Words scribbled on
paper, random, meaningless
yet powerful.
Words whispered,
in secret, hushed rumours
that destroy.
Words falling on deaf ears,
pleas, confessions
the cries of desperation.
Words that mar
the mind, leaving
mangled memories.
Words that scar
the heart, breaking
it into thousand pieces.
Words the sully
the soul with no hope
for salvation.
