Chapter 8

Also me: But I still wanna work with this xreader
Me: But their characters are so cute together
Also me: Finish this one first, it's just as interesting
Me: *Absolutely loses it*

Punz walked through the palace of the Dream SMP. He walked into the hall of fame, looking at the inspiring pictures of the past warriors who fought for the SMP. 

He kept glancing at a different picture every now and then, staring at their weapons and artefacts. However, there was always one that caught his eye.

(M/n). There she was, holding a netherite axe in one hand with a diamond sword in the other. She held her axe high in pride, grinning proudly. She was the strongest warrior that the SMP has ever had, with nearly the whole nation looking up to her.

They were absolutely delighted when everyone heard that she was had a child with (F/n). Unfortunately, word somehow got to the L'Manbergians. They took an advantage of this knowledge and decided to strike there and then.

Since (M/n) had just given birth, she was too weak to fight back. (F/n) did all he could, but he wasn't much of a warrior as his wife. 

The SMP were devastated once they heard that the two were killed by the lake. Their daughter had went missing, and no one had found her since. Most believed that she was killed as well, although there held no evidence.

(M/n) necklace had also went missing, too. It was one of the most precious things that she had owned, so it meant a lot to the SMP. It was a sapphire necklace with a thin golden chain and small specks of diamonds surrounding the main gem.

Anyone who found that necklace would've instantly been given three million gold. But no one ever was able to. Those who turned in fakes were instantly killed. 

Punz looked more at the necklace that (M/n) was wearing in the picture.

I fiddled with my sapphire necklace in deep thought.

I walked through the main room in the headquarters, debating whether I should see Sapnap again, maybe give him a small talk to cuss him out. I paced back and forth, pondering.

"(Y/n)?" 

Turning my head towards the entrance, Fundy and Eret were there. "O-Oh, hey! What are you doing here?" I nearly choked on my words in surprise but managed a weak smile. "We aren't stupid, (Y/n). You always come here when you need to think. What's going on?" Fundy asked.

I sighed, slumping down onto a chair. "What? Tommy and Tubbo haven't told you?" I grumbled, rubbing my face. They looked at each other, both clueless. I sighed frustratingly again and sat up straight.

"Sapnap took advantage of Tubbo's personality and emotions, so now he's crying while Tommy's comforting him. I'm thinking about whether to visit the hostage or not to confront his actions," I explained quietly. "They did what now to Tubbo?!" Fundy asked, enraged.

"Yeah, I know. It happened last night too," I answered back, getting up. "I've made up my mind. I'm going to visit Sapnap. Alone," I added in quickly when I saw Eret open his mouth. I walked past the two, both of them rushing off to Tubbo's house.

I walked across the grassy field to Sapnap's tower, slightly greeting the guards as I walked past them. 

They bowed down respectfully and let me through the doors. I climbed up the wooden stairs, hearing my footsteps slightly echo across the place. It was a bit of a climb, since Sapnap's cell was all the way at the top of the tower.
