Kennedy and Stiles sat next to each other. They were in Scott's room, waiting for Melissa. It was an uncomfortable silence, considering the last time they spoke they broke up, and then he was suddenly possessed and trying to kill her. Kennedy fiddled with the sleeve of her shirt, unsure what to say, if anything at all.

"Did you kiss him?"

Kennedy looked up at Stiles, the two of them sitting side by side. "What?"

The Stilinski leaned forward, resting his elbows on his thighs. "Did you kiss Isaac?" He asked bluntly. The boy turned his head to look at Kennedy. "I remember things. I remember what I, what he said." Kennedy looked down at the wooden floor in guilt. "Was it true?" He was afraid to know the answer, but the possibility of her with someone else was killing him. Stiles wasnt stupid. He knew how Isaac felt. How could he not? Isaac had been in love with Kennedy longer than even Scott. It was impossible to
deny that. Kennedy hadn't ever seemed to reciprocate, but after everything Stiles did, maybe things changed.

"Yes." Kennedy blurted. "But just once." She paused, looking over. "And the time at the rave."

Stiles looked at her in confusion. "You kissed him at the rave?" Kennedy stated silent. "And you kissed him-" His voice shuddered as he ran his hand over his face. "Do you like him?"

Kennedy shook her head. "Stiles, no,"

"You wouldn't kiss him if you didn't like him." Stiles stated, standing up abruptly. He was mad, Kennedy could sense it. Not only mad, jealous.

The Hale girl stood up, "I'm sorry, but I'm pretty sure you're the one that broke up with me, Stiles. In fact, I'm pretty sure you broke up with me after we had sex." She pointed her finger at him. Downstairs, Scott could hear the argument, catching his attention.

"Because I thought you were in danger! Not because I wanted you to make out with him." Stiles shouted.

"Are you kidding me!?" Kennedy scoffed, running her hand through her hair. "It was a kiss! I've kissed half the guys in this house and you've never complained! Hell, I kissed Lydia!"

Stiles paused, "You've kissed Lydia?" He asked in confusion.

Kennedy rose a brow, "Not the point!" She snapped, causing Stiles to shake his head to focus. "You broke up with me, Stiles. You don't get to get pissed when I kiss one guy to give him a minor confidence boost." Scott came walking up the stairs, listening to the conversation.

"I broke up with you because I didn't want you to see your boyfriend killing people!" Stiles yelled. He was too weak to be doing this, but he didn't care. Maybe it was the rage, the adrenaline, but whatever it was, was keeping him strong enough for this fight.

"And you know what I had to watch instead?" Kennedy asked. Scott reached the hallway, and he could practically hear the rawness in Kennedy's voice. "I saw the love of my life, Stiles. I saw the love of my life hurting my friends, my family. I saw the one person I am completely in love with kill innocent people." Stiles clenched his jaw. "I knew it wasn't you. But how do you think it felt to look into your eyes as you strangled me, seeing nothing but an empty black void? Or when I got a torture device shoved into my stomach? How do you think it felt to almost die and seeing your hands, Stiles?"

"Do you want me to feel guilty? I feel really freaking guilty, Kennedy!" The Stilinski threw his hands up in frustration. "I feel like this is all my fault and I don't know how to fix it!"

Kennedy scoffed, "That's the problem, Stiles!" The human boy frowned in confusion. "None of this, was ever your fault. You were too busy blaming yourself and preparing everyone so they could kill you without even considering the fact that we can save you." Her brown eyes searched his as she bit the inside of her cheek. "I never gave up on you." Her voice cracked as she tilted her head down. She didn't know what else to say, there was nothing she could say.

"I know," Stiles whispered, looking up at her slowly. "I saw." Kennedy swallowed the lump in her throat, looking down at her shoes. Stiles slowly sat down on the bed again, fiddling with his fingers.

It was like all of the frustrations had been taken out between the former couple that were still in love. They had said what needed to be said, even though there was more to be discussed later.

"Do you need something to drink?" Kennedy's voice was softer, calmer now. Like the storm had passed between the former couple. At least for now.

Stiles shook his head, and Kennedy nods slowly. She turned on her heel, walking out of the room. Stiles looked up as Scott walked in. "I messed up, didn't I?"

Scott shrugged, shoving his hands in his pockets. "Dude, she's more in love with you than Lydia's in love with her designer handbags." Stiles chuckled under his breath. "But you broke her. And not when you gave into the Nogitsune." Scott stated. Stiles looked up slowly, looking at the person he called his best friends. "You broke her when you decided she wasn't strong enough to be by your side. When you broke up with her cause you didn't believe in her, when you didn't believe in the two of you." Stiles looked down at his hands, his mind spinning with thoughts. "She could never stop loving you, even if she tried."

Allison looked at an old book, trying to do more research to see if it could help find Lydia. There were so many, some that didn't look like they had been touched since the 1800's.

A small brown journal tumbled out of a pile, catching Allison's attention. She slowly looked over, picking it up. On the cover in the top corner, was a carved EV. The book was filled with entries. From this EV person. It was all french, but Allison luckily could translate it.

November 23rd, 1763

Today Marie-Jeanne and I have been spending our days practicing skills our father wouldn't teach us. Marie-Jeanne is very good at archery. I, on the other hand, not so much. However, I do rather enjoy fighting. Marie-Jeanne said with more practices, I could defeat our older brother, Sebastien. He will be returning home soon, hopefully with better stories than La Bête.

Allison was shocked, and continued to flip a few more pages, closer to the end of the book. The story, she had read about it before. But this, this was completely different.

January 3rd, 1764

The greatest tragedy is betrayal.

Sebastien was La Bête du Gévaudan. My own brother. Marie says we will finally find La Bête. Henri Argent agrees, but I believe that's simply because they're in love. Marie denies it, of course, but her little sister sees all.

I've never been much of a fighter. I danced and sang songs in the Tavern owned by a man I once loved. However, now I know he has betrayed me as well. My brother has more blood on his hands than a soldier in a war. And now it is time Marie-Jeanne and I do the same to him, that he has done to hundreds.

January 3rd, 1767

Marie-Jeanne killed him.

La Bête du Gévaudan is dead. My brother, is dead. A spear through his heart. In fact, Marie had saved me. She saved me from being killed by our brother. She saved everyone in France. Marie-Jeane killed Sebastien.

But not before he could get one last piece of revenge.

With his footprint in the ground, water puddling inside it, my brother had forced me under it. The same way Sebastien himself became a demon wolf.

Henri says I will turn into one of them. A shapeshifter. A demon. He told Marie-Jeanne I must die, but she refused. She cried and as did I, feeling myself change as the sun began to set. So, I leave before the next moon. I am leaving France, and I am going to the America's, where hopefully Henri will never find me.

If you are reading this, Marie, I am sorry. I do not wish to be this monster, but I do not wish for death. I promise to be better than our brother. I promise to never hurt a living soul. I am sure one day one of your descendants will find mine. I can only hope it doesn't end in violence like our brother and ours. Thank you, Marie-Jeanne, I love you.

As always,

Vivienne Valet

Allison read the name over and over again. Henri Argent. Vivienne Valet. The Beast of Gévaudan. "Oh my God," She whispered. Kennedy's moms name. Sloane Valet. "Oh my God!" The girl scrambled as she grabbed a pen. She flipped to the back of the last page, writing down a small note.

Allison Argent.
November 13th, 2011.

The girl went to write more, but Isaac walked into Allison's room, looking at her in confusion. "What?" He asked her, sending her a weirded out look. Allison froze, dropping the book into the pile.

"Nothing!" She shouts, "Nothing at all," She grabbed her jacket, walking past the Lahey. Isaac shook his head, dismissing whatever the girl was doing. Allison couldn't help but smile. She had discovered something amazing, today. Something life changing.

༺❀༻

Kennedy drank her water, standing at in the kitchen. She had an unreadable look on her face. So many emotions were going on. She looked at Noshiko, Kira's mom. "Well, I'd give you a tour but I don't actually live here anymore." Kennedy said awkwardly.

"You're a Seer, correct?"

Kennedy swallowed awkwardly. "Yeah, but I haven't done a whole lot of seeing." She mumbled. Sound of commotion causes her to turn around. Melissa and Scott assist Stiles's around the corner.

"Do you recognize me, hmm?" Noshiko asked. Kennedy stood behind the woman, nervously glancing at Stiles. Stiles nodded slowly, pulling away from his friends.

Kira runs in. "Stop." She gasps. Stiles walks forwards, holding out his hand.

"It's okay. I'm the one who asked her to come."

"You're the one who's going to get stabbed with swords." Kira turns to her mother, eyes wide. "Mom, don't do this to him."

"It's already done." Noshiko taunted. Kennedy looked around, seeing appearing out of nowhere. She growled lowly, stepping forwards. Noshiko grabbed the werewolf's wrist, catching her off guard. Kennedy's head snapped to the woman, who slowly shook her head. Kennedy turned back to Stiles.

The teenage boy shook his head at her, as if trying to tell her it was okay. An Oni appears in front of Stiles's, roughly grabbing him by the back of his head. The green glow emitted from the Oni's eyes, coloring Stiles's face the familiar color. Kennedy clenched  her hand into a fist, watching the Oni swipe his finger.  Kennedy rushed to grab Stiles, not bothering with the Oni as they began to disappear. She placed his head in her lap, feeling how cold he was.

"Check behind his ear," Noshiko told the girl. Kennedy looked up at her, before back down. Scott kneeled down, watching as the Hale moves back Stiles's ear. Surely enough, the backwards five was there, burnt into his skin.

"It worked." Scott said, relieved.

Stiles pushes himself up slowly. "So, I'm actually me?"

"More you than the Nogitsune." Noshiko glances at them all. Kennedy smiles wide, looking back at Stiles. He was going to be okay.

Stiles looked down, "Can The Oni find him?" Asked Stiles.

Noshiko nods. "Tomorrow night. It's too close to dawn now." The boy looked at the ground in frustration. He just wanted all of this to end. Stiles felt Kennedy's hand on his back, rubbing in circles in attempt to calm him down. Stiles breathed heavily, slowly looking up.

"Can they kill him?"

"It depends on how strong he is."

Kennedy shook her head, "Wait, what about Lydia? Why would he take her?" She asked, worried for her best friend.

Noshiko looked at the girl. "He would only take her for an advantage." She stated.

Scott looks up. "You mean her power?"

"The power of a Banshee." Noshiko tells them. Kennedy sighed, unsure how she was going to save her best friend.

༺❀༻

Kennedy and Scott sat in his room, waiting for Stiles. "We're going to bring him to the station, see his dad." Scott explained to the girl. She nods slowly, looking down. With his supernatural senses, Scott could smell her emotions. Despair, grief, confusion, heartbreak. He shrugged his shoulders, looking over. "Kennedy, Ive known you for five years, and as your friend, I have to ask." Kennedy slowly looked up, her eyes meeting Scott's. "What's wrong?"

"What isn't wrong?" She asked.

Scott shook his head. "No, there's something else. Something that isnt about Stiles, or Isaac, or Nogitsune's." He retorts. Kennedy looks down, studying her hands. "What?"

Kennedy sighed loudly, looking up at the ceiling. "My dad wants to go on a trip." She finally stated. "It's for a month. We're going to Paris, London, and Mexico." She explained. Scott frowned, confused. "I'm scared that when I leave, and come back, Stiles and I aren't going to be the same."

"As right now? God, I hope not." Scott mumbled. "This is miserable." Kennedy snickered, rolling her eyes as she smacks Scott's arm.

"I mean that I'm scared if I leave, when I come back, he's not going to love me anymore. What if he starts dating some girl? What if he hates me? What if-" Kennedy is cut off, feeling a pillow slap her in the face. She shakes her head, looking over at Scott in disbelief. "What the hell was that for!?"

Scott slapped her with the pillow again. "For being stupid!" He scolds. "You seriously think that Stiles would stop loving you because you're going to Paris?" Kennedy shrinks back, unsure what to say. "You two are literally so in love it makes me want to throw up." He tosses the pillow to the side, looking at his friend. "There's a lot going on, especially recently. Take that month long vacation to focus on yourself, and Stiles will do the same. When you come back, you two can decide what you're going to do!" He explains. Kennedy smiles sadly, wrapping her arms around Scott.

"I love you, you crooked jaw idiot." She says, hugging him tightly.

"I love you two, you...I cant think of an insult."

"That's because I'm perfect."

The three teens make it to the Sheriff Station. Jordan Parrish walked to the Sheriff's door. "Go home, Sheriff. If anything comes up about Stiles, you know I'd call you in a second."

Noah Stilinski shook his head. "I'm not going anywhere." He told the deputy.

"Well, neither am I since my shift doesn't end until dawn." Parrish jokes, "You need a coffee?" Noah shook his head, sighing as he placed his hand on his desk.

"Aw, you're a good guy, Parrish. That's what they all said at your previous station." Stilinski slowly turned around "Though no one could tell me exactly why you left."

Jordan shrugged, his hand on his belt. "Maybe I needed a change. I don't really know. I guess, I kind of felt drawn here." He explains, "And I knew there were openings."

"Do you know why there were openings?"

Jordan shook his head. "The statistics don't worry me." He answered honestly.

"They worry me." Noah mumbled.

"Well, then maybe you need to get some sleep." Jordan said, "Go home, Sheriff."

The deputy walked away. Noah stood up, knowing that Jordan was right. He couldn't find Stiles if he was exhausted and tired. So, he grabbed his jacket. He digs into the pockets, sighing in annoyance. "If I could just find my keys."

"In your coffee cup." A voice says. Noah spins around, seeing Scott holding open the door, Kennedy leaning on the door frame. Stiles stood in front of them both, wearing Scott's clothes. "You always drop them in your empty cup." Noah looked at his son in disbelief. Scott and Kennedy nod, assuring the sheriff this was really Stiles. The Sheriff of Beacon Hills drops his jacket, running around his table to hug his son tightly. Kennedy smiled, almost wanting to cry at the amazing, perfect reunion. She looked at Scott, who patted her shoulder comfortingly. Scott walked further into the room, looking at the desk as Noah pulled away from Stiles.

"Is it over?"

Kennedy watched as Scott pulled out Noah's keys from the cup. "Not yet." Scott finally answers. Kennedy swallowed the lump in her throat, looking at everyone around her. This wasnt over, and she didn't know when it would be over.

They explained everything that happened to Stiles's dad. It was complicated, and he didn't quite understand, but he knew enough that Lydia was in danger. Kennedy sat on the couch, waiting for Noah as Stiles leaned on the desk and Scott stood there anxiously.

"Do you think Lydia's okay?" Kennedy asked honestly, turning her head up.

Scott nods, "She's Lydia." He told her. Kennedy nods slowly, looking at her lap.

The door opens, Noah walking back in. "We got an APB out on Lydia's car. Every unit on the road is looking for her."

"Isn't there anything else that we could do?" Kennedy asked. She stood up, walking over to the group.

"At this hour? No, not really."

Stiles speaks up, "He took her for a reason, Dad. Look, If we can figure out the why, then we'll figure out the where."

"Okay." Noah looks behind him, making sure nobody is in earshot. "What would a Nogitsune need with a Banshee?"

Kennedy shakes her head. "I have no idea, but one thing Lydia does is literally find dead people." She explained. "Maybe he needs to find a body?"

Noah turns to Scott. "Scott, you know more about this than all of us."

"Me?"

"You said you got the whole story from Noshiko?"

Scott shrugs, "Yeah, but that happened during World War II. Like 70 years ago." He remarks.

Kennedy shakes her head "70 years ago or 70 seconds it could still be important," She snaps, but she's stopped by Stiles.

"Wait. What did you say?" Stiles says, looking at Scott.

"Noshiko told me about the internment camp,"

"No, before that. You said, the whole story."

Scott nods, "Yeah." Everyone looks at Stiles, who seemed to be remembering something they didn't know. "What is it?"

Stiles looks at Kennedy. "There's a girl at Eichen House. Her name's Meredith." He explains. Kennedy leans back, "I think she might be able to help."

"I'll have Parrish make a call." Noah said, walking out. Scott looked between the two teens in the room. He noticed how close Kennedy and Stiles stood, even after everything. Kennedy hugged herself, feeling sick to her stomach. The thought of anything happening to
Lydia made her want to barf.

Stiles turned his head, looking at the girl. "Hey," His hand went over Kennedy's catching her off guard. "We're going to find her, alright?"

Kennedy's eyes met his. She didn't always believe reassuring messages, but the comforting tone Stiles had made her feel a little bit better. Stiles looked at her, knowing exactly how she felt. He knew her better than almost anyone, of course he knew. Kennedy nods slowly, not wanting to admit just how much calmer Stiles always made her feel.

Parrish walks in, "Sheriff, Meredith Walker."

"She's still there?"

"Yeah, but they moved her to the Closed Unit." Jordan tells them.

Kennedy straightens up, "Why?" She asks.

"They said behavioral issues."

Stiles stepped forwards, "What issues?"  He asked. Kennedy rose a brow, confusion laced on her face.

"She wouldn't stop screaming."

༺❀༻

Kennedy walked into the McCall house, seeing Stiles sleeping on the couch. She glanced over to Scott, who was in the kitchen eating cereal. She walked over, placing her coat on the chair next to her. "How is he?" She asked, looking back at Stiles again.

"Well, he finally fell asleep," Scott explained. Kennedy smiled softly, nodding her head. "What about you? How are you feeling?"

She sighed, shrugging her shoulders. "I just want everything to be over." She mumbled, leaning her head onto her hand. "My dad says as soon as we're done with this mess, we're going straight to Paris."

"Does Stiles know?"

Kennedy shook her head. "There's been so much happening with him, I haven't wanted to put more pressure on him." She explained. Scott understood, and nodded in agreement. Their lives has spiraled of recent times. And if they were being honest, Kennedy leaving for a month was a big deal to a lot of people.

Initially, one would think, it's a month, who cares? But Kennedy Hale had barely stepped foot out of Beacon Hills longer than a week, and that was for spring break in the seventh grade when Ben took her to Disney world. Aside from then, she was always with Lydia, or Stiles, or Scott. She was never gone.

Suddenly, Stiles gasped. Both Alphas turned their heads to see Stiles push himself up. He stumbled, trying to comprehend his surroundings. Kennedy and Scott jump to their feet, running to Stiles's aid.

"Hey!" Scott steadied his friend, looking him over "You okay?"

"What happened? How long was I out?"

Scott shook his head. "Just a couple of hours. You should sit down." Stiles shook his head rapidly.

"Where's my Dad?"

Kennedy stepped forward. "I just got off the phone with him. He's at Eichen House, questioning everyone, and they're looking for Meredith." She explained to the boy.

"I promised him I wouldn't let you out of my sight." Scott followed.

"Okay, what about the others?"

Scott glances at Kennedy, who nods in assurance. "Allison, Isaac, the Twins, they're all looking for Lydia." He told the boy.

Stiles breathed heavily, "It's starting to feel like we're waiting for a ransom call."

"We'll find her." Kennedy said, looking Stiles over. Maybe it was girlfriend intuition, or maybe it was her werewolf senses, but she could sense something about Stiles. Something was off. The boy began to put on his jacket. "Stiles, are you okay?"

"Yeah." He whispered, pulling it over his body. "I don't know why, I just can't seem to get warm."

Scott nods, "Maybe you should sit down. Take it easy." When Scott touches Stiles, he jerks back. Kennedy glances down, seeing the black veins on Scott's arm. "You're in pain." Scott says in realization.

"It's not that bad. Just more like a dull ache."

"Where?" Scott asked.

Stiles glances at Kennedy, seeing the worried look on her face. "Sort of everywhere." He said slowly.

Kennedy looked at Stiles, grabbing his hand. He jerked it away, and Kennedy's eyes widened. "Stiles, you're freezing." She told him

The human boy sat down on the couch, causing Kennedy to move to sit next to him. Scott kneeled down, "Tell me the truth. How much does it really hurt?" Scott asked. Stiles didn't have to say much, he just looked at them. Kennedy looked down at his hands.

Scott's phone began to bus. "It's Kira." The former couple waved Scott off, letting him walk into the kitchen to talk to the Kitsune.

"Let me," She trailed off, holding out her hand. Stiles looked at her for a moment, slowly nodding. He pulled away from his hands, holding them out. Kennedy cleared her throat, locking her fingers with his. Black veins trailed from Stiles's arms, connecting to Kennedy's. He let out a shaky breath, glancing up to see Kennedy harshly biting her cheek. It was hurting her to do this. Her eyes flickered red, and she let her body relax. Stiles looked back at her, watching their eyes connect.

It wasn't like usual. In fact, this was completely different. He couldn't explain the way he felt, but it was incomparable to anything he felt when he looked at her. Kennedy disconnected their hands slowly, breaking off the healing. But her eyes never left his.

"Thank you," Stiles whispered, blinking a few times before swallowing the lump in his throat.

Kennedy smiled softly, "Of course, Stiles," She whispered.

Scott rushed in. "They found Meredith." He informed. "But we gotta get there fast."

༺❀༻

Kennedy ran into school, following Scott and Stiles. Kira stood with Coach. "Coach, where is she?" The McCall asks.

"This way." Coach gestures his arm. Kennedy looks at Stiles, following their teacher. Coach leads the way, taking the students to where he saw Brunski head off. The music room was empty except for Meredith and Brunski, who held a taser as he looked at the girl.

"Let's go, sweetheart. As you know, I'm not averse to using the tools of my trade." He triggered the taser, chuckling lowly. "As often as necessary."

"I just," Meredith held up a finger, "I need another second, okay? They're trying to tell me something."

Brunski stepped forward. "Meredith."

"Please. They're trying to tell me something."

As Brunski raises his arm, Coach Finstock runs over, grabbing it. "This school has a very strict no bullying policy." Bobby snaps, pressing the taser into the Eichen House employee. Brunski falls, and the rest of the group runs in. "Well? Get her outta here."

The four teens grab onto Meredith, dragging her away quickly. "You little piece of-" Brunski is caught off by Coach tasing him agains.

"We also frown on cursing."

Kennedy walked back over, smiling at Coach. "Youre my favorite teacher." She stated gratefully. Brunski groaned on the ground, and Kennedy pouted. With a movement of her leg, she kicked the Eichen House employee between the legs. "That's for locking my boyfriend up." She snarled, before running away again.

Kennedy climbs into the back of the Jeep, looking to the girl next to her. Stiles turned around, "Okay, where's Lydia?" Stiles asks.

Meredith looks between them. "Whos Lydia?" Scott and Stiles share a look. "Are you Lydia?" She asks, eyeballing Kennedy.

"Nope, though that would be cool." Kennedy said slowly. "I'm Kennedy."

༺❀༻

At the McCall house, Kennedy runs aside Meredith into the front door. Them and the boys come to an abrupt stop, seeing Rafael standing there, Isaac close by. "What are you doing here?" Scott asks, confused.

"I could ask you the same thing." Rafael adds, looking between his two children.

"Free period." Stiles says. "We're doing group study."

Rafael glances at Meredith. "Who's she?"

Stiles looks at Meredith, an idea popping in her head. Stiles wraps his arm around the girls shoulders, smiling. "She's my girlfriend."

"I thought you were dating Kennedy-"

The Hale girl cuts Rafael off. "We broke up." She blurts.

Meredith turns to Stiles. "You're not my type." She deadpans.

"Well, obviously we have a lot to talk about. We should maybe take this upstairs-"

"She's my type." Meredith follows, looking at Kennedy. Stiles's jaw drops in disbelief as the Hale girl sets closer, pulling Meredith away.

Kennedy flips her hair, "I knew I had a way with the ladies," She sighs, proud of herself.

Meredith looks over. "I like him too," Kennedy glances at Isaac, who was awkwardly sitting there.

"Luckily for you, he likes me." Kennedy grabbed Meredith's hand, "Isaac, you can come too." The Lahey doesn't get to protest, watching Kennedy grab his hand and drag her up the stairs.

Stiles awkwardly laughs, "Romance, am I right?" Rafael only stares at him. Stiles clears his throat, walking towards the stairs.

Up stairs, Kennedy pulls Isaac to the side just outside of the room. Kennedy glances at Isaac, "Look, you, me, no more."

Isaac nods. "Okay,"

"Because I-" Kennedy froze, "Wait, what?"

The Lahey chuckled awkwardly, rubbing the back of his neck. "I got possessed by a fly, and I kinda, well," Kennedy crossed her arms, waiting for an answer. "I might've kissed Allison."

Kennedy's eyes widen, "Wow!" She gasps. "Good for you!" She smacked his chest, causing him to groan in pain. "So does this mean you're done being in love with me?" She followed bluntly. Isaac chuckled, shaking his head.

"Kenny, I've been in love with you since we were kids. One kiss isn't going to make me move on overnight." Isaac lifts his hand, pushing a hair behind her ear. "But, it's a start."

The two walk back in, and Meredith looks between Isaac, Kennedy, and Stiles. "Lydia? You mean the red-haired girl." Meredith inquired.

"Yes!" Kennedy gasps, clasping her hands tougher.

"Yes! Good. Progress." Stiles says, looking at the other two. "Now, all you got to do is tell us where she is."

Meredith nods. "Okay." She says, looking between the three teens. "If she tells me."

Isaac raises a brow. "If she tells you?" He asks, confused. "Can you ask her?"

"I already did." Meredith beamed.

"Perfect. Perfect. What did she say?"

Meredith looks down, "She said she doesn't want to be found." She answered.

"That's good too. Okay." Stiles whispers in defeat.

Kennedy frowned, "Why doesn't she want to be found?" She asked. That made no sense, why wouldn't Lydia want to be found. "Boys? Meeting in the bathroom?"

Isaac and Stiles shared a look, walking after Kennedy to stand in Scott's small bathroom. "Well, this isn't weird." Stiles muttered, glaring at Isaac.

"Despite the mini love triangle we've had of recent times," Kennedy held up her hands, "We are going to find Lydia and instead of arguing with you two she and I are going to get married and move to London!" Kennedy hisses, glaring at them both. "So put your egos aside and let's figure out what to do!"

Isaac shrugged, "We could make her tell us," He said, flicking up his claws. Kennedy and Stiles both turn to look at him. They glare, crossing their arms in sync. "I'm just saying-"

"Isaac, we're not going to torture her." Stiles snaps.

Isaac rolls his eyes. "I meant scare her."

"We're not going to psychologically torture her either." Kennedy follows, flicking his forehead.

"Ow!" Isaac rubbed his head, frowning. "Fine." Isaac looks over at Meredith, who sat on the bed silently. "How about this? You said she hears things, right? Doesn't that mean she's like Lydia? A Banshee?"

Kennedy looks over, walking towards Meredith again. "Okay, we need you to listen closely. Alright? We need to find Lydia." She began.

"Okay, just try to focus on the sounds around you." Stiles followed.

Isaac leaned in. "On what you're hearing."

"Just focus on the silence." Stiles said. Kennedy stood up, standing back as she watched the two boys.

"Listen to the silence." Isaac said.

"Focusing on the silence."

"Listening to the..."

Stiles cut off Isaac, "Okay, will you just let me handle this, Isaac. Please? I just, I have more experience with Banshees."

"Yeah. And mental patients." Isaac muttered. Something flew at his head, and Isaac yelped out. He looked down, seeing it was one of Scott's shoes. He looked up, seeing Kennedy hold the other one.

Meredith suddenly spoke up. "Isn't anyone going to get that?" She asked in annoyance.

Stiles frowned. "Get what?"

"The phone."

Stiles shrugged. "What phone?"

Kennedy reached into her pocket, pulling out her cellphone. "The phone." She reiterated. She walked over, handing it to Stiles.

"Oh, the phone." Stiles realizes, pretending to answer. "Hello." Kennedy glances at Meredith, giving a friendly smile. "Yes, she's actually sitting right here." Stiles turned to Meredith, "It's for you."

Meredith takes the phone, listening closely. Kennedy watched in silence, crossing her arms over her chest. Suddenly, Meredith hands the phone back to Stiles. "They say Coup de foudre." Meredith says calmly.

"Coup de what?" Stiles muttered, looking at Isaac and Kennedy. "What is that Spanish?"

"French." Scott says, walking in. "It's French."

Kennedy shrugged her shoulders. "Well, I'm clearly the dumb one because I have no idea what's going on." She stated, looking back at Meredith.

Kennedy sat in the backseat of the Jeep, awkwardly glancing at Isaac next to her. He looked back, giving her a curt nod before back at the window.

"Hey, you okay?" Stiles asked, looking at Scott.

The McCall looks over. "Yeah. You don't have to worry about me." He brushes off. Kennedy bit the inside of her cheek. looking out the window.

Bored, Isaac looked at the human boy driving. "All right, I'll say it." He deadpans. "You look like you're dying. You're pale, thin and you look like you're getting worse." Kennedy rolls her eyes, as does pretty much everyone else. "And we're all sitting here thinking it. When we find the other you, is he gonna look like he's getting better?"

"What happens if he gets hurt?" Scott asks

Stiles looks up. "You mean if he dies, do I die?" Kennedy clenched her jaw, not liking this topic. "I don't care. Just so long as no else dies because of me."

"Stiles,"

The human boy cuts off the McCall. "I remember everything I did, Scott. I remember pushing that sword into you. I remember twisting it. I remember almost killing Kennedy, twice."

"It wasn't you." Scott tried

"Yeah, but I remember it. And Kennedy can barely look at me without remembering what I did to her." Stiles points out. Kennedy looked at her lap. "You guys gotta promise me. You can't let anyone else get hurt because of me." Isaac looked at Kennedy, then Scott. The McCall said nothing. Kennedy looked at her hands, knowing that if this goes wrong, this could be the end of everything.

Kennedy hopped out of the Jeep, going to meet up with the rest of the group. "Kennedy, wait,"

She's stopped, turning around to see Allison walking over "Yeah?" She asked. Allison said nothing, smiling softly as she pulled Kennedy in for a hug. Confused, Kennedy slowly hugged back. "Um, what is this?"

Allison slowly pulled away, smiling at one of her closest friends. "You know I love you, right?" Allison began. Kennedy slowly nods. "You know you're one of my best friends, and my life wouldn't be as amazing if it wasn't for you."

"Alli, what is it?"

The Argent smiled, "I have to tell you something after tonight. I found an old journal entry from one of my grandpa's old books. You're not going to believe it." She told the Hale. Allison chewed on her lip, hugging Kennedy again. "Just know that I love you, so much."

"I love you too," Kennedy laughed, hugging back the Argent. The two girls pulled away, walking over to the others. It is then Kennedy realizes she dreamed of this before. Whether that was good or bad, she'd realize soon enough.

The group began to circle, Scott and Kennedy stood next to one another. "We've done this before, guys." Scott begins, looking at each and every one of them. "A couple of weeks ago we were standing around just like this and we saved Malia, remember?" Allison nods slowly. Kennedy smiles proudly. "That was a total stranger. This is Lydia." Sadie nods, knowing that they were all going to do everything to save their friend, no matter what

Allison nods, "I'm here to save my best friend."

"I came to save mine." Scott says, looking at Stiles.

Kennedy spoke up, "I'm here to save both of them," She said finally, side eyeing Stiles.

Isaac shrugged. "I just didn't feel like doing any homework." He says, walking into the gates of Oak Creek.

All of them walked into the property, Scott and Stiles one way, and the rest another. Kennedy walked alongside Allison. The Argent girl looked over, smiling. She knew a secret about them, the bloodline they had unknowingly shared. It was epic, to say the least. Kennedy, oblivious, smiles back.

Noshiko stood with her group of Oni. "Kira, turn around and go home. Take your friends with you." She declared.

"I can't." Kira says. Allison readies her arrow. "When I looked at the game I realized who I was actually playing. You."

Allison raises her bow at Noshiko. "Call them off." She ordered.

"You think you could take him alive? You think you can save him?"

"What if we can?" Kira retorts.

Noshiko looks at her daughter. "I tried something like it 70 years ago. Your friend is gone."

"Are you sure?" Kira asks, stepping closer. "Or if Stiles doesn't have to die. Maybe Rhys didn't have to die either?"

The Oni change their stances. Kennedy growls lowly. Noshiko smiles softly. "I see I'm no longer the Fox now, Kira. You are. But the Nogitsune is still my demon to bury." Suddenly, the two Oni disappear.

Suddenly, something changes. Noshiko looks at her hand, a glow from it dimming into nothingness. "Mom?" Kira asks.

"What is that?" Isaac whispers, looking around. "What does it mean?" Kennedy looks at Noshiko, unsure what was going on.

"It means there's been a change in ownership." The group spin around, the Nogitsune, Void Stiles, standing before them, the Oni behind him. "Now they belong to me." Allison raises her bow, and Kennedy moves in front of her slowly. She growls, watching the Oni raise their swords.

Kennedy flicked her claws, her face changing into its werewolf form. She let out a roar, charging at the Oni first. Quickly, all hell breaks loose. Kira fights with her sword, the sound of the two metals clanging together echoing. Her eyes even grow a bright red orange, something none of them expected.

Isaac fought as Allison shot her arrows. Kennedy slashes her claws through one of the Demons, dodging it's sword. She quickly moved around it, grabbing a hold of the base of the sword. She head butted the creature, causing it to stumble back. Kennedy held the sword in her hands, spinning it around as she defended herself from another.

Kira and her went back to back. "You go up, I go down?" Kira offered.

Kennedy shrugged. "Works for me." Kennedy roared, their fight raging on.

Allison looks at Isaac, who falls into a barrel as an Oni raises its sword. Deflecting it with her bow, Allison shoved the Oni toward the ground. Isaac swiftly moved back to his feet. Kira continued to fight on her own, fighting off two of them at the same time.

Kennedy's claws slashed through an Oni as she uses their sword to fight them off. It was getting tiresome, as if it was a losing battle. Isaac looked at Noshiko, who helplessly stood to the side. "How do we stop them!?"

"You can't!"

A sword slices trough Isaac, blood spattering around. Kennedy roars as she falls to the ground, the sword dropping to her side. She looks at Isaac, rolling to her feet. Allison raised her bow, trying to shoot the Oni as Isaac was repeatedly cut, over and over. Kennedy deflects the Oni attacking her, letting it's sword slice through her as she continued to fight. She runs at the Oni attacking Isaac, grabbing it and throwing him into another demon. Isaac rolls to the ground, trying to heal as fast as possible.

As he does this, Kennedy roars loudly as an Oni slices through her back. Allison's eyes widen in horror, seeing her best friend fall to her knees. Kennedy's white sweater was stained red from her own blood. Kennedy's face turned human as she turned to look at the Oni.  Finally, the Argent grabs the last arrow she had, the silver arrow she had made that same day.  Allison raises her bow, firing it at the Oni. Kennedy fell, and as the Oni held up it's sword, the arrow hit its chest. To everyone's surprise, the Oni began to screech in pain, before exploding completely.

Kennedy watched in amazement, turning to Allison. She smiled wide, seeing the Argent have an excited look. Allison had just killed an Oni, and saved Kennedy's life. Kennedy looks to the side. The two girls made eye contact, and for a brief moment, everything was in slow motion. They smiled at each other, the same smile they always had when they were together. Kennedys eyes shifted to the side, seeing an Oni approaching Allison. Allison didn't see it coming. Kennedy reaches her hand out, trying to warn her friend.

"Allison! No!"

Before the Argent has a chance to react, the Oni shoves its sword through the girl. Allison gasped in pain. Kennedy froze in horror, letting out a loud scream. At the same time, Lydia's banshee shrill scream is heard from wherever she was. Kennedy fell to the ground in pain as she watched the sword ripped from Allison's stomach.

The Oni began to disappear as Scott ran into view, catching the Argent before she fell. Kennedy stood up slowly, stumbling into Isaac who caught her. Kira ran to her mom, who held her daughter tightly.

"Allison."

The Argent looks up, "Did you find her? Is she okay? Is Lydia safe?" Her voice as she looked up at the alpha. Kennedy pushed off Isaac, but he held her back. She sobbed as she shoved against his chest.

Scott nods, "She's okay. Yeah." He grabs the girls hand, trying to do what he'd done for so many others. "I can't. I can't take your pain." He whispered.

"It's because it doesn't hurt."

The McCall looked down, realizing what she meant. He shook his head softly. "No." He pleaded.

"It's okay."

"Allison-"

Allison sobbed as she smiled up at the boy. "It's okay. It's okay. It's okay." She repeated over and over, watching Scott look at her wound. "It's perfect." She smiled softly, looking at the McCall"I'm in the arms of my first love. The first person I ever loved." Scott gave her a sad smile, tears rolling down his cheeks. "The person I'll always love." She choked out, "I love you. Scott. Scott McCall." Blood traced Allison's lips as she cupped his face.

Scott shook his head. "Don't, please, don't. Allison don't, please."

Kennedy finally pushed off Isaac, running towards her friend. "Alli, Alli," The Hale girl's face was already covered in tears. This wasn't supposed to happen. Not like this.

The Argent looked over, "Kenny," She whispers.

"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry," Kennedy cried. Allison shook her head, taking her hand and connecting it with Kennedy's.

"Better me than you." Allison quotes. Kennedy felt another tear roll down her face, remembering she said the same thing not even 24 hours ago. Allison's eyes widened in realization. The journals. The Valet's. Allison realized, as she looked up. Her dad would be alone. But he could have Kennedy. They could be each other's family. "I have to tell you," She panted out, her hand tightening around Kennedy's. The Hale girl nodded, listening to what Allison was trying to muster out. Allison needed them to know. Her hand placed itself on Kennedy's face. They were family. "You have to tell my dad." Allison says, nodding slowly. "And you have to tell my dad. You both need to know that," The girl began to stutter as she looked at Kennedy, realizing she'd never be able to tell her the truth. Kennedy shook her head, watching Allison's last shaky breath escaping her lips.

Kennedy's mouth hung open as a sob escaped her lips. Allison's hand slid off Kennedy's face, landing on the pavement between them. Scott looked up at the Hale slowly, realizing what just happened. Kennedy fell back onto the pavement, watching Scott cry as he cradled his ex girlfriends body. His first love.

Chris Argent runs to the scene, aiming his gun. However, when his eyes landed on each teen, and then his daughter in Scott's arms. He saw Kennedy sitting there, sobbing. His worst nightmare had became a reality. Chris's gun fell to the floor, the sound echoing around them. Kennedy cried and cried, not able to process the fact Allison was gone forever. Allison would never be able to tell the two of them the truth; that they were family, long lost and now found.

Allison Argent was dead.
