Rubiat,
"Where you once a friend to Marya?"

That question rang in my head repeatedly. I didn't want Jarey to think wrong about me. Me telling her Marya was once my friend made me automatically become Marya herself.

"Are you listening?" She asked me gazing at my eyes.

"Yeah, she was once my friend."

Was!

"What happened?" Jarey asked inquisitively.

"You're new here Jarey and I would advice you don't poke into anyone's bizness." I replied not realizing I was being rude.

"Ohk." She replied dryly.

Jarey was a very nice girl and despite the fact she came just today. She had proved to me she would be more than a good friend.

She truly cares.

"Uhmm... Rubiat?" She called.

"Yes."

"What's your room number?" She asked.

"Room 25 block C" I replied. "What about you?"

"I'm in room 14 block A. Seems like our rooms aren't close." She smiled sadly.

"That doesn't stop us from seeing eachother. We could hangout in the cafeteria." I suggested.

"Cool." She giggled as I crossed my hand on her shoulders.

"Since we aren't bizy, can you please introduce the students to me?" She asked.

"Sure." I replied. "That's Frank... The funniest guy in the class." I pointed at a boy at the front seat. "That's Jane, Kelly and Amudalat. There's Christy, Mabel, Kola and Ikenna. They're all funny and fun to speak with."

Jarey smiled as she saw Kola drawing a perfect picture of Marya. It looked like the ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics. Just like drawing stick people with stick limbs.
"The guy is a good artist." I attributed

"He truly is." She laughed.

Marya
I watched Veronica(Jarey) and Rubiat chattering and I became suspicious. They were staring at another Kola's weird drawing.

"Here Kola... Lemme have your drawing." Rubiat asked and Kola handed her the paper. I saw Rubiat pin the paper to the class notice board and smiled in satisfaction.

"Perfect!" She smiled again and soon everyone gathered around the notice board and started laughing.

What the hell is going on?

Inquisitively, I and my friends went to the gathering.

"PICTURE OF SAINT CORAL HIGHSCHOOL STAR, MARYA DESMOND. INSPIRED AND PAINTED BY KOLA AND PINNED BY GLORIOUS RUBIAT USMAN."

"What the hell?" I gulped. Under the picture, I saw an handwriting which said:

"THE HOTTEST BITCH IN SAINT CORAL. 🔥🔥🔥"
