It's just an uncomfortably large room with a single toilet in the middle. Nothing more and nothing less.

There's no doors or windows, either. How do you get in or out of this place? I guess you don't.

There probably aren't any toilet demons. Might have to go investigate that yourselves.

There's totally not a huge system of tunnels and caves underneath that lead to strange places.
