Pietro stopped right in front of the police cars and put Wanda and Gaia down. When their feet hit the ground they start using their powers to destroy all the robots in eyesight.
An officer then orders for his team to stop shooting and they do but one bullet hit Pietro in the shoulder while he's fighting off robots and he does a gesture that says, "Really?"
Gaia helps people get to shelter and heals any injuries that they may have as she hears Steve say on coms, "The next wave is gonna hit any minute. What do you got, Stark?"
Tony responds with, "Huh? Nothing great. Maybe a way to blow up the city. That'll keep it from impacting the surface, if you guys can get clear. The only problem is, only one of us is powerful enough. Gaia. But we can't do anything unless you get off the floating rock."
Steve replies back with, "I asked for a solution, not an escape plan."
Tony warns Steve with, "Impact radius is getting bigger second. We're gonna have to make a choice."
Natasha speaks up and tells Steve, "Cap, these people are going nowhere. If Stark finds a way to blow up this rock-"
Steve cuts her off with, "Not till everyone is safe."
Nat tries to explain again, "Everyone up here versus everyone down? There's no math there."
Steve speaks over her and says, "I'm not leaving this rock with one civilian on it."
Nat shrugs and says, "I didn't say we should leave. There's worse ways to go. Where else am I gonna get a view like this? Siblings, what do you suppose?"
Gaia fights off one more robot and says, "She's right Cap. We can finish this right here, right now."
Steve was about to respond when another person talked and said, "Glad you like the view, Romanoff. It's about to get better."
Gaia looks up to the sky and sees a huge ship and her eyes widen a bit. She teleports to where Pietro is and they both have a clear perspective of it. Pietro then picks her up and speeds off to where Steve and Nat is as they hear, "Nice, right? Pulled her out of mothballs with a couple of friends. She's dusty, but she'll do."
It was Nick Fury. Steve says, "Fury, you son of a bitch."
Fury quickly replies with, "Ooh! You kiss your mother with that mouth?"
Life boats come out from the side of the ship. Pietro, Gaia, and Cap watches as Pietro asks, "This is S.H.I.E.L.D?"
Cap replies with, "This is what S.H.I.E.L.D's supposed to be."
Pietro and Gaia look at one another as Pietro says, "This is not so bad."
Gaia chuckles a bit and says, "No, no it isn't."
Pietro grinned at her and pulled her closer to him, side hugging her.
As life boats come close to the edges, Cap says, "Let's load them up."
They all rush back to help the people onto the life boats. They start to help people and make sure everyone is getting on them.
Tony starts to say in coms, "I've got it. Create a heat seal. I could... I could super charge the spire from below. Thor, Gaia, I got a plan."
Thor starts to explain, "We're out of time. They're coming for the core."
"Rhodey, get the rest of the people on board on that carrier. Avengers time to work for a living." Tony says as he flies off to fight off the robots with everyone else.
Gaia puts an energy ball in her hands and push them together to crush and rip apart as many robots as she can. Wanda sees that she's struggling so she rushes over to help her. After they took out every robot in their path, Pietro speeds over to the two girls and asks if they're okay.
They both reply with a simple yeah and they then hear Tony say, "Romanoff. You and Banner better not be playing, Hide the zucchini."
Nat replies with, "Relax, shellhead. Not all of us can fly."
Nat arrives and asks, "What's the drill?"
Tony points to the device in the middle and says, "This is the drill. If Ultron gets the hand on the core, we lose."
Hulk then came in smashing robots, Ultron right behind him. Thor then yells, "Is that the best you can do?!"
Ultron then raises his arms as a army of robots come up behind him. Gaia facepalms as Steve sighs and says, "You had to ask."
Ultron then says, "This is the best I can do. This is exactly what I wanted. All of you against all of me. How can you possibly hope to stop me?"
Tony sighs and says, "Well, like the old man said... together."
The Hulk roars and robots starts charging towards them. Then they start to fight. Gaia fought along side her sister and brother, using her purple tendrils on each robot coming her way. All the avengers fighting off robots together as they looked unstoppable.
As Gaia was fighting, she saw Vison, Thor, and Tony fighting Ultron. She teleported to them and started to help them fight him off. They all worked together and Ultron started to slowly melt from all the power they were using on him. When they stopped, Gaia almost fell to the ground but felt a pair of hands catching her. She looks to see that Vision had caught her and was looking down at her as she says, "Thank you."
Vision smiled a little at her as he said, "You're welcome."
They continued to look at each other until they hear Ultron say, "You know, with the benefit of hindsight-"
He was cut off by the Hulk punching him in the air. He looked at he remaining robots and they looked back for a couple of seconds until running away as Thor says, "They'll try to leave the city."
Tony speaks up and says, "We can't let them, not even one. Rhodey."
Gaia takes in the position her and Vision were in and she clears her throat and gets up. Vision gets up right after her and smiles at her before leaving to help Rhodey. Cap starts to speak and tells everyone, "We gotta move out. Even I can tell the air is getting thin. You guys get to the boats. I'll sweep for stragglers. Be right behind you."
Clint asks, "What about the core?"
Wanda answers with, "I'll protect it. It's my job."
Clint nods at her and says, "Nat. This way." and runs off.
All three siblings watch as they leave and Wanda says, "Get the people on the boats."
Pietro quickly argues back and says, "I'm not going to leave you here."
She responds with, "I can handle this." and she proves it by blasting and destroying a robot that was coming her way.
She continues with, "Come back for me when everyone is off, not before."
Pietro lets out an annoyed sigh and walks on the opposite side of her as she asks louder, "Do you understand?"
He turns around and says, "You know I'm twelve minutes older than you."
She lets out a chuckle and says, "Go."
Pietro turns to Gaia and asks, "Are you coming?"
She responds with, "No, I'm staying here with Wanda."
Pietro asks again, "Are you sure? I saw you almost collapse a little while ago."
She lets out a sigh and walks up to him and says, "I'll be fine. I know how to handle myself. Now go."
Pietro smiles a little and says, "I love you and be safe." before speeding off.
Gaia goes next to Wanda, ready to fight. Wanda says "Last chance. Are you sure you want to do this?"
Gaia nods and says, "I'm sure." And Wanda smiles as they both start fighting off every robot heading their way.
Clint gets a hold of Costel as Ultron in the quinjet comes towards them firing loads of bullets. He notices and prepares to uses his body as a shield. He waits for the bullets to come, but they never do. He only feels a gush of wind pass by him.
All of a sudden, Wanda and Gaia feels this great pain in their chest, like if a piece of their heart was ripped from them.
Clint kneels over Costel and sees that he's okay and just passed out. He looks up to see what happened, only to see a bullet and blood covered Pietro. Pietro looks up at him, smiles and says, "You didn't see that coming." before falling to the ground lifeless.
Wanda and Gaia stop dead in their tracks, before letting out the most heartbreaking scream you've ever heard.
While Wanda only destroys the robots coming her way, Gaia was a completely different story.
Gaia destroyed everything in her path. Buildings were knocked down and she couldn't stop it. She screamed again letting out another wave of her powers. Wanda was being protected by the same magic that Gaia was using. When Gaia had stopped screaming, she started to sob. Not only because of her brother, but because of the destruction that she had caused. Wanda rushed over to her sister and hugged and cried with her. All they wanted was revenge.
