Shaurya's POV

I groan as my phone rings continuously. I had slept at 12 last night, watching the videos that people had sent.

I grab my phone off the table and take the call.

"Hello." I groan.

"Mamaa!(a way of saying bro)" Venky screams from the other side.

I jolt, the rest of my sleep flying away without a second thought.

"Rey. Intha poddu poddunne phone chesi chevulu pagilela arusthaventra." I say, annoyed with him.

"Dude. Why did you call me to early in the morning and yell." I say, annoyed with him.

"Ippude oka adbutamaina idea vachindi." he replies exitedly.

"I just got an amazing idea." he replies exitedly.

I groans.

"Enti?"

"What?"

"Mana cinemaki nuvve hero!"

"You are the hero for our movie!"

Keerthana's POV

Venky Kudumula sir messaged me this morning and told me that we are having shooting today. I was jumping around for a full five minutes before Neelu woke up.

I walk out of the bathroom, and start doing my hair and makeup.

"Heroine, Keerthana Reddy!" Neelu suddenly shouts.

"Nenu inka heroine kadu." I say, rolling my eyes.

"I am still not a heroine." I say, rolling my eyes.

She laughs.

"Inka avvaledu, kaani avuthavu ga."

"You still aren't, but you will be right."

I smile.

My childhood dream is about to come true...

I go to Ira Creations, just as Venky sir had told me to. I walk through the front door, and go to the receptionist.

"Hi." I say.

"Hi andi. Mee peru?" the woman asks.

"Hi mam. Your name?" the woman asks.

"Keerthana." I reply, looking around.

"Right. Please wait." she says, pointing towards the red, comfy-looking chairs. I walk over there and take a seat.

A few minutes later, I see Venky sir walking towards me. I stand up, smiling.

"Hi sir." I say.

"Abba. Sir kadu. Venky ani piluvu." he says.

"God. Not sir. Call me Venky." he says.

"Ok."

He leads me to an elevator, and we arrive on the second floor. He takes me to a room, and we both walk in. I see a young woman in the room. Shaurya is standing right next to her.

"Hi. Priya." the young woman comes to me and holds her hand out for me to shake.

"Keerthana." I say, shaking her hand.

"So, kotha heroine nuvve anamata." she says.

"So you are the new heroine." she says.

Her tone is a bit intimidating. I smile slightly and nod.

"Sit." she says in a serious tone.

I gulp and sit down in the chair. The moment I sit, the other three people burst out laughing. I look around at the three of them, confused.

Priya comes up to me.

"Bhayapettana?" she asks.

"Did I scare you?" she asks.

I give her a nervous smile, not sure what to say.

"Sorry sorry." Priya apologizes while laughing.

"Its ok." I say a bit quietly.

"Nuvvu chaala andanga unnavu." Priya complements me.

"You are very pretty." Priya complements me.

"Thanks." I say.

"Annayya ki superga untavu." she adds.

"You will look amazing with my brother." she adds

"Annayya...?" I ask.

"Brother...? I ask.

"Yea, Shaurya!"

I stare at her...
