It's the next day and Kelly did not come home. He didn't have the guts too so he stayed with Casey and Dawson. It's time for shift and Harper didn't sleep at all last night as the twins were up all night.
"Morning Captain!" Herrmann says enthusiastically
"What do you want!" Harper shouts
"I just said morning!" Herrmann says shocked
"Get this rig cleaned its filthy! Do you guys not have any scene of pride any more?" Harper shouts before walking away
"What did you do?" Cruz asks
"Why are you asking me?" Kelly says
"Never mind!" Cruz says as he goes to make breakfast
It's 10 minutes later and breakfast is ready
"Guys come eat!" Cruz shouts
They all come in and grab a plate, as gabby is grabbing some food she notices that Harper isn't there so she makes up a plate for her. A few seconds later Harper walks in
"Here! Dawson saved you a plate!" Cruz says holding up the plate
"I'm not hungry!" Harper says before walking away
"Okay! We need to get to the bottom of this! When Harper is angry she doesn't eat! And she can hold a grudge for a long time!" Cruz says
Everyone turns their heads to look at Kelly
"What?" Kelly says looking up from his plate
"What happened?" Casey asks
"I may or may not have stepped over the boundary line! But she did too!" Kelly says
"That's why you slept on our couch last night!" Dawson says
"What did you blow off at her about?" Cruz asks
"I called her selfish! She was a little disappointed that gabby was pregnant and she wasn't! Then I told her that I'm done having kids and here we are!" Kelly says looking down at his plate
"She would never be jealous of me Kelly! That's not Harper!" Dawson says
"You need to fix this!" Casey says standing up
"I've tried! I really have!" Kelly says
"Try harder! I don't wanna clean the whole firehouse!" Cruz says
"Fine!" Kelly says getting up and walking out
Kelly walks up to Harper's quarters and knocks on the door
"What do you want?" Harper asks coldly
"I came to apologise!" Kelly says
Harper sits in silence
"Okay! I should never have spoken to you like that! I know you would never be jealous of Dawson! I was stupid and I wish there was a way I could make up for it!" Kelly says smiling
"It's fine Kelly! It's no big deal! Just don't talk to me like that again okay?" Harper asks
"Okay!" Kelly says before walking away
