Dear Aries,

Thanks for Harry's birthday present, his new Quidditch robes go with the broomstick Sirius got him. Hope you're alright, Lils and I haven't heard from Pete in a while, is he doing okay?

I sent a letter to Dorcas a few days ago. She seems to be doing well despite everything with Marlene and her family, she said she stayed with you for a few weeks and now she's back home. I just wish we could visit her.

Merlin I miss you all so much, and so does Lily, the most we get to see is Bathilda Bagshot. She's not too bad but staying in this house is draining, can't wait till this is all over.

Be safe,

Love James.

To Aries,

How is it in cold rainy England? It's actually Spring here. It's so weird, anyway I just wanted to send a postcard because you asked me too. I hope you're alright and I am still in search of someone that makes a milkshake as good as you. It's really hard, you'd think a country this hot would have milkshakes everywhere but they don't :(

Don't have too much fun without me there, and say hi to the band and Angelika,

From Leo

☽☆☾

"Leo says hi." Aries said, sticking the postcard onto the fridge.

"I bet he's getting a nice summer tan." Simon said enviously as he looked out the window, it was currently raining which it had been for a week straight. "Ugh when I am rich I am leaving the UK and never coming back."

"I agree, I wanna live in The Bahamas." Viktoria said, peeling an orange.

"Is that your dinner?" Simon asked.

She nodded whilst eating a segment.

He shook his head and pulled out a pan from the cupboard. "I'm making you dinner."

Viktoria smiled as she whispered to Aries. "I did it on purpose, I really didn't want to cook tonight."

Aries shook her head. "You're terrible."

"I prefer smart and I'm saving money. One step closer to The Bahamas."

Angelika walked into the house from the front door, she placed her bag onto the sofa.

"Where have you been?" Viktoria questioned.

"Out."

"Where?"

"Just out Vik." Angelika rolled her eyes, pulling apple juice out of the fridge.

"You're wearing mascara- oh my gosh you went on a date!"

"What? No I didn't-"

Viktoria nodded. "Yes you did, you never wear mascara- who is he? Or she?"

"I didn't go on a date."

"Angelika Diana Ide! You will tell me right now!" Viktoria shouted.

"Oh my god! Fine, I went on a date."

Viktoria grinned. "I knew it! Who with?"

"Someone."

"Angie!"

Angelika sighed. "I went with someone... That Aries knows."

Aries furrowed her eyebrows. "I know? Who-" then she gasped, widening her eyes. "No way."

"Who? Who is it?" Simon asked, intrigued.

"Kingsley?" Aries asked.

Angelika nodded.

"Oh my gosh! That's so cute!"

Simon looked at the girls with a questionable look. "I'm sorry, who is Kingsley?"

"Angie's new boyfriend! And now I am on wedding planning duties-"

"Vik we've been on one date."

"And you'll go on more and then you'll name your children after me-"

"No." Angelika shook her head.

"Okay fine, you don't have to name them after me." Viktoria said, pulling her sister into a hug. "I'm so excited."

Angelika blushed slightly.

"Congrats Angelika, he's really nice." Aries nodded.

Angelika smiled at her. "Yeah he is."

☽☆☾

"So Kingsley told Sirius and I that he went on a date with Angelika." Peter said, laying down next to Aries on her bed.

She nodded, resting her head on his chest. "They seem cute together."

"He's really smitten," Peter laughed. "It's like when James finally got a date with Lily."

Aries smiled softly. "Remember when you thought I was dating Benjy."

"Yes, I do. You're never going to let me forget that, are you?"

"Absolutely not." she grinned, leaning up to kiss him.

He kissed back cupping her cheek as she rolled over on top of him, she slowly lifted up his jumper before he stopped her abruptly.

"Wait." he whispered, he shook his head and placed his hand on hers.

"What's wrong?" she asked.

He hesitated. "I just... I'm not... I'm not in the mood for this."

"Oh." she said, falling beside him.

"It's not anything- I just- It's been a long day and-"

Aries shook her head and smiled softly. "You don't have to explain yourself, you're tired, I understand that. But I at least want cuddles."

Peter smiled and kissed the top of her head. "I think we could still do that."

She put her head back on his chest as he ran his fingers through her hair, she was half asleep when he spoke again.

"I love you."

"Mmm?" she mumbled.

"I love you, Star."

"I love you too, Peter."

"I'm sorry." he whispered when he heard her light snores. "I'm so sorry."

RING

RING

RING

Aries was startled awake, it was still dark. She looked beside her to where Peter should have been laying but he wasn't there.

RING

RING

RING

The phone was ringing, she got out of bed and answered it. "Hello?"

A light whisper came from the other end.

"Aries?" Dorcas whispered, shakily. "I don't have my wand- and there's- at my house-"

The line was cutting up.

"What? Cas? I can't hear you."

"-deatheaters- one of them is- you have to get away from him-"

"What?"

"He's a traitor- away from him."

"Who is a traitor?"

"It's-"

There was a loud scream from Dorcas then there was silence.

"Dorcas? Dorcas! Shit!" Aries shouted, she put the phone down and grabbed her wand. As soon as she walked out the door she apparated straight to Dorcas' house.

It was a small house, left by her grandmother. Dorcas and Marlene had planned to move in together but the plans never went through.

Aries slowly opened the unlocked front door. "Dorcas?" she said cautiously, all the lights were off and the house was silent. She gripped tighter on her wand as she walked further into the house. "Dorcas?"

Nothing.

Aries made her way to the kitchen, she saw the phone hanging still dangling from when Dorcas put it down. It scraped against the wall then stopped.

Another noise startled Aries, now she could hear footsteps walking into the house. She stood behind the door holding her breath waiting to see who it was. As the steps got closer she held out her wand.

"Dorcas?" a voice said.

Aries let out a sigh of relief. "Sirius?" She walked out of the hiding place and stood in front of her brother.

"Aries? What are you doing here?"

"I got a call... from Dorcas, I think something happened to her- why are you here?"

"Cas was supposed to be on watch tonight but she didn't turn up... so I came here." he said, holding up Dorcas' wand. "I've searched the whole house, but... nothing, just her wand."

A horrible feeling began to take over Aries.

"Something bad has happened, Sirius. I know it has."

Sirius nodded. "I'll alert the order, we'll find her."

☽☆☾

It had been a week since Dorcas went missing.

There had been no signs of anything, the order worked tirelessly trying to find the member.

Aries had helped, she told the order what Dorcas had told her on the phone call, it had been racking her brain and she didn't know who Dorcas was on about.

"You okay, Star?" Peter said, stroking her shoulder.

"Yeah, yeah." she shook her head. "Just trying to... figure out something."

She then paused looking at him remembering what Dorcas said. "Get away from him. He's a traitor"

"Where were you?"

"Huh?" he asked.

"When I got the call... I woke up and you weren't there." she said, furrowing her eyebrows.

"My mum called and I had to go and see her- you don't think it's me, do you?" Peter asked.

"No, no." Aries said, quickly. "I just... she called me. She could have called anyone else..."

Sirius.

He was there, he could have- no. He wouldn't have.

"What are you thinking?"

Aries swallowed. "What if it's Sirius?"

"What?"

"Dorcas called me. And told me there was a traitor, what if Sirius is the traitor?"

"Star he-" Peter started but stopped as though he was thinking.

"What? What is it?"

He looked at her. "He has been acting weird during meetings, the way he's talking about missions, it's like he's covering up something. I only just noticed now. Maybe Dorcas knew something."
Aries nodded. "I'm going to talk to him."

"What? No." Peter said, standing up.

"I won't make it obvious. I'll be fine."

"Star-"

"Peter, I can handle him. I just- I just need to know if he would do anything."

Peter hesitated. "I'll come with you."

"I'd rather go by myself. It would look less suspicious." Aries said, putting on her cloak. "I'll be alright. He wouldn't do anything to me."

☽☆☾

It didn't take long to get to Sirius and Remus' flat, they didn't live that far from her. They lived above an Italian restaurant in Covent Gardens, a short walk.

Aries knocked on the door, and Sirius answered.

"You alright, Air?" he said, letting her in.

"Fine, I just thought I'd see how you were."

Sirius nodded. "Yeah, yeah, It's the same old stuff. Tea?"

She nodded and waited for the kettle to boil. "Heard anything?"

"Nothing." Sirius said. "Benjy and I were out in Devon trying to find any traces but there were no signs."

He handed the cup to Aries as she looked around. "Where's Remus? It's not full moon yet is it?"

Sirius shook his head as he sipped his own tea. "We had an argument last night, I don't know where he is."

"Oh, anything bad?"

Sirius just shrugged. "Well it wasn't anything good." His voice seemed tired, the bags under his eyes were more prominent than usual. He sighed. "It's just... he thinks... he thinks I had something to do with Dorcas' disappearance."

Aries looked up at him.

"I told him it's stupid, I went there to see where she was and- he thinks-" Sirius shook his head, he looked towards his sister. "It's stupid right? I wouldn't do anything to hurt anyone."

Aries tried to hide her hesitation.

Sirius' face fell. "Please don't tell me you think the same thing, Aries."

She put down her cup and swallowed. "It's just something that Dorcas said, I'm not blaming you-"

"But you're suspecting me? Aries, I am your brother, you know me!" Sirius said, raising his voice.

"Sirius I don't believe that you could but-"

"Oh my god! Oh my fucking god! You think that I would betray everyone? I have tried so hard to clear our name, if they think it's me then they probably think you had something to do with it! You do realise that, right? I was there that night because Dorcas was supposed to work. You had no reason to be there. Maybe it was you."

"What?"

"Maybe you set it all up, gave yourself a story and then got rid of Dorcas-"

"She is my best friend!" Aries shouted. "I would never do anything to hurt her-"

"Exactly why you'd get away with it. You could have been planning this for months, pretending you're going out in the muggle world but you've been working for the dark side-"

"Fuck you, Sirius." Aries shouted, wiping the tears from her eyes.

"Oh fucking crocodile tears, nice one Aries, you don't have to fucking act for me."

She shook her head. "I am not your enemy."

"Sure seems like it." he said, harshly. "Just... fuck off."

Aries stared at him, her body shaking with anger, her throat burned as she tried to stop crying.

"I said fuck off!" He grabbed her arm forcefully, dragging her out the door, he then slammed it in her face.

"I hate you!" she screamed banging on the door. "I fucking hate you!"

There was no response.

She breathed heavily, but she couldn't stop the tears from falling. She turned away from the flat, her brother's voice overpowered her thoughts.

She walked home in the rain, luckily no one stopped to ask if she was okay because the tears blended in, although it was London, no one asked you if you were okay.

She walked into the passageway of the flat, and fumbled getting the front door keys out, when she opened it Benjy was standing next to Peter.

"Ben?"

He turned around, his eyes were red. "Aries."

She shook her head. "Please... please tell me it's good news."

Benjy swallowed and let out a cry. "They found her body."

"No." Aries shook her head, biting down hard on her lip. "No."

Benjy walked towards her and gripped her into a hug, they cried in each other's arms.

Their trio was down to two.
