Jack and I headed straight home so we could change and be ready on time. Especially me, I planned on dressing cute and actually doing my hair.

Jack "You should talk to Jp soon."
Vee "Not gonna happen Jack."
Jack "Why not? You guys have one more year left! After that when will you ever see him again?"
Vee "I don't know."
Jack "Exactly! And if anything happens, you won't have to live through it for long."
Vee "I can try, but he'll probably deny me."
Jack "See you in awhile Vee. But I believe in you!"

I grabbed my keys from my bag and unlocked the front door.

I guess my mom wasn't home yet, she worked in a hospital and was a nurse, meaning she would get home late or be here really early.

I went upstairs to my room and started getting ready, I didn't wear much makeup but I actually tried this time.

An hour passed and I rushed downstairs and looked in the mirror, I took a couple of pictures and grabbed my purse and Jack was outside on my porch waiting.

Jack "You put makeup on?"
Vee "Does it look bad?"
Jack "No."

We started walking to the park and we saw everyone there already.

Syd "What took you guys so long?"
Vee "Lost track of time, Jack would've been here already but he waited for me."
Tommy "Let's go! I need coffee!"
Liv "Oo i could use a warm coffee, it's quite cold outside."
Vee "I know!"
Jack "What are we exactly doing?"
Syd "Let's just have fun. Get a couple of tattoos maybe?"
Tommy "Syd, no"
Liv "I mean I'm down."

We started walking to the ferry, Liv asked if I could take a couple of photos for her and I took this.

We continued walking for about fifteen minutes and we finally reached the ferry, we bought the tickets and got in.

Tommy "First thing we are doing is getting coffee!"
Liv "Yes!"
Syd "I wanna check out this store I saw on Instagram, might buy a couple of things."

Ten minutes passed and we had just gotten off the ferry.

We headed straight for a coffee shop.

Vee "Tell me what you guys want, and I'll go in and get it."
Liv "Vee you don't have to pay."
Vee "No don't worry about! What do you guys want?"
Tommy "Get me anything hot."
Liv "A hot chocolate if they have it!"
Vee "Just get me a plain vanilla iced coffee."
Jack "A water!"

I went inside and looked to see what they had, I ordered everything and I paid, they said it would take a couple minutes so I sat down.

I was scrolling through Instagram and Pinterest, I saw shoes approach me and stop to where I was.

I looked up and saw a guy.

He had somewhat curly brown hair, he seemed to have light brown eyes but they looked hazel, and freckles on his face.

"I like your shoes."
"Thank you! I paid a lot for them."
"I have the same ones, it seems like they go with everything."
"I know! I wasn't sure if they would match with my outfit today but they did I guess?"
"Your outfit is cool, I like the brown."
"Thank you!"

My name got called and I looked over and the coffee was ready. I got up and walked over and I walked back to where my seat was to grab my things.

"Vee? Is that short for anything?"
"Venus."
"Who named you that?"
"My mother."
"I like it, does it have a meaning?"
"Stands for the planet, Venus of course. The planet of love, is what she named me after."
"You seem very interesting Venus."
"Thank you. Your name is..?"
"Timotheé."
"French?"
"Oui." (yes)
"C'était sympa de te parler Timothée!"
(It was nice speaking to you Timotheé.)

He gave me a note and I grabbed my things, the coffee and then left.

Everyone grabbed their drinks and put the note in my purse.

Syd "What took you forever?"
Vee "I had to wait for the coffee to be made."
Jack "Who was that guy you were talking too?"
Vee "Some random guy, he said he liked my shoes and outfit."
Liv "Was he cute?"
Vee "I guess you can say he was cute."
Tommy "Cuter than JP?"

I hit him with my purse and we all laughed.

I took a drink of my coffee and we started walking down the street to find this store Sydney wanted to go too..
