In Love With My Boy Best Friend

Part 17

I woke up with my head on Charlies lap.

"Good morning.", he said.

"Good morning.", I said sitting up.

"How are you feeling?"

"Good.", I said happy he cared so much. "Now get out while I change.", I said standing up. he got out and I found my white and blue bathing suit to wear. Today we were going water skiing at 9am. I got on my bathing suit and put an over sized shirt over it as a cover up.

I went downstairs and my mom told me to get a granola bar for breakfast so I did. We got to the place where you can rent jet skies. They only had 5 left so we decided to go in pairs. Me and Charlie were together.

Pov: Charlie

I decided to wait until our birthday to do it, I kinda didnt want our parents around and the cast will be there.

Back to your pov: 

We got on the jet ski and started driving around. Charlie was steering and kept trying to do tricks which scared me but, overall it was really fun.

When it was lunch time we decided to go to Chick-fil-a and go to a fancy restaurant for dinner. After we ate our lunch we went to the beach. I was trying to tan but Charlie wanted me to swim with him and when I refused he picked me up and ran in the water with me in his arms.

He dropped me, "Charlie that was not nice now there water in my eyes!", I said as I came up. He was laughing. "It not funny.", I said then started laughing myself.

"What not like youre gonna do anything.", he said smirking.

I pushed him into the water, "That was just cruel.", he said when he came up.

"Hey you said I wouldnt do anything I just wanted to prove you wrong.", I said laughing, he started laughing too. Then splashed me creating another splash fight. It was about 4 when our parents told us to go get ready for dinner. I went inside, took, a shower, put on my dress, and did my hair and makeup.

Once I got done Charlie knocked on my door. "Come in!", I yelled.

When he walked in he stopped and stared at me, after a few second he said something, "Y-you look beautiful."

I blushed, "Thank Char.", I said looking down to hide my cheeks.

"Come on dont want to be late.", he said grabbing my hand and pulling me downstairs.

"Now that everyone's here lets go eat!", Charlies dad said. We all followed him and got in the cars. We drove to the restaurant and sat down. The food was really good. After we got done our parents wanted to take pictures of our families so we did once we got to the house.

When we got done Charlie asked me, "Hey wanna go on a walk?"

"Yeah sure.", I said we told our parents what we where doing and started walking up the beach.

"Tell me something youve never told anyone before.", he said. My mind immediately went to im in love with Charlie but, I had to think of something else.

"When you where gone I talked to your bunny like it was you.", I said laughing a little quietly. He also laughed a little. "Now you.", I said

"I um Im scared of planes."

"Thats normal I am too.", I said expecting something more.

He stopped and turned toward me, I turned to him he looked at my eyes then my lips, "c-can I kiss you?", he said shocking me. 

"yes.", I said almost in a wispier. He leaned down and kissed me. It was gentle and heartfelt the kissed lingered a little longer then we slowly pulled away. I was smiling and blushing like crazy so was he.

"That was, that was."

"Nice.", I said finishing his sentence. "Come on lets go.", I said running up the beach more he ran after me. I found a good spot and sat down, he sat down next to me. I laid my head on his shoulder.

It got dark so we decided to head back to the house. When we where almost to the house, Charlie said, "One more.", and bent down kissing me again. I smiled and we went into the house. Then, we went our separate ways into our rooms I changed into Charlies shirt and shorts. Laying down all I could think about was Charlie kissing me. I went to sleep happy knowing the love of my life may like me back.
