Don't worry if your heart hurts today, hearts change everyday, and he is the Turner of hearts.

He laid back on one of the leather lounge chairs in his spacious living room which was lavishly furnished with modern decor that matched the taste of it's owner and satisfied his comfort.

His Head was resting on the headrest with his eyes closed as he relaxed into the quiet atmosphere of his environment, inhaling in the peaceful sensation of the surroundings.

Silence and the peacefulness that came with it was a treasured moment that was absolutely appreciated by him. Being an eminent figure in society, he hardly gets enough of that, he was always sought after by people resulting in his life virtually becoming noisy and almost always crowded and therefore, silence to Tareeq meant having a sense of freedom, and at the moment, he was relieving in every bit of it, counting the seconds until it ends.

He slowly separated his eyelids and revealed a set of dark brown eyes. He thrust forward and extended his hand to retrieve his phone that was lying on the coffee table, his movement was of placid calmness, indicating a relative composure and serenity.

The iPhone recognized his face and came to life.

He smiled at the sight that greeted him which was saved as his wallpaper and lock screen. She wore a pink Cinderella gown that was adorned with silver Sapphires, her long curly hair was styled in a ponytail leaving loose strands at each side of her face. She looked adorable, angelic, his Angel. She looked perfect, perfectly okay, perfectly healthy, except she was not, and the thought tugged at his heart.

An incoming call interrupted his thoughts and he frowned at it. He slashed the receive button and put the call on handsfree, a brazen female voice chimed in as she talked excitedly

"You won't believe who came to Westminster today...,"

"Wa'alaikum Salaam"

His deep rich voice cut her in mid-sentence, a deliberate response to the Salaam she did not offer to point out her error in failure to use proper greeting etiquette.

"Salamu Alaikum" she gloomed tone. He knew the reason behind her sudden change of note had to do with the his indirect rebuke, but what was wrong in taking a correction?, he thought.

"How are you?" he asked,

"Fine" she replied, her voice still sounding low.

"You were saying something?" He asked, ignoring her cold and curt response.

"Yeah, Sajida paid a surprise visit today, they came to Westminster with her husband".

"Really?" He asked uninterestedly. Sajida is her best friend and so he can imagine her delight at having her around in the foreign land, he didn't really care to know why they went there but courtesy demanded that he asked, "What brings them there?"

"Her husband sprained his ankle last week, he had been under treatment but he says the pain is deteriorating and so decided to come in for a proper examination" She informed.

"May Allah grant him good health, too bad you won't get to stay long with them since you are due to be back in five days," He said, as if reminding her.

"About that...," she reluctantly started to speak and kept mum.

"Uhum..?" he urged her to continue in an irked tone, sensing that he was not going to like whatever she was about to say.
