For some reason Aura and Rion got along very well..
Well it all started as to find her deepest desire and soon they find it suffocating without seeing each other..
Rion knew that he wasn't supposed to feel that way but couldn't fight back with his feelings.. Sometimes he feels that he doesn't want to fight back in first place..
He fell in love with this human..
Her voice, her smile, her nonstop talking, her sweet smell...........everything ~
On the other hand Princess Aura, she doesn't regret her change of feelings at all..
She is happier nowadays and staying in the capital..
Other times she avoided being in the capital much because of the empress..
Well most of the time she stays in the battlefields.. So it's new to everyone that the Crown Princess is staying in the capital for almost a year.. Even the emperor noticed the change..

Life was good..
Things were going fine between Aura and Rion..
One day on a warm morning the two of them were enjoying the fresh scent of the newly bloomed roses..
They were sitting on the grass comfortably under the Life Tree in the Crown Princess Garden.. (Emerald Palace)

[Note: At that time Emerald Palace was Crown Princess's palace.. The heir of throne always got to stay at the Emerald Palace.. Because, they thought the Life Tree will bless them.. Later the Emerald palace became the Empress Palace and Iris Palace became the Crown Prince/Princess Palace.. Iris palace is where Prince Pietro is currently living]
"Will you be going back after you fullfill my secret wish..?"
Suddenly Aura broke the silence..
"Not a wish, it's called desire.. Pfft!
Well yes, I have to go back after that.."
Rion smiled softly looking at her..
"What will happen if I never find what I desire the most? Will you be staying till then?"
Hearing the question Rion chuckled a little and lay backwards on the grass making himself comfortable..
"I don't know what will happen.. Why? Do you want me to stay?"
Rion smiled a little and looked at her..
Aura gulped realizing his gaze..
"I don't know.."
Saying that she also laid beside Rion..
A moment of silence passed by ~
Suddenly something happened!!!
The atmosphere around them changed and red mists covered them for a while and then suddenly vanished..
"Uh? What happened?"
Aura looked confused..
Then she looked at Rion, whose eyes were widened in a shock and was staring at his hand..
"Rion?"
Aura shook Rion and made him look at her..
"Aura!!
What did you just wished for??"
Rion shouted at Aura holding her arms tightly..
He was breathing heavily and his face looked pale..
"Eh, what??"
Aura tilted her head in confusion..
"I said what did you just wished for damn it!!
Why? Why did you wished for something?? We were doing just fine!!"
Aura looked at Rion confusely who was behaving strange..
"What happened? Can you please explain.."
"......a blood contract.....a blood contract was made"
"What? I...."
Aura couldn't think of anything and looked at him..
Rion showed a dark red tattoo that was formed on the knuckles of his left hand..
A Rose..
A dark red rose..
It was a symbol..
A proof that a contact was made..
The bigger the symbol the more life force it will suck..
And the tattoo on Rion's hand covered the back of his hand..
Meaning Aura wished something big and it will cost her more than half of her soul..
She could even die on the process..well, she surely will..
"Aura, now tell me........what did you wished for?"
Rion hold Aura's hand and looked at her eyes..
The pain in his eyes were visible to Aura..
"You"
Aura softly answered and looked at Rion's hand where the tattoo was made..
Well she doesn't know how the contract was made..
In the past one year, she tried so many different wishes to sign the contract.. But a blood contract was never made..
It's true that she loves him more than anything but she didn't know how to wish for it....how to say it out loud..
Maybe that's why it's called a deepest desire..
A desire that is hidden inside you and you don't even know how to explain it..
Maybe you don't actually have to wish for it, maybe you have to yarn for it..

"No, will you still go back? Even if my desire is for you? The contact states to fullfill the desire, if my desire is you, you can't go back right? Right??!"

Suddenly Rion hugged her..
"You stupid girl, you know that I'm a devil right? So why did you wished for something stupid like that???"
"I don't know.. Humans are stupid right?"
Aura hugged him back and smiled..
"It will kill you.. It already started sucking your soul, I can feel it.. You will die.."
Rion looked like he will go crazy..
"I'm not that weak.."
Aura smiled looking at him..
"Stupid"
With this Rion placed a soft kiss on her lips..

That soft kiss soon turned into a passionate kiss..
Both of them could feel the love and desire they have for each other..

He was frantically searching for a cure.. Searching for a way to break the blood contract.. But still couldn't found a way..

He wasn't sure..
Because he already fulfilled a blood contract before..

That's right..
"I want Aura to be safe and happy"
It was the wish that Yuhan made..
That was the time when a blood contract was made with Yuhan..
So by ensuring that Aura was safe and happy in the battlefield, Rion already fulfilled the contract..
And because he was having fun, that's why he lied and stayed with Aura.. Cuz he found her very interesting..
That's right..
So, how did another contract was made??
After being summoned, Devils can only make one blood contact..
So how does that happened??
Everyday Rion searched and searched but couldn't found a way to break the blood contract..
Blood contracts are really powerful and cruel..
It's sealed with a powerful spell..
And no one can break this spell..
So it easily eat up the human who sign it..
Because humans are greedy fools..
They always desire for the bigger things...and fell right on the trap of the blood contract and lose their souls..
They never measure the WHAT IF'S....
Well they die because of their own foolishness..
Can't blame it to anyone else other than themselves..
As the days were passing, Rion become very busy searching for the cure..
Day by day he could feel that how much life force he was taking from Aura..
Aura could also feel herself sinking, but still acted strong.. Because that's what she wished for so she have to take the after effects..
Rion was nearly going crazy..
He can't let anything happen to Aura..
No!
He can't let her die like this..
He fell in love for the first time..
He can't let his love end this way..
Because he loves her so much..
He will do anything to keep her alive......anything ~
