Betty POV:
I sat on the toilet seat lid as I tried finding Sweet Pea's name in my contacts but my vision was going in and out. I landed on Fangs' name, he was a close friend of mine and Sweet Pea's best friend. He was the closest to Sweet Pea I was going to find.
I clicked on his name as I pressed speaker. I was trying to stay conscious but it was really hard.
"Hey Betts, what's up?" He asked casually.
"Someone's spiked my drink" I managed to slur out.
I had been at a party with Archie for the past two hours. We had been dancing, drinking and having fun all night but after Archie got me a drink, he started acting off and I started feeling really off.
It kinda all hit in a moment, he had spiked my drink. I don't know why he would do something like that to me. We have been best friends since before we could talk. How could he do this to me?
I could hear Archie knocking on the door, checking in on me. I ignored him as I tried to focus all of my attention on Fangs.
"Okay where are you? Are you safe?" He asked me worriedly.
"I'm okay. Bathroom" I said.
"Okay Betts, stay there and don't go anywhere till I get there. I'll call Sweet Pea too" he said.
"Okay" I mumbled.
I hung up and closed my eyes as I rested my head in my hands. Everything felt like it was spinning. The sound of Archie trying to get me to respond was getting more and more muffled.
Sweet Pea POV:
I had gotten a distressed call from Fangs, telling me that Betty had called him, sounding very out of it and that she had her drink spiked.
I sped as fast as I could to the party she was at. I couldn't believe someone had done that to her. I'm going to find this sick bastard and kill them.
I got there at the same time Fangs did and we quickly looked around the place until we found the bathroom. We saw Archie there, knocking on the door.
"What the fuck happened Archie?" I asked him angrily.
She went to this party with him so the least I expect of him is to look after Betty. To make sure that she made it home safely.
"I-I don't know" he stuttered out.
"How long hasn't she been responsive?" Fangs asked Archie.
"She hasn't said anything since she locked herself in there" Red head said.
That doesn't app up at all. She was talking to Fangs while she was in the bathroom. If Betty wasn't talking to Archie, someone she considers her best friend, that isn't right. She doesn't trust him so neither will I.
"Get out of my sight" I warned him. He quickly left, instantly affirming in my mind that he knows more than he's saying.
Fangs managed to open the door so I walked into the bathroom and closed it behind me. Fangs had moved her so she was sitting up on the floor. He had to hold her head with her hand.
"She's definitely been drugged" he sighed as he opened her eyes with his fingers.
"Jesus they're dilated" I said as I sat besides Betty so that her head could rest on my shoulder.
"I don't trust Archie" Fangs said as he looked up at me.
"Nope, I don't either. The way he was acting and the fact that she didn't allow him in. I don't trust him for a second" I said.
"Do you think he did this?" Fangs asked.
"I really hope that he didn't" I said for Betty's sake.
They've been best friends since forever. I would really hope that Archie would never do anything to hurt her. I hope that maybe she just wanted to be alone and didn't want him to see her like this. Because if I find out he did this to her or knew anything that he didn't tell me, I will kill him myself.
Him and I had a discussion awhile ago, he ever hurt her, I will kill him. I told him that if he ever had any concerns about Betty he could come to me and I'd listen and protect him if need be. Archie gets himself into a fair amount of trouble so I made sure he knew he would always be protected, as long as he looked after Betty.
"I'm going to get some water" he said and I nodded my head.
He got up and walked out, leaving Betty and I.
I felt her move a little and her eyes ever so slightly open.
"Hey, hey, keep your eyes open okay?" I said as I caressed her cheek.
"Can't" she mumbled out with a slur.
This was absolutely hard breaking to see.
"Yes you can honey" I watched as she tried her best to keep her eyes open, but again they closed and she was being unresponsive.
Fangs came back with a glass of water just as she was gaining consciousness again.
"Here, take some small sips" he said as he gently gave her the glass.
She took it and took some smalls sips. I was just so happy she was conscious again.
"Are you feeling a bit better?" I asked her and she nodded her head, snuggling it into my shoulder.
"Everything is moving" she said as she closed her eyes. I let out a sigh.
I didn't know whether to tell her to keep her eyes open so she didn't go unconscious again or to let her close them so she could get some peace.
"Betts just close your eyes and make sure you answer when we talk to you" Fangs said and I looked to him, not sure if it was the right thing to do.
"Sweets I've dealt with your concussions for more times than I can count" he said, trying to reassure me.
"Yes but this is different" I told him.
"Yes and no" he said and I let out a sigh as I nodded my head.
"Betts do you think you can walk?" He asked her.
"No" she said.
"Are we taking her to the Wyrm?" He asked me and I immediately nodded my head.
We have a bunch of doctors and nurses at the Wyrm. The Serpents aren't the safest people on earth.
"Is that okay with you?" I asked her as she opened her eyes.
"Yeah" she said and I kissed her head.
"Is your vision a bit better?" I asked as she was able to keep her eyes open now.
"Yeah" she said.
We helped Betty up and we got her into my car. Fangs got in his car and we all headed back to the Wyrm.
As we were driving, I connected my hand with hers. She was being responsive and was able to keep her eyes open so I was definitely feeling a lot better about her and this situation. When I got the call from Fangs, I just couldn't believe it. So much anger ran through my veins.
"Do you know what happened bubs?" I asked her as we got closer to the Wyrm.
"I don't know. Archie had gotten me a drink and we were just dancing and messing around and I started feeling bad. He was being weird so I didn't want to be near him. And then I went to the bathroom" she said and I nodded my head.
"Why would he do that to me?" she mumbled as she looked out her window.
"I really don't know, but I'll deal with this" I said as I ran my thumb over her palm.
I looked over to her and saw how upset she looked. I knew she was really upset that he betrayed her. I seriously can't think of any reason why he would do anything to hurt her.
"You don't deserve him and his shit" I said softly.
"I have done everything for him" she said as she turned to face him.
"And that's the problem. You always did everything for him and he never did anything for you" he said.
"So it's my fault?" She said annoyedly.
"No bubs, not at all" I said softly.
"You're perfect, you can't do a thing wrong" I smiled and she rolled her eyes.
"You're patronising me" she said and I chuckled.
"Got you there, I don't know what patronising means" I smirked and I watched as she couldn't help the smile that raised onto her lips.
"I love you Princess" I said as we stopped at a red light and I leaned over to kiss her head.
"I love you too" she said as she kissed my cheek.
I smiled as I wrapped my arm around her shoulders and we soon arrived at the Wyrm.
Fangs arrived just as we did. I had my arm around Betty's waist as I pushed open the door to the Wyrm.
"I can walk" she said as she looked up at me.
"And I would prefer to have my arm wrapped around you" I smirked making her smile.
"Why the fuck are you flirting now" Fangs groaned as he walked behind us.
Fangs lives with Betty and I in our apartment above the Wyrm. He's lived with us for about three years now and he is very much over our flirting and walking in on us having sex. At this point, he's seen more of my body then some of my ex's.
"You love it" I smirked as I turned to face him. He rolled his eyes playfully.
We walked into the medical area and she was placed in a chair as a doctor and nurse began looking after her.
They took some blood, checked her eyes and a whole other bunch of shit. I just wanted to know what was in her system, what we could do to make her feel better and when she was going to get rid of these side effects.
"So the results are in" the doctor said as he took a seat opposite the three of us.
"We've found small traces of flunitrazepam in your system" he started but I just let out an annoyed huff.
"What does that mean?" I asked him.
"It's a date rape drug. Luckily there isn't a big amount of it in your system so all you need is to rest and keep your fluids up. If in 24 hours you're feeling the same as now or worse, you need to come back" he told her and she nodded her head.
After we were done there I helped her up to our apartment and got her into our bed. Whilst I did that, Fangs got her a couple bottles of water from the fridge and some snacks since she was hungry.
"Can you get Mango?" She asked Fangs who nodded his head.
Mango is our pet dog. She had been begging me for a puppy for a long time. I kept saying no because we live in an apartment, it's not the most ideal spot to have a dog.
But, one day as we were taking a walk outside of the Wyrm, we heard a weird sound. Betty instantly walked in the direction of the sound and within seconds, she was holding a small little puppy in her hands.
"No, no" I told her sternly as she gave me her cutest puppy eyes.
"But bubba, puppy" she said with her cutest voice.
"Put it down now" I warned her.
"But I've already named her Mango" she smiled as she walked closer to me.
"No, no names. Now down" I told her.
"But I'm already in love and prepared to leave you for Mango. So choose wisely" she smirked up at me.
"I don't know why I even try telling you no, you always get what you want" I mumbled. She squealed excitedly as she gently held her new puppy in her hands.
"I love that I have more authority than you" she smiled as we began walking back to our apartment.
"Honey, you couldn't be anymore wrong. Which just makes this moment a whole lot more precious" I said as I smirked at her. She rolled her eyes.
Fangs had called Mango into Betty and I's room and he, not a she, jumped onto our bed and crawled over to Betty's side.
"Do you need anything else?" I asked Betty.
"Nope, just my two favourite boys" she said as she tapped her sides.
I took a seat on her left and Fangs took a seat besides Mango who he equally loves as much as Betty does.
We turned on something on Netflix and made sure that Betty was comfortable. Both Fangs and I constantly checked up on her and made sure that she was drinking enough water.
"It's like having two parents who actually care about you" she groaned out with annoyance.
"Don't get mad at us for caring" he said as he took a handful of chips from the bag she had just opened.
"Overbearing" she mumbled.
"Bubs you need to rest and you know that" I told her.
"What I need is another dog" she started and I rolled my eyes.
"Really, now?" I said.
"You have to admire her for still trying" Fangs smirked and I raised an eyebrow.
"And I feel fine Pea" she said.
"Betty, I want you to rest until I've told you you don't have too" I said and she let out a loud groan.
"That means I won't be able to leave the bed until 2050" she whined as she rested her head on Fangs shoulder.
"The shit I get for being your loving boyfriend" I mumbled and she smiled as she reached out to hold my hand.
"I love you very much" she smiled at me.
"I love you too" I smiled as I leaned over to kiss her cheek.
"While we're confessing our love, Mango, I love you" Fangs said making Betty and I laugh.
"I love you too Fangs" he said with a fake voice, imitating what Mango's voice apparently sounds like.
Betty giggled as she ran her hand over Mango's head.
It started getting late and Betty was getting tired. We all said good night to each other as Fangs headed to his room and took Mango with him.
"I love Fangsy" she smiled as we laid in bed, face to face. I smiled.
"Yeah, he's great" I smiled.
Fangs has been my best friend since, well, before I can even remember. I love him to death and I trust him more than anyone, besides Betty of course.
Fangs is a very important person in my life but he is extremely shy. It took him awhile to warm up to Betty, but as soon as he did, they became best friends.
He's a really great guy and he always looks after her and is there for her whenever she needs him. I know he adores her like a sister.
Them being friends is the most important thing to me. I love them both.
"You know, I'm pretty sure I could convince Fangs to buy me a puppy" she said and I rolled my eyes playfully.
"I promise to buy you a puppy when we move into a house. But not now" I told her and she smiled.
"If you're lying, I will destroy you" she said so adorably.
"It's times like this where I have no idea whether to be concerned or think you're the most adorable thing on the entire planet" I said.
"You should think I'm incredibly perfect, because I most certainly am. And you should feel threatened by me, I radiate dominance" she said and I bursted out into laughter.
"I'll stick with cute" I said.
"To bad you're in love with me loser" she said and I chuckled.
"Now being more serious, if you need absolutely anything, wake me up" I told her and she nodded her head.
"Good, I love you a lot. Remember that okay?" I said and she nodded again.
"I love you too Sweet Pea, so much" she said.

Betty POV:
I woke up the next morning and saw my boy peacefully sleeping.
I thankfully woke up feeling fine, just a little bit of a headache.
It's become incredibly clear to me that Archie was the one who drugged me.
At first I thought he was just in on it, but now, I know he did it.
If he didn't, he would have texted me by now. He would ask if I'm okay, he would have asked if I needed him. But no, he did this to me.
I felt as tears welled up in my eyes. How could he do this to me? I have always looked after him. I have always been on his side. And then he drugs me? Why?
I didn't want Sweet Pea to wake up and see me upset so I got up and walked into the kitchen.
As I turned the corner and walked through the door frame of the kitchen, I saw Fangs. He was standing in front of the counter as he pulled some toast out of the toaster.
I was about to creep out of the kitchen but he unfortunately saw me. A frown formed on his face as he walked up to me, wrapping his arms around me.
"Hey, what's wrong?" He asked softly.
"Just mad at this situation, Archie" I whispered. He let out a sigh as he unwrapped his arms from around me and guided me to a chair.
I took a seat as he sat opposite me.
"Sweet Pea will have him dead by the end of the day" he said and I shook my head.
"I just don't know what he could possibly have to gain from drugging me" I said as I looked to him.
"We'll get answers, I promise" he said and I nodded my head.
"Thank you for being there for me yesterday, I really don't know how to thank you" I said and he shook his head.
"You don't have anything to thank me for at all. I'm just glad you're safe" he told me softly.
"You're the best Fangsy" I said and he chuckled.
"Better than Sweet Pea?" He smirked.
"Literally anything is better than him" I said making the two of us chuckle.
"Fuck you both" Sweet Pea said as he walked into the kitchen, making Fangs and I instantly stifle back our laughs.
"How you feeling loser?" He asked me as he kissed my forehead.
"I'm okay" I said and he nodded his head.
"Does this mean no house arrest?" I asked him.
"Oh, you definitely are. But first I want to take you two downstairs" he said and I gave him a confused look.
"Why do I feel like we're a throuple right now?" Fangs said making Sweet Pea and I laugh.
"Come on, downstairs" he said to the two of us.
We got up and began walking downstairs.
"My toast is cold now" he whispered to me making me grin.
We walked down to the basement and down the long hall of cells they have.
Sweet Pea stopped walking and Fangs and I stopped behind him. I looked in his direction, seeing Archie on the ground. He had a cut on his head and I looked up to Sweet Pea with a smirk.
"I am the gift that keeps on giving" Sweet Pea smirked at me.
"You're in control" he told me and I nodded my head.
"I want everyone but Sweet Pea and Fangs out now" I said sternly and each of them looked to Sweet Pea.
"If you don't listen to my girl within the next three seconds I'm giving her my gun. Despite her shit aim, she will shoot you countless times" he said and I shook my head playfully.
I watched as they all practically ran out of the room.
"I should have given you my gun anyway" he said as he smirked down at me. The smile on my face turned to anger as soon as I titled my head down to Archie.
"Why did you drug me?" I asked him.
"I had to Betts" he started and I interrupted him.
"Don't you dare call me Betts" I told him sternly.
"If I didn't Malachai would come after me. He knows shit I've done and he said if I drugged you he would forget everything and do the rest himself" he said.
"Don't you dare start with that bullshit" Sweet Pea said sternly.
I don't know what he meant but I was too upset by what Archie had just said.
"Do you know what he would have done with me?" I asked. He looked down as he shook his head no.
"So you were going to leave me alone with a guy who hates me?" I asked him in disbelief.
Malachai is an enemy of Sweet Pea, so of course I am too.
"He wasn't going to hurt you" Archie said and Fangs scoffed.
"Just like the way he threatened not to hurt you, correct?" He said sarcastically.
"He said he wanted information" Archie said and I shook my head.
"And when she didn't give him it. What do you think he'll do? Just let her off of the hook?" Sweet Pea said angrily.
"You put yourself first like you have always done. We're done" I told him.
"And you're dead" Fangs laughed out.
"Betty no" he said as he looked into my eyes.
"Well maybe we should try your method. I'm going to leave you here alone with Sweet Pea. You're not going to give him the right answers and hopefully, just hopefully, he won't kill you" I said mocking him.
"Fangs, take her back up to the apartment. Me and Archie have some catching up to do" Sweet Pea smiled at Fangs and I.
Fangs wrapped his arm over my shoulder and we headed up to our apartment.
We waited about fifteen minutes for him to walk back up.
"Is he dead?" I asked as Sweet Pea took a seat to my side.
"Yes" he said as he wrapped his arm over my shoulders.
"Earlier, when you" I started but he instantly caught on.
"Bubs, I've never really liked him, mainly because he's a guy" he said making me chuckle.
"But because you guys were best friends, I made an exception to him. But I needed him to have a purpose, so I told him that he needs to watch out for you. If you were in any trouble, no matter if it involved him or not, I would have you both protected" he said and I raised an eyebrow.
"So you had him spying on me?" I asked as I furrowed my eyebrows.
"No, I didn't ask him to tell me anything that wasn't necessary. Besides, you already do that" he smirked making me chuckle.
"Do you have anyone else watching me?" I asked as I raised an eyebrow.
"Nope, well I mean, I guess Fangs" he said making the three of us laugh.
