Eight

It was now the next day and I was at school, finals didn't start till Wednesday so the teachers would have us study or review in class. Timotheé kept texting me which kinda caused me to get in trouble, I didn't mind though.

I wanted to hang out with him already.

All I could think about was him, and it was the worse week to do so. I have my mind on so many different things, it was causing some stress. If I could just forget about him this week, I'll be fine. I need to focus on my finals and passing them.

Syd "So what we doing for break?"
Liv "We should go to the city again! We should rent a place there and just stay there for awhile."
Jack "None of us have money though."
Tommy "I can work overtime."
Liv "I can too."
Syd "I'll just ask my parents."

My mind drifted, and of course I was thinking about Timotheé. I found myself smiling about the memories we created and it's all I could think about. He was just different from all the boys, he had a personality, and he liked the things I liked, which I never thought wou-.

Jack "Vee!"
Syd "Jesus girl what are you possibly thinking about?"
Liv "Is it that one guy?"
Syd "What guy JP?"
Vee "What no, this guy I met the coffee shop while we were in the city."
Syd "Is he cute?"
Tommy "Syd."
Syd "What I'm just asking, plus she's never found anyone else cute beside JP."
Vee "Yeah he is cute."
Syd "You should invite him over, so we can get to know him."
Jack "I tried to tell her that."
Vee "Actually he's coming over Friday."
Liv "But there's a soccer game Friday night."
Vee "I know."
Tommy "Well i have to go, imma be late to work if I don't go right now."
Liv "O my god me too!"

Tommy gave Liv and Syd a ride. Jack and I walked home because we didn't live too far from the school.

Jack "So he's coming over?"
Vee "Actually I haven't asked yet..."
Jack "Ask him now!"

I grabbed my phone from my back pocket and finally answered him. He actually responded quite quick, I invited him over and he said he would be here.

Vee "He's coming!"
Jack "What time?"
Vee "After the game so like 8?"
Jack "Late?"
Vee "It's fine."
Jack "Now I just have to see if I have Friday off. If not Tommy is gonna be in my room watching you guys."
Vee "I don't need parental supervision, Jack. I know how to take care of myself."
Jack "Doesn't matter."

I arrived at my house and I unlocked the doors, Jack came in and went upstairs. I changed into something more comfortable and took off my makeup.

Vee "Shouldn't you be studying?"
Jack "I'll be fine. I payed attention in class today so I'll be ok."
Vee "Okay then."

I laid in bed and watched some Netflix, Jack was on my computer listening to music and probably playing a game. Timotheé kept texting me, so I finally answered. He wanted to see me before Friday, as if he has to show me something really important. I couldn't tomorrow since I get out at regular time, but for the rest of the week I got out at 1130. I told him I could meet him in the city by twelve, but I couldn't stay long, since I did want to study for my other finals.

Jack "Okay imma go home now."
Vee "Okay."

He grabbed his things and left my room, I got in and closed the curtains so I could take a shower. I did some face masks and then I heard my mom get home.

Mom "Vee?"
Vee "I'm in the shower!"
Mom "Okay. Do you wanna order some pizza tonight? We can rent a movie."
Vee "Yeah that's fine."

I quickly tried to get out the shower, I was actually really hungry. I changed and threw on some comfortable clothes since I had to go and get the pizza. I had my license, but I preferred walking, plus if you drove, it would just take longer to get to the destination.

It was the same day as yesterday, studying and reviewing for my finals. I controlled myself so I wouldn't think of Timotheé too much, but I still had the thought of him in the back of my mind.

My classes were quite boring since we were just reviewing, but some teachers let us leave class early. For lunch, Tommy had ordered pizza for us since the food we had at school wasn't too good.

Liv "So Vee, Timotheé is coming to your house Friday night?"
Vee "Yeah why?"
Syd "You guys planning on doing anything?"
Vee "Like what?"
Tommy "They are asking if you guys plan on hooking up."
Vee "O no."
Jack "Tommy come over Friday, so we can watch them."
Tommy "Okay."
Liv "I wanna watch!"
Syd "Me too!"
Vee "Guys nothing is going to happen."
Jack "You sure about that?"
Vee "Yes! If anything does happen it's not a big deal anyways."
Tommy "Well it's you, so it kinda is."
Liv "We just want the best for you Vee."
