*3rd pov*
"Excuse me?"
"Get her boys"
Asami quickly grabbed her electric glove and jumped out of the chair before 3 of the men could get to her
"You better stay away assholes, where is Scarlet?"
"That girl at the door? I don't know, probably still out cold" one of them said as they ran on Asami, trying to punch her but she quickly dodged the attack and punched the man
"Come on" she said with a proud smirk ready to strike again, the first guy shook from the punch as he tried to attack again but Asami was faster and managed to dodge the punch again and electrocuted the guy who fell to the ground out cold.
But by that Asami lost track of the other two guys as one of them grabbed her from behind and punched her. They were about to grab her but someone stopped them
"Wait! Stop! All of you" probably their boss screamed and all of them looked at him.
He held Korra and a flame was coming from the tips of his fingers close to her neck
"I would advise you if you want your friend over here to live, you better give up and come with us peacefully" The guy said coldly and moved the fingers closer to Korra's neck
"Nishi that wasn-"
"SHUT UP! If we have to kill the Avatar now we will do it"
"But the boss will be mad-"
"I'm making his job easier"
Asami didn't know what to do, she didn't want to endanger Korra's life, and since Korra is out of her senses, there wasn't any other way out of this. She sighed and looked at the ground
"Not today"
They all looked up looking for the source, soon their eyes landed on the unconscious girl, at least that's what they thought. Korra's eyes opened and they were shining brightly white, she grabbed the guy's hand and threw him across the room, that was a signal for Asami as she kicked one of the guys and threw the other one at Korra who gladly punched him.
Asami kicked the other guy down and slammed his head on her table then electrocuted him.
Korra fought the other guy, not that it was something hard, but she wanted to have some fun. She used airbending and kept throwing him away, she then punched him in the face and knocked him out.
Her eyes stopped glowing as she grabbed with Asami's help the other 3 guys and threw them into the corner, with the help of earthbending she kept them all in one place while they were passed out.
"You will pay for that, you destroyed my floor" Asami said with a chuckle and Korra hugged her
"Are you okay?"
"I'm alright Korra, what about you?"
"Same, this felt pretty good to fight some bad guys after so long"
"It sure did, but why were they here?"
"No idea, I'll keep an eye on them, call Lin" Korra said and Asami smiled and nodded.
She pulled back from the hug and walked over to her table and called the police.
"Hey Lin"
"Asami? This better be important"
"It is, me and Korra got attacked"
"Are you guys okay?"
"We're alright, but my assistant might be hurt, could you send the ambulance here as well? And we managed to catch the attackers"
"Okay, I will, how many?"
"Four, all guys, we don't know their identity, except that one of them is called Nishi"
"Okay hold on, I'll send some officers there"
"Thank you"
"Stay safe"
The call ended and Asami looked up at Korra who was scanning the guy's faces
"I need to check up on Scarlet, ca-"
"Go, I got this" Korra smiled at Asami who nodded and walked outside of the office.
She stepped into the elevator since it seemed to be the fastest way to get down there, but it still seemed like forever, Asami had no idea what to expect when the door will open, Scarlet was not just her assistant but also her friend, even though they kept calling each other professionally, they were friends and talked about stuff outside the work.
The last floor finally passed and the door opened. The lobby was a disaster, there were papers everywhere, broken windows, it was destroyed,
Asami's friend was lying on the ground passed out but she didn't have any visible wounds.
She slowly approached the poor girl on the ground and softly shook her trying to wake her up
"Hey, Scar, can you hear me? Wake up!" the taller girl said and continued shaking with the unconscious girl. Asami started losing hope to wake her up after a little, but when she put her finger on her neck to check the pulse she felt a slight movement
"Scar?"
"Miss Sato? I'm so sorry I-"
"It's okay Scar, just rest" Asami sighed in relief as the smaller girl opened her eyes
"I tried to stop them but there was six of them I-"
"Wait six?!"
"Yes, six"
The police sirens were hearable in the background, as they were getting closer
"Me and Korra got attacked only by four of them!"
"They must be here somewhere, this is all my fault"
"No it isn't Scar, don't blame yourself, the help is almost here" Asami said as she looked up, the door flew open and a police officers rushed in
"Asami, are you okay? Where is Korra?!" Lin asked rushing to Asami right after the officers as they scouted the premises of the factory
"In my office guiding the attackers, Lin Scarlet said there was six of them but me and Korra got attacked by just four of them"
"It's true"
"Shit that's not good, we need to get to them now, w have a criminal called Kishimoto in our database, he is one of the most dangerous murderers together with his group, Nishi is his brother who helps him with the crimes"
"Could he be with them?"
"Probably yes"
"Floor 15 let's go" Asami said as some of the officers followed them into the elevator and the rest went by the stairs to make sure they aren't hiding somewhere
"How did this happened?" Lin asked
"I don't know, I was working and Korra came to visit, she said she doesn't want to go yet so she stayed and meditated while I was doing my job, they attacked us" Asami sighed
"We haven't heard from this group in a while, we can only hope it isn't them, they are strong"
"Me and Korra handled the four of them easily"
"Yeah but I am more worried about their boss"
They were almost there when Asami smelled a smoke
"Do you feel that?"
"Yeah, I don't like it"
Once the door opened, a thick smoke filled the cabin and you could see flashes of fire in the distance
"Korra!"
"I'm here!"
They ran outside the elevator through the smoke, it was more like a fog, you could walk and breathe normally but you couldn't see anything
"Come on boys!" a deep voice called
"No way" Korra ran after them, they ran outside into the hallway and down the stairs.
The police, Asami and Korra, all of them ran after the group, and soon they were met with the other officers from below
"It's over! Give up! Lin called as the group of men was surrounded by the police, they all had black masks on
"Not for me" the guy with the deep voice said as he jumped through the window on the wall
"You're not getting away!" Korra screamed and jumped after him.

*Korra's pov*
We need to catch him
I felt the cold air on my skin as I jumped out, to my luck, there was a building under us, the guy landed on the roof and I was right after him as he tried to escape.
I ran after him using the elements, trying to stop him but he was too fast and dodged everything.
He kept running and jumping from one roof to another and when I thought I got him, he jumped down and landed on a train that drove by.
Fuck come on asshole
I jumped after him and landed behind him
"Come on, Avatar" he turned to me, ready to fight
I need to be careful, there are most likely people inside the train
I ran to him throwing one punch after another he managed to dodge some of them but not all of them. He quickly shook off and kicked me as I landed on my back, he was about to punch me but I kicked him off.
He started running towards the end of the train
Come on asshole, make my job easier would ya?
I quickly ran after him, there was a sharp turn coming and I knew we won't be able to keep our balance if we won't jump off now.
But he did, he landed on a balcony of an inhabited house and started climbing down, I was right after him. I heard police sirens and I noticed with a corner of my eye there were police airships in the air.
'THIS IS REPUBLIC CITY POLICE, STOP RIGHT THERE AND SURRENDER TO THE AVATAR!'
He jumped down and ran into the crowd of people that tried to move out of their way. I ran after him but he was fast. That didn't stop me as I followed him, he ran across the street causing the cars to slip trying to avoid collision with him.
I slid over the hood of one of the cars but I quickly stopped when I realized one of the cars was about to drove into the crowd.
I quickly earth bent a ramp to prevent the car from colliding with people and not to hurt the person inside of the car.
When I was sure they are all safe and turned around the guy was gone.
Fucking shit! If it wasn't for this I would've caught him, I need to hope now that the police will manage to get him
I sighed and looked behind me, people were shocked, some were panicking, there was overturned car, and a gas was running out of it.
Not too far away, there was another car that crashed into another car, and one of them had a hood off and the engine was on fire.
The worst thing was, people inside the car were unconscious.
The car is gonna explode by any minute, I have to get them out of there, the fire can't meet with the gas
"EVERYONE! OUT! NOW! CLEAR THE SPACE!"
I yelled as the people on the sidewalk started backing away. I ran up to the car that was on fire and pulled out the two people, they were two women around their thirties, one of them had a big wound on the side of the head and the other some bruises on the face.
When I got them out, I dragged them far enough from the wreck
"I am a doctor, do you need help?" A guy ran up to me and the police started to get close
"Take a look at them, do not approach anywhere near the wrecks" I said and he nodded and went over to the two injured girls.
The police showed up, some of the officers held the crowd back and the others were helping me with the injured people.
The car that was on fire exploded and the whole thing caught on fire and I could hear people scream in fear.
Shit We need to get the guy from the overturned car out as quickly as possible
"I NEED A LITTLE HELP HERE!" I shouted and two of the police officers ran up to me
"We need to turn the car so we can get to the person, can you help?" I asked and they nodded, I walked behind the car ready to pus it to roll it over. The officers shot the cables on it and started pulling it as I pushed it.
It didn't take long and we managed to roll over the car, I quickly climbed inside and shook with the person
"Hello? Sir, can you hear me?" Nothing
I unbuckled him and pulled him out, he had a face full of glass and other wounds all over his body
"AVATAR KORRA RUN NOW!"
I heard one of the officers scream and when I turned around I noticed that the gas caught on fire from the other car
Shit that's not good but I won't leave him here
I pulled him out just in time and when we hit the ground I used the airbending to create an air shield around us to protect us from the explosion.
It worked and when I looked up I saw paramedics and firefighters arriving.
I picked up the guy and carried him to the other wounded people.
"who needs priority treatment?!" one of the paramedics shouted
"Over here!" I waved at them and they ran over to help the wounded guy and the others.
I backed up a little to give them more space and sat on the ground. I sighed in relief and looked at the sky
"Well done Avatar" I heard behind me and when I turned around I saw Lin standing there with Asami and more officers, she held her hand out for me and I accepted it.
I stood up and looked at both of them
"Did you caught him?"
"Yes the rest of the officers caught him hiding the sewerage"
"Good, what about the rest of them?"
"Korra relax, we got them all" Lin laughed and I smiled, I approached Asami and hugged her
"Are you alright?"
"Me? You were right next to an exploding car, you tell me if you are okay" she laughed and hugged me back
"I'm fine 'Sami" I smiled and pulled back
I wanna kiss her so badly, but we are in public I can't
"Go home, girls, we will let you know if we know something new" Lin said and placed her hands on our shoulders "You did great today" she smiled and walked back to the other officers.
"Let's go home?"
"Let's go home."

Wow this chapter had more action than I thought it will have in the first place, and honestly originally this chapter wasn't supposed to be like this but because of Chapter 19 it ended up like this.
