"Here are the reports of Phoenix Luxury Resort in Boracay and Siargao." Inilapag ng kanyang secretary na si Henry sa lamesa ang mga reports.

"Thank you, Henry." Hindi na siya tumingin dito dahil busy siya sa paghahanap sa internet na mga posibleng lugar na pwede niyang pagtayuan ng bago niyang resort.

Phoenix Andrew Valerio. His first name connected with fire pero kabaliktaran sa gusto niya. He loves oceans. Everything related to the cool breeze of the sea. Iba ang hatid sa kanya ng dagat.

He is an independent businessman. 32 years old and at the peak of his successful career. He made his company on his own even though may negosyo na ang kanyang mga magulang. Masarap sa kanyang pakiramdam na sa sariling sikap mapapatagumpayan ang isang bagay kaya he never tired managing his business.

Seven resorts from different places in the Philippines. He's a half Filipino, half American at mas gugustuhin niyang dito magnegosyo. There is no place like home dahil dito na siya nakatira kasama ng kanyang mga magulang.

And of course, who can't resist any woman by his looms and status? Different events, and different women, but still doesn't satisfy him much. What's new by the way? Women are the same as him which kinda makes him feel bored.

Nilapitan siya ni Henry at tinignan ang laptop. "Finding a new place again?"

"Yeah. But I'll decide to make it a private resort for my own."

As he said that he doesn't get tired managing his business, kailangan rin naman niya siguro magbakasyon. He wants a private place. Para naman kung gusto niyang magtago, meron siyang mapupuntahan.

"That's cool. So, you haven't found anything yet?"

He's scrolling down a Lil bit faster. "Nope. There are some pero I don't think pwede itong gawin private place para sa akin--oh wait!"

He found something. There it is.

"Hmm... That's an interesting place." Sabi ni Henry.

"Indeed. And it costly enough to buy the place. Hindi masyadong mahal. Henry, kindly contact the owner para makita na natin ang lugar."

Damn, this place is amazing. Kahit sa picture pa lang niya ito nakita, he knew that place is worth to buy for.

//MARINA POV//

Napakamot na lang siya sa kanyang ulo. Magiisang taon at kalahati na siya dito sa resort ng kanyang ama pero hanggang ngayon wala pa rin interesadong bilhin ang lugar.

Yes. She wants to sell this place. Ang resort nila ay napakatagong lugar sa samal. Nice scenery, crystal clear seawater, and a place to relax sa gusto ng privacy habang nagbabakasyon.

Hindi naman sa ayaw niya rito, she doesn't know anything papaano iha-handle ang resort. Wala siyang alam sa negosyo at ayaw niya malaman papaano. This is her late father's one and only resort. She grew up here pero sa tinagal-tagal na niya rito, gusto na niya umalis at mamuhay sa siyudad.

She is 26 years old now and she wants to experience what freedom is. Hindi siya makakaalis duto hanggang maibenta ang lugar na ito. No one is interested to buy their property dahil daw masyadong mahirap puntahan and mas gusto nila gawing public resort.

"Marina, gabi na hindi ka pa ba matutulog?" Pukaw sa kanya ni Aleng Josie. Dinalhan siya ng gatas sa balkonahe ng kanyang kwarto kung saan siya nakaupo tanaw ang dagat.

"Hindi pa po, Nana eh. Namomoblema na po ako hanggang ngayon wala pa run gusto bilhin ang resort ni papa."

"Pasasaan ba't may bibili rin nitong lugar, hija. Gusto mo na ba talaga ipagbili ito?" Malungkot na tanong kanyang Nana.
