The last time I ever experienced the Teleportation Technique was when we prevented the coup on the Uchiha, which was roughly years ago. I know I probably hurt her hand from how firm I'm gripping it, but she returned the favor as well.
Just before we entered the teleportation dimension I'd heard another scream emanate from the pit of woods.
All we could do as of now was hold onto our breaths as we undergo the Teleportation dimension. The process was subtle and quick, almost too fast-paced for me to comprehend.
The only thing I felt in this split second of undergoing the Teleportation Dimension was the firm grip that Hanabi gave.
I whipped out my sword as I knew we'd be in for a battle.
The butterflies Hanabi casted had hid in the pit of woods near the enemy, where we were supposed to make a grand entrance. So when Hanabi and I land, we land straight on a giant wood branch in the wood pit.
We untangle our hands and begin searching for the chakra emanation source until our eyes went wide when they fell on the scenery below.
My Sharingan had activated immediately and from the looks of it, Hanabi's blue eyes altered red as well.
The masked man was wearing a different mask than his original orange one. A decent distance away from Madara, Kabuto could be seen holding an exhausted Naruto in place by pinning one of his arms behind his back.
"His chakra points have been disrupted", Hanabi gasps as she sees the horrors done to her kid brother.
"We have to be cautious-"
"Give me your sword", she demands, her eyes still on the scene below.
"Hanabi..."
"Just give me the damn sword Itachi, Madara is not some clueless naive man, he already saw us coming a mile away", she explains, earning a heavy breath from me.
"What are you planning to do?", I carefully inquire as I examine her stern expression.
"Slice the four-eyed bastard into threads", she hissed sternly, the wind whisking away her dull hair.
"Alright then", I say and chuck the sword towards her, which she caught single-handedly. Down below, Naruto could be seen squirming under Kabuto's grip. I could see how the scene below was tucking at Hanabi's sanity.
Of course she'd want him protected, he's Minato's son after all.
Conversation seemed to occur down below between Madara and Kabuto, which was distant to our ears due to the height we've landed on.
Hanabi lightly trails the tip of her finger along the blade of my sword, before snapping her fingers. I sort of held my breath in anticipation as I observed what she planned to do.
At the abrupt sound of her fingers snapping, the red butterflies, which survived, assembled around her at once.
Then, out of the blue, Hanabi swung the sword in my direction, making me go stiff as the sword clanged with the...air?
There was a split second of silence before a jolt of surprise surged through me when I heard the screeching clang that trailed from the bottom to the tip of the blade.
My lips parted agape when realized what it was. Hanabi repeated the process more rapidly, her arm seemed to flicker as she swung the sword back and forth.
More clinging and clanging emanated from the sword.
It had finally clicked in my head that the blade-winged butterflies were causing the clinging and screeching noises. Each red butterfly clashed harshly against the sword, where it trailed its blade wing in an upward direction, thus, sharpening the blade of the sword.
"Get ready", she informs, earning a stern nod from me. Hanabi quickly sliced her thumb open by trailing it along the sword, before muttering, "that's more like it".
I position myself to charge at the scene down below only for me to realize that Hanabi wasn't done yet. My eyes enlarge momentarily when I saw a spark.
She clutched the sword handle tightly, focusing on it for a mere moment. My Sharingan enabled me to see the Lightning chakra she was conjuring. The sword grip was conspicuously an insulator, and I figured out her objective.
Hanabi focused a massive amount of Lightning chakra in her palm, which made a few sparks fly off of it. Instantaneously, I witnessed her teeth grazing against one another, before her clutch tightened and she abruptly set the entire sword on the Lightning of Kakashi's Chidori.
The sword glowed among the murk woods, making my eyes enlarge. Sparks flew off of it as Hanabi examined the scene below with her glowing scarlet eyes.
Down below, Naruto kept struggling and going about something nonstop. Kabuto seemed to have had enough, which is why he twisted Naruto's arm firmer behind him, making him squirm.
His other hand moved to poke at Naruto's shoulder joint, which he planned to dislocated, which was evident due to the positioning of his hand.
In that same moment, I witnessed Hanabi's eyes narrow down, that was clearly her cue to take action and she abruptly swung the Lightning sword behind her before charging straight at Kabuto.
The leap she took had left a dent in the tree branch that I was still standing on. I loosened a breath and calmed down my pacing heart.
The Lightning sword didn't go unnoticed by Madara and Kabuto. The exception was, Madara had remained indifferent while Kabuto gasped before taking a leap back when he realized that Hanabi was aiming at his arm.
Naruto was free, but exhausted. Hanabi rapidly changed the direction of her landing. When she finally landed safely on the ground, silence had washed over as Naruto fails to recognize the face of his savior.
Hanabi had landed right in front of Naruto, sending him in shock. Hanabi landed in a kneeling position, where she kneeled on one knee. Naruto had completely lost his balance from his exhausted physical state, which is why he landed right into Hanabi's embrace.
She embraced him with her unoccupied arm, while wielding my sword in the other.
"You'll pay for this!", she yells out loud, rendering the entire terrain silent.
"Impossible...", Kabuto gasps.
"Oh but it is", I creepily whisper when I land right behind him.
I saw how his body went stiff instantaneously as I didn't give him any chance. From the corner of my eye I saw Hanabi narrow down her eyes and she swings back the sword behind her.
That was my cue to take action immediately. I swung back my tightly clenched fist only to deliver it straight into Kabuto's spine with massive magnitude.
Hanabi's glare flared out as she let Naruto sink into the grass gently before charging right at Kabuto, who was delivered right towards the edge of the blade she forcefully wielded.
Kabuto had clenched his breath as he craned his neck against the sharp blade that Hanabi pressed into his throat.
"I see you've grown a backbone Hanabi", Madara remarks in his deep raspy voice.
"Shut up", Hanabi curses under her breath.
My eyes went into unblinking mode again when Kabuto hastily moved one his hand, which had a chakra scalpel conjured, towards Hanabi's body.
Her name was on the tip of my tongue, but the Namikaze being all about speed rendered my lips sealed.
Hanabi teleported in an instant. Her location was somewhere a bit further away. With the Lightning sword still conjured, she looks at me straight in the eyes and barks, "Take Naruto now!".
She had a plan, I knew it. Madara knew it. And Kabuto knew it. Madara had tensed in that moment, which could only mean that he's in anticipation of Hanabi's next move.
I scurry off quickly and scoop up the exhausted Naruto in my arms. His eyes were barely open into slits. I rapidly bolt towards Hanabi who was on complete alert.
"I don't have enough butterflies...", she muttered through gritted teeth.
I simply stare over at her in anticipation.
"Don't worry we'll take out the four-eyed bastard", she reassured.
"What are you planning to do?", I inquire as I hold my breath.
Hanabi gives me a scoff before snapping her fingers as a signal for her remaining blood-bladed winged butterflies. She turns to me with a know it all smirk and says.
"Just watch and enjoy", she smirks, making my cheeks go red and giving my stomach a taste of her blade-winged butterflies.
"Alright then", I grinned in response, "show me what you're all about".
My eyes moved again to the enemy where Madara remained rooted to his ground and Kabuto was panting heavily.
It's one thing for pure white petite butterflies to roam around you. It's another thing for blood-bladed red butterflies to assemble around you.
"Prepare to pay", Hanabi hisses through gritted teeth.
A small string of red butterflies ruffles it's wing blades towards Hanabi.
Hanabi generates more Lightning and penetrates it into the sword, where she later clings the sharp electrical edge with the wings of the butterflies, by a single swipe to the right.
At this point, even Madara leapt back.
"Amazing...", I whispered.
Hanabi had literally set her butterflies with electrical lightning. Each red butterfly sparked off some buzzing lighting.
"Charge!", Hanabi barks, making me flinch while holding onto Naruto.
My breath catches in my throat instantaneously and I feel my stomach go weak. I couldn't help but quickly glance at Hanabi and wonder:
Just what did Hayate and Ichiko think they were breeding?
Since the butterfly wings had generated into sharp-slicing blades, that means they're automatically conductors of electrical sparks. Which explains why they could conduct the Chidori sparks from my sword.
Hanabi had split her remaining butterflies into two groups. One surrounds and assembles over Kabuto while she delivers the other one to light the rest with electrical sparks.
The result was well...A Light-Work...
Kabuto screams out in pain to the point where his agony topples the pit of trees around us.
The bloody butterflies don't attack him by slicing him into threads. Instead, they cling and clang with one another, transferring the electrical current to each other.
The catch is, they cling and clanged closely to Kabuto. Since human bodies are seventy percent made up of water it's safe to say that it's a conductor of electricity, which made him an electrocuted victim in the embrace what everyone thought were once harmless white butterflies.
"Goodness...", I breathed out, swallowing the lump in my throat.
I couldn't clearly tell what Madara made out of all of this, but his body language suggested that he was on edge.
The scene with Kabuto ends up looking too blinding for me to actually focus clearly.
Later, after standing through his agonizing screams and curses, the coast clears.
"What?!", I gasp, as my eyes enlarge.
"What do you expect Itachi, this bastard fooled you all", Hanabi's curses under her breath.
My lips remain ajar as the coast clears, revealing an unscathed Kabuto who was panting breathlessly.
