Since there are 4 elements and 7 BTS members, I improvised a bit and had to get creative for some of these haha
Jungkook laid back on his bed, with his eyes closed, focusing on his breathing. He had a rough day and wasn't in the best mood, thus the weather reflected that. The clouds began to get darker as he failed to direct his mind away from the bothersome thoughts plaguing him.
Suddenly, a soft knock resounded around the space of his room, catching his attention.
The door slowly creaked open to reveal his girlfriend, a fellow royal.
"Y/n." He sat up, his mood immediately lifted.
"Looks like I came at a good time." She smiled. "It looks like it's gonna storm out. I wanted to see if maybe you wanted to watch it with me?"
He smiled softly. "Of course."
The two of them loved to watch the rain together, it was a special thing they often did. Jungkook loved to see the smile on her face when the rain fell, sometimes he would even use his abilities to make it rain a little harder just to see Y/n's smile spread.
That's why, when she offered to watch the storm with him, he couldn't say no.
Your POV
I decided to visit Jungkook today. The both of us have been busy for a few days tending to our royal duties, so I haven't been able to spend much time with him.
He seemed happy when I asked if he wanted to watch the storm together.
The two of us stood out on the balcony of his room, watching the clouds become thicker and darker. The atmosphere progressively became cooler as the storm approached.
"I love this." I smiled, the gentle and refreshing breeze caressing my face.
"Me too." Jungkook agreed, his arms wrapping around me.
The wind picked up a bit as the foliage on the trees nearby began to flutter in response.
"Here it comes." I grinned in anticipation.
The rain began shortly after, small drops falling from the sky.
I allowed a few to fall on my face, the sensation of the precipitation hitting my skin was invigorating.
"We should go inside soon, love." Jungkook murmured. "Before the rain comes down any harder."
I hummed in agreement and he brought me back into his room where we sat and watched the raindrops fall faster. Jungkook sat behind me, his arms wrapped cozily around my waist. The quiet pitter-patter of the precipitation hitting the window echoed throughout the room, giving off a peaceful vibe.
"I needed this." Jungkook spoke up.
"Me too." I leaned my head back against his shoulder. "Are you okay?"
"Just a little stressed."
A low rumble of thunder sounded in the distance.
"Do you wanna talk about it?"
"You've got enough on your plate already. I don't need to add to it,"
"It's okay. I want you to tell me, only if you want to."
Jungkook was reluctant, but caved in.
"I've just been so busy. Prince Jungkook, you have officials to meet with, Prince Jungkook, you have an interview with a magazine, Prince Jungkook, you need to go for a suit fitting. I just feel like I'm being pulled in so many directions." He sighed, dropping his head.
The rain poured heavier outside as another rumble of thunder boomed, this one a bit louder than the last.
I sighed, bringing my hand up to run my fingers through Jungkook's long, ebony hair.
"I'm so sorry you're dealing with that. I know how you feel, though."
"Tired." He muttered in response.
"Drained." I added.
"Exhausted."
"Fatigued."
He chuckled. "Yeah. All that."
"You know, we didn't ask for this." I mentioned. "It was just kinda forced on us."
"Born into it." He added.
"Right." I nodded.
"I don't mind it. You know, going and visiting orphanages, working in gardens, volunteer work. I actually enjoy all that. It just gets to be a bit much sometimes when you feel like you're being pulled in a million directions at once."
"Have you spoken to your parents about it? Maybe you could ask for a break—postpone some things."
"I haven't spoken to them, but that's a good idea."
The sound of the rain became louder as the silence grew between us.
"Hey, I know something that'll cheer you up." I spoke.
"Hm?"
"The annual summer soirée is happening soon."
Jungkook's face lit up and I couldn't help but notice a letup in the rain outside as well.
The summer soirée is basically a ball held in the middle of summer. It's an intimate gathering for royal families to mingle. It's also mine and Jungkook's favorite event. The home that gets booked for the gathering is beautiful and has the prettiest garden. Jungkook and I always sneak off together at some point, running off to the garden to be alone together.
"That did cheer me up." He smiled. "I almost forgot that was coming up."
"We should go together this time. My family and yours."
"My parents would love that."
"As would mine."
"We could all get a limo and go there together." He suggested.
Jungkook's attitude had definitely changed after I mentioned the summer soirée which was great. I was hoping to find some way to brighten his mood. I hate seeing him upset.
"That would be wonderful. I'll have a chat with my parents and we'll get some plans made."

It was the night of the summer soirée and both mine and Jungkook's families booked a limo for all of us to ride in. I had just finished getting ready and was making my way down the stairs to meet with my parents.
"Oh, Y/n, you look incredible." My mother praised.
"You look so mature." My father added.
"Thank you."
"That color looks beautiful on you, dear." Mom stated.
"I think so too." I smiled, glancing down at my dress, pulling the skirt out, watching the flecks of glitter catch in the light.
"The limo is parked out front and the Jeon family should be here shortly." Dad informed me.
"Great. I'm so excited." I beamed.
"Excited to see a special someone, am I right?" Mom grinned.
I bit my bottom lip, nodding shyly.
Just then, there was a knock on the front door, making my heart jump into my throat.
"He's here." I squeaked.
My father answered the door and in walked Jungkook and his family. Jungkook had barely stepped in the door when his eyes landed on me, his mouth gaping.
"Wow." He whispered.
I walked across the marble floor towards him.
"You like it?" I asked, giving him a little twirl.
"I love it." He smiled. "You look breathtaking."
"Thank you. You look very handsome."
"Yeah?" He grinned, showing off his suit.
"Yeah." I nodded.
"Alright you two, we should get going." Jungkook's dad spoke up, glancing at his watch. "We don't wanna be late."
And with that, we all piled into the limo and headed to the mansion where the ball was being held.
Once we arrived, it felt like all eyes were on us. Both our families got out of the limo and entered the mansion which was filled with people, all of which were watching us, whispering amongst themselves in awe. Our parents walked off in one direction and Jungkook and I walked the other way.
The first place we went to was the snack table, another favorite place of ours.
"Ooh. These look good." I said grabbing one of the many finger foods lining the table.
"I'll take two of these." Jungkook muttered to himself as he grabbed a couple tiny triangular sandwiches, placing one in his mouth.
"The food is the best part." I grinned. "Well, besides the garden."
Jungkook nodded in agreement, his cheeks stuffed with food.
After raiding the snack table, we migrated to the dance floor to share a few dances together.

It had been two hours since we arrived to the get-together and I was beginning to get bored, having had small talk with nearly everyone in the ballroom. I was ready to get away.
I searched the crowd, looking for Jungkook. When I spotted him, he appeared to be having an in-depth conversation with someone. I decided to go ahead and sneak out to the garden and wait for him.
Walking towards the door, I stopped for a moment to tell Jungkook something.
"I'll be in the garden." I whispered as I walked by.
I pushed open the large glass doors and stepped outside to walk around the garden which was lined with beautiful outdoor lights, illuminating the area with a soft glow. A feeling of familiarity settled over me as I walked around, reminiscing on old memories.
The sun was setting, painting the sky with vibrant orange and purple hues. The air was becoming cooler and more comfortable as the sun sank down lower.
A few minutes had passed when, finally, I heard footsteps, a small smile coming to my face.
"Jungkook, there you—" I stopped when I noticed the person who was outside wasn't Jungkook.
It was Prince Jung Jaehyun, a privileged and arrogant royal that doesn't care about anyone but himself. I don't even know how he got an invite to this get-together.
"Oh. I thought you were someone else." I muttered.
"It's nice to see you too, Princess Y/n." He remarked.
"Did you need something?"
"I was hoping to share a dance with you." He said, striding over to me. "I searched all over for you."
"No thank you. I'm waiting for someone." I declined.
"I'm sure you have time for one dance."
"I don't."
"Oh, come on. You can't say no to someone like me." He flashed a smile.
"I just did."
His brows raised.
"Pardon me?"
"I don't want to dance with you." I stated firmly.
I gasped as Jaehyun grabbed my arm, yanking me towards him.
"Listen here, I don't care what you want. I'm the prince and I demand you dance with me."
"No." I seethed.
"You don't have a choice."
Suddenly, the doors to the mansion swung open and Jungkook came storming out.
He grabbed Jaehyun and pulled him away from me.
"What are you doing?" He asked sharply.
"I was just asking to dance with her." Jaehyun replied.
"You forced her." Jungkook stated, his voice low. "I saw you grab her arm."
"I didn't grab—" Jaehyun didn't get the chance to finish speaking as Jungkook seized him by the collar.
"How dare you put your hands on a woman in such a forceful way." He hissed. "You have no right to touch her like that."
The clouds suddenly began to get thicker, darkening as they converged in the sky. I watched as they moved together so quickly and so suddenly that it seemed unnatural—like someone was controlling it.
"You're a piece of work, you know that?" Jungkook spat. "Thinking everyone owes you something just because of your title."
Thunder boomed in the distance.
"I'm gonna tell you one time and one time only, leave Y/n alone."
"Says who?"
Jungkook let out a frustrated growl, his grip on Jaehyun's collar tightening.
"Me." He raised his voice, a loud boom of thunder followed, so powerful that it shook the ground.
Jaehyun seemed to cower a bit, squirming out of Jungkook's hold on his collar. He gave the ebony-haired prince a strange look before hurrying off inside.
A large streak of lightning flashed in the sky as Jungkook's shoulders heaved up and down. I watched as his fists clenched, thunder rumbling in the sky immediately. I couldn't do anything but stand there and stare at him.
Was Jungkook the cause of this?
He turned to me, a worried expression on his face.
"Are you okay?" He asked, walking up to me, holding his hand out.
I instinctively took a step back, not meaning to do so. His face fell, his hand dropping to his side.
"Did you..." I trailed off, noticing the thunder and lightning ceased.
"Yes. I did this." He answered, his head hanging low.
"How?" I asked, not able to comprehend the fact that he just summoned a storm.
"I was born with the ability to manipulate weather. I'm sorry I never told you. I was afraid you'd react exactly how you are now."
The clouds slowly parted, showing the remnants of a sunset, the blush pinks and pale lilacs streaking sky, mixing with the dark blue of the night sky that was soon to take over.
I turned to Jungkook who was still looking at the ground.
"If you think I'm scared of you, I'm not." I told him, taking a step forward.
To this, he lifted his head.
"You're not?"
"No. In fact, I'm kind of mad that you never shared it with me."
"Well, I did, sort of."
I tilted my head, waiting for him to explain.
"You know all those times we watched the rain together?"
I nodded.
"Well, sometimes I would make it rain just a little harder, for you."
I placed my hand on my chest, shocked by this new revelation.
"You did that for me?" I asked, faintly.
"I did."
I grabbed his hands, giving them a light squeeze.
"That's really sweet."
He smiled, his cheeks tinted pink.
"Oh, by the way, thanks for getting Jaehyun to leave me alone."
"You're welcome. I'm sorry I didn't come out here earlier. I was a bit preoccupied."
"It's alright. I'm just glad you arrived when you did."
"Me too."
"Also, thank you for opening up to me about... your gift. Powers? Abilities?"
Jungkook chuckled. "Gift is fine."
"Right. Well, thank you. I know I had to find out by you accidentally exposing yourself, but I'm glad you were up front about it afterwards. I do wish I would have known sooner, but I understand why you wanted to keep it a secret."
"You're so understanding."
"I try to be." I shrugged.
He smiled fondly at me, cupping my cheek.
"I love you."
"I love you too."
Jungkook wrapped one arm around my waist, pulling me towards him as he connected his lips with mine, his thumb gently stroking my cheek. The kiss was short, but left me in a haze, as do most kisses with Jungkook.
"Now, why don't we walk around the garden for a bit."
"I'd love that."
