The camp was quiet... Because the day is off... The winter filling the streets and the sky is empty from any cloud... Like it's a spring day... Eunsae was watching everything... Even the colours of the birds it has different meanings... She kept walking until she reached the cafeterea... Here he is the commander sitting on that table that they fought on it when he confessed his love to her... Is he now here to say that this love is over? That what made eunsae uncomfortable when she saw him sitting with his angry face...
- "good evening"
Eunsae greeted him with worried... He pull his head from the table and looked at her and he smiled to change his expression to love and happy face then said:
- "good evening... Sit down..."
Her hands were shaking while moving the chair to sit on it even though she didn't see anything would bother her in the commander's eyes... She sat and didn't say anything she didn't even dare to look directly at him... He tried to give her some time to get back her strength before he say anything... She wanted to fill those moments with tears because she's nervous and doesn't think except with bad thoughts...
The commander understand her nervousness and her need to be relieve from all those thoughts so he removed the distance between them by taking her hand in his soft ones and said kindly:
- "I've missed you..."
Eunsae sighed... And felt comfortable in his hands that make her smile beautifully and shyly... But this didn't make her look at him... After big nervousness and shy... She said clearly:
- "Me too sir..."
The commander played with her hand in longing and said:
- "eunsae... When I be with you alone away from our military life... Call me with just my name and forget that I'm your commander..."
Eunsae was quiet for a moment while thinking of what the commander said then she said:
- "but..."
- "but what?"
- "but I wasn't used to that ever..."
The commander sighed playfully looking straight to her eyes as if he doesn't see anyone but her in his heart it's just her... So he said:
- "you need to be used to it by now because it's my right to hear my name from the lips of my love..."
Eunsae pushed back some tuft of her hair that landed on her face behind her ear... And felt some courage to pull her eyes up looking at him saying:
- "okay I promise you I'll try..."
Eunsae felt in those moments with the commander that she's the happiest girl in the world... The smile didn't leave her face and she promised herself that she won't think in the end of this beautiful day... She was trying to talk with him without those rough words that they always say to each other so she said:
- "hyuyoon told me that you will tell me some sweet words that you don't want anybody to hear it..."
The commander giggled and replied to her saying:
- "Oh My God... What a friend you have she's so stubborn... She tired me trying to convince her to go to the farm..."
Eunsae looked at him with some courage and a sweet smile formed on her face saying:
- "do you think that your suggestion about them would lead to something?"
The commander looked at her like she said something wrong then he said with a smile:
- "what do you mean by something?"
When their eyes met... Eunsae knew what does he think... So she looked at the window shyly and pressed her other hand tightly specially when she heard the commander laughter that made her confused and imparessd she wanted to defend herself so she said:
- "I think I said it in a wrong way..."
- "I think so... Anyway even after they come back I will force them to live in the empty house that belong to the camp they will be happy about it..."
- "but hyuyoon thinks that it's so rough on her..."
- "Rough!"
- "yes... Do you think that everyone can handle your harsh attitude like me?"
The commander smiled looking at her with love and longing then he reach her hand hugging it in his soft one saying:
- "and why did you handle my harsh attitude?"
Eunsae couldn't say anything blushing like a little girl infront of his love then he said sweetly:
- "answer my question... Why did you handle all those three years?"
Eunsae smiled while looking at the sun sit in happy eyes then said shyly:
- "I don't know..."
- "you do know..."
- "maybe because you're the cleaner(AN: in the first chapter)..."
Moment passed before they laugh non stop... And eunsae's hand still in his soft warm hand... Silent filled them again happy silent with happy smiles on the both of their faces... Eunsae looked to the window which has filled with the silent of the night... Just one hour and the doors of the dorms will close but the commander reassure her saying:
- "don't think in any annoying thing when you're with me..."
Eunsae looked again at him with her sweet smile and said:
- "this is the first time I don't feel afraid of you... Even today while you're talking to Tia and Min I was scared like a little girl..."
The commander's smile turned in a moment to anger while he's wiping his forehead saying:
- "it was an annoying thing..."
Eunsae tried to decrease his annoyance so she said:
- "can I interfere in this subject?"
The commander looked at her in anger and that made her apologise immediately but that didn't stop him to comment saying:
- "eunsae... Don't ever in any way to interfere in my job because I'll get very angry... I don't let any human being even if he was very close to me or not, to do this because he or she will lose me forever... Please... Any other subject it's ok but my job don't."
Eunsae has been quiet angry... Because she pull her hand away from his hand who took it back again strongly and said:
- "are you mad?"
Eunsae shoke her head to say no... But the threat tone in the commander's words annoyed her... He felt that he was so harsh with her.. So he smiled again while watching eunsae stareing at the table infront of her rejecting to look at him... So he said:
- "why didn't you ask me about the gift I get from my travel?"
Eunsae tried to get out from the anger that filled her and change the subject to exploit the small amount of time she has to spend with him... But she couldn't change it because she said:
- "because it's for the one you love..."
- "is there anyone I love but you?!"
Eunsae wasn't satisfied yet... There's some anger expression on her... And he wanted to kill it so he whispered saying:
- "when you get back to the dorm it will be there waiting for you..."
Eunsae looked at the commander with weakness and longing in her eyes... Saying:
- "what is it?"
- "I won't tell you..."
She smiled because she felt that he wanted to satisfy her and tease her at the same time... Then she said:
- "yes you will..."
The commander looked above him like he's not listening to her... Just to tease and see her beautiful smile... And that made her insist on knowing.. So he replied saying:
- "I say it's better if you see it... Without me telling you..."
Eunsae shoke her head saying no... Threating him to get mad at him if he didn't say... Until he give up whispering with love and passion:
- "a Wedding dress..."
Everything changed quickly... Eunsae got quiet hiding her regret and shyness for not opaying him while he was looking at her with love.... He knew that eunsae won't say anything so he said calmly:
- "when will you wear it?"
The question made her more confused... And she felt that her hand that hid in his was drowned in sweat.. He smirked while watching her expression... To relieve her from answering he said warmly:
- "when the almond trees bloomed... So we share our joy with seohyun... Is that time good with you?"
Eunsae didn't think of anything except to hug him until that day...
It was a beautiful day eunsae end it by sleeping with her happy face again for the first time from three years... Here she's sleeping comfortably in her bed...
