. Shu just chuckled at her shyness towards him.
After he was done, (Y/N) gave him some medicines which would help him to recover faster.
Shu laid back down on his bed and the (h/c) haired girl went to wash the dishes. While washing the dishes she thought,
'I need to take better care of Shu. I want his fever to go away fast.'
When she went back in the room, she saw him soundly asleep. She smiled at how cute and innocent he looked in his sleep.
She quietly tip-toed to the bed and admired his sleeping face for a while.
'Why does he look so cute?'
She leaned down to his face and kissed both the edges of his lips. But little did she know that it was a bad idea.
Shu's eyes shot open and in a blink of an eye, (Y/N) was on the bed with his arms wrapped around her.
"S-Shu?!" She stammered blushing.
"L-let g-go of m-me."
"After what you did?" Shu asked raising an eyebrow.
"W-what do you m-mean?" She asked.
"Don't act innocent with me, I know what you just did." He said.
"W-what?"
"You kissed me while my eyes were closed. I wasn't actually asleep, I was trying to do so." He elaborated making the girl's face go redder than his eyes.
"I'll let go of you if you kiss me again." He smirked. (Y/N) being the shy girl she was, didn't know what to do.
Noticing how long she was taking, Shu decided to do something himself. He put his hand behind her head and pulled her head towards his. (Y/N)'s face was like 'O////////O'.
Shu pulled her so close that her lips crashed on his. It was a sweet and lovely kiss. (Don't worry you won't fall sick because Shu's fever won't be communicable ;))
After a while they pulled away as (Y/N)'s face was flushed in complete red. Shu placed her head on his chest and as she stammered,
"W-what are you d-doing?"
"Don't worry, I just want to cuddle with you." He answered as he felt sleepy again.
"B-but-"
She got cut off as Shu turned their positions and now was on top of her.
"Say another word and we'll sleep in another position which will be more 'interesting'.~" He whispered seductively.
"O-Okay." She said as she hugged her sleepy boyfriend.
"And don't worry about my fever. I'll be fine by tomorrow."
He mumbled sleepily as he closed his eyes and nuzzled her before he fell asleep. The (h/c) haired girl fell asleep after her albino boyfriend.
The lovely couple fell asleep in each other's warm embrace.
