CHAPTER 3: HELL HATH NO FURY LIKE A ERIS SCORNED

"When you don't have to think about it...call upon the UnGodly Hour."

   JUNE 5th, 2008

   ESSENCE 'ERIS' LEWIS WAS TIRED.

The journey from New Orleans all the way to New York from leaving in the middle of the night was not an easy one. After taking a three hours flight and riding with Jules-Albert for 18 hours with barely any food or water she was exhausted. So yeah...Eris wasn't in a good mood.

"Essence," Chiron said a bit stunned. He cleared his throat. "How are you—"

"We need to talk," Eris repeated tightly. "As in right now."

"Essence, this really isn't the best time—"

"Don't call me 'Essence' it's Eris,"Her eyes practically glared into his soul, "and I don't care. I need to know where the labyrinth is. Now."

Percy couldn't help but notice there was something intense about Eris's eyes. They seemed darker, exhausted, as if haunted.

"That's exactly why I brought Grover over," Chiron quickly stood. "I figure you three may say to discuss matters. Now if you'll excuse me, I have some Iris- messages to send. I'll see you later in the day." He gave Grover a meaningful look but before he could take a step to leave Eris stepped in front of him.

"I'm serious," Eris said. Her eyes glared into Chiron's. "We need to talk. Privately."

Eris knew it was as rude to be making demands but she didn't have time to care. Bianca wouldn't just show up out of no where if it wasn't important. Nico was in trouble and Eris would be damned if she let it stay that way.

   Chiron paused, "Come along."

While Jules-Albert took Eris's stuff to the Art Cabin Eris followed Chiron to the Big House where he sat across from her at the table.

He cleared his throat, "I must say I wasn't expecting your arrival. You haven't replied to any of the letters I've sent. Have you not received them?"

Every month Chiron sent her a letter. It always contained the same thing. Each letter was about the war and how they needed to start preparing and when she would be returning to camp.

"I have received them," Eris said shortly, sitting across from him. "I just didn't reply."

Chiron seemed a bit taken back, "Why?"

"I didn't want to," Eris replied a bit irritated.

Her response was rude, she knew that. But truthfully she didn't have the time to talk about a war she didn't care about.

"Do you know where the entrance to the labyrinth is?" Eris got straight to the point.

He raised his eyebrows, "The labyrinth? What do you need to go the labyrinth for?"

Eris rubbed a hand over her face before shortly explaining the surprise introduction of Bianca's ghost and her warning of Nico without mentioning Jeremiah or her hatred of Luke.

Chiron rubbed his chin, "Bianca's ghost? You two were close?"

"Huh?"

"She visited you in her ghost form," Chiron said, "You two must have been close and I didn't notice it. I don't believe she would visit someone she barely knew."

Right. Chiron still didn't know about Eris's relation to Nico and Bianca.

Eris swallowed, "Yeah...we got close during the quest before she...anyway. Nico is somewhere doing something in the labyrinth. I need to get there to save him."

Chiron frowned, "I apologize but I'm afraid saving Nico will have to wait a couple of days. With Luke's army—"

Hot, white, burning rage ran through her blood stream.

"It will not wait," Eris snapped, ignoring the look of surprise from Mr.D who sat in a corner nursing a glass of water in uninterested silence.

"Essence—"

"Nico is eleven," Eris seethed. "A child. We're all children! He is out there alone with god know who facing god knows what. No one in this camp has searched for him except for me. Do you know where I have been trying to find this boy? How many times I have had to lie to my mothers to find him?" She hissed. She stood and the cabin trembled a bit. The glass of water in Mr.D's hand started to shake and Eris's eyes continued to turn brighter and brighter with each word spoken.

"India, Paris, Italy," Eris listed off, "I have even searched the sewers. No one has tried looking for him so you owe him! Everyone here owes him. You will help me find him now or so help me god," she leaned forward. "I will end you," she hissed lowly.

Suddenly, Eris flinched so badly her entire twitched harshly. It felt as if a harsh jolt of electricity had ran through her body at its highest voltage. Her body felt a dull but painful ache. She swallowed and tried to wave it off.

   What was that?

Chiron eyed her for a while before sighing, "I see," he said. "We are currently awaiting news about the labyrinth but I promise you when we do you will be the first to know... why don't you get some rest."

Eris sighed, a nap did sound great. She stood and started to leave.

    "And Eris?"

    She stopped in her tracks.

    "I am sorry."

She turned around, "What?" She raised a brow.

"You are right," Chiron replied. "...Nico is only a child...you are all children. I...we should not have placed the responsibility of finding Nico on you even if it was unintentional. I apologize."

Eris frowned, "Your apology doesn't mean shit to me until Nico is found," she said flatly.

IN THE END ERIS DID TAKE A NAP. Eris didn't dream often. She was not someone who had nightmares but this time she did not know if she was in a dream or it was reality when her eyes fluttered open and found herself in a pitch black room.

It seemed like she was not even in a room. She was just an empty void of darkness. There was no light or sound. Just...pure emptiness.

Quickly, Eris scrambled to her feet and reached for her necklace only to find it empty. "No...no,no." She muttered. She clenched her fist and wield herself to be brave. "Hello?!" She called. She took a couple steps forward, "Who...Whose here?! Why am I here?"

    No answer.

     "Fuck," Eris clutched her locs.

Maybe she should be scared, and honestly a part of her was. But the only thing on her mind was—

If I die who will save Nico?

She swallowed thickly. Her mind quickly scattered for a plan when she heard it.

"When you decide to like yourself—"

It was a voice. Sweet and slightly angelic singing so softly that if the room was completely silent she wouldn't have been able to hear.

    "Whose there?!"

She could hear the footsteps of heel clicking against the floor. Eris squinted and in the far back she could see a small silver light slowly getting larger. "Hello."

"When you decide you need some help...."

The light became increasingly larger, the sound of heels became louder but for some reason Eris found herself paralyzed in place like she was in an enchanting trace. For some she felt like she needed to listen, she needed to see whoever was coming. As if it were destiny finally greeting her.

"When you don't have to think about it...call upon the UnGodly Hour."

Finally the light drew closer and Eris's breath hitched.

Standing in front of her was a tall women surrounded by a bright aura. Dark skin, long locs, dressed in a long Greek dressed covered in Greek armor. Eris could not see her eyes for the entirety of her eyeballs glowed bright white.

"Who..who are you?" Eris asked uneasily.

The women continued to start at her with a blank face before she repeated the small part of the song she had sang before.

"When you decide to like yourself," the women repeated. "When you decide you need some help." She leaned down closely to Eris's face as if to emphasis her words. "When you don't have to think about it call upon the UnGodly Hour."

Eris's breath hitched, "The UnGodly Hour," she said breathlessly. "That's what this is about? That's why I'm here?"

The women's only response was a smile.

"Who are you?" Eris asked again.

The women turned on her heel and started to walk away.

"Wait!" Eris caught up to her and grabbed the women's wrist. "You can't just—"

Suddenly Eris found herself flying across the room. She crashed into the ground but she couldn't find herself to care about the pain she felt when she hit the ground instead Eris cared about the same pain she felt in the Big House when she yelled at Chiron that she felt again when she touched the women.

She struggled to sit up and once again the women was in front of her.

"Who are you?" Eris asked almost fearfully.

The women glanced around, almost as if she was trying to solve a hard math problem before finally finding the final answer. She smiled again and it was then Eris noticed something.

The women was wearing her necklace.

"I am," the women started to say slowly, "Essence Lewis."

ERIS PANTED HARSHLY AS SHE SAT UP FROM HER SLEEPING BAG.
Her body and clothes were drenched in sweat, her body trembled with every breath she took. Her chest heaved up and down. Blood pounded against her ears as her hands clutched her own shirt. Her vision became dazed and unfocused. She felt bile rise to her throat.

The UnGodly Hour? That's what that was about? Was that a dream? A message? A warning? Eris didn't know. Her head spun with thoughts and heavy anxiety as she struggled to catch her breath.

"Babe," someone said. "Eris, you need to breathe."

   She shook her head, "I can't I-I can't breathe! I don't know how I—"

The person gathered her hands into their's. His hands were familiar and rough. "Yes you can. Listen to meet, breath with me okay?"

   "I can't — I don't know how," she said frantically, "I forgot!"

The person gathered her into his arms and laid her head on his strong chest. Eris clenched them tightly and pressed her ear into their chest.

"Focus on me," he said quietly. "Focus on my heart. Count how my beats you hear. You can count right?"

"One," Eris muttered, "two, three, four...five." She stopped when she finally got to thirty and sniffed. "Thanks."

   "No problem, sweetheart."

Eris froze. She shoved Jeremiah away. "What the hell?!"

Jeremiah rubbed his chest, "Damn, Eris, no need to be so rough." He smirked a bit and crossed his arms.

"Why are you here?" She hissed. "How are you here?"

She didn't have the strength to fight. Though she had taken a nap the weight and time of the trip still took a toll on her body if she thought Jeremiah now she's surely lose.

    "Shadow traveling."

     "What?"

     "Shadow traveling?" Eris asked.

Jeremiah shrugged and rolled his eyes. "Yeah, you know," he walked towards the darkest corner of the room. Eris watched with wide eyes as he stuck his hand into the corner and it completely disappeared into darkness. "I can travel through shadows. It comes with the whole being son of Thanatos and all."

Eris nodded slowly, "Right," she took a deep breath. "Here to kill me?"

Jeremiah hummed, "Nah, Luke doesn't even know I'm here. Just decided to pay my girlfriend a visit."

She scowled, "I'm not your girlfriend," she snapped, her face feeling hot.

"Feisty," he said, sitting across from her on the floor. "I like it."

"You betrayed me," Eris hissed. "I don't want you here. And you know I can't fight you so either leave or kill me."

"Don't be like that."

"You are working with the man who killed my sister. I will never look at you the same again."

Jeremiah's face became pained. His cocky personality now gone. "Beautiful, come on. I don't have a choice okay...it's nothing personal really."

"Then why work with him?" Eris pressed. "I...We had a connection and you just threw that away. You could've had me. I was yours and now..."

"Now?"

"Now we're nothing."

Jeremiah bit his lip, "Eris I'm....I can't say anything. Not right now at least but...please. I'm off duty and right now the only thing I want to do is spend time with the only person who keeps me sane. I'm not saying you should forgive me and I'm not saying we won't go back to being enemies when I leave again but for right now...can we just enjoy each other. I...I miss you."

She laughed humorlessly, "You barely know me," she said weakly. She scooted backwards until she was sitting against the wall with her arms around her knees. He followed.

"I know enough about you to miss you."

She hated how her heart fluttered when the word escaped his mouth.

She sighed in defeat. "Fine... for right now, I guess."

Jeremiah smirked again, "Great, let's talk about something else?"

"Like you working with the guy who murdered my sister?"

He frowned, "No like...." He glanced around. "Your hands." He grabbed her hand as if it were a prize.

"My hands? I hate my hands," Eris said.

     "Why?"

She shrugged, "I don't know. They're just all rough and scarred. No comfortable."

He rolled his eyes, "I love your hands." He wiggled his eyebrows teasingly. "Do you know why?"

   She flushed, "No. Why?"

Slowly and painfully, he entwined his fingers with hers. His eyes met her own. "Because they fit perfectly into mine."

For the first time in a while she smiled, "That was cheesy."

"I know but you love it."

I really do. But she'd never admit that.

Jeremiah smiled back gently, showcasing dimples. "You know something?" He played with her fingers.

"Hmm?"

"You're really beautiful, Eris Lewis."

Eris blushed. "Thanks."

"I do have a question though?"

"Which is?"

Jeremiah leaned forward. "If I kissed you right now what are the chances you would slap me?"

She pretended to be lost in thought, "50/50."

He shrugged, "I'll take that chance."

Jeremiah grinned teasingly before moving to sit between her knees and leaning forward. Before Eris could blink Jeremiah was grabbing her face and pulling her forward until his lips met hers. He bent her head back gently and caressed the back of her neck. His chapped lips pressed against her's once then twice. He pulled away.

"I never told you to stop."

Jeremiah pulled her forward again. She tugged on his jacket, letting the scent of his cologne fill her nose. When their noses bumped against each other she couldn't help but hold him tighter.

    Jeremiah pulled away again, "Eris—"

A loud knock on the door shut him up.

Eris scrambled to her feet and wiped her lips with the back of her wrist. "You need to go, now!" She hissed.

Jeremiah raised a brow, "Does no one know about me? That kinda hurts my feelings, babe."

    "Jeremiah."

He sighed. "Fine. I'm going, I'm going." He raised his hands in surrender before disappearing into the cloud of shadows.

Eris straightened her clothes with her hands before opening the door.

Standing there in all his glory was Percy Jackson. He had gotten more handsome the last time she saw him, taller too. His jawline filled out more and he lost more baby fat. His hair thicker, longer, and darker with a slight curl to it. If possible his eyes seemed more green.

The sight of him took her breath away. She had seen him earlier but the sight of him now while she was calm and not blinded with anger and frustration was different.

    "Hey, Sweets," Percy said.

     She swallowed, "Hi."

She could feel the awkward tension from a mile away. They still exchanged letters but in person it felt...weird.

He shifted on his feet. "I just...I wanted to see how you're doing."

"I'm fine," She sighed. "Looking for my brother."

"Yeah...you made kind of an entrance this morning."

Eris blushed, "Sorry. I was just annoyed, and tired...I'm fine now. What's up?"

I'm fine after kissing my kinda-but-not-boyfriend.

"Right," he swallowed. "Our new instructor, Quinn's, he's hosting this new game. I wanted to see if you want to join us."

"Of course," Eris said awkwardly. "I'd love to play."

Actually, she'd love to go get some more sleep but she wasn't going to tell him that.

AFTER A SLIGHTLY TEARFUL REUNION WITH TYSON ERIS ENDED UP PAIRED WITH PERCY .

The object of the game was simple. Everyone's team had to go out, find a laurel attached to a giant scorpion. Eris didn't know how games like this were allowed at camp.

"So, Eris," Percy started to say. "How's school?" Percy almost cringed at the question but she didn't know what else to say.

It was obvious that Eris was no longer the girl they knew last year. There were parts of her still there but something about her seemed so much more...dark. It was like meeting a stranger.

"It's fine," Eris replied shortly. Truthfully her mind wasn't focused on the game. Instead she was worried about Nico and wondering when was the last time he had a proper meal. Knowing him he was probably surviving off of McDonalds Happy Meals.

She needed to get to the labyrinth as fast as possible. But she would also be lying if she said she only had one motive for going. A part of her felt like if she went she'd find Luke and the she'd—

She clenched her fist.

She'd kill him the first chance she got. He deserved it and Eris didn't give a damn about what anyone thought about it which was exactly why she hadn't told a single soul about Luke's involvement with her sister's death. She didn't want to be stopped or talked out of it. It was vengeance she wanted. Some people said getting revenge wouldn't make someone feel better and it wouldn't make her feel better. His death at her hands would make her happy.

They jumped a creek and heard some twigs snapping nearby. They crouched behind a boulder, but it was only the Stoll brothers tripping through the woods and cursing. Their dad was the god of thieves, but they were about as stealthy as water buffaloes.

Once the Stolls had passed, they forged deeper into the west woods where the monsters were wilder. They were standing on a ledge overlooking a marshy pond when Percy tensed. "This is where we stopped looking."

Eris had to look away. She knew exactly what she meant. This was where her friends had stopped hope of finding Nico.

"You mean where you stopped looking," Eris crossed her arms. "I haven't stopped and when I find him, he's coming home with me. I don't care what Chiron says."

Percy looked down guiltily. "Is that why you're here?" He asked. "For Nico."

"Everything I do is for Nico," Eris said.

"But what connection does Nico have with the labyrinth?"

Eris told him about Bianca coming back and he both slowly took in the information.

"I saw him last night," Percy revealed.

Eris whirled around, "What?"

Percy told her about the Iris-message.

"The dead?" Eris asked uneasily. "This isn't good. Summoning the dead...the dead are supposed to stay dead."

She sounded like her father. It was the first lesson he taught her: the dead are supposed to stay dead.

Percy frowned, "But don't you raise the dead?"

Eris shook her head, "No, my spirits are just that. They're spirits. Projects of light. They're not actually alive."

"The ghost was giving him bad advice," Percy said. "Telling him to take revenge."

"This isn't good," Eris muttered. "The dead hold grudges."

"He's going to come after me," Percy said. "The spirit mentioned a maze."

    "The labyrinth ...to get Nico."

"Maybe," Percy said uncomfortably. "But who sent the Iris-message? If Nico didn't know I was there—"

A branch snapped in the woods. Dry leaves rustled. Something large was moving in the trees, just beyond the ridge.

Together they drew their weapons.

They got to Zeus's Fist, a huge pile of boulders in the middle of the west woods. It was a natural landmark where campers often rendezvoused on hunting expeditions, but now there was nobody around.

"Over there," Eris whispered.

"No, wait," Percy said. "Behind us."

They were circling the boulders, their swords drawn, when someone right behind them said, "Hi."

They whirled around, and the tree nymph Juniper yelped.

"Put those down!" she protested. "Dryads don't like sharp blades, okay?"

"Juniper," Eris sighed. "You're not supposed to be here."

"I live here."

    Fair point.

Percy lowered his sword. "In the boulders?"

She pointed toward the edge of the clearing. "In the juniper. Duh. Are you guys busy?" Juniper asked.

"Well," Percy said, "we're in the middle of this game against a bunch of monsters and we're trying not to die."

Eris shook her head. "What's the problem?"

Juniper sniffled. She wiped her silky sleeve under her eyes. "It's Grover. He seems so distraught. All year he's been out looking for Pan. And every time he comes back, it's worse. I thought maybe, at first, he was seeing another tree."

"Oh, honey, no," Eris said , as Juniper started crying. "He wouldn't cheat on you."

"He had a crush on a blueberry bush once," Juniper said miserably.

Eris immediately gave the poor nymph a hug and Juniper cried into her shoulder.

"He's probably just stressed about his searcher's license" Percy said awkwardly. He wasn't good at comforting crying people.

"He can't go underground!" she protested. "You can't let him."

"He may have to," Eris said, "we need to find the labyrinth."

"Ah." Juniper wiped a green tear off her cheek. "About that . . ." Another rustle in the woods, and Juniper yelled, "Hide!"

Before anyone could ask why, she went poof into green mist.

Eris turned. Coming out of the woods was a glistening amber insect, ten feet long, with jagged pincers, an armored tail, and a stinger as long as my sword. A scorpion. Tied to its back was a red silk package.

"Oh shit," Percy muttered.

Then other two scorpions appeared from the woods.

"Shit," Eris muttered. "There's not supposed to be three," she said a bit frantically.

The scorpions scurried toward them, whipping their barbed tails like they'd come here just to kill us. They pressed backs against the nearest boulder.

"Climb?" Percy said.

"We wouldn't make it," Eris said tightly.

She was right. The scorpions were already surrounding them. They were so close she could see their hideous mouths foaming, anticipating a nice juicy meal of demigods.

They were screwed. No plan and Eris couldn't summon a spirit, though the process was now too painless after months of work with Hippolyta it was still time consuming.

"Look out!" A. Eris thrusted her spear forward but the scorpion backed out of range. They clambered sideways along the boulders, but the scorpions followed them. Percy slashed at another one, but going on the offensive was too dangerous. If Percy went for the body, the tail stabbed downward. If Percy went for the tail, the thing's pincers came from either side and tried to grab him. All they could do was defend, and they wouldn't be able to keep that up for very long.

   "In here," Percy said suddenly.

Eris turned to see a large crack between two of the largest boulders. "It's narrow!"

    "I'll cover you. Go!"

Eris grunted before she squeezed between the two boulders. Before as soon as she started falling Eris screeched as she was pulled backwards and instinctively grabbed the back of Percy's shirt pulling with them. "Sorry!"

They were tumbling  into a pit that hadn't been there a moment before. Above them was the scorpions, the purple evening sky and the trees, and then the hole shut like the lens of a camera, and they were in complete darkness.

Suddenly Percy realized fell on something soft. Not something. Someone.

"Uh, Percy." Eris said weakly. "I mean this in the kindest way possible way but...can you get off."

Percy blushed, "Uh, right!" He quickly got off of her and sat up. However when he sat up he found Eris had sat up too and now they were face to face.

He couldn't see her but he knew she was close. That was how loud her presence was. He could feel her breath only cenemters away from his face, how close she was. It was so silent he could hear his heart beating out of his chest. They were so close he almost wanted to lean forward and—

"I..." Eris panted. "I can't...." She muttered. She scrambled to her feet and Percy awkwardly cleared his throat and stood. He lifted Riptide for light.

She glanced around warily. "What is this place?"

Percy shrugged.  "Safe from scorpions, anyway." He lifted his sword again for light. "It's a long room,"

"No, no," Eris shook her head. "It's a...is this a corridor?"

She was right. The darkness felt . . . emptier in front of them. There was a warm breeze, like in subway tunnels, only it felt older, more dangerous somehow.

Eris quickly grabbed Percy because she knew he'd try to go in. "Stop. We don't know this place. It could be a trap."

The ceiling was solid stone. The corridor seemed to stretch endlessly in both directions. They were trapped.

In the cold darkness, Percy slipped his hand into Eris's. Eris jolted, slightly surprised and he squeezed her's gently. She swallowed and was happy she couldn't see his face. A warm feeling thundered in her stomach.

No, she wanted to say. You don't get to do this. You don't get to play with my feelings like this.

She had accepted Percy's rejection. It was painful and it still is but she accepted it. Eris wasn't over him and she knew that, she had even been honest with Jeremiah and told him she still wasn't over her former crush though she never told him who it was. He seemed fine with it, probably because they were never official no matter how many times he jokingly called her his girlfriend. But Percy didn't get to do this. Not when she had worked so hard.

But she kept her month shut.

"Let's take two steps back," Eris said a bit breathlessly. They stepped backward together like they were in a minefield.

A dark, endless, corridor, with a pathway....this all started to make sense. The pieces started to come together.

Suddenly Eris remembered something. Annabeth ranted a lot about the labyrinth back on their old quest and something she mentioned suddenly Eris remembered.

"The walls," Eris muttered. She turned around. "Help me examine the walls."

"What for?"

"Annabeth mentioned something before," Eris replied. She felt along the walls, "If we find it we should be able to—" She set her hand on the wall and pressed against a tiny fissure, which began to glow blue. A Greek symbol appeared: L, the Ancient Greek Delta.

The roof slid open and they saw night sky, stars blazing. It was a lot darker than it should've been. Metal ladder rungs appeared in the side of the wall, leading up, and she could hear people yelling their names.

"Percy! Eris!" Tyson's voice bellowed the loudest, but others were calling out too.

Eris started to climb and Percy followed behind her. They made their way around the rocks and ran into Clarisse and a bunch of other campers carrying torches.

"Where have you two been?" Clarisse demanded. "We've been looking forever."

"But we were only gone a few minutes," Percy said. Chiron trotted up, followed by Tyson, Annabeth, and Grover. "Percy! Eris" Tyson said. "You are okay?"

Not being someone who understood personal space, Tyson picked Eris up by her shoulders and started to examine her for injuries. Eris was used to it by now.

She patted his head, "We're alright, buddy. I promise."

"We're fine," Percy said. "We fell in a hole."

The others looked at Percy skeptically, then at Eris.

"Honest!" Percy said. "There were three scorpions after us, so we ran and hid in the rocks. But we were only gone a minute."

"You've been missing for almost an hour," Chiron said. "The game is over."

"Yeah," Grover muttered. "We would've won, but a Cyclops sat on me."

"Was an accident!" Tyson protested, and then he sneezed.

"Uh, buddy," Eris said, wiggling in his cold. "Can you put me down please?"

"Oh, sorry!" Tyson put her back down.

Clarisse was wearing the gold laurels, but she didn't even brag about winning them, which wasn't like her. "A hole?" she said suspiciously.

"A huge hole," Eris replied. "Like a pathway. A endless corridor."

Annabeth froze before she looked around at the other campers. "Chiron . . . maybe we should talk about this at the Big House."

Clarisse gasped. "You found it, didn't you?"

Percy frowned, "Found what?"

"I'm pretty sure we did," Eris said, smiling a bit.

Finally.

A bunch of campers started asking questions, looking about as confused as Percy was, but Chiron raised his hand for silence. "Tonight is not the right time, and this is not the right place." He stared at the boulders as if he'd just noticed how dangerous they were. "All of you, back to your cabins. Get some sleep. A game well played, but curfew is past!"

There was a lot of mumbling and complaints, but the campers drifted off, talking among themselves and giving Percy  suspicious looks.

"This explains a lot," Clarisse said. "It explains what Luke is after."

"Wait a second," Percy said. "What do you mean? What did we find?"

"I...I think we found the Labyrinth," Eris told him.

Annabeth turned toward him, her eyes dark with worry. "And it's an invasion route straight into the heart of the camp."

Thank you so much for reading!

Please comment it helps me update more often!

Ngl this chapter isn't edited...I'm tired, sorry.

I'm still working on trying to progress Eris and Percy's relationship. In this part and the next please expect a lot of moments between them. I really want to build their romance so it doesn't seemed forced but this story is very slow burned.

Thoughts on this chapter? Love it? Hate it? Please be honest.

What do you guys think of Jeremiah?

What do you think about her character development?

What do you think would happen next?

Is there anything you'd like me to change? Feedback?

Thank you so much. I love you!
