He grips my wrist, pulling me away. I don't look behind even once until we get back to his office.

And I still must look furious by the time we get there, because Taehyung doesn't stop brushing at my hand.

"Noona, don't listen to him. He's just angry because I got the better deal during the meeting."

I look away.

A complete waste.

"Noona...."

I should probably tell Taehyung I was fine. But what he had said was making me so mad that the blush won't go down from my cheeks.

He'd insulted Tae, by using me.

Then soft lips suddenly brush against my face.

"What in the—" I exclaim, stepping back instinctively in surprise. But large hands keep me still, wrapped tightly around my shoulders.

Taehyung.

"I-I'm sorry. You just seemed so angry." He stutters, red to the tips of his ears. "I thought it might make you happier."

Oh.

Back when we were children, he'd usually kiss me on the cheek. And I'd laugh, because I'd found him cute.

Just calm down.

"I'm sorry." I say, running my fingers through my hair. "I shouldn't have gotten so mad. Do you want lunch?"

He nods, and I hate the way he seems hesitant.

I'd scared him.

"I'm sorry," I repeat, smiling amusedly this time. "Where do you want to go?"

"No no no— eat chocolate with me."

"I can't believe— Taehyung, I really pushed past my limits letting you go to a ice cream shop for lunch. Now you want to have chocolate?"

"We're getting green tea."

"What?" He protests, pulling me back with an arm around my waist. "No. You told me I could have what I wanted."

I sigh, rubbing at my cheeks.

Because I didn't think you'd do this.

"Let's go to a restaurant." I plead one last time. "Even a café. We can get coffee and something sweet for you."

He glances at me.

"Chocolate?"

"Yes, something chocolate."

So in the end, I find myself sipping on coffee while watching him eat his second chocolate slice of cake.

I laugh when he looks up at me, lips still moving from chewing.

"Is it good?"
