Hyoyeon examined Hyun hyun's body. Due to his weak immune system, he was a lot more fragile than Jong jong. They didn't know it now, but this difference would become even more apparent as the two boys grew older. And, because of this difference, the two boys were destined to walk very different paths.
Before the FT Awards was to be held, Tiffany officially started filming 'Survivor'. Previously, when Hyun hyun was sick, it wasn't that serious; it was just a normal fever and flu. But, one afternoon, Hyoyeon began to feel that something wasn't right. So, she immediately gave Taeyeon a phone call while he was working.
"We need to send Hyun hyun straight to the hospital. Something doesn't seem right."
Taeyeon immediately dropped everything and hurried home. He also instructed Sooyoung to contact the most authoritative specialist.
After arriving at the hospital, Hyun hyun immediately had a full body check up. In the end, the results confirmed that Hyun hyun's lungs did not develop properly and needed long term treatment. On top of that, he needed to be protected. Problems with the lungs were serious. If they weren't careful, he could even die at a young age!
"Mr. Kim, feel free to contact our paediatric specialist, Doctor Tan. She specializes in the treatment of children. Unfortunately, she is currently overseas and will return in a few days."
Taeyeon looked sadly at Hyun hyun who had just fallen asleep after much difficulty.
Hyoyeon answered a few of the head nurse's questions before she asked Taeyeon, "Should we tell Fany?"
"I will personally tell her after 'Survivor' finishes filming," Taeyeon replied. He knew that if he was to tell Tiffany right now, she would give up everything and and return home to take care of Hyun hyun.
"Good," Hyoyeon nodded. "Wait until Hyun hyun stabilizes a little and we get an update on his condition."
This time, Hyun hyun ended up having a fever for 2 days. This was when the highly-qualified Doctor Tan finally returned to Korea. After hearing about Hyun hyun's condition, she immediately rushed to the hospital without even unpacking her clothes.
She was very young at just 28-years-old, but, she often appeared on the front cover of medical magazines and had won many awards.
She liked children, so she majored in paediatrics during her studies in the US. After returning to Korea, she placed her focus on the research of rare childhood disorders.
"Hyun hyun's condition isn't as serious as it looks, but he needs to come for regular checkups at the hospital."
"We understand, Doctor Tan," Hyoyeon replied.
"Where's the child's mother?" Tan Suling turned and asked Hyoyeon.
"Fany doesn't know about this yet..."
Although Tan Suling didn't pay attention to entertainment news, she was still aware of Tiffany's gossip, so she nodded her head, "I know that your entire family is in the public eye. But, I suggest that the mother can bring the child here next time."
"OK," Hyoyeon nodded.
Afterwards, Taeyeon carried Hyun hyun out of the hospital. Of course, not many people knew about this.

However, a mother and her child had a natural connection. So, that night, Tiffany made a phone call home to check on her babies and specifically asked if Hyun hyun had another fever.
Taeyeon replied honestly that he was a little unwell, but was currently recovering.

Taeyeon did not say a word, he simply hugged Tiffany tighter.
Only God knew how much he had wanted to see her.
Because, as a father, he had his fears.
And Tiffany seemed to have sensed this, so she returned home and appeared in front of him at the time when he missed her the most.
"Focus on your filming. The FT Awards is coming up, but Crown Empire will arrange everything. You don't need to worry."
Last year, Tiffany just managed to go home with the Best Newcomer Award. And this year, she was vying for the Best Actress Award.
With so many good films and performances under her belt, Taeyeon believed that the award was already in Tiffany's hands.
"Daddy Tae, you seem a little weird today."

"Tiffany's not here again?" Tan Suling noticed that Taeyeon had come to the hospital on his own again, so she began to develop a bad impression towards Tiffany. "No matter how important her film is, it can't be more important than her own child."

In the eyes of a doctor, nothing mattered more than a life. Whether someone ruled the world or was a mere beggar on the streets, they could not avoid taking medicine, getting injections and going to the hospital.
So, even if Tiffany had an extremely important reason, they still felt that she was disrespecting her identity as a mother by not being by her child's side when it was so sick.
Tan Suling did not say a word. Instead, she pulled out her phone and did a search on Tiffany's name. The outside world was covered in news about Tiffany's possibility of winning the Fei Tian Best Actress Award.
"Well, look at this. She's about to win an award."

But, in reality, after Tiffany moved to the set in the mountains, Taeyeon took the kids to visit her, simply because he thought she'd miss them.
That day, Tiffany had just finished filming and not a single patch on her body was clean. As she watched Taeyeon approach from the distance carrying the two kids, she revealed a slight smile.
The extras on set immediately pointed out, "Tiffany, from the moment that you joined the cast, I've never seen you smile like this. Only President Kim gets to enjoy this special treatment!"
"Fany unnie, President Kim is carrying your baby, but who does the other baby belong to? Why is he carrying two?"
"Hmmm, I think the other one is mine as well...because I gave birth to twins," Tiffany smiled.
The little extras covered their mouths before they gave her a thumbs up, "You're amazing! You never revealed this to the public."
"I hope you can keep it a secret for me..."
After speaking, Tiffany didn't even change her clothes before she walked towards the father and sons.
No one on set had ever expected that the intimidating Taeyeon would end up appearing on set with his babies. The scene in front of them was hard to imagine.
It was originally against the rules of convention, but when they witnessed it in person, it somehow looked so natural and warm.
"Why did you suddenly come?"
"Go have a bath and get changed. We will wait for you in your room," Taeyeon responded.

Because of the status that Tiffany had slowly established, as soon as she stepped onto the set of 'Survivor', everyone took really good care of her. Everyone subconsciously treated her with respect, like a 'Big Sister' of the industry. But, of course, this was also because Tiffany was deserving of the love and respect.
After entering her room, Tiffany quickly washed herself down. Without even worrying about covering the scratches and injuries she received, she quickly rushed over to Taeyeon and her babies.

Sunny never imagined, even though her mother-in-law had never applied pressure to her, the hatred on her face was obvious.
"You're focusing on the unnecessary again. The person you are spending a lifetime with is me. I already told you before you fell pregnant that you don't need to worry about pleasing them."
Actually, Sunny didn't understand why she cared so much either.
Perhaps it was because of her lack of self confidence.

Every year's FT Awards was extremely competitive. But, this year, no one could compete with Tiffany's acting and ticket sales.
Whether it was 'The Lost Relative', 'The Forensic Concubine' or 'Survivor' which was currently being filmed, one thing was clear, whenever Tiffany appeared in a production, it was guaranteed to be a masterpiece.

In fact, with Taeyeon's motivation, Tiffany's Qing Lan became more realistic and full of emotion. As a result, 'The Forensic Concubine' broke all records for television dramas and was still ranked as the number one performing drama at the moment.
This was no doubt a successful year for Tiffany. She performed well in the box office, became a mother, returned to work looking more youthful than before and even filmed a television drama with her husband.
"There's no doubt that Tiffany will win Best Actress this year, right?"

"You are in no position to feel bad," Taeyeon said before he carried Hyun hyun out of the hospital. As he reached the front door, he said to Hyoyeon, "Mom, get ready to change hospitals."
At this moment, the thing that Taeyeon regretted the most was not having his own medical team.
After finding out that Hyun hyun's body was relatively weak, Taeyeon looked everywhere for an authoritative doctor in paediatrics. He simply wanted to reduce his son's suffering.
But, it couldn't be denied that Tan Suling was amongst the best of the best in the industry even though she was a bit too sensitive.
Even so, he didn't want to see a doctor that was bias towards his wife again.

"I know what to do," Taeyeon replied.
The FT Awards were on the horizon and Tiffany was about to return home, but 'Survivor' was only two-thirds completed.

When it came to the FT Awards, the public paid close attention to it every year. After all, these awards were the most prestigious in Korea and every winning film and actor was truly admired.
For this year's FT Awards, Tiffany was once again a favorite. So, discussions were more intense than before. Even at the hospital, doctors and nurses watched a couple episodes of 'The Forensic Concubine' during their breaks for some entertainment.
Seeing this, Tan Suling frowned, "Don't let me discover you watching something so ridiculous during work hours again."
The nurses were a little helpless. Tan Suling had never been against them watching it before...
Why was she suddenly so angry?
Tan Suling knew what the nurses were curious about, so she explained, "I don't care how successful of an actress she is. In my eyes she is a complete failure who doesn't take care of her own child. She shouldn't even have the right to have children."

"Then, can you explain why Doctor Tan is so upset?"
The three nurses began discussing the matter in the nurse's station, without noticing that they were talking about the secret that Taeyeon did not want others to know about.
Of course, this was all because of Tan Suling.
She may have been professional, but as a person, she had a very low EQ because she considered herself as heroic and just.
Of course, it was simply a discussion amongst a few nurses at the moment. The incident had not gone out of hand. But, just because it hadn't today, didn't mean it wouldn't tomorrow...

Night hit.
Taeyeon thought to himself in the study room for quite some time. In the end, he lifted his phone and called a familiar number.
"Fany..."
Tiffany was in the middle of filming a night scene. Even so, she did not ignore Taeyeon's call, "What's wrong? Why are you still awake so late at night?"

"President Kim...Tiffany already explained everything to me before she left. It's not a problem."

After hearing this, Tiffany remained silent for a while. Obviously, she did not feel good about this news, but she accepted that it was reality. After a few moments, she calmed down and said, "Hurry and get some rest. Hyun hyun is already sick. You can't tire yourself out as well."
Taeyeon knew that Tiffany had a strong heart. Even though she was worried, she would not be flustered.
So, the next morning, Tiffany and Taeyeon brought Hyun hyun to the hospital. Although it was the same hospital where Tan Suling worked, it was still the best children's hospital in Korea.
Soon, Hyun hyun was once again taken in for an examination. Apart from having a weak immune system, he was also diagnosed with a lung infection.
As per Taeyeon's request, the doctor testing him this time, was not Tan Suling.

Soon, Tan Suling arrived at the emergency ward. This time, she finally got to see Tiffany.
At first, she did not say a thing. Only after she saw Hyun hyun's results did she say, "Your child is seriously ill. As his mother, you weren't by his side, so you are partly to blame. Taeyeon did not say a word, nor could he be bothered to respond to her. To be honest, the couple had never met a doctor that was so meddlesome.
Soon, Bo-ra arrived at the hospital. Although Tiffany barely contacted her, they were still sisters. So, Bo-ra grabbed Hyun hyun's results out of Tan Suling's hands and ran her eyes across it. She then said calmly, "You can transfer Hyun hyun to my hospital. Brother-in-law, I'll leave it to you to organize."
After Taeyeon heard this, he immediately turned around and left.
At this time, Tan Suling questioned Bo-ra, "Who do you think you are?"
"I've long heard of the infamous Doctor Tan... After seeing you today, you certainly live up to your reputation as a complete moron!" She felt that children were the most important things in a person's life, so parents were expected to stay by their sides and take care of them 24/7. She also felt that children were the most precious things on earth, so adults should treat these hopeful souls unconditionally.
"What right do you have to teach me what to do?" Tan Suling analysed Bo-ra from head to toe as she spoke with doubt and arrogance.
"Based on the fact that I am currently the associate professor of paediatrics and you are just a specialist." After speaking, Bo-ra presented her ID as proof.
From a professional viewpoint, Tan Suling was indeed capable; this was something that Bo-ra had to admit. But, Tan Suling lived with too much bias. As a result, she had quite a reputation, but her status and capability were not on the same level.
After seeing Bo-ra's identity, Tan Suling shut up unhappily.
Afterwards, the family left the hospital together. During their transfer, Bo-ra said to the couple, "The two of you haven't paid enough attention to the medical field. Soon, the family arrived at the military hospital. Bo-ra was currently a military doctor at the hospital. So, she carried Hyun hyun straight into the surgery.
