Akatsuki's Angel: Konan
The sun had barely risen when Izuku had come down to greet Konan. Izuku was now sitting by the kitchen table and was listening to Konan talk about Rinnegan, how she grew up with Nagato, who was the only one to master all of its capabilities.
Konan was talking to Izuku about how he would be learning the different Rinnegan abilities, and in which order they would be doing the Rinnegan Paths.
Konan said that she'd chosen the Animal Path as phase one, since it was the one that had the smallest chance of backfiring on him. It was also chosen due to Izuku already being able to use summoning different animals, which would make the whole process easier.
Before she could continue onto the second stage, she instantly became speechless as she recognized a figure entering the kitchen. Izuku was a bit confused by what had caused her to react that way, but quickly understood it as he turned around to see where she was looking.
It was Itachi who'd entered the kitchen. As he was walking towards the espresso machine on the kitchen counter, he was deeply concentrated by what he was reading in his book, to the point where he wasn't aware of his surroundings.
All three beside Itachi, were watching Itachi make himself an espresso without lifting his gaze from the pages which he was reading. As soon as Itachi made his own espresso, he walked towards the kitchen door, but before he could leave the room he heard a forced cough which caught his attention.
*Ahem Ahem* Izuku decided to talk out as he had finally caught Itachi's attention. Izuku had a smirk on his face and a with playful tone he said "Itachi-san, It's quiet rude of you to ignore our guest"
Itachi apologized as he turned towards them with his eyes closed. He opened his eyes only to see a reanimated Konan in front of him, this shock caused his eyes to go wide and his mouth agape, as his hands let go of the book and the cup that he was holding.
Konan reacted quickly. With her 'Paper Ninjutsu' she sent out numerous sheets of paper towards the falling objects. She made the papers bring her the objects, and upon arriving she grabbed the book with her right hand and the cup with her left.
She was taking a sip of 'her' espresso while reading the cover of the book, she then lowered the cup from her face as she lifted an eyebrow in curiosity before stating "Crumbling Society: Corrupted, Self-centered and False heroes by Barry Allen a.k.a. Flash"
Konan looked towards Itachi with a smirk before saying in a playful tone "Are you still trying to understand others while fixing the society's problems?" still being in a state of shock he could only answer her with a nod, which made the three around the table chuckled lightly.
After a short moment Itachi was finally able to regain his composure before saying "Hey, you drank my espresso!" which caused everyone beside him to laugh a bit, he then said in a grumble "now I need to make a new one" to which Konan requested "Itachi dear, make me another one" she said without looking at him to which he sighed before taking her cup.
While he was making two new espressos, he was listening in on what Konan was instructing to Izuku. She told him that for the second stage she would teach him the Preta Path.
This would be the second easiest to learn, since they could start absorbing the smallest ninjutsu, so that if he could not absorb them right away, then he would not receive wounds. Then they could slowly increase the scale of the ninjutsu step by step, until he mastered it.
For the third stage she would teach him the Human Path, she would teach him this while they were on missions. So that they could gather information while he was learning Rinnegan abilities, they could use that opportunity to teach him how to pull out a soul out of the target, so that he would gain control of this ability and not kill anyone by accident with this method.
Fourth stage would be him learning about Naraka Path, which they could actually do at the same time as the third stage. But she would only teach him the interrogation part of that Path, until he gained more control of the 'King of Hell'.
After gaining enough control she would then teach him the restoration part of that Path. She didn't want him to restore a wound wrongly, or for the 'King of Hell' to backfire on him. To which he understood and nodded in agreement.
Konan then told him that after gaining all that knowledge about Rinnegan, he would then start on the fifth stage which was Asura Path. She made him understand that manipulating and augmenting your own body, needs a lot of knowledge and control. Since the tiniest mistake could ruin his body, or even cause his death to which he gulped in concern.
After that they would then go to Deva Path, where he would learn how to manipulate attractive and repulsive forces with objects and people. He would basically learn how to manipulate the gravity and forces between all things.
She told him that there was a seventh Path which was called the Outer Path, but she would only teach him the theoretical part, as long as he promised that he would never practice it.
When he asked why the only response she would give was that she didn't want to see him die, he could see that she was sad and was holding back tears while talking about the last path.
Izuku just agreed to it as he was hugging her. He promised her that he would never use it without her permission before giving her a stupid but cute smirk, which caused her sad smile to turn happy.
~~~First Stage~~~
It took Izuku a month to master the Anima Path. In the beginning it was hard for Izuku, since he needed to learn how to summon animals without the contract, and without using his own blood for blood sacrifice or hand seals.
This was hard due to him being so used to summoning the original way. The hardest part was visualizing the animals he summoned, since usually he could just summon the animals due to the contracts, but without the contract he needed to visualize them correctly before summoning.
After he summoned his first animal he became shocked. This was due to him being able to see what the animal saw. Konan then explained that Izuku would be able to see everything that the other Rinnegan's saw.
So it took quite some time to get used to seeing through more than two eyes. So after a month he was able to summon any kind of animal he wanted, while also being able to have shared vision with up to twenty other pairs of eyes before gaining a headache.
~~~Second Stage~~~
After that it was now time for Izuku to learn Preta Path. Izuku learned early on that this technique would not work with quirk abilities, this was due to that quirk abilities did not contain Chakra. But Konan still wanted him to learn it, since Izuku would gain a higher control over his Rinnegan.
In the beginning he couldn't absorb any jutsu, which became everyone's entertainment for a while. Since everybody would be shooting their weakest long to mid range jutsu's at him, only for him to be hit by them making him a target dummy for their amusement.
He'd lost count how many times he'd become soaked by a water jutsu, zapped by a lightning jutsu, put on fire by a fire jutsu, etc. But after two weeks or so he got a hold of it, and after another two weeks it became a second nature for him.
During this time Hashirama had noticed that Izuku could also absorb Nature energy, which Konan had kind of forgotten, that Naruto did it in his fight against Nagato. This could have turned out to be very dangerous, since Izuku had no clue how to control natural energy.
So Izuku had started to learn about natural energy, how he can gather it, control it and manipulate it, which Hashirama, Tobirama, Madara and Orochimaru helped him with.
It took Izuku much more time to learn it than the other stuff he'd learned before. This was due to him being not allowed to use the same technique that he used before.
The technique where he summons a bunch of Shadow Clones to fasten the learning process, and this was not possible now. Since when the clones are dispelled it sends all of it's natural energy to the host, and this would backfire on Izuku since he could not control the energy.
After a month Izuku had become above average with natural energy. They'd paused his natural energy training there, so that he could continue with his Preta Path training, due to being able to absorb a decent amount of Natural energy from Hashirama.
They then used a whole month for him to master it, so that he could absorb the strongest jutsu they had. Making his body adaptable to the huge amount of chakra that he would absorb, so that his body would not shut down due to the spike in chakra within him.
~~~Third Stage~~~
Now that Izuku was on the third stage he was now learning about Human Path. Orochimaru had assigned Izuku and Konan on a few missions, where the mission revolved around killing people. He did this so that Izuku could have test subjects for his training, since he knew that Izuku would never use this ability on the innocent.
When both of them would attack a group or organization, they would always try to capture as many as possible alive. Izuku would put everyone in a genjutsu before pulling a person at the time into another room.
It would be there where Izuku would use Human Path to read their minds, to gain some of the information that they had within them. He would then cancel the genjutsu before summoning the 'King of Hell' through the Naraka Path, after that he would then use the information he got from reading their minds to question them.
If they answered truthfully they would survive, but those that lied would instantly die to the summoned king. The people that survived, would afterwards die by Izuku pulling out their soul by using the Human Path, causing them to instantly die before he absorbed their soul.
When he absorbs the souls he also gains all of the knowledge that they had. He would then seal the body in a scroll before getting a new 'test subject' that was in the previous room.
It took Izuku around two months to master these three techniques. The reason it took so long was due to him needing new missions, so that he and Konan could gather new 'test subjects' for him.
After those three months he was able to read mind much faster, he was now also able to search for the information by thinking of a keyword. So if he thought about 'hideout' while reading the mind of a drug smuggler, he would be able to filter through information that did not contain that keyword, and faster arrive at the answer that he was seeking.
He also learned how to not gain the information that comes with the soul, and also how to filter away some of the information that comes with the soul. So that he wouldn't get unnecessary intel.

The next chapter will contain more of the training time skip, while also containing some new content. If someone is wondering, it has now been 3 years 10 months and 2 weeks since Izuku ran away from home. I don't know if I'm totally correct, I might be missing a few weeks but it's around there.
Sorry that I took a long break. I usually update daily if not every second day, but I needed to pause this book due to being swamped with College Assignments.
I know it's stupid to complain about it, but I have no words for how much I hate Programming. One simple typo, like a missing ' : ' ' , ' or even missing a simple letter can result in an error, which is so f*ucking infuriating. So sorry for missing out on a few chapters. #MyPainIsGreaterThenYours
Btw, if you would ship the other's in Orochimaru's household with someone, who would you pick and why? Try to argue why those two would fit together, if the reason is good enough then I'll implement it. You can pick the characters from the MHA or Naruto universe or characters from other animes whom power will becom a quirk, and if you pick someone from the Naruto universe, then pick someone that can actually be reanimated.
