On the beach shores
The portal opens as Lion jumps out of it, with the two visitors on it
Jamie - "Ah thanks Lion!"
Otar - "Huh he's really helpful"
Jamie - Remind me why did you come along?
Otar - In short I look out for this guy and thoe pumpkin guys too.
Jamie - Seriously two days ago you built a portal door and now you watch over animals?
Otar - Life is funny sometimes...you don't look serious either.
Jamie wonders as he clumsily falls down
"First you look unbalanced and the other have you slept well?
Otar did notice however that he had bags under his eyes.
Jamie - Sorry I'm just not getting enoguh sleep yet... multiple reasons. One, I trained with Pearl again to boost my skills and may hoen this limited power I have now. Second, I think I dug my own grave with this overworked schedule so I am on a time out for few days. Third, Garny watches me sleep most of the time so I had it harder. And last, well I just couldn't get what happened out of my mind.
Otar - Hey honestly what happened after our techno lessons, and you still haven't told me about that whole date...
Jamie - Another time maybe, or ask Garnet... I'm not in the mood for that.
Otar - Oookay? Lion you can gooo!
Lion then suddenly jump away into antoher portal with Otar trying to keep him under wraps.
Jamie sighs, he looks at the beach house
He hasn't seen Steven for qutie a while. Since he took some time off, he thought maybe he'll pay a visit just in case
"Whoa"
Jamie comes through the entrance, the house was a little messy ...The clothes are on the floor and theri owner is nowhere to be seen
He then hears some sounds coming from the upper part of the house
He leans his ear over the door to Steven's room only to hear a scene from the movie "Dogcopter 6: Til Death Do We Bark

In Steven's room
Steven is sitting on his bed watching TV
Everyone's getting married but me! *turns pink* Ughhh! I feel like poop.
Steven grabs his phone and calls the Gems
Steven : I wish the Gems weren't doing a field trip this week. I wonder if they have any reception.
The Gems don't pick up
Steven : I guess not.
He then hears a knock on his door, confused but somewhat glad he stands up nearly falling before going for the door
He opens it to see his pal Jamie, who looked a bit tired but was still here
"Jamie! Hi uhm how are you? Anything hapened? Sorry I didn't give you a welcome-"
Jamie - Wow wow hey hold up.
He looks arund Steven's room to see that it was a lot messier, wtih not only clothes on the floor but also an ice cream mixed in
"I am... fine. Not too fine but not too bad either, seems not only me"
Steven - Y-yeah, sorry about that...
Jamie - But hey we can work on that, I've taken a break fro few days so why not we do something together for a change? Like good old times?
He didn't wanna upset Steven mroe than he already possibly is, because of the whole Stevonnie stuff
Steven shows a little smile as he turns back to dress up
Steven - Okay so what are we gonna do?
Jamie - Hmm you know now that I think about it, why not we visit Spinel? I mean I do not see her very often so...
Steven not exactly liked the idea of seeing the diamonds especially in his current state, he's worreid they may cause some unplesant memories... but he had to admit that he also wanted to tell them something.
"Well I guess that's better than not doing anything. Might as well introduce you to gems on homeworld"
He turns around to see Jamie's eyes on the verge of closing
"Jamie?!"
His eyes opened up at him calling out "Ah sorry...do you have any coffe or some cold water?"
On Homeworld
Blue Diamond - Yellow?
Yellow - Mm.
Blue Diamond - Spinek and I are going to rest in the pool. Care to join?
Yellow - I'm busy.
Blue Diamond - You've been woring for the last 10 rotations. Perhaps...you could take a break?
Yellow - I don't need a break, I have a lot to fix.
Blue Daimond thinks 'And an eternity to fix it'
Yellow keeps working until she notices BLue stands closer to her which she then tries to ignore
Blue - Can I give you a hug?
Yellow - I don't need a hu-
Blue - Not for you!
Yellow - For you... Okay but only for you
And hugged they did, it wasn't something Yellow planned for or wanted...she couldn't lie though, she somewhat liked it
Blue did too, giving a nice hug to her fellow diamond... that was until Yellow got too excited and accidentally she gave her an electric discharge.
She screeched a little before Yellow pushed her away "Stars! Are you ok!?
Blue then started babbling something "Sure babe let it all out."
She quickly covers her mouth bt ti's too late Yellow already heard all of it
Blue then blushes as Yellow looks at her awakwardly too
They didn't say anything for a while, trying to process it
Just then a warp pad activates with Steven and Jamie appearing from it
Steven - I'm sorry about that.
Jamie - Looking on the bright side, the cold ice cream did help to shake me up a bit...growing big hands for that however.
They remember Steven ripping the fridge open with everything inside on him
Jamie - Steven you sure you have those abilities under control?
Steven - Jamie this only happend this morning, it's nothing to worry about anyway.
"STEVEN!"
The two jumped back form surprise as the two diamonds welcomed them. Seems like they clsoe by when they teleported in.
Steven - Uh hi Blue, hi Yellow!
Blue Diamond - Steven! Have you decided to move to us?
Steven *plainly said* - No, forget that already.
Yellow Diamond - We won't give up that easily Steven. Remember that.
Blue then notices the other human beside Steven, and looks curiously
"And who is that?"
Jamie - Uhm hi your highnesses
Blue Diamond - No no you can call me Blue. No need for such words.
Yellow Diamond - We don't se those titles here anymore.
Jamie - Oh right.
Steven - This is my friend, Jamie. I came to visit you and also show him around the place
Blue Diamond - That's a splendid idea!
Jamie - And uhm while we're at it...is Belle, I mean Blue Pearl doing well?
Blue Diamond - She is doing well. I'll call her in right away
Steven - Is Spinel here too? I kind of wanna talk to her.
Yellow looks away for a second before answering "She's with her Ruby guards, she'll come here soon as well so just wait"
Blue Diamond - And in the meantime... Jamie.
He looks at her a bit flustered, she is really big and too close.
Jamie then feels some strange gas forming under his feet
Yellow Diamond - Don't worry human Jamie, those are Blue's clouds
Blue looks at Steven "Back before I met you Steven, I wanted everytone to feel the pain I felt...I realised I must make up for my awful behavior by bringing joy to others.
Jamie *touches the cloud* - Really? Hmm I don't feel much though...
Steven touched the cloud himself too which seems to have brightened up his mood a bit.
'Guess it's not so bad as I thought'
Yellow Diamond - Blue is able to create clouds from her evaporated tears now. Gems AND humans are able to ride these clouds. It doesn't work as well on the human beings.
Jamie decided to test it's solidness this time as he jumps up on it, it was surprisingly comfy
It then flew away to the entrance gate, where he flipped and fell down again with his head looking upside down
Jamie - Ouch that's the second one today
"Ouh hi mister Jamie"
He turns himself back into place before looking up to see Blue and Yellow Pearls looking back at him
YP - Hello there mister J.
BP *giggles* - You sure looked funny like that. Could you stay in that pose for a bit?
Blue Diamond - Pearl an you give him a tour, me and Yellow want to have some time with our baby Steven
Steven - I'm not a baby anymore alright?!
