Aly finished dressing his wounds and in the meantime, Jasmin and Alya came down
Jasmin: I am soo proud of you, Rohan!!! – she said patting his head
Rohan: thanks aunty
Jasmin: I have kept your clean clothes in Alya's washroom change and come down fast then I will serve you both
Rohan: ok
Alya: don't touch my toys!!!! – she said warning
Jasmin: baby don't say like that
Rohan: yes, I saved your life!!!! – he said childishly and he left to change
The rest of the evening passed by just like that, Alya and Rohan played for a while and then sat down to do homework with Aly.
It was 7 in the evening but Rohan's parents haven't returned yet
Jasmin's phone started buzzing on the tea table. Aly saw the caller, it was Sonia.
Aly: Jas, Sonia is calling!!!!!
Jasmin: you receive it, I am a little busy here!!!! – she said from the kitchen
Aly picked up the call
Aly: Hello Sonia
Sonia: Hello, oh Aly it's you!!!
Aly: yes, actually Jasmin is busy in the kitchen so I picked
Sonia: oh ok!! I hope Rohan it's causing any trouble
Aly: no, not at all
Sonia: actually.....
Aly: is there any problem?
Sonia: Yeah, actually there is a thunderstorm here and it isn't safe to travel so I was asking will it be ok if Rohan stayed at your place for the night?
Aly: yes of course!!! you both stay safe and return when the weather improves.
Sonia: can I talk to Rohan once?
Aly: sure..... Rohan your mom called – he said forwarding the phone to Rohan who was sitting on the couch with Alya.
Rohan: hello mom
Sonia explained him everything and asked him not to trouble anyone there
Rohan: ok mom, bye.... Love you!!! – saying so he handed the phone back to Aly and resumed doing his homework
At night they all finished their dinner and Alya and Rohan were singing karaoke on Aly's phone
Aly: where will Rohan sleep? – he asked sitting on the kitchen counter and watching Jasmin doing her work
Jasmin: with you!!! Why? – she said cleaning a few utensils
Aly: me???? – he asked shocked
Jasmin: yes, I am Alya will sleep in her room, you and Rohan will sleep in our room
Aly: can't he sleep in the guest room alone?
Jasmin: Aly!!! He is a kid and this is not his house. We have to make sure he is taken care of – she said eyeing him
Aly: yah, we are taking care but..... . – he was about to speak but Jasmin interrupted
Jasmin: no buts Aly
Aly: fine!!!! No husbands can ever win from their wives!!!! – he murmured under his breath
Jasmin: did you say something?
Aly: not a word!!!! – he said putting a figure on his lips
Jasmin: you better not!!!
Jasmin finished washing the utensils and went to the kids followed by Aly.
Jasmin: bedtime kids!!!!
Alya: mom can I and Rohan sleep in my room tonight?
Aly: NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! – he said loudly and the trio looked at him weirdly
Alya: please dada!!!!
Aly: no
Alya: you and Mumma also sleep together but I never say no!!!!! – she said irritatingly stamping her feet
Aly was numb, he didn't know what to reply to this. Jasmin and Aly were both looking at each other not knowing what to reply
Alya: it's final Rohan will sleep with me
Jasmin: ok fine!!! – she said recovering from the awkwardness
Jasmin took the kids to their room and Aly went to his room fuming in jealousy
