Dragon's Child

He looked at the smaller one and decided on calling him. "You shall be known as Hiccup Haddock," because he did look like a hiccup. He then looked at the stronger one putting more thought into it. "I will call you something no one else has name their child before," he said deep in thought before settling on a name. "Kai Haddock yes that is perfect my son the future chief of Berk," Stoic said laughing a hearty laugh.

Gobber and Gothey shared a unsure look with each other.

One year Later

Hiccup and Kai were both a year old now it was their birthday and the tribe of Berk were still celebrating. Stoic and Valka both loved their sons, but Valka had noticed how her husband clearly favoured Kai over Hiccup. The twins were very close and cried when separated for too long. She still did not know the truth of who was actually the elder.

One night Valka woke up to the smell of smoke with her husband. Scared a dragon had come to attack them the couple bolted from their bed with a sword and axe. They got to the twins room and found the fire there. Quickly Valka threw a bucket on the fire which she was horrified to find close to her babies.

"A darn terrible terror must have came in from the window," Stoic grumbles looking at the window. Both of the babes looked fine to her. "Want to go back to bed?" Stoic asks. "No I think I will just stay and watch them for a moment," She said. Stoic nodded and went back to bed as Valka rocked her babes cradles.

As she did Kai suddenly sneezed a small flame burst out. Valka gasps stumbling back in shock wondering if her tired eyes had been playing tricks on her. Kai woke up though and started crying which also made his brother Hiccup start crying. Valka got Kai first and started rocking him in her arms. "Shhhh shhhh its alright it's," suddenly Kai's entire baby body caught fire. Valka's eyes widened and she quickly put Kai on the table stumbling back. Her clothing was fire proof and she watched in fascination as her babes body slowly became normal once more.

"By Odin's beard," she mutters.

Suddenly a loud dragon roar went out waking everyone in the village up. Stoic got up with a axe in hand.

"Valka! Dragon attack get your sword!" He orders quickly leaving to fight the dragons with his people. Valka was still in shock at what had just happened.

She put Kai back into the crib though and rushed out to save as many dragons as she could. When she stopped one villager though she was horrified to see two dragons break into her house.

She quickly run up and inside grabbing a sword ready to strike when she saw something she thought she would never see. One dragon was looking at Hiccup in curiosity while the other was sniffing Kai who was giggling.

The dragon that was a peach colour looked at Valka and went over to her while the other dragon only had eyes for Kai. Hiccup was now infatuated with the other dragon and giggling with his brother.

Valka was backed up to a wall scared for her life and her babies lives. But as she looked into the creatures eyes she calmed seeing a kind gentle creature behind them who looked at her with a sort of puppy dog eyes. Valka was about to reach out and touch it's scaly head when she heard crying. She looked behind the dragon horrified to see that the other one had picked up Kai in it's mouth, but it was Hiccup who was crying and soon Kai started to as well.

"Kai!" Valka screams. Suddenly a axe was thrown and it hit the wooden wall as Valka saw her husband rush threw the door.

"Valka!" He yelled looking at his sons. The scaly dragon breathed fire at Stoic while Valka pulled on it's wing in a futile effort. "No stop!" She said. The dragon turned its attention to her and started crawling towards her. Stoic had avoid the dragons fire and yelled. "Hold on!" He said.

He dived and grabbed Hiccup from the cradle and grabbed his axe intending to cut off the head of the dragon holding his other crying son. When he turned though it was too late as the dragon had already flown off with him. "Kai! No!" Stoic yelled out for his younger son.

"Stoic!" Valka cries out. Stoic turns and saw the other dragon making off with Valka. "Valka!" Stoic cries out. "Stoic!" Valka cries back. "Valka....." Stoic cried back out in grief as he looked at the son he had left. His eyes filled with tears.

"This is all my fault," he cried for the first time in his life.

Kai

The dragon holding Kai in hee mouth could still smell the fire in him. She knows she finally found them he found the master of fire.

Flame transported herself to the grand realm of Ninjago. She flew and flew until she reached Ignicia village.

He set down on the out skirts next a old shop and roared. A man and a woman came outside and were shocked.

"Flame? What are you?" Ray began when he saw the child he was carrying. "Flame? What is this? Where did you get this child?" Maya asks in concern.

'The mother is gone the father will turn this child into a killer of innocent creatures and that is only if  his gift is not discovered before then.'

Ray and Maya looked at each other than the child. Ray and Maya were told by Master Wu that they would not have a fire master child who had looked into his tea. When the line of a elemental master ends a new one worthy of the power for at least a few generations is chosen next. When that happens the dragon that is the protector of the fire master finds the next one and Flame just found him.

Ray and Maya did not question it taking the child from the dragon.
